I numeri sono molto grandi e ben visibili. Si risponde semplicemente aprendo lo sportello del telefono per cui semplice da usare. Ancora funzionante dopo 3 anni!
Abbiamo perso la basetta di ricarica, per cui ho chiamato il venditore per ricomprarlo, invece mi hanno spedito gratuitamente nonostante la garanzia fosse scaduta. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta!
La batteria dura ancora 2/3 giorni.
Lo consiglio soprattutto alle persone anziane o a chi non ha dimistichezza con gli smartphone.

Now, I don’t class myself as elderly in fact I’m still well within the prime of my life BUT I was absolutely fed up with my previous smart phone, the apps I had to add to it and everything else that it entailed. I ended up only using the smart phone to send texts and make phone calls so when the battery died I was jumping for joy as it meant that I could finally buy myself a basic, no nonsense phone which this Easyfone is, without any guilt. I can see why they market it for the Elderly but I think they are missing a trick here as I think they could include the “disillusioned with smart phone” group as well. It is well made, very easy to use and has a lot of features on it which pleasantly surprised me for the price. The torch is very handy and I also like the feature of the various sounds and ringtones it has as well. It is simple to set up and use straight from the box. I also very much like that the phone comes with a second battery. What a brilliant idea, one can be charging whilst the other one is in the phone!! As I’ve said previously, it is a well thought out and easy to use little phone. Yes, I know I’ve only had it for about two weeks so far but I certainly hope to be using it for many years to come.

Switched out Emergency call button,as didn’t want accidental call. Disappointed on reading manual,it stated will not accept Prepaid Contracts only Pay and go P 63 faults.As We are on monthly 2year contract with provider,contacted Amazon,I was put through to tech advisor.she would find out and reply next day at 1100. SHE DID NOT. contacted provider, said try Sim anyway.Can always return phone to Amazon.
Thankfully works perfectly ,phone is easy to use and lives up to previous reviews.would not swap for another.However I have my doubts now about customer assistance.

Il telefono semplice e adatto alle persone anziane. Ha la possibilit di memorizzare numeri per le chiamate veloci sui tasti da 2 a 9 oltre che sui men1 e 2, cosa che la maggior parte dei telefoni non fa. Inoltre per inviare la chiamata veloce basta tenere premuto il tasto senza bisogno di dover premere anche il tasto verde, cosa che invece su molti telefoni bisogna fare e per un anziano non il massimo. Per rispondere basta aprirlo senza dover premere nulla. perfetto x mio padre anziano e ipovedente. arrivato con la basetta x la ricarica non funzionante e il venditore mi ha spedito un altro telefono nuovo e sigillato senza che dovessi restituire il precedente e senza alcun esborso di di danaro. Che dire?!?! Sono rimasta senza parole, per la disponibilit e la velocit della luce, infatti nel giro di una settimana avevo entrambi i telefoni! Esperienza super positiva e venditore onesto, disponibile, risolutivo e gentile. Il top!

Dopo parecchi mesi di utilizzo da parte di una persona anziana posso scrivere che un buon apparecchio, display luminoso, men chiari, semplici e tradotti bene, una delle due batterie non tienen pi la carica ma essendo un modello standard dei Nokia dei tempi passati non un problema.
It is exactly as described and suits my purposes and so I am pleased with this purchase. It suits me well as my eyesight is poor and I have found it easy to use.
I bought the phone for my elderly mother who cannot dial out but hears what is said clearly, when a caller contacts her or when someone calls a person on her contact list.
It would be helpful if she could answer the phone just by lifting the lid, as she cannot see the ‘green’ accept call button. However, overall, the phone works well when in use.

I bought this phone for my 80 year old Mum and it was her first mobile! She walks miles every day and I wanted her to be able to contact me if she needed whilst out walking. The Easyfone is compact, easy to use and the battery lasts for days and days. It comes with a very handy charging stand too.
When the phone decided to stop charging itself, the customer service team were superb in solving our problem by sending out, very quickly, a new charging cable, free of charge. They also remained in contact saying if that didn’t solve the problem they would replace the phone itself.
The cable has done the trick and the phone I’d charging again perfectly! I highly recommend this company due to their speed of service, professionalism and great product. Thank you so much, my Mum is thrilled that she has her phone back!

Handy wieder beiseite gelegt.
Der Anrufbeantworter schaltet sich relativ frh ein ( 5x klingeln). Selbst bei meiner ausfhrlichen Suche lie es sich nicht finden wie (und ob berhaupt?) man das Einschalten des ARB etwas spter einstellen kann.
Ich bemhe mich weiter eine Lsung zu finden und versuche mich an der nur im Internet aufzufindenden kompletten BA in englischer Sprache.
Das ist insgesamt unbefriedigend, zumal der deutsche Markt dem Hersteller wichtig sein msste…

La dcouverte du fonctionnement est une relle aventure pas vidente et le manque d’une notice en franais est un scandale, il y a 5 pages ridicules consacres la mise en route contre 66 en anglais !

Bought this for my 78 year old mum so have not actually seen it but she seems very pleased with the size, docking station and loudness of the ring. The menu is a bit different from her old one, which she is getting used to. As she has problems with seeing dark colours she thinks that the red colour is brilliant for her as she can easily find/see it easily.
I only use a mobile for emergencies and have yet to try it fully but it seems do all I want.
One niggle – it should come with a mains adapter – luckily the one for my previous same maker phone.
Ordered this phone on behalf of a neighbour who doesn’t like anything technical. Very easy to set up and the neighbour is very pleased with it.

Leggibile, i tasti sono ben distanziati e e fanno capire chiaramente se sono stati premuti.
Dotato di accessori quali la docking station e la fibbia batteria.
Unico problema legato alla docking station. Non che non funzioni, ma una persona anziana delle volte pu non posizionarla bene e non attivare la carica con le conseguenze del caso.
Infatti preferisce usare il cavo micro USB.
Probabilmente, per una persona anziana, non servono tutti questi accessori, ma serve qualcosa di pi “spartano” ed adatto alle loro esigenze.
Prodotto validissimo ma che, secondo me, non da dare ad un anziano “poco tecnologico”.

Avevo regalato alla mamma uno smarthphone….Un disastro !! Non riusciva a fare niente,partivano le chiamate da sole ed era disperata perche’ non riusciva a rispondere. Non che lei sia incapace o altro,ma e’ che uno smarthphone e’ gia’ difficile per noi.Figuratevi un touch-screen per una persona di 80 anni !! Cosi’ ho cercato con lei , qui su su Amazon , un cellulare che gli piaceva . Quando ha visto i tasti grandi e il fatto che si apriva per rispondere e si chiudeva per chiudere la chiamata,non ha avuto il minimo dubbio e ha scelto questo modello . E’ arrivato la mattina dopo ! ! Ed e’ stata una piacevole sorpresa per la mamma .I numeri erano gia’ sulla SIM che aveva.Ho solo pregrammato i tasti M1 ed M2 con i numeri piu’ importanti,e adesso basta tenerli premuti 2 secondi per far partire la chiamata automaticamente.E quando gli arriva una chiamata vede il numero da fuori e decide:Se vuole rispondere apre il telefono e parla serena ,poi per chiudere la chiamata chiude il telefono e zero pensieri !! La comoda base di ricarica e’ fantastica perche’ basta appoggiarlo e si ricarica , senza complicate spinette USB da attaccare ! ! Cosa puo’ esserci di piu’ semplice ? ? Un vero aiuto per le persone anziane ! ! La batteria dura 3 giorni e comunque nella confezione sono 2 . SUPER SODDISFATTA LEI ,e naturalmente piu’ tranquillo anche io ! ! Consigliato 100%
The interface is simple to use, the menu is easy to navigate, the audio is loud and clear, without being obnoxiously too loud and annoying. Its 1-click dialling is exactly what my mom needs. Easy to program M1/M2, so my mom can call me by just pressing down the M1 button. Same as buttons 1-6, can also be programmed to call a number as well.
The phone has a basic 2 MP camera but it’s sufficient enough for my mom to take photos. You can take a photo of a contact and attach it to their number for added visual aid. This is obviously not a touch screen, so texting is very basic and slow, but my mom doesn’t text , she just call.
Other reviewer mentioned that it doesnt have a good battery life. But my mom has been using this phone for almost 3 weeks now, and the battery life is sufficiently good. There are no apps on the phone to drain the battery, she only use the phone occasionally to make and receive calls. Most days, the battery can last for up to 4 days without having to recharge. It’s using a battery cradle which is better than the USB-type charging, no wire, suitable for my mom.
There is SOS button at the back on the phone, which is perfectly placed without interfering with the main buttons.
Having said all that, I would have to agree with other reviewers that the instructions, even though thorough, the fonts are quite small. But not a problem, as I was the one who helped setting it up for her. If the elderly themselves set it up, then there might be a problem.
Overall, no complains, phone is suitable for my mom’s needs. Happy to recommend.
j’ai mis une carte mico sd avec les photos de mes contacts, sympa mais un peu compliqu.
Une fois pass c’est petits soucis, l’appareil est simple, lisible avec un bon sons, achet pour une personne de 85 ans et paramtr par moi mme, elle est ravie.
Achet pour ma maman. Beau tlphone, aspect pche pour eviter qu’il ne glisse de vos mains, grosses touches, possibilit de grossir lgrement les caractres l’cran. Vendu avec socle pour la recharge, une sangle pour le mettte autour du coup, une seconde batterie, port usb pas de prise, dommage. Le gros problme est pour envoyer les Sms, pas du tout instinctif, pas moyen de faire un espace a affiche 0, pour entrer le correspondant c’est le parcours du combattant. Pas plus d’explications sur la notice. Aprs de nombreuses manipulations j’ai pu changer le mode d’criture du sms, donc le problme est rgl, nanmoins, l’envoi de sms demande plusieures manipulations et reste compliqu. Je recommande tout de mme ce tlphone qui plat ma maman et c’est bien le principal !

Bought for my mum who is nearly 80 as her old clamshell phone broke. She is finding it difficult to use. She can answer call OK and find her contacts but sending messages are not as easy as her own phone. And the handy light keeps turning on as the button is on the side and she keeps pressing it when opening the phone
There was a problem with the battery but I discovered it was the radio switching on all the time because of the preinstalled settings made it very easy to accidentally press the button but this can to changed to stop the radio coming on and draining the phone’s battery. My Dad is now very happy with this phone’
If you have no need to carry the internet around in your pocket but just need a basic ‘phone for calls and texts, then look no further. Ho acquistato questo cellulare per mio nonno e non sono del tutto soddisfatto. Cercavo un cellulare che sia in grado di chiudersi in modo che chiudendosi attaccasse la chiamata, quindi ottimo. Ottimo anche il fatto che il cellulare abbia una base di ricarica visto che mio nonno non ci vede molto bene, quindi sarebbe stato un problema inserire il cavo. L’unica cosa che mi ha fatto dare 4 stelle e non 5 il fatto che i il numero dei tasti non viene annunciato quando premuto, quindi per le persone anziane che vedono poco non l’ideale. la cosa viene un p risolta con il fatto che per ogni tasto possibile associare un numero rapido. Ad ogni modo rimane un buon cellulare economico. Spero che sia abbastanza resistente visto che mio nonno riesce a farli durare meno di un anno!

I bought this for my elderly mother who is 84. Really simple to use. Her previous Nokia had to be unlocked by pressing 2 buttons in quick succession which she found very tricky. With this excellent phone, just flip it open and it’s ready to use. Big buttons, clear display with large font. Volume of ringer and earpiece are excellent too. The charger stand is much less fiddly than trying to plug the lead into the phone. Note, this is a 3G phone so you can use it with the 3 mobile network. No issues with battery life although she doesn’t make many calls, standby time is plentiful and it comes with a spare battery. Highly recommend.

Dopo tre giorni che ho preso il cellulare per mia madre che di tecnologia non ne capisce na cippa, devo dire che non male. Lato audio, si sente bene, volume anche, alto e per adesso nessuna chiamata gracchiante, lato facilit d’uso perfetto. Pochi tasti e molto semplice da usare.
Parliamo delle plastiche, il cellulare non fatto male, per plastiche molto economiche e si sente anche al tatto, fra qualche mese ci saranno sicuramente degli scricchiolii.
Lato batteria pecca tanto, vero che ci sono due batterie dentro, per farle cambiare ad una persona anziana praticamente impossibile, dunque il senso di averne messe due non lo capisco. Kmq la durata se si usa per chiamare si attesta sul giorno e mezzo, con due batterie se ne fanno 3 ma come dicevo prima, farle cambiare ad una persona che di tecnologia zero la trovo una cosa inutile.
Conclusioni, per il prezzo non male. 50 vanno bene, per una batteria un po’ pi capiente e plastiche di qualit non gli avrebbero fatto sicuramente male.

I got this phone for a man of nearly 90 years of age. He had never been able to use a mobile before as he didn’t like touch screens, as this is just an ordinary screen he has found this flip phone relatively easy to use. After 2 days of use he is quite happy with it. He likes that by flipping the phone open it is ready to use without having to switch anything on. The big buttons make it easy for his fingers, and the beginner menu is easy enough for him to understand. As he has only had it a couple of days he doesn’t know yet how long the battery lasts – but it seems pretty good so far.
Bought this great little phone for wife who isn’t very mobile or tech savvy. If she needs assistance. She can press SOS button on back of phone and automatically calls me and then my daughter. (hands free). And also sends text message. I would highly recommend this phone. It could be a life saver. Also 3g with internet access. FM radio and basic camera.Good battery life.

Had to call Gamma phone and great to deal with had no problems even sent a new phone..
Note as 3G networks are to be turned off shortly in the UK you will be stuck. For example Three is due to turn off it’s 3G in 2023. EE shortly afterwards. Best to look at a 4G similar cheap phone… there are some.
Howeber works reasonable well but bleeps away on charge when charging is complete. Slight annoyance.
So yes buying choice will have a short life.

Telephone acheter pr ma grand mere… je viens de le recevoir… javais consulter seulement la fiche produit… et a la vue des commentaires… je doutais de mon choix… a sa reception je lai charg je peux vs dire quil ny a pas de temoin de charge… il y a 1 batterie de rechange… lecran sur le clapet est pratique… et une notice en francais est dispo sur le net… bref rassur… et des que je le mettrai en fonction avc ma grand mere… je ne manquerai pas de commenter sur son usage au quotidien.
My wife, having lost her ‘flip top’ 2g phone, I bought her this 3g phone.
It is an excellent phone from an Indian company, which surprised me.
The only problem with it is the volume control which has a button on the side. You have to be carful as you can easily, accidently turn the volume to zero which means you can’t here the phone when it rings.
Full marks to GAMMA PHONE, Easyfone Prime A1.
They sent me new software to disable the volume Up & Down buttons on the side of the phone when it is closed, because they can accidently be pressed when handling the phone so you can’t hear it ring.
When the software gave me problems, they sent me a complete replacement with the latest software installed.
My wife loves the phone & the customer service is excellent.
Once programmed this phone is good for my mum who has dementia and alzheimer’s because of the 2 memory buttons which she can use to push once to contact me. She can also open up the phone to answer it and close to hang up so very easy to use. Programming the phone in the first place is time consuming and awkward but once it’s done it’s fine. Its It’s a lovely size and I got red as it registers in her mind “my red phone”. Only challenge now is reminding her to lift it on her way out as she wouldn’t wear it on her lanyard around her neck.
I would also mention she has small but hands that are a bit shaky now and she can miss the buttons sometimes as they’re not huge. This brings the menu up and that confuses her.
Nice little mobile very good display set this up for Old gal fiddly setting time and Date beware no plug USB charging cable only spare battery may get myself one as backup for my Smartphone overall very good
Update after 1 day of use this mobile is easy to operate prefer this mobile to my old Dora this phone has far superior display patience is needed No issues
Extremely disappointed with this purchase. Battery ran out after charge within 12 hours. Needs to sit constantly on the charging unit not unlike my landline phone. Been thrown into the back of the cupboard, would rather have donated the cost to charity. It would have been returned had I not returned to France a couple of days after purchase!
Great phone but it came with 2batteries which I am not sure about there is a charging cable but no plug I am using one from old phone maybe seller could get in touch
It’s just what she needed. Answer on open, a cradle to sit in to charge and speed dial numbers for friends and family.
She has very poor sight, and is a touch dippy these days, so it’s nice to know we can contact her when she’s out and she can contact us if needed.
This phone is much more than basic, it has provision for an SD card
for extra storage,a spare battery and can be charged from mains or
computer.

Purchased for a lady in her 80s, good build quality, good signal, clear sound and easy to use. Great after a less good experience with a TTfone Lunar that offers similar functionality.
Besonders wichtig ist fr ihn, dass er beim Aufklappen des Handys gleich den Anruf annehmen kann und dafr nicht extra eine Taste drcken muss.
Das Easyfone Prime besitzt alle wichtigen und grundlegenden Eigenschaften welches ein normales Klapphandy haben sollte. Fr ltere Menschen sind die SOS sowie die direkt-wahl Tasten sehr wichtig und diese sind bereits vorhanden und funktionieren reibungslos. Zustzlich sind 7 weitere Kurzwahltasten vorhanden. Somit muss man selten in die Kontakte reingehen um den richtigen Kontakt zu finden und anzurufen.
Das Auendisplay kann man dazu verwenden um die Uhrzeit/das Datum auszulesen oder die eingehende Nummer bzw. Kontakt wird gleich angezeigt, bevor man den anruf annimt.
Ganz praktisch finde ich auch die Ladestation, auch super geeignet fr ltere Menschen, weil es nicht immer so einfach ist, den Ladekabel jedesmal an dem micro-USB Anschluss einzustecken. Der Kabel bleibt permanent an der Ladestation angeschlossen und man muss nur das Handy an die Ladestation drauflegen. Zustzlich als ntzliche Funktion finde ich die Taschenlampe, auch wenn die Reichweite kurz ist, kann es in engeren dunkleren Rumen lebenswichtig werden.
Es gibt auch die Mglcihkeit Bluetooth Gerte wie z.B. Kopfhrer, FM-Transmitter oder andere Gerte mit diesem Handy zu koppeln.
Das Handy bietet auerdem einige Multimedia Funktionen an aber diese sind fr meinen Vater eher zweitrangig und ich glaube kaum dass er die Funktionen wie Radio, Musik-Player, Kamera mit 2 Megapiksel oder Spiele benutzen wird.
Dieses Seniorenhandy bietet alle wichtigen Funktionen die man als lterer Mensch braucht an.
Bought this for my mum. She’s in her 70’s and precious so-called basic phones have just not done the job. This most certainly does. Mum loves it and since she now takes it with her to list places, gives me piece of mind.

Doesn’t take a standard SIM so I had her card cut down to micro size.
To charge the phone, only a USB charging cable was supplied to charge from a computer which meant I had buy a USB charging plug from a local shop. There is a spare battery that can be charged away from the phone, which could be very useful, and amazing for the price, but you will still need a plug if you don’t have a computer.
Easy to navigate through and big buttons. Good battery life and loving the classic flip phone styled design. Does the job.

Despues, para descolgar simplemente debe abrir el telfono.
Y para ponerlo en carga no tiene que conectar ninguna clavija pequea, simplemente lo deja en su base y carga.
Se ve robusto para aguantar la caidas y trae una cinta para colgarlo o para localizarlo ms facilmente en el bolso o en los bolsillos.
Tiene muchas ms funciones, cmara, mensajes, etc etc, pero en nuestro caso no lo necesitasmos.La calidad del sonido, cobertura y batera son muy buenas, en ese sentido es un telfono de calidad.
Un telfonomuy recomendable sobre todo para personas mayores que necesitan algo muy fcil y cmodo de utilizar. Inclusos para personas con problemas de visin.

A very practical mobile telephone. Small light and easy to use. The camera could be better but I did not buy it for the camera so it does not bother me at all.
I bought this phone for my 84 year old mother as she was having difficulty with the phone she had. It’s a great little phone that is Sim free, easy to use, and has large buttons. I can recommend this phone for any one to use.
good little phone . the only problem I have with it is that when in your pocket the external buttons are easily pressed . which turns on the torch , turns of the ringer and sends sos signals , so would recommend a case been used with it . otherwise no problems once with a case
I have been irritated by all the notifications we are bombarded with when you have a smartphone. This little gem just concentrates on phone calls and messages. If I want anything on the internet then I have my tablet and my kindle.
Display a caratteri grandi, si legge bene il numero e il nome di chi chiama a cellulare chiuso.
Funzione SOS buona (anche se non capisco come -dato che il pulsante incassato e va premuto per 3 secondi prima di inoltrare l’SOS- ma mio suocero l’ha gi avviata 2 volte per errore).
Ottima ricezione e volume audio sia microfono che altoparlante o vivavoce (anche per chi ascolta dall’altra parte).
Ottimo il fatto che va su rete 3G (cos con Iliad non ho problemi).
Ovviamente la parte “Internet” ridicola ma non mi interessa e non mi aspettavo nulla dato che non uno smartphone.
Basetta di ricarica facile per mio suocero (cos non spacca pi il connettore e riesce facilmente ad appoggiare il telefono nella basetta).
Tre soli piccoli nei (tutto sommato trascurabili):
– non c’ il caricabatterie ma solo la base con cavo usb, il trasformatore da recuperare a parte (mea culpa che non ho letto bene le specifiche…) ma poco male tanto un alimentatore usb qualunque va bene
– non c’ una suoneria precaricata con il suono “ring” (driin) dei telefoni classici ma solo melodie, avrei preferito la suoneria dei telefoni vecchi, molto pi udibile da tutti
– la funzione “torcia” si attiva un po’ troppo facilmente tenendolo in tasca
