die eufy Cam E habe ich seit 5 Wochen installiert und kann nur Positives berichten.
Die Kameras sind schnell mit der Homebase verbunden und installiert, die Bedienung ber die App funktioniert einfach und intuitiv. Es wird keine Cloud o.. bentigt, da alles auf der SD Karte gespeichert wird.
Eine der drei Kameras, die ich gekauft hatte, hatte einen schlechten WiFi Empfang, wurde problemlos vom eufy Kundendienst getauscht.
Also Alles in Allem nur positive Erfahrungen.
Comparing eufy to hikvisio
I Had this kit set up working at home, but decided to have a professional hikvision system installed so took it down and put it up at my holiday home instead.
Comparing the 2 systems is like night and day, the hik cameras are hard wired so never require recharging, much sturdier build and look much less likely to be pulled off the wall. The eufy is only 1080 which is 2mega pixel, but the hik system is 5 mega pixel. The infrareds on the hik cameras cover nearly twice the distance, the pictures give a slightly wider angle of view, and look better both at night and during the day in very stong sunlight which often blinds the shadow areas on the eufy pictures.
The hik system has a 2TB hard drive and the eufy has just 128gb.
And the best bit is the 2 camera professional hard wired system cost 380 fully installed! If I could find someone to install the same kit at my holiday home I would!

Le camere eufy sono molto discrete e anche belle da vedere… Ottima qualit dei componenti…. Funziona tutto come descritto dalla casa… Mo hanno deluso un po sull’aspetto video…. Sgrana un po in una grande stanza… Ma tutto sommato il ladro lo riconosceresti se senza passamontagna diverse funzioni e personalizzazioni.. Ottimo prodotto dire.. Consegna veloce… Lo consiglio rispetto ad altri prodotti simili molto pi costosi!!

J’ai acheter ce pack suite aux nombreux commentaires et tests logieux. Les camras sont de qualits, la homebase aussi et l ‘application trs simple et fonctionnelle. Le bmol ? …..une trs mauvaise connexion entre la home base et les camras. Ce qui rend l’utilisation extrieur trs alatoire car le signal est trs faible pourtant les camras sont environ 6-7 mtres de la homebase. J’ose esprer qu’il y ait un dfaut sur mon matriel sinon c’est inutilisable dans ces conditions. Je contact le support technique pour avoir leur avis. SI tout est normal je renvois le tout et change de marque. Je reviendrais plus tard aprs avoir pris contact avec le support technique
MAJ 19 12 2019 : Je reviens pour donner un avis avec un peu plus de recul. Finalement j’ai changer l’emplacement de ma base et mme si le signal n’est pas exceptionnel ca fonctionne. Pour une utilisation en extrieur c’est un peu limite mais ca fonctionne. L’application est vraiment super simple et efficace, la qualit des camras est irrprochable. Un kit parfait pour l’intrieur. En extrieur il faut bien placer sa home base sinon c’est un peu juste. Globalement je suis finalement satisfait du systme. Il manque mon gout divers accessoires disponible chez les concurrents ( un panneau solaire par exemple, des camras d’intrieurs moins cher etc…)
MAJ 20122019 : Suite une mise jour de l’application eufy security, sans que je sache vraiment pourquoi, le signal est dornavant trs trs bon ! ….maintenant la mme distance j’ai le signal camera / base au maximum !!!!

Setting up was easy and the magnetic fixings really do work. set it up and left it. works well. Its tricky to stop it detecting cars or moving bushes but trial and error gets you there. (everyones set up will be different) it does miss people at times too but then it depends where you put it. The tamper alarm works well too!! Could be more done with software i think especially in setting motion detection and sensitivity, but i am impressed so fa

Overall very impressed for the price. Purchased the two camera kit when on offer. Picture quality is excellent, perfectly reasonable for home use. It could obviously be better as not full Hd but at this price you can’t complain. I’ve set up activity zones to discount passing foot traffic which work but there is a slight delay on it recording when people enter the zone. Haven’t tested audio or siren ye

They are simply brilliant!,,,Just buy them they work perfectly and the Mic is amazing. Crystal Clear Image, 10 mins to setup….SEARCH FOR THESE ALSO:- Hikvision Mount Ds-1250zj Rain / Sun Shade for Outdoor Cameras, and make sure you put the front lip of the shade 2.5″ above the camera it protects them from the rain and Sun. If you put the lower ( and in effect cover the camera) it makes the night vision VERY poor as the 2 infrared lights reflect back into the lens…So the positioning is important to maintain the crystal clear night visions these cameras give you.
Amazing hassle free camera system.
Bought this Eufy Cam E to monitor home while away at work. Amazing quality of the product and step by step set up. Everyone can do it. Simple installation for few screws oitside and simply brilliant idea of the magnetic mounts for inside. Great fhd quality and great sound. Using it occasionally to call the dog over while I’m at work :). Highly recommend. Just read what is the product designed and check its specifications then decide yourself If you would rather pay twice as much for a team of people coming to your house to drill through the walls to put in cabling for security system or would you rather take care of it yourself.
Keep in mind cameras might have to update firware after they connect to base so might be unresponsive for few minutes during the set up.
Great Product Easy Setup and Use
Easy to get up and running 4 hours charging, pairing and then up on the wall. Set-up both myself and my wife easily, and yes the notifications are a pain if the cameras are not in the right place or settings are not adjusted. Sound and microphone function allowed some fun with the neighbours – they have to be careful what they say 😉

I don’t have anything negative to say about this product. It does what it says it’s going to do. The picture quality is excellent and it’s very easy to set up. I would strongly advise to buy direct from the company Anker who are very good and not via Amazon.
The customer service I received from Amazon was truly shocking. On the day the product was going to be deliverd, I had taken the day off work and was waiting for it. I was sent a message saying that it was on it’s way and I could watch it on a tracking app. I watched the driver go straight past my door and then send me a message saying that the delivery had been attmpted! You can imagine my frustration! Long story short – it took me a week to get my delivery. Each time I was assured that my delivery was on it’s way, I just kept getting ‘delivery attempted’ messages which absolutely weren’t true. I called Amazon customer services but they are out in the Carribean and just reading prompts off a screen. They were no use at all. I tried asking which courier company it was so that I could contact them, but I wasn’t allowed to be told. I tried asking them to ask the courier to call me, but they can’t contact the courier so no one called me. I tried getting the delivery sent to another address and although they told me it was going to happen, it didn’t. Eventually after many phone calls and more time off work, I finally got to speak to a manager in the UK who called me and then called the courier and sorted everything out. It really shouldn’t have been that hard. If I’d just had some way of contacting the courier, my stress levels would have remained at an acceptable level.

Super camera ,le flux video est un peut decal en streaming,en detection aussi de quelques secondes (4s) ce qui parat normal entre la detection et la notification gsm. L infrarouge est de tres bonne qualit ainssi que le rendu des couleurs .la detection ce produit a 9 m de la camera de face comme sur les plans latraux. Le son est de tres bonne qualit en mission et reception. la porte wifi est de qualite 90 m ils disent,moi je serais plus rserv sur une distance de 45m c est divis par 2 mais j ai de gros murs en pierres.ha, le prix,pour a peut pres 400e et 365jrs d autonomie sur batteries pour les cameras( la plus longue du march a ce jours),la bravo je valide et recommande.

Trs simple installer, ce produit offre toute les fonctions ncessaires pour une tlsurveillance efficace de sa maison.
Je regrette juste que la sirne des camras soit si faible (inaudible 10 mtres) et ne retentisse que 15 secondes environ (pas configurable).
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus d’quipements de proposs (dtecteur fume, sirne extrieure puissante, etc…)
J’ajoute que l’autonomie est bluffante. Aprs 15 mois de fonctionnement j’ai une camra 49% et 3 camera plus de 65%.

I was terrified by the negative reviews but hey, every product has a negative review that may not be applicable to everyone. My experience so far is perfect and I’m planning to buy more cameras to spread around the house.
j’ai achet les camras eufy aprs avoir consult les avis des clients amazon ainsi que des testeurs ; effectivement je rejoins la grande majorit des clients satisfaits ; super qualit, aprs avoir install l’application tout a t trs rapide (une dizaine de minutes env.) et le chargement des camras a pris 4 heures pour arriver au 100% ; la qualit d’image impeccable le son impeccable tout fonctionne merveille ; j’ai dj des camras arlo mais eufy est nettement suprieur ; j’ai fait l’installation hier donc je n’ai pas de recul quand je suis en dplacement ; en tout cas bravo eufy du super matriel pour un prix abordable.

I love these cameras, I bought the wireless home security system because its completely wireless, and although the whole internet decided to frown at me when ever I typed in “wireless security Camera” I felt that my wifes frown when I told her I was going to drill through the walls of our house was slightly more intimidating. 😀
The app is super easy to use, although i’m going through the period of motion detection adjustment – as everyone will. I’ve locked it onto my google assist on my smart TV and just say “show me the garden” and boom, there we go, takes about 20 seconds to load.
I also purchased an add one camera which is super easy to add in, literally just press “add device” can’t really get it wrong, all in all, three cameras took around 10 minutes to fully set up (without fitting) which includes, downloading the app on my iphone, and the cameras having their firmware updated. I genuinely don’t think it gets much better than that!
Support – I dealt with a lady called Jade, only because I bought these camera on the Thursday, when I went to show someone which ones I bought on the Monday they were on a mega Black Friday deal, spoke to jade who sorted me out the difference – she was fantastic! Thanks Jade.
The only thing I personally would like to have is more options on the different modes.
To explain:
There are two different security modes you can have, “Home” or “Away” and a neat little schedule function means you can have these modes come on at different times. the ONLY thing id like to do, is have more control of the security mode settings of the camera when they are in these modes, so far, the only thing you can change within each mode is
“Record Video” – I always want to record the video.
“Push Notification” – again another setting for me I always want switched on because I always want a notification but I can understand why people would maybe want that “off” whilst they are home.
“Camera Alarm” – having the camera send off its alarm when motion is detected is probably never something I would use, so I’ve turned it off because I don’t it alarming and annoying the neighbours any other time than the ‘anti theft’ alarm.
Home Base Alarm” – Same as above.
I think it would be really beneficial to have maybe motion sensitivity adjustment for security settings because then I would use “away” for a sort of nighttime mode.
Overall i’m super please with my cameras, I will soon add various picture, so you can see the same picture in day and nighttime mode.
Fair play Eufy! – a brand that undercuts the best whilst still producing top end products. I will be purchasing more items as my smart empire grows.

I have been using the eufy wire free HD Security camera system for about a month now after spending quite some time looking at the options available on the market and doing my research. I can honestly say that this system is brilliant and has actually exceeded my expectations – and no, Eufy have not paid me to say that!
This is a battery powered system as opposed to a wired system so there are pros and cons for each type of system. You should not use this type of system to cover an area where there is a lot of movement or continuous surveillance is required. Such environments would drain that battery. This is not a failure of this system. If you need – want – continuous surveillance then you should go for a wired system.
Here are my pros and cons for this system:
Pros
– Very easy to set up and you can be up and running within a very short time after unpacking the box and fully charging the cameras.
– You can move the cameras around whenever you want. As long as you remain in Wifi range then you can adjust the cameras position whenever you want.
– The Eufy cam app is excellent. It has been well thought out and compliments the whole set up and one feature I never saw mentioned in any review is the ability to share access to your cameras with other people. This is particularly useful if you need someone else to keep an eye on things if you are not able to.
– Battery life. I can’t confirm the 1 charge = 365 days claim yet but after a month of being out in the cold and being battered by the rain and with me constantly connecting to it to view live footage the battery indicators have not yet moved.
– Support. The Eufy cameras comes from Anker and Anker are one of those suppliers with exceptional customer service. One of my cameras out of the box did not connect to Wifi very well so Eufy/Anker replaced it without any hesitation.
– Picture quality. I was seriously impressed with the picture quality both during daylight and infrared.
Cons
– The secure outside mount really isn’t secure at all. It’s a screw thread mount as opposed to a magnetic mount. It works fine and does the job but if you place the camera in an easy accessible place where people can see and reach it then it would encourage an undesirable to attempt to steal it. A loud anti theft siren is a deterrent though of place it higher on the wall.
– Nothing else really.
I would definitely recommend this type of system if you need to monitor an area where there is very little movement ordinarily. It is not a system for continuous surveillance.

Very good security cam and support.
I bought this camera set and one of them camera isn’t work properly(was very weak signal) I have contact with seller and was very easy the communicaton and the procedure to get the replacement . The cameras work now properly and picture quality(day and night) and the software is super. I tried another systems but this is the best. No monthly fee, no cloud just straight to memory card and also you can buy a door sensor too. Only what I hope in the closest future they will sell a motion sensor too an will be full the house security system… Overall Great Products.
Great wireless camera system
Great little system, fully wireless and easy to set up. Allows for additional family members to use the app on there own device.
Would definitely recommend. Only downside is that the motion detection is set off from numerous sources, not just human movement. There is adjustment and zones for this though.
Excellent system
This is a fantastic piece of kit… I was going to get the arlo system but 100% glad I went for this instead looking at reviews on youtube. I had the whole system up and running within 15minutes after charging up cameras, I had a small problem with one of the external mounts and their customer service is second to none and replaced no quibbles. So far I’m finding it incredibly reliable and very fast notifications on motion detection… HIGHLY recommended, thank you anker/eufy. JANUARY 2020 update unfortunately one camera went faulty, image completely gazed over all of a sudden and never came back. Customer service was excellent (I was dealing with Cherry) and no questions asked replaced the camera for me. I can’t say enough about how good their customer care is, thanks guys!
Superb product but consider two hubs for bigger homes
We bought the system to monitor the outside of our house. Our home has a footprint of about 100m with no unusually thick walls and yet we could not place the cameras where we wanted – the hub struggled to pick up two of the placements that we had in mind, with two-bar reading. Very disappointing. So now we have one side of the house without a camera – and it’s less than fifteen metres away from hub with only one exterior wall and a bedroom wall in between.
The cameras nearer the hub have excellent reception and therefore superb picture quality. The settings are intuitive and very easy to set up and to program. The hardware aesthetics are great. I’d give it five stars instead of two if the camera-to-hub reception was better. Eufy need to introduce hub boosters or improve the signal quality.

I have increased my rating as Eufy customer service contacted me, out of their own initiative, and we have resolved the connectivity issue by adding another home base to the network.
Side note: we initially selected the Eufy security system over others on the market because of the outstanding after-sales service we experienced with their vacuum cleaning robot so we knew we could trust the company. And our trust has served us well with this wifi connectivity problem! Eufy really is ahead of the game when it comes to customer service.

The only negative is the outside mount for the camera doesn’t have a security feature to stop someone stealing them if there with in reach ie over you doorway.
But well worth the money and I know now my house is now more secure if I’m away or not at home

I’ve had my eufy system 13 months now, and one of the cameras has just given up the chost ,died no power nothing not a happy customer , eufy customer service agree it’s defective , but because it’s just outside the warranty have washed their hands of it.
I expected to get more than 13 months for my 399.00
Sehr gutes System mit Weitenbeschränkung
Dem System gab ich eine zweite Chance. Bei der ersten Lieferung viel gleich die base aus. Nach Diskussion mit dem Support kam ein neues System. Die Installation war einfach. Die Kameras arbeiten gut und die Bilder sind deutlich. Es gib nur einen kleinen Mangel ( deshalb nur 4 Sterne ), die Entfernung. Also 90m !? vielleicht im Freien. Bei 9m und zwei Wnden ( Ziegelmauerwerk ) war kaum noch Empfang. Ging gerade so.
Es gibt viele Einstellmglichkeiten und die Bewegungserkennung mit Alarm ist super.
alarme dissuasive pour les intrusions
L’important est d’viter l’effraction et j’en ai une cot entre et cot jardin. L’alarme se dclenche vraiment bon escient. Le vent ne la perturbe pas, seul les oiseaux qui prennent la camra pour un perchoir l’ont dclench 2 fois en un mois d’utilisation.
J’ai un autre systme de camra qui lui se dclenche trop souvent malgr un rglage au plus juste.
Il manque une suppression des vidos par slection multiple pour gagner du temps. Car je laisse l’enregistrement se dclencher sans sirne quand je suis l, au cas ou. Et la suppression des vidos ou j’y suis est un peu fastidieuses.
La puissance de la sirne n’est pas trs leve ce qui la rflexion n’est pas un soucis. En effet, les voisins ne sont pas vraiment gns mais elle est suffisamment audible pour que l’intru comprenne qu’il est film et cela devrait suffire le dcourager.
Au bilan je la recommande vraiment.
27/09/2020: achet le 8/10/2019 une des camras vient de prendre l’humidit de la pluie. J’attend une rponse du SAV. Sinon sur un an, c’tait impeccable.48h plus tard l’humidit est partie. J’ai retir une toile pour ‘tanchit imparfaite.
13/09/2021. Je n’ai plus eu d’humidit dans la camra meme apres de fortes pluies. Toujours aucun soucis. J’en suis tres content.
Gutes System bis auf Kleinigkeite
Was mir sehr positiv auffllt: das System wird immer wieder upgedated und die Entwickler stecken viel Aufwand in die Verbesserung. Ich hoffe das bleibt so.
Was mir fehlt: ein Widget fr Android und iOS mit dem man schnell die Modi durchschalten kann (zu Hause/Alarm Anlage scharf etc).
Alternativ/on top wre eine Untersttzung fr NFC Tags wnschenswert.
Abhngig ist man leider von dem eufy-Login. Man braucht also einen Account. Damit kann man leider auch nicht sagen wie lange das System “haltbar” ist. Hier wre ein Modus wnschenswert in dem man die Anlage auch ohne Login, rein lokal betreiben kann. Dann gbe es von mir 5 Sterne.

Commande le 25 octobre reu le 26. Le top. Installation un peu dlicate mais en deux fois, le tour tait jou. Excellent produit, bcp de possibilits de configurations. Tout fonctionne parfaitement. Une cam l’intrieur, l’autre ct jardin. Maison scurise. Notifications trs ractives. Pour le moment rien redire. Satisfait de cet investissement, en comparaison d’autres systmes.
Tolle kabellose Kamera
Also, Akku hlt sehr lange, speichern auf der Karte, ohne Cloud, finde ich toll. Bildqualitt ist sehr gut, die bemngelte Verzgerung ist zu verkraften. Wir drfen nicht vergessen, dass es kein professionelles System ist. Also fr zuhause ist es allenfalls ausreichend!
Nachtrag 15.04.2020: Inzwischen ist eine Kamera kaputt gegangen, bzw. das Aufladen war nicht mehr mglich. ber Amazon htte man problemlos den ganzen Set ersetzen knnen (sehr lobenswert!) aber da ich weitere Kameras ins System eingebunden hatte, war das fr mich keine gute Option. Der Kundendienst von Anker hat das erledigt, sehr schnell, nachdem man gemeinsam einer Lsung fr das Problem gesucht hat. Sehr gute Kommunikation, sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Ich habe die 5 Sterne nicht umsonst vergeben!

The eufy doesn’t come with a free cloud srrvice but the built in SD card can store events which can also be downloaded to your phone or pc.
Deals are now about so shop around. My 2 camera system is now 100 cheaper than what I paid 🙁
systme au top tous les niveaux . Qualit de finition et d’image ,facilit d’installation et de paramtrage , autonomie des cameras norme , interface ultra simple utiliser et redoutablement efficace. Je recommande sans restriction ce systme . 2 bmols cependant : Le prix global si on veut ajouter des camras mais la qualit est l et la concurrence est plus cher produit quivalent , de plus pas de batteries dans la base et priori impossibilit de remplacer celles des cameras : quid en fin de vie de celles ci ?
Je suis ravie de ces camras qui s’installent trs facilement, le plus difficile tant de trouver le meilleur emplacement pour que les camras soient efficaces et restent en contact wi-fi avec la base (6-7m pour ma part). J’ai pu loigner la base de ma box en la reliant internet via un CPL. Voil 3 mois qu’elles sont installes, et la camra la plus sollicite (entre) a perdu une seule barre de batterie (sur 5). Bonne qualit vido. Un bon produit qui correspond parfaitement mon besoin. Toutefois, je trouve le prix lev pour seulement 2 camras.
Voulant partir sur la gamme Arlo de chez Netgear, mon choix s’est port sur l’Eufycam grce des recherches sur le net.
Eufycam se dmarque de par son prix, sa facilit d’installation (moins de 10 minutes pour la base et 3 camras) et son absence d’abonnement.
Attention ! Le modle eufycam E est beaucoup plus compact mais ne dispose pas de la reconnaissance faciale contrairement l’eufycam

Sehr gute Kamera mit einer guten Qualitt. Habe sie gnstig” fr 299 im Angebot erworben. Sie lst leider relativ spt aus. Wenn ein Kind vorbeiluft, sieht man teilweise nur das aus dem Bild rauslaufen. Eine Verzgerung von 1-2 Sekunden sollte man daher mit einplanen.

These cameras have unbelievably clear and crisp images compared with my previous system which I had thought was good. They also have two-way sound where my previous system had no sound – so not only can I hear what is happening very clearly (I can even hear my garden pond pump working) but if there’s a visitor or intruder then I can talk to them. They have zones if you choose to turn them on with triggering in the zones and optional triggering outside of the zones. They can optionally immediately alert on my phone. It is simple to see live images or browse the recordings from my phone and download any that I wish to keep. I can also see any of the cameras on my Echo Spot just by asking. There are no cloud fees because the records are held securely encrypted in the hub itself. The cameras are rechargeable and the battery in each camera is expected to run for a year between charges. They also have anti-tamper detection.
The system only took a few minutes to set up and then I needed to drill two holes per external camera mount – the cameras can then be screwed on to the mount or you can use a powerful magnetic mount.
I have written the support team several times to ask questions and to make suggestions and in every case they have written back to me promptly and politely and answered my questions. I would say they have gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer.

As before, Eufy have responded very quickly and replaced the camera for me with no hassle, and with friendly and prompt support. Again, well done Eufy.
UPDATE (Nov 2020): I have removed 1 star because now a second camera has failed. I haven’t spoken to Eufy yet because I am feeling somewhat disillusioned and I’m thinking of replacing the whole system for something else. This time the camera went offline first; I removed it from the system, pressed the connect button, and reconnected it to the system. Two days later it went offline again and now is totally dead. Also, I have 3 of these cameras and I have to charge one of them every 2 months, one every 3 months and one every 6 months – none last a year as hoped for. The two that need charging the most overlook shrubbery and I think the wind blowing the shrubs is constantly triggering the motion sensor, I have been unable to reduce that triggering by defining zones – what I really need is something that detects people. Sad to say all this because the image is stunning and support from Eufy has always been good. But to be having so many problems with the hardware failing – which also includes the SD card failing that I had to replace – leaves me wondering whether I made a poor choice.

Hyper satisfaite de ma commande La base + 2 cameras. Un super produit. Tant au niveau de la qualit de la base et de ses cameras que du rsultat des enregistrements sur mon portable ou tablette. Tres simple d’installation Une super autonomie, la batterie n’a en rien faiblie depuis son installation le 1er AOUT 2019. Un plus etant parti l’tranger ou j’avais des difficults de reception, j’ai pass le relais ma fille qui s’est connect. Je prvois donc d’ajouter des cameras supplmentaires pour les autres pices. Dommage le prix l’unite un peu cher !!!!
Je recommande donc ce produit sans hesiter.

Achete pour remplacer les camras Blink qui fonctionnait une fois sur deux. La qualit image est nettement suprieur. De plus l’application offre beaucoup de possibilits. Programmation horaire, dclenchement de la sirne via les cameras extrieur ou via la box dans la maison. De quoi dissuad les cambrioleurs avant mme qu’il atteigne la Maison. voir sur la dure, car le systme Blink tait trs bien au dbut, mais au fur et mesure que l’application voluait, des nombreux bugs venez avec.

Been looking for wire free security cameras and discovered Eufy. They are great cameras and I have 2 working perfectly with instant notifications when anyone approaches the property. Can recommend without hesitation.

I have the original kickstarter version and am impressed by the frequent app updates and brilliant customer service.
There are a small number of differences between the two versions but nothing that I would think effects the actual functionality of the two versions.
App is easy and clear to use and very customisable for various settings to suit your need
An amazing security cam for every one
Very well built, super quality footage quite easy to install. I am very much impressed with the motion detection and amazingly superb night vision. But I am not impressed with both the mag and screw mounts.(it May be only in my case.) Both fixtures are slightly loose and I had to put some tape on the ball to fix it tightly. Other than the performance is amazing
Wow! I’m impressed with these just after installing them. So easy to get working even on our crappy internet connection. The picture quality is great, the night vision is amazing. The audio quality is also very good. The app works brilliantly. There’s not much wrong with it so far. The alarm from the base seems a little crackly for some reason and I will look into this. But overall these are just want I wanted and I did watch a ton of videos and reviews about all the new cameras. Glad I went with these.
Worth the money!
We have already spent 300 on a system that we’re not happy with and still needs more cameras as it doesn’t show enough. The Eufy system is well worth the money. With just two cameras (compared to my old system’s four) I feel more secure than ever. Everything was extremely easy to set up and there are no ugly cables on the outside of our house (well just the old ones), we’ll definitely be buying another and converting fully to Eufy!

Trs bonne qualit de camra. Facile installer et configurer. Enregistrement vido sur carte SD ET sur mon NAS synology en parallle sans besoin de souscrire abonnement cloud. Possibilit d’inviter des personnes (conjoint ou famille) visionner ou interagir avec les appareils (camera ou capteur ouverture de portes (egalement achet dans une autre commande). On regrette peut-tre juste la non possibilit de rgler le temps pendant lequel retentit l alarme sonore (30 secondes par defaut).

Camra en service depuis quelques jours, la mise en route un peu laborieuse, mais c’tait un problme de routeur, rien voir avec le systme en lui mme. Trs simple au niveau de l’installation. Je pense me reprendre encore des camras supplmentaires.
One of our cameras developed a battery fault after 7 months and as soon as Eufy knew about it, they sent me a replacement camera. I honestly didn’t expect this level of service from anyone so I’m pretty amazed. Thank you Eufy!

Had an issue with one of my cameras due to weatherproof failure, but Eufy’s customer service has been amazing so far, so I would now 100% recommend them.

Initial feedback is positive. Signal travels well through thick walls. Night vision and video quality is excellent. App is well made, my only gripe is that you can only have one person/device logged in to the app at once.
Easy set up
So easy to set up! Only slight issue I have is that it tells me that the camera is placed too near a wall?!? It’s just the other side of the wall to it’s router so I don’t think the range is anywhere near as good as expected, however the image quality I’m receiving is better than I expected. I also like the storage and battery back up in the base unit.
Produit recommand : efficace et simple utiliser. L’interface pour smartphone est trs intuitif, bravo aux dveloppeurs.
Avant l’installation, faire toutes les mises jour. Ensuite le boitier “home” vous donnera les rponses en franais (pour mon cas)
– Les connexions en Wi-Fi au boitier “Home” sont excellentes (surveillance d’une habitation de 600 m2 avec le jardin)
– L’accs distance est bon si on est connect au rseau 4G. En de une latence est perceptible.
– La dtection de mouvement dont la sensibilit est rglable, est trs efficace. Les sirnes et voix distantes sont dissuasives.
Je l’utilise depuis une semaine avec des essais prolonges sur les camras, le barregraphe des batteries est toujours au maximum.
Le produit est bien suivi car depuis les mises jour :
– on peu dfinir des zones de dtection de mouvement
– on peut accder aux camras partir d’un navigateur web, un plus peu document
C’est un produit largement suprieur son concurrent Arlo de Netgea
Great battery and picture
These are very good a bit on expensive side an only option to buy with two cameras you have to buy other cams separately but the quality is good much better than the arlo system and much better. Battery life and video overall very good my only worry with these is that once you have run out of recharge cycles you can’t replace batteries and they will need to go back to company to replace internal battery this could be 5-10 years so not the end of world as you probably want to update the system by then great worth buying if you don’t want wired-cameras much better then the rival arlo which I also bought and returned

Je possde les Netatmo Prsence & Welcome… mais comment dire je viens de tomber amoureux d’Eufy et dsol Netatmo… mais les camras on l’air vraiment trs abouti… qualit vido de jour ou de nuit au top, fabriquation trs qualitative, installation en 2 minutes. Comment dire que j’ai hte qu’ils sortent en France la version filaire avec projecteur, et bye Netatmo. Car chez Netatmo c’est pas si nul, mais honntement sa bug souvent (lag etc, alors que j’ai une connexion au top, fibre + routeur orby pour un wifi puissant galement). Sur la Netatmo qui est pourtant sur secteur, il n’y a pas le retour audio (vraiment dommage), et pas non plus de sirne, Eufy eux ils ont mis tout sa dans leur petite camra et a fonctionne plutt trs bien… Bref produit franchement trs abouti. Merci aux autres commentaires qui m’on rassur d’investir dans de systme 2 camras pour 200 grce au Prime Day (Le prix 200 est largement justifi et pour 300 sa le reste encore, mme si cela commence faire un beau billet…)

J’enleve une toile car la dtection des arbres et des ombres se met en route tout le temps la moindre petite brise, c’est dommage du coup…
C’est vraiment le seul point noir embtant car du coup de ne l’arme pas souvent et m’en sert juste pour regarder de temps autre en live si j’entends du bruit ou si je cherche les enfants dans le jardin.
Great product decided to go with the eufy cam e over Arlo pro 2 and ring cams after doing a lot of research and I have not been disappointed! Bought 2 camera eufy system and it is a great system was simple to set up and works great also motion zones beta is good and welcome addition. Customer support has been second to none also they sent me an extra outdoor mount free of charge and have been in regular contact to see how I ha e been getting on with my system. Main thing I would like to improve on would be range extenders as can be bit poor at times and also maybe geofencing but all in all great system would strongly recommend!

he unit in comparison of Arlos appears to be by far better. this is not only about the product but also about the price.
the installation is simple and easy. there are some additional smart integrated functionality which were unexpected such as zone areas and Voice control via Alexa or Google home.
on this particular product I’m not sure why but one out of 2 cameras was found to be completely at low battery. so I had to plug for some hours before I was able to use on it’s full capability.

Had these cameras for a while now and I must say I am very impressed. Had a few ‘issues’ with the app on my phone, however the support guys are really good and get back to you very fast. they sorted out my issues and I am a very happy customer!
Eufy, ein ernst zunehmender Konkurrent für Mitbewerbe
Ich habe das Kamerasystem seit Ende Mrz 2019 neben einem Arlosystem laufen. Eufy hat eine sehr gute Auflsung, Nachtsicht und Empfindlichkeit. Die Batterie einer Kamera hat von 5 Balken erst einen verloren, und das nach der ersten Aufladung. Diesbezglich hat mich das System schon restlos berzeugt. Die Aufnahmen sind wirklich sehr gut, auch bei Nacht. Die App ist einfach gehalten und hat noch nicht den Umfang die die Arlo-App bietet. Es wird aber kontinuierlich weiter an der App und der Gertefirmware gearbeitet und selbststndig auf die Gerte aufgespielt.
Einmal hatte ich ein Problem mit einer Kamera und habe dies reklamiert. Hier wusste ich wieder warum ich Produkte der Firma Anker liebe. Der Kundenservice hat sich innerhalb krzester Zeit gemeldet und das Problem wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelst.
Ich werde sukzessive das Arlo gegen weitere Kameras von Eufy austauschen, zumal der Arlo-Support sehr zu wnschen brig lsst.
Ct packaging, design produit, simplicit d’installation et d’utilisation via l’appli, rien redire. En revanche, on aurait trs fortement apprci la reconnaissance faciale disponible sur des produits quivalents la concurrence. A titre d’exemple, chaque fois que je passe devant ma porte d’entre ou mon entre de garage, je suis dtect et enregistr dans la carte mmoire.
Tout d’abord comme indiqu dans le titre, les camras et la base sont vraiment de trs bonne qualit, juste impressionnant en terme de finition.
Aprs avoir tout paramtr (5 minutes peine), l’image de ces camras reu sur mon smartphone via leur application et tout simplement magnifique ainsi que le son !!! Nous avons dj un systme Arlo avec 5 camras, l’image et le son grce au capteur Sony dbote la mchoire ! C’est surprenant.
Au niveau de la dtection de mouvements tout fonctionne bien pour le moment j’ai tester pendant 15 jours, on verra bien…, aprs peu aussi peaufiner les rglages.
L’autonomie et juste norme, aprs 15 jours aucune baisse de la batterie, c’est juste norme !
Nous allons commander 2 camras supplmentaires avec Amazon.
En esprant que la marque se dveloppe en France, il le mrite, par la qualit du matriel, le sav, le software, nous en tout cas en recommande 200 %

Good wireless camera, good quality and with all the features you can expect. Still missing a few of the key features it’s supposed to come with, especially a strong range from base station to camera units.
Top notch tech support. Like really outstanding. One of the camera units lenses broke, Eufy paid for shipping, replaced with a brand new unit. Was support communicative, polite and helpful all the way through the process. Very satisfied.

Auch wenn ich die deutliche Verzgerung beim live-Stream nicht ganz nachvollziehen kann so bin ich von der einfachen Einrichtung doch begeistert.
App laden Kabel hinten rein und los gehts.
Das ausrichten nur auf den eigenen Bereich ist bei dem ungewhnlich weiten Winkel der Linse etwas schwierig.
Aber mit etwas gefummelt klappt auch das auch wenn ich dann jedesmal beim Laden wieder fummeln kann.
Wrde sie aber wieder kaufen und kann sie auch empfehlen.

Mit dem Update vom 05.06. ist es jetzt im Beta Modus mglich bis zu 3 Bereiche festzulegen welche beim erkennen von Bewegung die Aufnahme starten.
Wie man sieht wird bei dem Produkt trotz aktuellem Abverkauf noch viel gemacht. Weiter so.

Auf Grund meiner Rezension hat der Kundenservice Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen was ich sehr positiv bewerten kann.
Der Mitarbeiter hat sich sehr bemht und fr die etwas schwierige Montage entschuldigt.

Super Bild. Leichte Installation. Aufzeichnung ohne Extrakoste
Ich habe mir die Kamera zur berwachung unseres Gartens sowie des Hauseinganges gekauft.
Die Installation ist simpel und schnell gemacht, die Bildqualitt (Tag und Nacht) sowie der abgedeckte Radius sind super. Da ich keine Mglichkeit eines Stromanschlusses auerhalb des Hauses habe war fr mich eine kabellose, akkubetriebene Lsung notwendig. Durch den Li-Ion Akku sowie die Wlan Fhigkeit der Kamera war die Installation einer Auenkamera nun mglich.
Die aufgezeichneten Bilder werden auf der mitgelieferten SD Karte der Basisstation (Homebase) gespeichert und knnen jederzeit ber das Handy abgerufen werden. Eine Livebildmglichkeit besteht natrlich auch. Die fehlende Mglichkeit der berwachung mittels eines Browsers ist fr mich persnlich irrelevant.
Leider kommt es wie bereits in anderen Rezensionen schon bemngelt zu Verzgerungen bei der Aufzeichnung, sich sehr schnell bewegende Objekte werden von der Kamera nicht erfasst.
Insgesamt muss ich sagen bin ich mit dem Kamerasystem zufrieden, in Anbetracht der Bildqualitt, der simplen Installation ohne Aussenstrom sowie der Aufzeichnungsmglichkeit ohne Extrakosten durch z.B. einer Cloudlsung ist die verzgerte Aufzeichnung fr mich verschmerzbar. Im Falls eines Einbruches wird die 1 Sekunden Verzgerung sicherlich keine Rolle spielen.
Ich wrde die Kamera jederzeit wieder kaufen.
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es fr die verzgerte Aufzeichnung.

The cloud service requires a monthly fee – the headline for this advert (7 may 19) states no monthly fees. That only applies to storage on sd card. The fees for the cloud service are very high when compared to Google File Stream. Especially as a sold on a per-camera basis, I could maybe accept the fee if it was per-homebase.
There is no way to have pictures emailed (this simple feature is possible on even cheap IP cameras). There is no FTP option. You can send to NAS but this would require the other location to have a fixed IP to work well I think.
So if someone does break in then they could simply take the sd card or homebase and therefore also the evidence with them. The system seems to rely on that not happening. It would be nice if the firmware could send 3 snap shots to an email address to preserve evidence. Hopefully they will add this feature in the future I can can up to 5 stars.
Lastly the alarm is not very loud at all and does not continue for very long. Unlikely to attract much attention. People hearing it might think it was a smoke alarm being tested.

The eufyCam was a breeze to install and I’m very happy with the video quality particularly at night.
Etant parti pour une Arlo Pro, c’est en regardant les tests et diffrents avis aux USA que je me suis dcid prendre une EufyCam e vue aussi la diffrence de prix : 620 pour 4 camras en 1080 alors que c’est 900 pour l’Arlo pro 2.
Pour info, on peut en mettre jusqu’a 16 avec une seule base ( j’en ai command 4 et personne sur amazon.fr ne pouvait me rpondre alors que Amazon.com l’avait prcis dans les questions rponses.
Bilan : super qualit, la batterie doit tenir 1 an mais je n’y crois pas trop … de toute manire, du moment que c’est plus que les Arlo qui tiennent a peine 3/4 mois … ca sera bien suffisant..
super simple d’utilisation, juste 1 reproche : on ne peu pas slectionner la zone de detection de mouvement mais un rglage permet de passer devant a pied avec le niveau de detection et permet de rgler au mieux la sensibilit.
bref : je recommande.
Bon produits livrs avec 2 camras et une base.
Tout d’abord il faut brancher la base internet en rj45 et attendre jusqu’ que le voyant passe du rouge au blanc.
aprs installer le logiciel sur son tlphone et synchroniser les camras la base en 10 min.
Les camras sont compacts et un peu lourd normal les batteries sont intgres.
Alarme intgre la base assez puissant et il y a aussi une alarme intgre dans la camera .
Avantage de la batterie de la batterie intgre la camra qui m’a l’air avoir une bonne autonomie et une bonne image.
Verwende zwei dieser Kameras fr die Zugangskontrolle innerhalb von zwei Rumen.
Ohne gro das zu wiederholen was die anderen schreiben: Habe mich fr dieses System entschieden statt in irgendeine teurere Nest-Variante zu investieren. Einrichtung war einfach, Firmware-Updates sauber, Betrieb innerhalb kurzer Zeit eingestellt. Montage einfach und dank Magnet-Halter-Lsung auch schnell anpassbar oder deaktivierbar.
Android Handy-App tut was es soll, sieht gut aus, fein einstellbar.
20.04.2019: Bisherige Erfahrungen
– Cloud-Lsung ist nicht von Haus aus enthalten.
– Cloud-Lsung lsst sich nicht ber Handy, sondern nur ber Webseite, buchen.
– Direkte Synchronisierung der Aufnahmen mit der Cloud kosten pro Jahr 29$ (oder 26,.67 in meinem Fall).
– Wenn man sich im Webinterface anmeldet, fliegt man in der App raus (recht nervig beim einrichten der Cloud).
– Support ist in Deutsch. Normale Qualitt, Vorfilterung, dann genauer nachhaken, dann ber das eigene Produktportfolio rtseln bevor eigentlicher Support zustande kommt.
– Abrechnungssystem fr Zusatzleistungen ist in den Kinderschuhen. Das Cloud-Abo wurde zwar abgebucht, aber nur mit einem ungefhren “Danke” quitiert. Kontoauszug ohne Buchungsnummer, E-Mail und Interface bieten keine Rechnung mit ausgewiesener USt. Ticket nach 5 Tagen noch offen, aber das ist nicht negativ fr mich.
Ich bin weiterhin zufrieden mit den technischen Leistungen des Gerts.
Ich habe die Kameras nun schon seit ber zwei Wochen im Einsatz. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Installation war sehr einfach. Die Halterungen lassen fast jeden Winkel zu. Andere hiervon abweichende Rezensionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Akkus scheinen sehr gut zu halten.
Einziges Manko bisher: es gibt eine leichte Verzgerung bis die Kamera mit der Aufnahme beginnt. Daher fehlen die ersten Bilder. Das fhrt gelegentlich dazu, dass das bewegliche Objekt nicht mehr auf der Aufnahme drauf ist. Positiv zu erwhnen ist die Aufnahmefunktion an sich und das Speichern auf der HomeBase. Das ist sehr intuitiv gelst und fr jeden verstndlich. Firmware und App werden gepflegt. Bisher gab es schon mehrere Updates. Auch der Zugriff von unterwegs ist prima gelst und fhrte bisher noch nie zu Problemen.
Insgesamt kann ich die Kameras sehr empfehlen. Ich berlege selbst, mir noch eine weitere Kamera hiervon zuzulegen.
Update Januar 2020: leider wird es fr diese Kamera keine HomeKit Untersttzung geben. Wrde sie trotzdem immer wieder kaufen. Bin absolut zufrieden und die Akkulaufzeit ist absolut in Ordnung!
Update Januar 2021: Ich bin nach wie vor begeistert von dem Set. Wir haben nun 4 dieser Kameras im Einsatz und jede ist ihr Geld wert. Zwischendurch war bei einer der Akku defekt, diese wurde sehr kulant durch Eufy/Anker getauscht. Das ging sehr problemlos. Zudem wird die App regelmig weiter entwickelt, so ist man auch mit den Software-Features immer auf dem neuesten Stand.
Nachtrag Oktober 2019:
3 Monate nach meiner Rcksendung habe ich vom Support eine Anfrage bekommen ob ich das Gert erneut testen wollen wrde, weil seit meiner Rezension einige Verbesserungen vorgenommen worden seien.
Gern habe ich das angenommen da ich neugierig war ob diese Firma sich tatschlich die Rezensionen zu Herzen nimmt.
Nach der Erstinstallation ist es mittlerweile mglich die Homebase in das eigene WLAN einzubinden.das erhht die Flexibilitt des Standortes natrlich ungemein.
Die nun erhaltenen Kameras haben eine deutlich bessere Nachtsicht als das Modell was ich bei meiner ersten Bestellung erhalten habe, da hatte ich wohl einfach Pech beim ersten Mal.
Auch die von mir als fehlende bemngelten Aktivierungsbereiche wurden mittlerweile in der Software implementiert.
An der Schwrzung von Bereichen wird wohl bereits gearbeitet.
Also fast alle meiner Bemngelten Punkte wurden innerhalb von 3 Monaten beseitigt, das habe Ich noch nicht erlebt.
Da ich noch weitere Fragen hatte stand ich in den letzten Wochen mehrfach per Email in Kontakt mit dem Support. Ich kann nicht anders als diesen ber die Maen zu loben.
Innerhalb von 36 Stunden hatte ich eigentlich immer eine Antwort und man hatte nie das Gefhl nicht ernst genommen zu werden oder gar lstig zu sein. Ein ausdrckliches Dankeschn also an dieser Stelle nochmal an das Team Support!
Die Bewertung habe ich nun deutlich nach oben angepasst. Das Produkt und der Support haben sich das verdient.

Ich habe die eufycam E gekauft um eine aufwendige Verlegung von Kabeln und das Bohren von Lchern im Mauerwerk zu vermeiden.
Die Lieferung durch Amazon erfolgte gewohnt schnell und die Installation war ohne das Lesen der Doku mglich.
Optik und Haptik der Cams sind wertig und die Bildqualitt tagsber hervorragend. Die Nachtsicht hingegen berzeugt mich leider nicht.
Bedauerlicherweise ist es nicht mglich die aufzunehmenden Bereiche einzuschrnken (ffentliche Strae, Nachbargrundstcke).
Ich habe die Homebase im Erdgeschoss im Wohnzimmer platziert und wollte eine Kamera benutzen um den Garten zu berwachen und die 2. Kamera um den Haus Eingang zu berwachen.
Zwischen der Homebase und der Kamera an der Vordertr liegen Luftlinie 12 m. Lediglich eine Glastr und die Hauseingangstr sind dazwischen.Am gewnschten Montageort ist nur noch der erste rote Balken Empfang verfgbar.
Die miserable Empfangsqualitt auf so geringe Distanz, die fehlende Mglichkeit Bereiche auszugrenzen, die wenige berzeugende Nachtsicht und der Umstand das die HomeBase via LAN angebunden sein muss haben mich veranlasst die eufycam E zurckzusenden.
Problemlose Einrichtung super Bildqualitä
Meiner Bestellung des Doppel Kamera Set und Lieferung am Folgetag stand ich sehr skeptisch gegenber, da es weder eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung noch eine deutsche Kurzanleitung gibt.
Im Vorwege die App Eufy Security auf Android und IOS geladen. Diese ist auf Deutsch.
Nun kam das Paket. Es ist alles vorhanden was bentigt wird. Speicherkarte (befand sich schon in der Home Base), Netzteil mit Kabel, Ladekabel, LAN Kabel, zwei Auenhalterungen mit Schrauben und Dbel, zwei Magnethalterungen fr innen mit Schrauben und Dbel.
Das LAN Kabel mit der Home Base und der Fritz Box verbunden und Netzteil und Base mit Strom, die App gestartet. In der Reihenfolge der App als erstes die Home Base eingerichtet. Dauert ein wenig, da erst aktualisiert wird. Nun weiter mit Einrichten der Cam E. Hier erfolgt sogar per Sprache: Halten Sie die Sync Taste gedrckt bis Sie einen Signalton hren”. Auch hier wird erst einmal aktualisiert. Danach sind die Kameras betriebsbereit. Fazit: Die Einrichtung ist super einfach auch ohne schriftliche Anleitung.
Die Bildqualitt in Tag und auch im Nachtmodus ist hervorragend. Mit den Einstellungen muss man ein wenig herumexperimentieren da, wie erwhnt, keine deutsche Anleitung vorhanden ist. So viele Mglichkeiten gibt es nicht, also ist das auch berschaubar.
Aufzeichnungen erfolgen ber die Speicherkarte, die wohl Aufnahmen eines Jahres fassen soll. Ob danach die alten Aufzeichnungen berschrieben werden ist mir nicht bekannt. Nur was soll ich mit alten Aufnahmen. Ich lsche tglich. Es soll wohl eine kostenpflichte Eufy Cloud geben, ist aber in der App noch nicht enthalten. Auch hier stellt sich fr mich die Frage, wozu.
Wie lange die Akkus halten, darber gibt es auch noch keine Erfahrungswerte. Mal sehen. Ich werde die beiden Cams natrlich ausgiebig testen. Sollte das ganze aber so bleiben wie bisher, werde ich weitere hinzukaufen. Sogar zum Vergleich die Eufy Cam mit Gesichtserkennung.
Die Installation ist fast selbsterklrend, wenn man zuvor die App auf dem Handy installiert hat
Was noch verbesserungswrdig wre:
1.Die Halterungen bieten nicht gengend Winkelfreiheit, wenn ich die Kamera direkt nach unten filmen lassen will.
2.Die Software kann nicht eingestellt werden in Bezug auf Areal was erkannt werden soll/oder was eben nicht in den Bewegungsbereich ( Zonen ) gescannt werden soll ( weil ich knapp an der Grundstcksgrenze liege, und es dann durch Bewegungen im Nachbargrundstck zu Fehlalarmen und Aufzeichnungen kommt )
3.Kein Webzugriff ber Browser mglich ( vllig unverstndlich )
4.Keine Gesichtserkennung ( die Homebase hat keine KI wo man es anlernen knnte wegen Fehlalarme weil ich es z.b. bin der das Grundstck betritt )
Wie die Nachtsichterkennung und Qualitt des Videos/Bilder ist, kann ich noch nicht beurteilen, werde ich aber nachreiche
Montag Abend gelesen das Anker das berwachungssystem nun endlich auch nach Deutschland bringt, direkt mit Rabatt Code bestellt. Heute zwar erst wegen Zeitmangel in den vorherigen Tagen installiert, luft das System ohne Probleme und sehr einfach ein zu richten. Es ist quasi selbst erklrend.
Anmerkung im Vorfeld:
Eine gewisse zeitliche Verzgerung ist zwar drin, diese gibt es aber auch bei den anderen Herstellern.
Vorher habe ich das System von Ring getestet, was leider wegen Verbindungsproblemen an Amazon zurck ging.
Pro:
– leichtes Einrichten
– diverses Montage Material dabei
– bequem mit dem Eufy Account z.B. Von Eufy Health zu verbinden
– sehr hochwertige Verarbeitung und Qualitt, sowohl bei der Basis als auch bei den Kameras
– die Funktionen der App sind selbst erklrend und sehr umfangreich im positiven Sinne (und sogar komplett auf Deutsch)
– bei jeder Kamera ist das komplette Befestigungsmaterial dabei, jeweils eine Halterung fr den Auenbereich, und jeweils eine Halterung fr den Innenbereich
– lokal gespeicherte Daten, ohne monatliche zustzliche Kosten wie einer Cloud Speicherung
– anti Diebstahl Schutz den man ber die App nach der Installation der Kamera einstellen kann, wenn jemand rabiat die Kamera entfernen will, geht die Sirene mit 100db los.
– das System ist mit Fenster Sensoren erweiterbar
Kontra:
– die Schraubverbindung der Halterung fr den auen Bereich knnte besser gelst sein
Neutral:
– wie lange der Akku hlt wird sich in der Praxis zeigen, hngt aber auch davon ab welche Einstellungen man vornimmt
Im groen und ganzen erhlt man hier wie immer ein tolles Produkt von Anker/Eufy.
Dank der 30 tgigen Rckgabe Mglichkeit durch Amazon, kann man das System risikofrei testen.
Die Eufycam E sollte bei mir als Ersatz fr ein Arlo Pro System dienen, leider steckt es noch sehr in den Kinderschuhen.
Kurzes Fazit meines Tests:
Einrichtung ist Kinderleicht und drfte auch Smart Home Leien nicht vor unlsbare Probleme stellen.
Fr mich war ausschlaggebend das hier auf einer Speicherkarte die Videos abgelegt werden, somit keine Cloud Bindung entsteht und das es hier ( noch nicht in DE ) auch Trkontakte gibt.
Vergleich Arlo vs. Eufycam:
Reichweite ist nicht so gut wie bei der Arlo, meine weiteste Kamera ist in der Garage und hier war mit der Eufycam leider keine stabile Verbindung mglich. Auch das versetzten der Basis Station hat daran nichts bzw. Nur minimal etwas verndert.
APP: diese gibt es bei Arlo in meinem Fall fr iOS jeweils in einer iPad und iPhone Version, die Eufy APP ist nur als iPhone APP auf dem iPad aufrufbar.
Das Bild ist gegenber der Arlo Pro deutlich besser, bei Nachtsicht wie auch am Tag.
Gegensprechen ist bei beiden Zeitversetzt, klingt bei Eufy aber klarer und verstndlicher.
Das Live Video startet bei Eufy mit deutlich mehr Verzgerung als bei Arlo und ist leider auch nicht so stabil.
In der WEB Oberflche funktioniert es bei Eufy leider berhaupt nicht, es knnen weder Video’s noch Live Bilder abgerufen werden.
Kurz um, der Versuch hat mir gezeigt das System kann was werden ist aber leider noch zu sehr Beta fr mich, geht deshalb wieder zurck
Update 16.08.2019:
Ich habe nun erneut einen Test gemacht, ich kann sagen das die Kritikpunkte vom Anfang schon sehr gut ausgemerzt wurden. Mann merkt das an der Software und der APP kontinuierlich weiter entwickelt wird.
Ich mchte meine Hoffnung auf eine alternative zur Arlo jetzt wieder etwas aufleben lassen.
Gerade in den letzten Monaten habe ich sehr viel rger mit dem Arlo System gehabt und wre froh um eine wenigstens gleichwertige Alternative.
Noch ist Eufy nicht ganz ran gekommen, es tut sich aber was.
Zunchst mal von 2 Sternen auf jetzt 3 Sterne.
Ich habe beide Systeme parallel laufen und werde weiter berichten.
Ich habe beide Systeme immer noch parallel, die Erkennung abreitet inzwischen bei der Eufy deutlich besser als bei Arlo, auerdem wird die APP deutlich mehr gepflegt, dafr gibt es jetzt noch mal einen Stern mehr.
Macht weiter so !
Ich bin Besitzer einer Reolink Argus und wollte ein zweites System zur Erweiterung. Durch positive Berichte im Internet bin ich auf die EufyCam aufmerksam geworden.
Lieferumfang: Es handelt sich aus meiner Sicht um ein sehr umfangreiches System. Es sind 4 Halterungen (2 x mit Magnet fr den Innenbereichen und 2 x mit Schraubanschluss fr die Auenwandmontage), 1 Ladekabel, 1 Netzteil mit Wechseladapter frs Ausland, die Homebase, 2 Kameras, 1 Lankabel, 1 SD Karte 16 GB (falls die jemand sucht, sie steckt bereits in der Homebase ;-p), 1 Quick Anleitung, Aufkleber und sogar je 4 Dbel und Schrauben enthalten. Das Set ist also wirklich umfangreich und es fehlt an nichts.
Installation: die Anleitung ist nur auf Englisch und auch im Internet konnte ich nichts auf Deutsch finden. Obwohl mein Englisch under all Pig ist, ist alles easy und gut einzurichten. Die Kameras habe ich bereits nachts geladen und die App eingerichtet und ein Passwort vergeben. Jetzt einfach die Homebase an das Netzteil und den Router anschlieen und warten bis die Lampe von rot auf wei springt. Danach die App ffnen. Nun wird alles auf deutsch erklrt und man wird super durch das Men gefhrt. Homebase einrichten; dann Kameras einrichten; fertig. Das ging es schnell!!! Super!
Test: Das Bild ist gut und die Kameras lassen sich gut ber die App einstellen. Man hat hier wirklich viele gute Mglichkeiten, wie Sensibilitt oder Zeitraum. Die App ist verstndlich und bersichtlich. Das Bild ist etwas hell aber nicht berbelichtet. Es reagiert gut im Nacht- und Tagmodus. Die Sirene ist wirklich grandios. Aus meiner Sicht sind die 100 dB wirklich sehr gut zu hren. Man kann den Alarm an der Kamera und an der Homebase aktivieren und sie haben eine unterschiedliche Sirene. Ebenfalls sehr gut hat mir die Kommunikation gefallen. Man konnte beide Seiten gut verstehen, so lange die Umgebungsgerusche sehr leise sind. An einer befahrenen Strasse und die Kamera auf Hhe des OG kann es schon problematischer werden.
Fazit und Vergleich zur Reolink: Vorteile der Eufy gegenber der Reolink sind eindeutig die Sprachausgabe, die Sirene und die Batterien (hier kann ich bei einem Kurztest keine Angaben machen). Bei der Reolink muss ich aber meine Akkus alle 4-5 Wochen laden. Ebenso fand ich den Empfang der Eufy etwas besser. Hier haben einige Nutzer bei der Reolink ber Probleme geklagt. Nun aber meine Begrndung, warum ich 4 Sterne gebe und die Kamera auch zurckschicken werde. Bei all den positiven Dingen strt es mich aber erheblich, dass die Kamera mit einer Verzgerung von 4-5 sek auslst. Nach der Meldung brauch ich also gar nicht erst das Livebild/ Video starten da dann das Ergebnis ggf bereits vorbei ist. Ebenso verhlt es sich mit dem Ton. Da bei einem Einbruch oder Einbruchversuch jede Sekunde zhlt, ist dies fr mich mit ein ausschlaggebendes Kriterium. 🙁
Ich finde dies wirklich sehr schade da mich die Kamera ansonsten wirklich sehr begeistert hat. Wre ich nicht im Besitz der Reolink htte ich sie wahrscheinlich behalten. Aber durch den Vergleich geht sie wieder zurck. Preislich habe ich fr 2 Reolink 190,- und fr 2 Eufy 320-, bezahlt. Der Mehrpreis wrde ich bei dem besseren Lieferumfang ansonsten absolut in Kauf nehmen. Wenn Eufy das korrigiert (falls die mglich ist?!?) wrde ich sie erneut kaufen.
Heute habe ich das Set der eufy berwachungskamera Security eufyCam E” erhalten.
Das Kameraset kommt sehr wertig daher, muss sich aber sicherlich noch im Alltagsgebrauch beweisen.
Das Installieren der Kameras geht sehr einfach von der Hand.
Die Verbindung zur Basisstation funktioniert ber eine, in meinem Fall, Android APP. Schnell heruntergeladen, installieren und dann wird sich zuerst bei eufy” registriert. Bis zur Besttigungsmail schien auch zuerst alles sehr gut zu klappen. Allerdings konnte ich mich mit der APP nicht anmelden (die Ladeuhr” im Anmeldebildschirm lief unentwegt und es tat sich nichts).
Auch der freundliche Support konnte nicht weiterhelfen, erffnete allerdings ein Ticket.
Ich tftelte allerdings ein wenig weiter herum und die Lsung des Problems war dann doch sehr einfach:
Man muss einfach noch zustzlich im Handy den GPS Standort einschalten.
Danach verlief die Anmeldung in der APP reibungslos und schnell.
Dann wurden nur noch die Kameras mit der Basis verbunden (auch schnell und reibungslos).
Trotz der Hrde mit der Anmeldung in der APP von mir 5 Sterne!
Ich habe die Kamera gestern erhalten und direkt montiert. Die Einrichtung ist ein Kinderspiel. Es wird sogar auf Deutsch alles erklrt. Die Anweisungen dazu erfolgen ber die Homebase. Was noch nicht so richtig funktioniert, ist die Aufnahmefunktion auf einer Synology Diskstation. Die beiden Kamera’s verlieren stndig die Verbindung. Aber auch nur ber die Diskstation.
Ich habe aber gehrt, dass es sich hierbei noch um eine Beta handelt. Mal schauen, ob es besser wird. Aufnahmen ber die beigelegte SD Karte funktionieren einwandfrei. Reichweite ist auch Ok. Die Homebase steht bei mir in der ersten Etage. Beide Kameras sind auerhalb des Hauses installiert worden. Ich muss sagen, fr eine gerade erst erschienene Kamera bin ich momentan recht zufrieden. Es werden mit Sicherheit noch reichlich Updates kommen.
Update vom 3.5.2019
Mittlerweile habe ich mir vor 1 Woche noch eine dritte Kamera zugelegt.
Wie schon bei den beiden anderen Kameras, war die Einbindung ein Kinderspiel.
Leider lsst sich die neue Kamera nicht updaten auf Softwarestand 1.8.6.
Auch wird mir genau diese Kamera, was ich heute erst gesehen habe, im Google Assistent nicht angezeigt.
Das bliche deaktivieren der Kamera, rauf-und wieder runterfahren hat leider nichts gebracht.
Der Service von eufy hat auf meine 1. Mail sehr schnell reagiert und mir Tipps gegen, wie ich evtl. das Problem lsen kann. Hat aber, wie bereits geschrieben, leider nichts gebracht. Ich habe heute nochmal einen Reminder geschrieben, weil ich noch keine Antwort erhalten habe, wie wir hier weiter verfahren sollen.
Ggf. muss ich die Kamera wieder zurckschicken.

Easy to use, out of the box setup, it does what it claims with excellent quality. Plus I had problem and their customer service quickly solved it with excellence.

I have had it for a few weeks now and its an amazing product just like the original, I had also looked at rivals from NetGear Arlo and in my opinion, they do not come close to what Eufycam offers in terms of value, functions, battery life and support.
I can highly recommend the Eufycam E system, some friends and family members are going down this route too.

Pleasantly surprised with how easy this was to install and use. The cameras updated firmware immediately too.
I was concerned about the signal range from camera to Home Hub, but that’s worked out fine with cameras 2 walls and 6 metres away from hub each.
Highly recommended.
I was originally part of the Kickstarter campaign and bought a system with three cameras during that time. After installation, one of the cameras malfunctioned, but Eufy replaced it very quickly. The customer service experience was excellent with Daisy being very helpful and efficient.
The optics on the system are excellent and I would highly recommend it.
