    Pros:
    -Human only motion alerts
-Notifications on my phone that a human has been spotted
-Camera alarm (that I can switch off) that serves as a outside smart house alarm
    -No monthly fee
-the cameras have speakers! So I have spoken to many delivery people, it can serve as a e-doorbell
-app is super easy to use, with lots of features
-Motion sensitivity has, so far, not failed me. This can be adjusted

    Cons:
-when speaking on speakers to a visitor while I’m away, there was some delay(but works if you have really good Internet)

Overall, I really love this camera and I’m so glad I bought it.

Installed these cameras a week ago and am more than happy with them. The picture is clear night and day, even when raining. They were easy to set up and put up, and I love the fact there is no subscription necessary. So far very impressed

So I’ve seen a lot of reviews with regards to wireless cameras, ended up between eufy and arlo. I decided to go with Eufy due to the higher ratings, don’t get me wrong but I saw some reviews on Eufy prodcuts that left me sceptical. After 2 months with 3 cameras, they work very good. Notifications come to your phone within a few seconds, night visit is great and the main thing, you dont need no wiring to install.

Some of the cons I would say, when comparing to a wired system which is a closed circuit, there’s obviously no 24hr loop recording, battery life and the main negative review I’ve seen a lot is the connectivity about camers going offline. I agree that maybe hours to days that a camera wouldn’t connect but you can change the homebase mode to beta and i think maybe with new updates, so far no outages for a month nearly. I have added the 2c pro camera for my front door in addition. Battery life has been as per box, i use high surveillance mode and it’s been 2 months with 3 bars…

If your camera does go down and it doesnt connect for 5 days or so, just contact eufy support and they’ll give you a new camera free of charge of course.

To summarise, we’re all home owners who don’t want to ruin our home with new cables for a camera system and despite the initial connection problems, these cameras are amazing value for money

I felt I needed something due to an abusive, malicious, bullying neighbour and looked at so many my head was spinning. I always go straight to the bad reviews and it seems many are disappointing and I don’t have time to waste. The picture is clear, night vision is great, battery life on my rear camera seems to be holding out well but my front one is obviously draining quicker because it’s over a pavement. I’ve positioned them outside upstairs windows for ease of removal. I also brought extension arms with three joints to angle them as I needed to see over a window ledge. My back camera does lose connection sometimes but my internet isn’t always brilliant. In short, if you’re looking just go for these and don’t bother going through the hundreds of cheaper options. Easy to set up, no subscription, great picture.

I have been looking for a cctv security system for a while and saw that the Eufy system scored highly in a magazine review. This is a very impressive system. Easy to install although I had watched some YouTube videos to help me but most things were straight forward. Installed in under 1 day bearing in mind you need time to charge up the cameras. They worked immediately extremely well.. I highly recommend these cameras and will be buying more to add to my system. Don’t hesitate, these are good, very good. If there is any downside it is probably the black and white night time images but let’s face it it’s very dark and most cameras struggle in the pitch black.

I’ve recently moved into a ground floor and fitted my house both with Eufy and Arlo, as these are the systems that don’t require a cloud subscription.
In regards to these Eufy I’m quite pleased with the results, sure it can be a bit better, but it’s a good value for money.
    The pros:
    – motion detection is solid, you can play with it’s sensitivity and define activity areas.
    – impressed with the night mode
    – the installation is easy and you can decide whether the Home Base is wifi enabled or connected via Ethernet to your router. This is quite
Substantial and sometimes the Router outlet is nowhere near when you need the camera.
    Cons:
    – this last point bring me to the worst con this camera has which is the need to be close enough to the HoemBase unit. It’s not enough that both are on the same router network (and this is where Arlo is superior). So when I have 114 meters between my garden and front entrance I would have had to have had a second Homebase In order to get both working 100%z
    – another Con is with the lack of subscription/
Sure it’s great not to pay a fee for cloud services but the events are only saved on your phone. This takes GBs of storage and you have to have the latest smartphone to keep up.
So on this last point you’ll have to decide the cost/benefit of this for your needs.

In terms of features it’s much like everything else out there.
The mounting outdoors is good, though I have found a 3D printed mount on eBay/Amazon Markt place that gives a better angle – so look for it if you need a better perspective view . The Arlo mount is superior in his angle.
See the 3D printed on my photos.

In conclusion, for a small garden flat it does the trick. It has alarm against tempering and it’s cheap enough for no one to try and steal it for itself.
The motion detection is quite sufficient and night vision is good.
The ability too add the standalone outdoor or indoor cameras to the same hub is great, although I did not check integration with other systems such as Google Home. In this from what I read they have a lot to improve.

It’s a good enough home system that doesn’t require paid subscriptio

Have installed these for a month and so and the battery is still showing full despite having 5-6 motion triggers daily. Human detection works great and haven’t received any false alarms yet however most of the time it’s triggered by foxes in the garden. Highly recommend this produc

I could right a huge review why these are so great but I’ll headline a the best bits

    Quality of material’s
    Video quality in day time
    Night time sharpness 5/5
    Item Looks great
    Fixing mount is super
    Battery is awesome
    App is perfect
Works with Alexa great. (Does take 5-10 seconds to see video feed on echo show) phone is almost instant in comparison
    Setup of detection zones
    Hub holds video clips
    No subscription

Have recommended to all my friends there is nothing I would more from 2 security cameras

I have this working with Alexa where when it senses motion it turns on my outside light.

Buy this with confidence one of my best buys this year

Oh one thing to note it takes around 6 hours to charge the battery but this said you only have to charge it once a year so no issue with that at all

Very easy to install, very convenient battery only operation and great video quality. Remains to be seen how far the advertised battery duration of one year holds up to operational use.

I have been moving all my home automation over to Homekit and as I use iCloud thought would be good to get Homekit Secure video cameras. At first I brought a Logitech Circle but this was useless as kept dropping connection for days on end. Have a Aqara for in garage and that’s great but no good for outdoors so hunted for good alternative.

In the end I gave up on home kit secure and purchased the eufycam 2 Pro thinking it only worked as normal Homekit video not secure video. To my surprise and delight it actually has HKSV which was great result and made this purchase the perfect setup.

    Couple of negative points:

Mounts are not great if you want the camera at a 90 degree angle but there are after market ones available I will be purchasing at some point.

There is no voice option through Homekit, you can hear and see but no option to speak. This isn’t a major for me as they are covering the rear of property and never used voice anyway.

    Positives are:

    Very good quality camera
    Great picture
    HKSV
Battery seems to be lasting ok have had in place for around 3 weeks and only lost 10% on one and 5% on other. Bear in mind with HKSV enabled the battery does drain quicker so this isn’t bad at all.

Great camera system and highly recommended.

    Nice and easy.

After testing leading brands I found Eufy Security Cam 2 Pro the best wireless battery cctv system in its category matched with simular designs. It’s real easy to Install and set up on your mobile.
A decent App simple to work and recalls a quality day time live stream, Short video clips and Images saved on the homebase.
The cameras are built with satisfying night vision also when using the zoom setting under normal outdoor lighting.
I have one cameras in the rear garden showing 90% battery life after 6 weeks of with low activity. My front door porch camera constantly activates throughout the day so I’ve connected a permanent feed which keeps an 100% battery life. Not sure if this is good for the camera charging cells long term. This system has operated excellent for me with no issues Internet freezing and software glitch.

Set up is easy. Just follow the the automated steps via the base hub, and instructions on the app. Picture quality is good. Slight delay on motion detection around 1-2 secs but that because they are battery operated. Notifications are quick when motion detected. Brilliant for the price.

Brilliant 2 camera system. Very easy to install. Videos available online to assist instructions in quick set up guide. Motion detection including human recognition (rather than cars and animals) is very good – no false alarms so far though only 3 days use. Picture quality from 2K version is fantastic with decent zoom capability. Tools take a little playing with to refine the system parameters but pretty good range of options. Geofencing (changing home or away mode according to position of family phones) works seamlessly and battery life looks good (still on 100% after 3days use (with multiple alerts during setting up period). Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBought these to set up a cctv system at my home. The cameras are a lot smaller than I thought as is the control box that plugs into your router. Very easy to install and then link the individual cameras on the app. Great picture quality and excellent night vision too. I bought these as supposed to the other eufy models because of the 365 day camera battery life. If you have cameras on constant record instead of the 20 sec burst then the battery won’t last as long as a year as it uses more power but even so it’s still good not to worry about the camera battery life for so long. On the app each camera has a battery life indicator which is handy. I attached some cameras on black wood soffits around my garage and I bought the silicone skins , also on Amazon , and my cameras are practically invisible to anyone coming on my property. I recommend eufy

Bought this with the eufy doorbell and found it easy to install and set up. The only issue we had was the verification email which took a day to arrive – might be a factor to do with Anker being a USA company? Seems to be a common issue having found discussions on Reddit etc. Once the app is set up everything is easy to follow and the app shows the camera working so you can adjust the angle etc when you’re placing it outside. Useful to use the angled bracket on the doorbell too to ensure the camera isn’t easily triggered from passing people. Cameras are easy to charge and the base station hooked into the WiFi router instantly gets to work. The footage is clear and alerts pretty instant with only a second or two delay. We have a fast broadband so I imagine this relates to performance too. Having read lots of reviews of other makes, this one came out as the most reliable in reviews and there are some useful comparison reviews on YouTube that helped in the decision. No subscription too is a plus. The memory gets written over once full but you can keep any bits of footage that get sent to your phone when it detects activity. The difference between this set and the eufy 2c pro is basically this set has twice the camera battery capacity so will last longer between charges, and it lacks the spotlight on the cameras. We have lights around the places we have placed cameras so it makes no odds to us. The difference in having the spotlight is that it gives more colour to the night time filming and possibly acts as a deterrent – without a light you could argue it’s possibly better so the suspect is unaware filming is in progress ?! Down to personal choice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent well made security option. All the cameras and doorbell are well made (feel sturdy and are nicely finished) and designed.

Good quality cameras with amazing battery life. I had to make a bracket to get the angle that I wanted from the wall as I think that the supplied magnetic fixing makes them too easy to steal. System works well overall.
Some kind of timer would be useful as during the day going in and out of the house means lots of video to delete but they are my only complaints.
Would recommend as a smart inexpensive security system.
Works great with my iPhone but doesn’t get on well with my LG tv

Easy to install, with the app just follow instructions. Picture, sound, motion, all good. One fault… when camera is put on bracket on wall, you cannot turn it parallel with wall, it sticks out at about 45 degrees. Creating a blind spot. Otherwise all good.

Changed from a ring doorbell to a Eufy 2k doorbell and then bought these to complement the eufy floodlight cam.

I watched a lot of reviews about these cameras and: the setup of all eufy items (very simple); viewing range; picture quality; general item quality; packaging and connection of items to existing networks is unequivocally brilliant and easy. Take some notes netatmo!!!

I’ll be buying another two when finances allow and re-siting the floodlight cam for better home coverage. I’ll also be installing a NAS drive at some point in the future and connecting everything to record to that.

The mounts are good but I bought uprated aftermarket ones with a wider range of motion for better coverage and I bought some silicone sleeves in black to allow the cameras to blend in a bit better with fascia boards.

The cameras have a magnificent girth and heft to them, complemented by a smaller than anticipated Homebase two, for discreet placement in the home.

Wonderful item and the more I use eufy stuff, the more I recommend it. I hope they continue to expand their offering and – being a sister company to Anker – any issues are likely to be solved by after sales in a similarly efficient manner.

Battery life seems decent with a 2% drain over approximately one week. However, they are currently fitted to the rear, where there is (hopefully continuingly) lower activity than the business end.

5 stars all round (so far) has a solid 10/10 for the form factor. Superb.

Really happy with this purchase! Easy to install the cameras and it was simple to set up on our phones for notifications. You have so many options for sensitivity to motion and the areas you want it to focus on. Everything can be viewed from your smart device such as motion being detected and also live footage which you can choose to record at that time. Although these don’t record all the time unless motion is detected.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThese cameras are very high quality and are the easiest to install. The lenses are extremely clear both day and night and have a very wide range. The link up to WiFi and base unit to cameras was a sinch and was done in seconds. My cameras are on both the house and detached garage (80ft away) and the cameras work perfect. One camera is pointing from house to entrance to property which is 80ft away and the vision and detecting is sharp. The software app is really comprehensive and allows you so many variations including automation too. I chose to buy the C Pro because of the battery life of 365 days. I have had them set up and played with them for a week to get configuration right and battery has dropped 1% only. I am now buying another 2 cameras to cover the whole external of house. They are not cheap to add on at 200 per camera, but I would sooner have a system I can rely on and actually works than wonder all the time if it is working.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI spent some time researching it CCTV cameras to use at home as there are many on the market. I decided to go for the Eufy system because it was a total cost with no need to pay a monthly subscription and I am really please with them. I think the Argo system would have better quality pictures but you do have to pay nearly 10 a month for that. These have excellent pictures, they are very good quality and the system was very easy to set-up. One of the best features isn’t mentioned in the advertising & that is the Homebase can act as a WiFi repeater. When I first connected it I had the Homebase near my router & hardwired but we did keep getting the signal dropping but on investigating you can set the Homebase up as WiFi and it will act as a range extender! We did this 7 now have no signal problems. The battery life is excellent as well, can not recommend if you just want a system that has no extra payments.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI bought the Cam 3 Pro kit, some door sensors, a keypad, some motion sensors and an indoor pan/tilt camera. I find he picture from the Cam 2 Pros I have clear both day and night and the notifications work well. There are some issues still to be ironed out with the way the app works, meaning the system isn’t fully integrated as much as I’d like but it’s only a couple more button presses to get to where I need to be. I understand there are issues with Homekit only supporting 1080P but I purely use the Eufy system so that’s fine.

Overall I’m happy with the system as is, especially as is there is no need to have an ongoing subscription. Installation was simple and configuration was painless. I’ll definitely be adding to the system as time goes on.
