The first thing I noticed about this controller was how great it looks. It’s really way to use and feels comfortable to hold. It’s very well made and really good quality. Great value for money. Definitely recommend.

Great controller, a bit stiff with the buttons but it works

I read a few comments saying it’s better then the official nintendo switch Pro controller but I disagree, I still prefer the pro controller as it is much more smoother to use.

I do like this controller and have been using it every day since I’ve had it because of the lights and easy turning on the switch with.

Priced at 32.99 for this wireless controller is a bit expensive but a good value for money as not only does this look good but performs well too works with multi devices and is nice and light weight. Also love the design – looks really cool and perfect for gaming. The controller is also easy to hold and buttons are nice and smooth – not too hard! Overall, great controller and easy to connect & use. Would definitely recommend.

Got this as a replacement for my son; he said it was every bit as responsive as the original controller: he liked the additional feature of the led lights; easy to connect and comfortable to hold. A great cheaper alternative if you’re looking for a replaceme

Good, flashy and nice switch controller. It glows when it’s switched on. As long as you are a gamer, it’s a nice piece.

Hello gorgeous, you really push my buttons.. You really light up my life.. your curves are soo smooth and soft to the touch.. Ooooow you are SOOO..Soooo… Goooo—Umm sorry.. I err.. I’m just having a moment with this controller, do you mind??…. Looooooooooool!!! (: (:

As you can guess, I love this controller! Do I dare to say that it trumps the official Pro Switch Controller? Do I dare!? Well it’s close.. But that’s how good this is, and it’s cheaper than an official one too.
So I have been swapping controllers back and worth a bit recently to compare this with my pro. And it kind of feels like I am cheating on my girl friend or something, as in my view my Pro controller is still the best.
This looks AMAZING!(but all girls do when you first meet them right?), what with it’s SEE THROUGH OUTER SHELL, and the amazing mind alternating disco lights that light up when you have it charging or playing a game with it. And you think wow my Pro controller could never do any of these things!
She doesn’t just light up and look amazing though, her buttons! They are just as good too, her D pad is fantastic and the action buttons are fantastic! And she even turns on my Switch console & tv when I press and hold the Home button!!! So I don’t even have to get up off my ass to switch on the console, she turns it all on for me! And her Gyro Controls… They feel the same, they do the same jobs on games.. And her shoulder buttons… Ah Oooooh her shoulder buttons……? It feels; similar… But.. No I, I shouldn’t be doing this. I’m sorry, it’s not you it’s me. It’s just, I miss how well built the plastic feels on my Pro Controller. And her buttons.. Well I’ve not had any thing better. And she is so grown up and responsible, and better quality.. I have to get back to my Pro Controller! This is wrong!!!

Sorry I got carried away in this cheating analogy lol.. But that’s the best way I can describe this controller.. It does everything a Pro controller does and has some fancy looking lights . And it lasts a similar amount of time before you need to plug it in to charge it up again too…

But I still prefer my Pro controller! It’s better quality and the shoulder buttons feel better in my opinion, and it probably has the best D pad ever! So if you can buy an official Pro Controller I would highly recommend you do. If you want a slightly cheaper, fabulous alternative to a pro, get this one.
This is still a 5 out of 5 stars in my eyes, enjoy!!

Looks great with the lights and easy to connect good battery life, haven’t had to charge it yet..only slightly annoying thing is that it doesn’t automatically reconnect when it’s turned on, you have to manually pair it each time but I think thats the way the switch is set up not the actual controller.

Helmet. Looks really cool as described by Alexa, its comfortable and lightweight easy to adjust to fit head properly too

Works well with the Switch light and looks really cool in dim room.
Haven’t tried on PC, it’s a pity that it can’t support wireless on the Windows.
Slightly streamliner than the original, and have more curves.
Lovely little spare for the drawer.
Good price at about 40% off the original, would be great if kept below 30.

My 11 yeae old son absolutely loves it
And to be honest even adults at home are impresses with it. The lights look sooo cool, they constantly change. Connection is very easy, just follow the instruction (go to controller menu , and press home + Y button at the same time).
Remote charges with same charger as Nintendo (USB c). Great present for any Nintendo owner. I would buy again and I would recommend
I hope my review and video were helpful

I’ve mostly been playing my Switch in handheld mode, but there are times where only the big screen will do, and on such a screen, the Joy Cons are somewhat lacking.

So, when this HASACOOL joypad appeared I fired off an order.

The controller felt solid, and came with instructions and charging cable. It’s a decent size, not too small, not too big, and feels quality and looks great. A throwback to when clear/transparent cases were all the rage.

So after charging it, I set about pairing it to my Switch, which took seconds, and then played around with the LEDs. Man, this thing looks great when it’s pulsing in a darkened room when you’re playing games.

Now, the only real issue I have is that some of the buttons (shoulder and L3, R3) are a little “spongy” and a hair of a second lacking in response. This could simply be that I’m used to Joy Cons and their little intricacies, rather than an actual hardware issue.

Anyway, 32 gets you this lovely little controller.

Cool looking controller, but buttons are a bit lacking in both feel and response...

For a pro controller i’ve found this actually better than expected. It compares well with an original Xbox one in terms of sensitivity, responsiveness and quality.

Of course the most notable feature is the crystal clear casing, this looks amazing in my opinion and with the cool lighting effect it just looks fantastic.

I wouldn’t say this is a top tier pro controller but for the price it’s certainly a very good controller.
After downloading an app you can change a few settings such as sensitivity and configurations ect if needed to suit our own preferences.

Overall a very good quality controller here and would recommend.

Really surprised with this controller it feels similar to an Xbox controller with the offset analog sticks which are really accurate. The controller is comfortable to hold in the hand, is a good size and my kids found it easy to use too. The buttons are responsive and feel nice when pressed but the triggers could of been better. Although it is fine for the switch as you won’t be playing Forza or call of duty. Other than how it works the controller is a really nice design it’s cool being able to see the inside of it when it’s lit up my kids love it. Would recommend !

The HASACOOL Controller is the coolest controller I’ve ever seen. I love the led lights and that you can see the innards of the controller. I was fascinated at seeing how the vibration feature on a controller worked.

As for gameplay this is a very good third party controller. It analog sticks sensitivity is just as good as the first party controller. The buttons are response and the controller sits comfortably in the hands.

When I first tried it, I found that it didn’t sync straight away, you have to hold Y and Home to put it in sync mode. Once it was synced it was fine.

You can download an app to change key configurations and various other things like vibration sensitivity but it is not a required download for the controller to work.

The controller can also work on iOS devices but I did not tried this.

    Great controlle

Fantastic controller. Sits very nice in your hands and it doesn’t leave your hands cramping like some controllers have in the past. The pulsating light is very calming and looks great too. Just a fantastic controller that I highly recommend.

Everything gaming related has to have LEDs otherwise – what is the point in having it?

I got this as a replacement for my old USB style cheap gamepad for PC that generally didn’t work well anymore. So I thought – LED – looks stylish – it’ll work well – I’ll give it a go.

The controller itself looks great – clear plastic body – so you can see all the inner workings with a nice and strong LED light around the outside. The LED function can be turned off and the setting can be changed by a button press. I quite like the default so that is how I’ve left it.

I’ll start by saying I’ve only used this on PC – so I cannot comment on it’s function with android/Apple/Nintendo or anything else.

As for PC – first and foremost – the button’s are a headache. A and B – are in the wrong place – as are X and Y. might be something people will get used to – but it’s a hard pass from me on that setup – I believe there may well be software to alter the button placement for PC (as there is for ANDROID) but I have not looked into that yet – if there is this issue is resolved.

Setup – I thought would be easy – however I had an issue of it not being recognised in games and buttons not registering correctly – a quick unplug and plug back in again fixed this issue.

The gamepad all seems to work well so far – once you get over the frustrating buttons – there are a few compatibility issues – but again with correcting the button placement – this will hopefully resolve.

My patients with this controller may ware thin – we shall see with time. But be prepared if using it for PC – rather than being plug in a play – you will need to find some software to try/attempt to remap the buttons otherwise you will fry your brain trying to use this gamepad.

Disappointing that when using it for PC you can only use it as USB connection and not the Bluetooth. It does get recognised via a Bluetooth adapter on PC – however only as an input device (keyboard/mouse) rather than gamepad – so it’s not really functional. Seems odd really as it would have been simple to implement – again this is something that maybe someone could find a workaround. However for the price, if started to have to mess around too much with it – I’d just buy a different controller.

Overall reasonable gamepad – with some functional issues on PC. It looks great though.

UPDATED – After getting some excellent help from customer services they provided help with the APP keylinker and advised that this works across all platforms once you update keys on your phone etc. This will then change function for PC use.

With that in mind I’ve updated to a five star review as there are no real flaws now with this gamepad.

Looks good and works great. - updated review

Overall, I love the stylishness of this controller and the turbo buttons! They come in handy when I’m playing Animal Crossing of all games. When it’s time to pick stuff up quickly, make a bunch of the same things (like for the daily special), or hit a bunch of rocks, I LOVE the turbo like I’ve never before. That’s the main game I play, which is pretty chill, and the turbo is super helpful for it.

A NS controller at a slightly cheaper price than the real thing but wow what a great controller! Transparent so it allows you to see what is happening inside and lights up around the edges which give a great effect. Comfortable to hold with easy to press buttons. A genuinely great controller that I definitely recommend

I was really dubious about this, as I don’t like to buy 3rd party controllers, as ones I’ve had in the past have been absolutely awful.

Luckily This is not one of them. This is one of the best 3rd party controllers I’ve had. It feels the closest in shape and size to a Nintendo Pro switch controller, and has a premium feeling weight to it too too.

I had zero problems connecting both to my switch and my Samsung mobile phone.
You can also download an app to go with it, Which is great for remapping buttons, diagnostic checks etc. And I was instantly prompted to download an update for the controller, which is a good sign!

The colours are beautiful. It cycles through various colours and really makes it stand out. You can also turn this feature off if its off putting.
The vibration is great on it too. I’m not sure if it’s got “motion” control as I didn’t try it, but even if it hasn’t, it doesn’t really make any difference for the type of games I play.
It’s USB C which is great, as everything seems to be switching towards this instead of Micro USB.
Can’t comment on battery life, but it hasn’t run out yet, and arrived fully charged.
    Definitely recommend.

    Amazing!!

I got this for me and my son, we love playing Switch games together

I am very pleased with this controller, which is well built in terms of materials, comfort, weight and responsiveness.

It was easy to connect and there are plenty of instructions if you need them.

The buttons are responsive and the joystick controls click when you press them down offering full functionality.

I’m impressed with the controller which has great looks, build and functionality.

OK there’s an awful lot to like about this transparent/RGB pro controller from Hasacool. First impressions are good, it immediately looks different and interesting with the completely transparent casing – you can see the vibration rumble packs, the inner circuitry and wires, very cool. The controller feels well made, the buttons are responsive and it has a nice weight to it. Then everything kicks up a notch when you turn the controller on! Oh my word. The RGB strip around the edge lights up and pulses through a range of colours, this looks so cool in the flesh – especially in a darker room. You can choose between a range of lighting effects and also something that’s new to me, you can use the Keylinker app to remap buttons.

    Very impressive controller, big fan.
