The humidor is very well made and well finished. For being $100-$150 I am very impressed with this piece. After only 1 or 2 days the humidor stabilized at 74% humidity without any issues. The top door seals very well. The drawer at the bottom is a nice touch.
I ordered this humidor 3 months ago. The instructions were simple to follow and after wiping it down with distilled water and using the gel and solution included in the box, the humidity held at 70% in just two days. After adding cigars, it has held consistently at 68% ever since. I didn’t know how long the solution would last and ordered more bottles. I still haven’t had to use them. The original bottle is still 1/4 full. The humidor is beautiful and well made. The storage box is lined and large enough to hold two boxes of cigarillos, a zippo lighter and a cutter. The interior holds 20 Churchill cigars easily. Their customer service is amazing as well. Could not recommend this higher.
Okay, this is not a premium box like a Daniel Marshall, but I’m really picky about quality and this satisfies my standards. The hygrometer does change reading when I open the box, or add cigars, etc., so I think it is working properly, although I haven’t checked the calibration. I prefer the large digital digits over an analog dial. It holds exactly 33 of my 7.25 x 45 cigars (3 layers, 11 cigars each layer). I don’t think I would buy this for cigars longer than that as you lose the top layer when you put 7.5 inch cigars in it, because of the lid design.
I bought this as a gift for my husband after reading so many great reviews. My husband LOVES it and it’s exactly what he wanted. Within 2 days, it reached over 70% humidity and seems to be doing all the things it needs to be doing correctly at this point (he has had it less than a week). There was a small ripple in the fabric in the bottom drawer which isn’t an issue in how anything functions and it doesn’t bother my husband that its there as it’s in the drawer and hidden.
The humidor itself is great, but the customer service is what I’m most impressed with. I’ve reached out to CaseElegance with some questions I had on seasoning my new humidor, and received a quick response from one of their representatives. They then proceeded to check back with me a few days later to ensure things were going well and I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend CaseElegance products as they seem to take pride in their products and care about their customers.
I did not want to spend that amount on a humidor but after reading the reviews i decided to go with this model. Once received I noticed the hygrometer was not functioning properly. Right away I contacted the company. We tried to trouble shoot what the problem was, once decided that it was faulty I was advised they would send a new hygrometer out to me(this took 10 minutes). Just got the new part today , works great put it in and will be ready to go.. Great and prompt customer service is why I purchased this unit and was not disapointed.
This is my first humidor. Firstly the humidor came packaged really well presented. Humidor itself looks solid and classy with friends commenting it looks elegant. For the price, I am more than satisfied. The seasoning process was super easy to follow, and after 5 days, held a high humidity as per the instructions. I am just waiting on some more cigars to arrive to fully stock and see how it maintains humidity, but so far so good.
Only slight issue is the company states you have to use their hydro system solution and crystals, and with me being UK based, means I would have to ship all the time. Seeking answers on UK alternative.
However, great product looks great and does the job. Really pleased and would recommend.
Easy to season, accuracy appears to be spot on. Seasoned for 4 days, humidity was at 76%, added 30 Cuban cigars (just enough room for a variety of sizes), humidity dropped to 66% over the course of 2 days then back at 67% and holding steady. I will rotate after 1 week and check solution to try and hit 68-70%. I find Cubans best at that range anyway. I live near ocean so I am not dealing with constant dry air outside which probably makes it a little easier for my cigars.
Humidor looks great and I have received compliments from my Cigar Aficionados that stop by. I look forward to this item for long term use for sure. Oh and the spicy cedar smell is a plus for sure.
The drawer at the bottom isn’t designed as well as it could be.
Otherwise it’s a good starter humidor and easy to set up and use

This is one great humidor! Not only was it packaged well, but the humidor itself is beautifully crafted. They provide instructions in multiple different formats and when followed, everything works perfectly. I had a 150 count humidor before this one and it must’ve been poorly sealed because it would never hold its humidity despite the amount of attempts to season it. This humidor knocks it out of the park… on the first try! I’ve had it now for close to two weeks and it stays around 67% – 69% fully loaded. The craftsmanship of this product is excellent. Even more impressive is the customer service. I received an email with advanced tips on how to season this humidor. I happen to been having challenges doing so and replied to the email with a question. I not only received a helpful answer but additional tips and a sincere request for me to check back with them to let them know my progress. In the end the challenge is having seasoning my humidor was resolved easily and although I would’ve probably gotten there without the extra support the proactive customer service I was truly appreciated. This should be the norm but in today’s transactions sadly many other organizations are lacking.
Instructions are easy to follow and the humidor seal is what it should be. I recently returned a cheaper humidor I bought on amazon because it could not hold the humidity in. This one does not have that issue. Also, the customer service is unreal. They message you via email after your purchase to make sure your seasoning process runs smoothly. They answer any question you have in a timely manner. Highly recommend this humidor for both the quality, look, and customer service.
This was a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas. It is beautiful and looks more expensive than it is. It took about a week for him to be able to get the humidity settings right but that may be due to the extremely cold and dry climate we live in. It holds a ton of cigars and has a drawer for accessories. Overall, I recommend it and it made a great gift that he was excited to show his friends.
Easy setup. Waited 4 days for the seasoning process. I waited until it seemed to stabilize at 78-79% humidity. Instructions said it could take up to 2 weeks for the seasoning process. (Not sure what environment would have you wait that long).
I just transfered 31 of my cigars today, majority Robustos with some Coronas. (It was tight fit.) Its a shallow Humidor because the drawer feature uses up the bottom third or so.
The humidity dropped (just like instructions mentioned) to 67-68%, so far. If it holds there I will be satisfied with that. If not, I will definitely update my review

Wow! My husband needed a humidor and I was so lost, I did so much research and finally decided to buy him this one for Christmas. And wow it’s AMAZING! I highly suggest watching the video tutorial about set up as we were a bit confused when we opened it but it comes with everything needed and from the time we set it up the humidity has been perfect!!! We haven’t had any issues and we live in Ontario, Canada so our winters are very cold and dry!
Would 100% recommend and if I ever need another one I will be purchasing this again!
This is an easy 5 stars for me, for all aspects. Probably my best purchase in a long time. Made here in the good old US of A by way of Indiana.
My intent for this purchase was for a “quick” access humidor that still looks good on my desk, with a drawer for accessories. The drawer was the real reason why I purchased it, plus the magnetic lid seemed to make sense for a good seal. I decided to season this using Boveda 84% packs which takes twice as long as the Case Elegance Hydro System. But because it is all wood and so well lined with Spanish cedar, I wanted to take plenty of time to allow the whole piece to uniformly absorb the moisture. Not a rejection of the Hydro System, but rather appreciation for the workmanship.
Because I like this humidor so much, I purchased another one for aging my cigars … their “Cherry Finish Humidor” (for 25-50 cigars). Not available on Amazon so I purchased directly from Case Elegance (what a great price on that). Still looks very nice in the office and I expect the same tight humidity seal and easy-to-check level. If/when I need more capacity, Instead of buying a large humidor, I will simply purchase another one of these (I don’t want to stuff my humidor and restrict circulation). Then stack them.
Quality: I am so impressed with the craftsmanship of this humidor, inside and out – the joints, finish, and look. So far the lid seal seems to be as good as possible for wood-on-wood seals. The fit of the wooden edge seal is excellent before and after seasoning. I can’t tell if there is humidity loss around the glass insert, but there doesn’t seem to be. I don’t have a calibrated hygrometer to check the accuracy of the Case Elegance digital hygrometer, but no reason so far to suspect that it is not reading accurately. The felt in/under the drawer and under the case is applied nicely and looks like it will hold fast for years to come.
Design: Looks great and I very much like the front digital hygrometer display to easily verify the humidity level. The lid opening/closing is excellent (tricky to get that front edge wood seal just right). One initial disappointment was that the drawer slot is 8 5/16″ wide but the drawer is only 8 1/16″ wide. So when closed the drawer must be manually lined up with the humidor sides. BUT that was easily remedied by pasting one small 1/8″ thick black felt pad on each side of the drawer near the back of the drawer (easy to find at the hardware store or on Amazon). Lines everything up perfectly and I actually prefer this now for a smooth glide. The other thing is that the lower wood supports that the drawer rides on has a somewhat rough finish, so that the felt on the drawer bottom does not glide so easily. I’m not sure if this will wear away the felt over time. A smooth finish would be better (not sure if I will try to re-work that or leave as is). The Hydro System seems like a nice approach (I see that the solution tray is now divided into quadrants to minimize pooling). I haven’t decided yet to use that or stick with Boveda packs.
Customer Support: In my case I consulted with them about seasoning and their products. All I can say is, “Wow, talk about immediate assistance for anything.”
Given my total experience with Case Elegance, I would trust anything they sell.

While I read quite a few reviews online, I felt that this one was perfect for my needs. I doubt I will ever have more than 25-50 cigars sitting in my humidor at any one time (with our crazy Canadian tax on cigars-lol!). Great price/value!
Vendorjump (the seller) has been doing some great customer service and follow-up, so I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone circling this humidor and constantly googling “best humidor” + “best price”.
The humidity system: uses some type of water-based solution w/ crystals. Works well. I haven’t had any issues and you just need to follow the instructions and you’ll be fine – absolutely nothing to worry about for set-up. Takes about 10 minutes and then you just wait a few days before loading your cigars.
However, I noticed the humidity level was still a little too high (about 75ish) with cigars inside (I only had 5 or so at the time), so I left the cover open for a bit. The level is now at a steady 66/67, which I feel is a better sweet spot. Haven’t had any issues and the box has a good seal and the digital humidity indicator is working well. I’ve also added a few more cigars and the humidity level is holding well. Do yourself a favour and pick this up – works super well.
I love this humidor. While I’d rather have an analog hygrometer just for the look of it, the digital one seemed to be the sensible option for accuracy. While glass tops don’t seal as well I also love being able to look at my cigars without opening the lid. And as so many of the other reviews have said, the customer service is second to none. I had a small issue with the hygrometer where some of the numbers were not showing properly (think of an old calculator screen if you applied pressure to it). I emailed the company and received a response after only twenty minutes. Another twenty minutes and I had tracking information for a new hygrometer completely free of charge. Item was shipped from the USA on Friday, I received the item in the UK on Tuesday. I replaced the old hygrometer and my humidor is functioning perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with either the humidor or the service. When I need a larger humidor, I will come straight to case elegance immediately.

Expect the best bang for your buck and a safe, good looking house for a m. Premium Look/Feel and the build is indeed sturdy and high quality, with the performance to match, but at a price point of many lower quality alternatives. Seasoned nicely and is holding pretty consistently so far. I needed to store my hand rolled sticks in a lower RH so seasoned the humidor accordingly with no issues. Great size and design, has some nice weight to it and storage both inside humidor and slide out tray is as expected and shown (slightly larger even). The customer service lives up to previous feedback – you get the treatment you would from buying a high priced luxury item from a global brand.

Shipping was fast. When I received the Humidor it was packaged securely and nothing was damaged. This is my first humidor. I seasoned the humidor according to the instructions on the manufacturer website but the humidity was holding above 79% initially. I reached out to the company and they replied quickly and helped solve the problem. They told me to remove the hydration tray and ever since then it’s been steady at 70% humidity. Also the seal is pretty tight especially for a glass top humidor. The digital hydrometer makes it easy to check the humidity every morning.
I already recommended this humidor to 2 friends and if you decided to buy it I would recommend not using the hydro tray until after the humidor is seasoned as it may bring the humidity levels too high initially.

it is a great product, very nice quality. I have seasoned it for 3 days, kept the humidity around 75 to 79. After I put the cigars in it is now 72 to 72 degrees consistantly.

I am impressed with the craftsmanship and the look of the humidor. Someone has paid attention to detail. The seal (fit of the lid on the box when it closes) looks and feels tight. The felt bottom keeps the box from scratching delicate surfaces. I have added the humidity solution and gel and it has been keeping the humidity well above 70%. I have had the unit for about 5 days so far. I was initially a little hesitant given the price and the fact I had received some dreadful products purchased on Amazon, but I was really impressed with the quality of this product.
Case Elegance creates some of the best merchandise I’ve seen on the market for the cigar enthusiast!! The glass-top humidor, in dark wood finish is as the name suggest; elegant. I also purchased the silver stained cutter and the single ash tray, and both were just as nice. I even had a problem as few days after receiving my humidor (damaged-no fault of theirs) and they worked with me to get a new one at a discount-which THEY DID NOT have to do. The humidor was received super fast, the next day. It looks great, I seasoned it for 4 days based on the instructions sent. After 24 hours that I put the cigars in, it keeps the humidity at 75%
I purchased this humidor as an upgrade to the one I currently have, and since I am not an aficionado of any sort I didn’t want to invest in one that was beyond my needs. This one fits me perfectly as I usually only have from 6-20 sticks at a time. I had a bit of a struggle getting it seasoned as I live in a particularly dry climate but after reaching out to the customer support team I was able to sort it out. I have to use more solution than I expected but again, but I believe that’s more due to my general dry climate than the humidor itself. Overall, very pleased with the purchase, and as per other comments their customer support is top notch.

It arrived very well packaged and with easy to follow instructions…I am hard pressed to find anything negative to say about this product. Case Elegance even reached out to me, thanking me for purchasing their product and asked that I let them know if anything is wrong, no matter how meanial it might be. They even planted a tree due to my purchase; apparently they do that for every humidor sold! Companies like this are hard to find nowadays.

All good. Humidor arrived complete and undamaged. Seasoned as per instructions and all good. Only issue is the crystals. Amazon Canada Canada does not carry and they do not recommend Bovida crystals. So if in Canada you have to import direct from case elegance so now deliver charges etc. Otherwise all good. Well made humidor. Would buy again. As fate would have it I wrecked this humidor by mistake. Contacted CE and they replaced same so I upgraded to the Octodor. You cannot beat that for service. Also prices were cheaper for upgrade and many bottles of solution/gel packs. You cannot beat that either. If you want a quality humidor better than excellent service and excellent pricing CE is the place to go.. highly recommend.

Since having it, it seasoned perfectly in about 4 or 5 days and has been holding between 66-68 for weeks. The company also sent a follow up email to make sure everything is going well and is up to my expectations, which is always nice to see.
My only complaint is that the I wish you got a bit more of the humidor solution, but considering the great value of this humidor, it’s a very minor detail.

It’s very easy to season and set up. The hygrometer pops out to calibrate, which is easy using the salt method.
I have 20 Robusto sized cigars in it and there is space for a few more.

The customer service team is, as noted, exceptional. I’m referring to quick responses, attention to customers, and a dedication to ensuring the product is exactly as hoped for.
The first unit I received had some production lines that were off – things happen, it comes from China (there’s a sticker right on the bottom). I emailed making inquiry and provided photos. The reps got right back to me, were apologetic, and were forthright saying that is not the quality they stand behind. A new unit was sent to me in short order.
The new unit works great (exceptional for the cost, but I would not suggest to anyone looking that they will get the performance level of a multi-hundred dollar unit. Albeit, there are plenty of units that cost several hundred perform significantly poorer than this unit! I live in a very dry area, so humidity is hard to hold. The unit is steady at 67-69% humidity – a better performance than the suggestion of 3.6 Roengten.

Right away when you open the box you understand the quality work put into this humidor. It’s an affordable humidor that looks and feels like a much more expensive humidor. The drawer slides out nice and easily, the inside of the drawer has a nice texture and has plenty of room. They have an easy to understand instruction pamphlet as well as a much more detailed and traditional way to season your humidor online as well. I liked this so much I also purchased their big boy Octodor humidor which does cost a bit more but man is that one beautiful. Plus with this quarantine life we are living I have been ordering a lot more cigars and so I need the extra space. Easily 10/10 with this humidor and over the past 20+ years of enjoying cigars, I can confidently say that for this price you will be hard pressed to find a nicer humidor.

I want to start off by saying that the customer service I have received from Case Elegance is unbelievable. Since I received it they have emailed me to make sure I was happy with my purchase, they have walked me through the prep process even though it comes with instructions. They have followed up days later to see if all is good. I have to say these Guys care about their product. I had bought another Humidor on Amazon and couldn’t get it prepped to reach 70% humidity no matter what I tried. So I went off ratings and bought this one and was not disappointed, within two days it reached 70% humidity and is holding there with 70-72 degrees F where they are supposed to be. Not to mention how nice it looks and even better right next to my wine fridge! Very happy with this purchase and I definitely recommend this humidor.

This is a great humidor. It took about 12 days to get the humidity where it needed to be, but it being winder and quite dry in my house right now certainly had a role to play in that. I would have given it 5 stars no problem if it came with the proper amount of solution to adequately humidify the humidor or I had know prior to purchase that I would need more.
Be forewarned, if you decide to buy this humidor you 100% will need to buy more solution to get the humidity up to par. No ands, ifs, or buts about it, BUY MORE SOLUTION. Regardless, you will need more solution anyway so get it now when you checkout.

I like the humidor,its looks classy and goes well with any decor. I have 2 things that I have a problem with. #1. Because my fingers don’t work as well as they should be, opening the cover is rather hard for me. I thought if I could put a small knob of some sort on the lid it would be a little easier to open. #2. The hydrometer. I followed the instructions as provided with the humidor. It’s almost a week that it has been seasoning and never went above 64%. The solution is for 70% which is ideal for my cigars. I put in another digital hydrometer and its’s reading 71%. That’s closer to what it should be. Do you think I need another hydrometer or is there a way to recalibrate the one that came with the humidor. Thanks for any help.

A month in – After a night of drinking, I didn’t know any better not to put half smoked cigars back in the humidor. I reached out to case elegance to see if they sold replacement gel packs since mine now smelled like burnt tobacco. The folks at case elegance responded quickly and immediately shipped me a replacement humification system, humidor solution and a cedar tray free of charge. Customer service at its finest!

Great product! I got the old inventory set that didn’t come with shelf and a tray but I have contacted the company and they have been incredibly accomodating. Provided me with all I needed and more.

Great humidor. Holds a good amount of cigars is well made and looks great. Make sure you get the gel tray humidity system wit it though as the hydro stick and gel jar system doesn’t work very well.
Update-the company just sent me a tray and their hydro system device. I didn’t even ask for this but I think they read my review and sent these gifts as a nice gesture. I am completely impressed and still amazed with this product and company. This shows that they take products and customers seriously and I will definitely recommend to my friends-I would have liked to have a small shelf or divider but other than that, this is perfect in every way. Quality and functionality are great. Such a good buy.

My humidor ended up separating on one of the corners after about 9 months. Reached out to the guys at case elegance and they sent me a brand new one in like 3 days. Amazing customer service and really good quality product that I’ve been very happy with.
One issue I had was with the hygrometer, I might’ve received a defective one. Regardless of the issue, I contacted customer service they Case Elegance(the fantastic company who created these masterpieces) and within days I had received and installed a replacement hygrometer! The customer dedication, communication, satisfaction delivery is beyond what you’d expect from any company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Prior to purchasing this humidor I had no experience with cigars, never touched a cigar either. Anything cigar related, THIS HUMIDOR IS A MUST HAVE!

Disappointing
The humidor looks great and classy, seals properly and keeps humidity in without issue. Excellent buy for the price. The bottom drawer is large enough to store my cutter, lighter and ashtray. However, be aware that there are two versions of this humidor, and at the time I ordered, Amazon Canada was still shipping the old version. The version I received doesn’t come with the nifty cedar tray that allows you to hide your RH control solution. Since I bought this humidor specifically for that feature, I was disappointed.
I sent an email to Case Elegance support on the day I received my humidor, and they were just great. They sent me the tray with their custom hydro control solution. Basically, instead of using a cylinder, you spread the crystals/gel on a thin plastic tray that goes underneath the raised cedar one. It looks like it works pretty well, though I’ve only had it for a few days. In any case, there is enough space under the tray to use Boveda bags if you prefer that solution.
All in all, very satisfied with this humidor, it’s perfect for my needs.

I received my humidor and loved how it looked and smelled. But noticed after watching the video that I was missing parts. I emailed the retailer who immediately was responsive (it was 23:00EDT) and in less than 12 hours shipped for free the missing part and a bottle of humidor solution. Additional cost to me = $0.

I joked saying that at 43yo it was my first adult purchase . I have no expertise in humidors but really like this one. I had very dry cigars that were sitting for too long on my drawer and this humidor made miracles on them. The humidity sensor may not be perfectly well calibrated as my cigars seem pretty humid at only 67% humidity when I read that it should be around 75%.

Buying a separate hygrometer I noticed the one built in the humidor is broken.
I read similar reviews before buying this one. It’s nice looking with the digital meter but definitely not reliable.

After posting this, I was contacted by the seller with a few possible solutions to fix the problem. After a few days of extremely friendly and helpful back and forth, the seller over night me a brand new humidor.
Customer service was exceptional and they really went above and beyond to help me get the best out of my purchase. From 3 stars to 5++ stars. Couldn’t ask for friendlier customer service!
