ein wunderschner Humidor, der nicht nur seinen Zweck erfllt und die Zigarren frisch hlt, sondern optisch (auf dem Schreibtisch beispielsweise) auch noch sehr viel her macht.
Anfangs funktionierte das Hygrometer nicht richtig und die Luftfeuchtigkeit hat stark geschwankt bzw. konnte sich nicht konstant halten aber der Hersteller hat mir sofort eine Nachricht geschrieben und den Humidor ausgetauscht. Seit dem luft alles super und ich bin mehr als zufrieden.
Auerdem ist der Kundenservice wirklich hervorangend. Also wenn ihr irgendwelche Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten habt, dann wendet euch direkt an den Hersteller und euch wird schnellstmglich geholfen.

This humidor looks great sitting on my desk and the drawer is a nice touch so everything is in one place. The seasoning process was very easy with the directions and step by step video. I would recommend this humidor.
Looks beautiful. Feels like quality. I love the fact that it comes with the solutions. One of the bottles was cracked and leaked a bit however I reached out and was sent a replacement almost instantly. And the fact that some solution had come out worked in my favor because it had pretty much seasoned the humidor beforehand. So my humidor reached proper temperature and was ready to go in a matter of 24 hours. All in all , I love their business and would recommend checking their website out . They have a huge selection. All your cigar needs in one place! Kudos to you guys. A1 company.
It’s perfect for my needs. Minus one star because I would have preferred without a display glass on top. Nothing to do with the product itself, just my preference. Also their customer service / email newsletter is great.
I own several humidors and this is the tightest, most well made of the three. The seasoning and humidification process takes several days but is well worth it. I had several questions and the customer service team responded the same day. Very impressive. A great purchase.
I recently got this humidor as an upgrade for a cheaper one that I purchased on Amazon. This thing is fantastic. I did have a small issue with the humidor solution being sealed in such a way that made it impossible to open, but the guys at Case Elegance sent me a free bottle that worked just fine. Within a day or so, it was already holding at 70 and rising. After about day 3 it was at 75, so I decided to move forward and continue the seasoning process. The next day I loaded my cigars in and it’s been holding steady at 70 ever since.
This is my very first humidor and is well crafted. I would say this is a very good entry level humidor for those who don’t plan on storing a large number of cigars. The attention to detail is very obvious in the design and build of this humidor. The setup and seasoning of the humidor is very straight forward and the company has a lot of resources to help you get it seasoned and ready to use. I would definitely by from this company again.
The glass topped Klaro Humidor is as functional and attractive as I was expecting when I ordered. (Though perhaps even built better than anticipated!). When I opened the packaging I was looking forward to seasoning the humidor and found that one of the two included bottles of solution and leaked.
I was uncertain what type of response if any I would receive from my initial inquiry. I was pretty certain that I would most likely hear nothing. The response from Case Elegance was immediate, thorough, and restored my appreciation of a goid company. Within a week I had a replacement bottle and was able to begin seasoning the humidor as required. Jon at Case Elegance was professional, prompt, and thorough. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product and stand bye Case Elegance’s customer service. A good oroduct and even better company!

Hygrometer zeigt Luftfeuchte und Temperatur an (umstellbar von Grad Fahrenheit auf Grad Celsius) und ist sehr genau, habe es mittels zweier anderer Hygrometer geprft.
Fr die Installation des Hydrosystems gibt es eine Anleitung in mehreren Sprachen auf der Website des Herstellers und auch ein Video in englischer Sprache ist verfgbar.
Nachdem Einlagern der Zigarren musste ich einige Male Hydrolsung auffllen um die Luftfeuchte ber 65% zu halten, das lag sicher daran, dass die Zigarren etwas zu trocken waren und Feuchtigkeit aufgenommen haben. Jetzt steht die Feuchtigkeit seit 8 Tagen konstant auf 67%.

I bought this humidor to replace my older one and wasn’t expecting anything amazing with the price being so low but the quality is amazing, support is amazing and it looks fantastic as well.
It comes with everything you need to get started. They also offer a wealth of knowledge about cigars and humidors with their mailing list.

I did some research, and found out that the Hygrometer brand used in this humidor is generally of a good quality. Just like with any device, and especially with electronics, there can be 1 out of 1000 that goes bad, so it was just my luck to catch those odds.
The seller promptly responded to my initial review and offered a replacement with an upgrade – which tells me they stand by their product.
I am updating the rating to 4 stars.
It’s a shame that such a well built product has it’s one of the most important features not working properly.
The Hygrometer is off by 10%-12%, showing 62%-64%, while in fact it’s 72%-76% on both of my calibrated Hygrometers which I routinely use to double check readings on the built-ins in my humidors.
I would be OK with 2%-3% off, but 10 is way inaccurate. Nothing in the manual on a calibration, so I assume it should work correctly as is, “out of the box”.
If it wasn’t for such a bad humidity reading, the box would get 5 starts from me, no question.
Still thinking if I want to deal with returning it after priming it for 2 days, and having my cigars sitting in a temporary box waiting for the new home. My alternative to the return is keeping it and using my own Hygrometer, which is kind of silly after paying to the one that was built in.
Very disappointing. Can’t give it more than 2 starts, even though I like everything else about this humidor.
Correct humidity reading is an essential factor, isn’t it.
I did a lot of research. Needed to replace a 20 year old humidor. Decided on this Klaro Renzo and I’m glad I did. Arrived on time, in excellent condition. Build quality is very good. Tight seal, lots of cedar on the interior, looks great.
I did a 14 day seasoning with Boveda humidor starter pack, then switched to 2 size 60, 72% Boveda packs and loaded in 17 cigars. Sizes are Robusto up to Gordo. It could hold more but I didn’t want to overfill it. That was 10 days ago, and the humidity stabilized at 70 and has been there for the last 7-8 days. I’ve smoked 2 cigars and really haven’t opened the lid other than that.
The drawer is such an obvious thing that every humidor should have. Cutters, lighter, matches all fit and it’s so great to have it all right there. Huge plus for this. I also really like the digital hygrometer on the outside. No need to open the lid to check your conditions.
Based on the quality of everything, I would guess that the hydro system will work very well, but I’m very used to Boveda packs, and I have a year’s worth already here. I live in the Northeast, so I’ll get every type of climate condition from hot to very cold, from dry to very humid. If I notice significant changes I will try the hydro system, but this box is fairly small so I think the Bovedas make sense for me.
I added some pictures for scale and so you can see the hygrometer display. I highly recommend Case Elegance/Klaro. I’ll buy from them again.

Love my Klaro Humidor! I received my Klaro Humidor at the end of February. Excellent quality – great finish – storage and a great wood smell. I followed the instructions provided and I received a timely email from Klaro (Case Elegance) outlining a few tips for consideration. All was great for a couple co of weeks (maintaining between 68 and 71% humidity at 70 degree F. Then things changed. My humidity dropped over a week to 66 then 65 and could not maintain over 65. I contacted customer support via email. Minutes (yes minutes) later I got a response! Turns out, I was using too little Humidor solution. Jon in Klaro – Case Elegance Support walked me through the process. 8 hours later – 71% humidity at 69.8 degrees F. Two days later – still on point. A month later, I now was adding too much solution (my fault). the wood tray was damaged. I contacted customer support (a couple of minutes later) and between Jon and Antar – they shipped me a new tray and instructions (again). Thank you Jon at Case Elegance ! Now that is incredible service and great customer support! I would hesitate to recommend Klaro and Case Elegance to anyone .
This is my first desktop humidor. It comes in a nice wood finish with a glass top. The instructions are easy to follow, guiding you through a step by step process, though I did have an issue with keeping humidity at below 75% RH, at step 5 in the instructions. However, the support with this product is excellent (probably the best I have experienced via Amazon), CE advised and the problem was solved, the humidor is now staying dead on 70% RH. I am really pleased with the product, I am tempted to by one of their lighters and cutters now!

Really pleased so far. Leaves everything cigar/pipe related all in one place. Holds as many cigars as I could afford on a restock . The seal feels substantial – and that’s backed up by a consistent 70% in the middle of winter.

This was my first ever humidor and I’m not disappointed. I choose this humidor over others mainly due to the very handy accesory drawer that allows me to save space and have all my cigar accesories in one place. Out of the box the humidor looks very stylish and the construction seem solid, looks like it will fit a good amount of cigars and the magnetized lid is a huge help on maintaining the humidity levels. It comes with 2 different bottles of humidor solution (one for winter climates/season and a normal one), clear instructions and video tutorials on how to season it properly, only thing I’m not a big fan is on their whole solution and gel method, I think I will move to boveda packs once I finish the solution bottles, as it is a more convenient method.
After the seasoning I was able to put inside my cigars and so far it has maintained a quite stable humidity level, altough I love the look of an analog hygrometer, the digital hygrometer that comes with the humidor is a more sensible and accurate choice. Finally its a joy to be able to see your cigars from the outside thanks to the glass top, I’m very pleased with the product.
Be aware tho, the kit no longer contains the Hydro Stick/ dividers anymore, I was quite disappointed on that, as it was described as included in the product page and was keen to have one. Now here comes the amazing customer support, after registering the humidor on the manufacturer website I recieved an email from the manufacturer offering further customer support, hints on seasoning and more, so I decided to put forward a request on the missing hydro sticks; the team from customer support informed me that they no longer include them but they were kind enough to go ahead and send me not 1 but 2 hydro sticks plus some extra gel at no cost; so I really appreciate the company going the extra mile for their customers.
Great buy, and will consider their other products in the future.
This is a great humidor at a very reasonable price. Instructions are clear and I recommend to use the winter solution if indeed you live in a very dry place (not just because it is winter!). Customer service has been perfect , responding quickly to questions directing me to a wealth of insight in their website. They even sent me hydro sticks for free following a question about how to separate different kind of cigars in the humidor. I would strongly recommend this product.

The humidor arrived when expected. It was easy to season and after cigars were added it is holding at 68-70%.
Following the detailed instructions included with the humidor (very well written). Overall, I really enjoy the appearance and design of the humidor and how simple the seasoning process was (thanks to those clear instructions).
I have taken quite a bit of time researching different humidors. I landed on this one because of total value seemed to be the best. It’s not $30 or $60, but it’s a great deal because of the size, the magnet seal, digital display, compartment for accessories, and the humidor solution is included! I think it’s perfect. It came boxed really well, the packaging was super neat, it felt like it was Christmas by unwrapping. There’s not a blemish on this box. Even the smell of this box is lovely. If you’re in the market for a humidor, I would different suggest this one.

Got this humidor for over half a year now and I have to say I’m really pleased with it. It looks great and works great. I had some trouble keeping the desired humidity, and after reaching out to the people at Case Elegance, they pretty much helped me out immediately in troubleshooting the issue. In short, aftersales is fast and helpful. Only “downside” for me is that the lower compartment seems like an afterthought since it just slides completely out without being affixed to anything.
I was a little sceptical about this product due to the price. I am now a very, very happy customer. The product is extremely well made and looks good. It holds all of the different sizes of cigars I have. Following the very comprehensive instructions it was very easy to season and set up. What was particularly good was the after sales emails from the company offering additional advice and support. I would recommend this product.
This is a easy to use and self seasoning, it comes with a gel tray as well as 2 bottles of conditioner to get started from, I put 25 cigars in I bought from Cayo Coco Cuba, and this humidor has been keeping them fresh and moist the way I like it at 75%
Amazing support, craftsmanship and quality is great on this humidor. I had a defective hydrometer the digital display had missing traces, a replacement was promptly shipped out after speaking with the support. Highly recommend this humidor as it keeps very accurate HR and temperature. The starter kit and instructions were a great addition to get this humidor up and running quickly.

Shortly after leaving this review Case Elegance reached out and offered to send me a new humidor to try. I quickly received the humidor and was pleasantly surprised to see they threw in a lighter, travel case and cutter. All of which are much higher quality than you typically get from freebies. The first thing I noticed about the new humidor was the instructions have changed a bit. They recommend wiping down the inside with the humidity solution (1/4 bottle) vs. distilled water. They also have you place another 1/4 bottle of solution in the tray before adding the flakes. These updated instructions I believe are why I had better success as I was simply not using enough solution before. The result was a quickly seasoned humidor that’s been rock solid at 69% humidity after adding my sticks. Very happy and pleased with the new humidor as well as the customer service.

The humidor overall has a fantastic build quality but it’s just a PITA to keep humidified. I’ve followed all the instructions and it just fluctuates way to much. I caulked along the inside where the glass meets the wood on the lid and that helped a bit. I have found a Boveda 320 gram 75% RH pack keeps the humidity at a constant 66% (calibrated) which is a little on the low side but I’m going to run with it for now.
I’m new to cigars and after a bunch of research I decided in Case Elegance mostly because of the product videos and guidance on what felt most intimidatingseasoning it. I followed the instructions, and watched the videos for good measure. It was so easy and went exactly as described. Now I just need to fill this thing! Best part was receiving follow up emails directly from the CEO and product support people to check in on my experience and provide further guidance if needed. Wow. That’s the kind of support we’re often missing these days. If you’re hesitating on buying onejust do it. They’ll make sure you have what you need. We’ll done folks.

Had some issues with the original humidor sent to me however I didn’t even have to ask for a replacement, they reached out after I posted a review themselves (I wasn’t even going to bother) and sent me over a replacement. Not a whole lot of companies stand behind something they make like this and I am happy to say the replacement was great. No issues with my replacement humidor, the finish on it is great, no more annoying play with the accessory drawer, supper happy with it. Probably still going to stick with boveda packs but thats just my own personal preference .
I would def buy again if the wife wouldn’t murder me the second it came in the house, given the sheer amount of cigars in the house already
Abbiamo regalato questa scatola di sigari per un 60esimo compleanno. Abbiamo fatto fare una etichetta con il nome a parte e l’abbiamo incollata davanti, era ancora pi bella. La linea molto classica e per questo molto elegante. Sta bene ovunque. Dentro accessoriata anche le istruzioni sono solo in inglese ma sono comprensibili. Lo consiglio come regalo, noi abbiamo fatto un figurone.
I’m liking the humidor, thought it would hold more cigars than it actually does & the storage area is smaller than it appeared on Amazon. Other than that, it looks nice & is relatively low maintenance.

I bought one and i liked the look of it. I was very impressed with the look so i bought one for my friend as a gift but then after having it for little longer than a month i realized it does not hold humidity no matter what i did. I seasoned it perfectly and then i brought the humidity to 73 after a couple of days and opening it maybe twice it dropped to 65 and no matter what i did it would not go back up. I had to season it all over again and once again after opening it twice for maybe 5 seconds each time it would drop and would not go back up. I tried their own solution as well as boveda packs but nothing works. Its a shame it could’ve made a good humidor if it would hold humidity which is the most important thing and perhaps only thing it’s supposed to do. The two star i gave was for the design.
I am very happy with my purchase. After a very easy seasoning it has held a perfect humidity level for my cigars. The craftsmanship makes this a very solid case and I love looking through the glass top at my sticks..

I love my new humidor. Just finished setting it up. It was an easy process thanks to the detailed and easy to follow instructions.I have filled it with an assorted collection of stogies. The humidor is keeping a steady 67-68% humidity level, even in the cold Norwegian climate 🙂

Le mien n’a pas boug en un an, je l’utilise avec des Boveda 72% qui me permettent de maintenir environ 67% en t (humide) comme en hiver (sec). Deux sachets de 60g pour environ 3 mois, avec une vingtaine de cigares.
L’hygromtre intgr a cess de fonctionner, il m’a t remplac immdiatement avec envoi rapide par FedEx.
Just follow the video instructions and this humidor will be up and running in less than a week. Mine actually only took 4 days and I now have it balanced out at 70% humidity and 70 degrees. I recommend buying the membership too as Case Elegance sends you all you need for every year to keep you humidor working problem free. It looks fantastic, is easily portable to take outside to a patio or deck too. I highly recommend it.

The craftsmanship of this humidor seems great but it doesn’t seal very well.
The hygrometer was off by 10% when I got it. Haven’t tried to calibrate it yet but bought a Govee wireless one to use instead.

Had it seasoned and ready to use in 2 days. After initially placing cigars in, the humidity dropped a couple of points but followed the instructions to compensate for this and now it has been sitting at 70-71% consistently. Looks great, it’s understated yet elegant.

Satisfied all the way around. The seasoning tutorial worked as described. I followed the guidelines to season the humidor and once it was “primed” to a humidity of 75%, I placed 20 cigars in and after a couple of days it has settled at 70%. Very satisfied with the information provided, quality of the Renzo Humidor and its appearance on my desk.
It’s my first ever humidor and after much reviewing I went for this Case Elegance and I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of the humidor for a few reasons:
1.) It’s very easy to season and set up.
2.)The hygrometer pops out to calibrate, which is easy using the salt method.
3.) Customer service is rapid and super helpful.
4.) It’s so well made I have decided that I will purchase there new bigger humidor in the future.
In sum, I am very happy with my humidor and definitely recommend it.
The description is misleading. It will only hold 15- 6×50 cigars. So be cautious on getting this one if you normally get a box a box of 20. Its perfect if you are someone who buys a few sticks here and there.The craftsmanship is superb, it seals well, and has every thing you need to get started for preserving a few sticks.

Really a great product. Easy to prime and it is sealed shut. Humidity is stable and does the job. If you need to use it for cuban cigars like me, use less liquid and cristal then recommended in the instructions as those are for a humidity of about 70-72%. Also, remember to calibrate the hygrometer, ziplog and salt does the job nicely, in alternative a 75% boveda bag and ziplog to have a more precise result.
The product itself was very well packaged, and construction and finish appeared to be impeccable, but I did not get to actually use it.
The vendor website indicates that this Humidor (Case Elegance Renzo) holds 25-50 cigars, and at least 30+ 50G ring I could fit no more than 20 Double Coronas, which are 49G ring & 7.6 inches (19.2 cm). The bottom wood tray, which is required to use the humidifier tray takes away an inch of depth.
The actual usable dimensions, before the sealing lip of the lid hits the cigars are 20cm wide, 19cm Long and 3.5 cm deep.
Had to return before going any further.
I am not an expert on humidors, but have always wanted one as part of my man cave. The instructions for prepping the humidor are very clear, but if there’s anything you’re unsure of, you can email the company and they will help you out. Michael the CEO of the company will reach out personally, and will always follow up to see how the humidor is working.
The quality of the humidor itself is great. It’s well built, and looks amazing! This is a great humidor if you’re new to cigars and humidors and need help with getting the humidity right! I’d definitely recommend buying this one or one of the other Case Elegance humidors!
I purchases this humidor for my partner for his birthday last year. The box is beautifully made and is a great compliment to his hobby and collection. Over the last couple of weeks we started noticing that the veneer finish on the one side of the box appeared to be swelling or bubbling away from the box. My partner was very disappointed as the box wasn’t even a year old. I reached out to VendorJump and their customer service agent has been more than helpful. I sent a picture of the damage and they immediately agreed to replace the humidor. It is great to see such customer service in online shopping, this vendor stands by their product. I can highly recommend this humidor to anyone looking for the perfect gift.
Un pequeo humidor, con espacio para los accesorios para fumar puros. Tiene un buen acabado y un cierre muy correcto, todo el interior es de madera de cedro. Incluye todo lo necesario para usarlo. Okay so after a few months I finally decided to write a review on this product. It’s pretty good I do recommended especially over the price the only thing is that it does not hold 50 cigars I would say closer to 35 maybe 40 if you’re lucky. The drawer in the bottom is considerably smaller than I would have hoped as I was planning on putting my cigar accessories in there. I have a 3 cigar travel case which I was hoping to leave in the drawer but the drawer is way too small for it to fit. It would have gotten five stars from me if it could actually hold 50 cigars and the drawer was bigger.
To the seller if you have something like that I would gladly give you five stars if you can provide something that would hold my cigar case in the drawer and actually carry 50+ cigars
I left a previous one star review on a humidor I received from Case Elegance. It was too small and the hygrometer never worked. Jon, from Case Elegance, sent me a brand new, larger size humidor, and also included all brand new accessories. With the humidor was a new stainless cigar cutter, cigar lighter, and leather cigar travel case. The new humidor looks and works great! All of the accessories are wonderful. I can’t thank Jon enough for correcting, and making the situation right. Case Elegance has definitely gotten a customer and referral source for life!
I brought this humidor as an addition to the one I already have. I was looking for one not too expensive but good enough not to spoil my cigars. I have it in my office and use it for my extra stash. It keeps the cigars at the right humidity and easy to maintain. The digital meter also helps.
I highly recommend this as a daily use or someone new to cigar maintenance.
I seldom write reviews but absolutely must give credit where it’s due. The humidor works perfectly well and is really nice to look at. I’ve found no issue using boveda packs in it though the case elegance own humidifying liquid works great as well.
The hygrometer on the front broke after about a year – the connector to the battery snapped off which was very disappointing.
However, one email to the case elegance support team and they had posted me a replacement to the UK immediately at no cost. I wish most customer support was as good as this teams.
This is my second humidor, and I’m now a customer for life.
The look and feel of this humidor is really good. the drawer is very handy, the customer service in setting up your humidor is great. There are good videos to help season the humidor for the first time, and they have stayed in touch with me checking to see if I had questions or issues. Its nice to receive old school customer service in a day and age when customer service seems almost non existent (the price is a little high but worth it). I would recommend this product and look at the other products they offer. I’m Very satisfied.
I have never purchased or seasoned a humidor prior to this one. After reviewing the video online and the documentation that came with humidor the seasoning process was absolutely a breeze. Was able to get my humidor steady at 66% – 68% humidity and loaded with about a dozen cigars within 5 days. it has only been 3 weeks but so far so good. Also agree with the other reviews their customer service is good I received email from support within 24hrs after registering my humidor just to check and see if I needed any assistance with getting my humidor properly seasoned.
Dudo que le quepan tantos puros pero si tiene espacio suficiente para almacenar de 15 a 20 dependiendo el grosor.
The Humidor is a fine product for sure, but why you want to buy this is the customer service you get with it. I am a first time humidor owner I had a few questions about getting the humidor to the right humidity, keeping it there, etc. Jon from Case Elegance support was quick to get back to my texts/e-mails and was very helpful. You also get 2 bottles of solution with humidor crystals to start you off. It also comes with a video to walk you through the process.
These folks are passionate about making sure your humidor is working appropriately.

A well made, good looking product that works. It takes some time to get it seasoned but once it does, mine is holding at a solid 75% humidity. I messed around with a $40 humidor for years with unsustainable humidity and I’m glad I spent the money on this one. The thing that makes this product stand out is the amazing customer service. The team worked with me to get my humidor set up perfectly. I would 100% buy from Case Elegance again.
I purchased this humidor as a Christmas gift for my BF. I took it to Things Remembered to be customized and they were all amazed at the craftsmanship of the humidor. My bf loved it and set up was easy. I would give this humidor a 5 star rating for customer service alone. I had an issue with keeping the humidity correct while my bf was away and emailed Case Elegance. Customer service rep Jon has been nothing but helpful to me. He has even checked up on me periodically as well to make sure everything was working well with me and the humidor. I am a suckered for great customer service.
