We are now a 3 Emma mattress family, one double and two singles! They do smell a bit when they first arrive but that soon wears off! We have had the double for 2 years now and find it warm in winter and cool in the summer most definitely the best mattress we have ever had!
This mattress is the latest of many purchases in the search for a comfortable nights sleep. I have tried various mattress’s and toppers trying to be comfortable all night. At last – this is beautifully soft but supportive. I love it. It really is like sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone suffering at night trying to get comfortable. I fall asleep on this really quickly as I do not have to shuffle around trying to get comfortable and wake up the the exact same position – its’ amazing.
The mattress does seem firm when you first get it but it really doesn’t translate to a lack of comfort. It’s so supportive and keeps you cool when sleeping. I definitely recommend.
Seemed to fit in with my needs when looking. Sometimes a stiff back, side sleeper who sometimes suffers from night sweats (attractive trait :P). Also think the matress is something you should not economise on as its probably the important aspect of a bed.
Matress is comfortable and I like the way you gently sink into it, really like the simple packaging and the way it unrolls.
In answer to the above, had now for approx 5 months, back still stiff, a bit, still sweaty Betty, sometimes. Ive upped this from a 3 to a 4 as my harshness is probably related to how expensive it is but I cannot deny it is a good product.
It takes a while to get used to your new mattress,but keep with it ,it’s worth it in the long run. I had to have Emma send me one of their firm toppers , that made a big difference for myself since then things are just improving all the time. I have since purchased another mattress from Emma exactly the same. Oh and my daughter likes it that much she’s going to purchase one. [ You could call us a right family of Emma’s ].
Most comfortable mattress ever, unlike a rival brand which we had to return twice within a short span of time due to excessive sagging, no such issues with Emma mattress

Opted for hybrid which yes is more expensive but worth every penny! Easy to put on the bed out of the box. And you can clean it by unzipping which is great not like other mattresses can’t say a bad word. If you wanted a payment plan go on the auctual website they offer those.
After long debate decided to go with the Hybrid model due to existing back problems. It is still much softer then I would have liked it and you do so sink in but the mattress is very comfortable and reduced my pain extensively. So far I am very happy and have not regretted my choice. Luckily I bought it on prime day as I do stink the full normal price is rather high.
I find this mattress to be comfortable, but the very strong smell doesn’t seem to be subsiding even after one week and is quite overpowering. The only downside is that it makes me hot in the night, but I would think this is a problem with all memory foam mattresses.
I decided to try this mattress as friends said it’s great for lower back pain, I suffer with my lower back and it keeps me awake at night and I can never lay on my back. Well, hello Emma, I’m now a back and side sleeper after just one night my back pain was pretty much gone, now a few weeks later I don’t suffer anymore, I love this mattress and it is worth the price. Very much recommend

My only concern currently is that I do get hot so not quite sure what the ‘cooling’ layer is supposed to do. I do find that I don’t actually want to get out of bed in the mornings now, definitely recommend though.
This mattress is so comfortable its like sleeping on a cloud, it just hugs your whole body. It has totally stopped the pressure point pains I used to have every night on the top of my thighs so gives me maximum sleep quality. It takes a while getting used to and is quite soft.
Only had it a week but it has made a big difference to my sleep quality,I no longer wake up exhausted. Pain has improved some but arthritis always wins. Early days, let’s hope it continues.
I have a severe pain problem which has meant that even lying in bed had become a real problem, to the extent that I dreaded going to bed. I have only had the Emma hybrid in use for three nights and I can’t believe the relief I am getting. It supports every part of my body, but, without any feeling of pressure, just a pleasing sensation of being held comfortably. I should also add that I have to sleep in the same position all night and I have no pressure points with this, I never thought I would be able to get so much relief. Thank you to the inventor.

Easily the most comfortable bed I’ve been on. Took days to adjust from spring to this mattress.
I replaced an old mattress and have enjoyed a better nights sleep once I got use toot.

Nice mattress stinks a bit when first unwrapped but soon goes

Still early days yet as only had it from 13th May.
For now we are happy with it, big improvement on our other matteress.
