Great product makes hot chocolate that's hot!!
Very impressed with the frother, makes lovely and actually hot hot chocolate! Also I contacted Fimei Support after breaking the the lid and was sent a replacement in 2 working days. Great machine and fantastic customer service.
Absolutely brilliant!
I really love this frother machine. It really froths very well. The milk you use does make a difference. If I use semi skimmed UHT milk it is so frothy, mostly froth. If I use normal semi skimmed milk it’s still very frothy but has milk too. I just love it, you won’t be disappointed if you buy it.
Great frothe
If you like froth on your coffee then this is the machine for you, the only down side is the machine is quite noisy, if it was quieter l would have given it 5 stars.
Exceeded expectations
Having read the reviews of a number of milk frothing machines, I wanted a machine that produced a good froth,was quiet in operations d easy to clean and this one ticks all of those boxes. far I have tested it with full cream milk and semi skimmed and both produced an excellent amount of froth; the one using full cream milk produced a really stiff froth, while the semi skimmed was also very good.
The principle of the machine is the use of magnesium to cause the milk frothing comb to spin in a slightly elevated position.this reduces the noise and generated a lot of froth. As far as heat is concerned I found the temperature to be just right. One final comment concerning using the machine to just heat milk; this requires changing the central agitator to one that I presume just gently paddles the milk to reduce any risk of burning.
All in all,so far, I am very pleased with my purchase.
Slow but good hot frothy milk
Like it is so easy to clean. A fair price too. Much better than my previous one (without separate jug) it is much slower to create the hot frothy milk than others however it can heat and froth enough milk for two medium cups and is lovely and hot.

I love this machine the only set back for me was that it’s not big enough.
I would buy a bigger one if i purchased another one.

Heats a trea
Bought this really for heating milk for gingerbread latte and needed enough room for extra milk for a pot which it certainly fits the bill.
Careful though as put wrong spinner in and had a bench of frothy heated milkarghh.
Will use to froth milk but not just yet.
One slight downside is the cleaning of the hot plate if any spills occur but that’s something else I’ll master eventually.
All in all it’s a canny machine for hot (not luke warm as some machines do in fear of scalding you) milk and quantity for those liking the big pots of coffeeenjoy

Makes a lovely cappuccino or hot chocolate. Heats the milk up so that it’s nice and hot. Separate jug makes it easy to clean. Robust build quality. Very happy with this product.
Really hot drinking chocolate
Got the hot chocolate hot which a lot of the milk frothers don’t . But made one after the other without rinsing first which made the cleaning harder. Should have cleaned it after the first. My fault you learn by your mistakes.
Best hot chocolate eve
So easy to use – put 4 tsp of chocolate flakes or pearls into the jug (with the whisk in the bottom), top up with cold milk to the marked line, switch on, and 3 or 4 minutes later you have the creamiest frothy hot chocolate.
I was concerned that it might not be hot enough, as I like my hot chocolate very hot, but it is the perfect drinking temperature and makes a decent sized mug full. It was certainly worth reading all the reviews of other machines to get exactly what I wanted.
Great machine and service
Firstly, the frother is super – there are two attachments one to create thick froth and one to cream an aerated milk.
The attachments are driven by magnet and easily removable so the stainless steel jug is very easy to clean compared to the Arvov frother I’m replacing. See my tip below to make it even easier.
I have used Arla Best of Both milk and it’s superb with this machine for those that want low fat.
The milk is a perfect temperature for latte and cappuccino. My wife has hot milk with syrup (doesn’t like coffee) and hot chocolate and says it is perfect – doesn’t burn the milk but is nice and hot.
We had one issue which is that the pin in the jug that guides the stirrer and frother attachments broke off during cleaning, but the support from Fimei is superb.
They responded very quickly and have sent me a full replacement. Hopefully, this was just a small issue with the manufacturing as everything else is spot on. The frother still works without the pin if you get the magnet stirrer / frother dead central but the pin does make it easier to correctly place the attachments.
TIP – once you have poured your milk out don’t put the jug back on the hot-plate as it will continue to heat the milk with the residual heat and burn it to the jug. If you rinse it straight away it will be easy to clean (not that it’s hard if you forget with it being stainless steel, but doing it this way is effortless)

I own a small cafe & I’ve been looking for a hot chocolate maker for a while, and now I’ve found one that produces a lovely, silky hot chocolate, for a great price. It’s also flexible, I can do a milk shake for younger customers or froth up some hot milk for the perfect latte. I love the magnetic whisks which are difficult to lose & it’s very easy to clean. A great product!

Better than all the aerocinnos, lavazza etc because the jug is removable.so far so good. Last one lasted a couple of years. Also jug doesn’t stick like the nespresso ones
It gives great results on all settings and unlike the much more expensive model that it replaced there are no burnt on patches to remove when cleaning. Easy to use and easy to clean so highly recommended

This is an electric milk frother machine priced at 45.95. The jug is stainless steel, and it has two magnetic pieces which fit into the jug, one is for heating milk and the other is for frothing. It says the magnetic pieces are easy to remove but I found it difficult due to force from magnet. The jug has min and max measurements on the side. The jug is non-stick and was easy to clean afterwards.
The device can create either hot milk, hot milk froth or cold milk froth. To select each programme, you just press the power button on front to cycle with the lit LED, cappuccino, latte, chocolate and cold. Once selected it will begin the programme after a few seconds. It isn’t overly noisy and worked away in the background while I prepared my coffee. It shuts itself off when it finished.
I used semi skimmed milk but it does suggest to use milk with fat content greater than 3% for better results. Personally, I’m not keen on full milk so I’m sticking with my usual as it still does what I need it too, just something you may wish to consider.
The jug just sits on top of base and is easily lifted off when you need to pour. The taste of the milk was not tainted by the heating process as can sometimes happen when you heat it too quickly or burn it. This has now become my new favourite piece of kitchen ware and will replace a much bulkier coffee machine. I can grind my own beans and use this to make a latte whenever I want.
