Lightweigh
I liked the look of the lamp but it is very lightweight and flimsy . A bit expensive too. Overall I am pleased with the effect but will be very careful on a windy night. Please be aware you have to have in full sun for 24 hours in order for lamp to charge and be ready for use.

One of the best solar lights out there
This was the first solar light I purchased for our garden, and I’ve ordered a lot more from various retailers but nothing has outlasted this solar light. The ones I’ve purchased that are still going are much dimmer and don’t last nearly as long as this light with the same battery. Speaking of battery, the only down side to this light is that the provided one is terrible, however it’s easy to change and once it’s swapped out it lasts forever. That being said, it comes on every night at a very good brightness and that brightness lasts for a long time, after which it slowly fades out into the early morning.

Nice garden lamp
We used this during the summer and it worked well and the solar batteries lasted well.
We have stored it away for winter as it obviously isn’t going to work well without the sun but it withstood all the summer rain storms well.

If though the solar battery took two days to charge. When lantern switched on it did not like last more than a hour.
Out of the 3 purchased, only 1 works as it should and 1 won’t light up at all, the 3rd one has a loose connection…. I am pretty disappointed in these to be completely honest. We got these for 3 family resting places. We were going to place them there for Christmas.
I have given them a higher rating than maybe I should have, but I fell inlove with the design and bright amber glow, the one lantern that actually does work has, it is beautiful – just a shame with the quality of the engineering.

I bought 2 of these last year, one has only just stopped working but it has been through the wars in the winter. I order a replacement and it is just as good. Look lovely in the garden with a realistic flickering and warm light. Highly recommend. Shame they don’t sell in cool white as I would prefer and struggling to find any….

I don’t normally spend money on such items but I had an empty hanging bracket and thought it would look nice near my front door. Justvthe right size, nice warm flickering glow and looks nice with a string of faux greenery.
Great little lante
We’ve had this lantern for a year now; it’s been outside and switched on all of that time with the original battery still working. Obviously being solar powered it isn’t as bright in the winter but that’s okay. It goes without saying that we are very pleased so far. Going to buy a couple more, along with a rechargable battery because I’m sure the first one must start faltering soon.

This is a lovely addition to my garden. The light is bright without being too bright. It give a nice glow. I ordered one and then I liked it so much, I ordered a second. I have only just got them, so I can’t say anything about battery life. But they do look good.

There is a really lovely warm light from this lantern. It has a very realistic flickering candle. It is great for the Summer but will be stunning at Christmas. It is a little bigger than most – a great size.

The lights are nice, light weight and being plastic they won’t rust. There are two things I don’t like. The first is that they turn on a bit too early, I mean as soon light slightly goes down they go on even if there is still some light, the second thing is that they may have just not included any battery as the one they included is useless. 350mah? I didn’t even know that AA batteries would exist with such low capacity! A joke! So I unscrewed the 4 screws under top lid and easily replaced with a AA 2500mah rechargeable Duracell!

These are beautiful Lanterns. Very good Solar lights. They ARE Waterproof…unlike some other Solar lights. I now have 7 dotted around my garden on different types of Shepherds Hooks. You won’t be disappointed.

parcel delivery
he items where as describeb. but the delivery was very bad we had gone away for a rew days and our daughter was keeping an eye on the cat. she discovered the parcel in the back garden where the parcel had been thrown. the wrapping of a plastic bag was damaged and it rained that day . so when my daughter collected the parcel from the garden it was water logged. fortunately the lamps have survived the rough handling.
Lasts all night on a charge. Nice soft flickering light. I have seen these cheaper and realised that the difference is that the cheap ones only have one little solar panel, whereas this has 2, one on each side of a decent size, so it obviously lasts longer.

I bought this lantern in August 2014 and it has been hanging in my garden ever since delivery a couple of days later. There hasn’t been a day when it hasn’t lit up, although it is not very bright nor does it last very long after a week of dull rainy days!! I am planning a revamp of my garden and will certainly be ordering more of these.

Very well made lamps, not partially bright, but look pretty enough. I purchased 2 to hang each side of our garage.
They are made of a good quality plastic but really do look like metal!
Bought 6 of these. Create a warm ambient glow in the garden. Although plastic, these appear well made and give off a decent amount of mood light. Cant comment regards durability, however if they last more than 6 months in a Scottish “summer” ill be well impresed.
Update – April 2018….I have “over wintered” my lanterns in the shed…Oct till April usually. All bar 1 are still working as they did when I first got them. Wouldnt be without them…at dusk they turn the garden ito a “magical place”

Great little lantern, only problem has been it is so light (weight) that the wind threatens to take it with it, so not able to put it outside just yet. Works well in a sunny window though.
