TIPS:
—How to calibrate the gimbal—
a. Install you phone, enter APP-Settings-Firmware Information-Latest Firmware (1.007)
b. If it is not the latest firmware, click “Upgradeâ€, and then click “One-Key Calibrationâ€
c. Power on, press mode button in normal working state for a while, when the green LED light becomes steady, place the gimbal on a level surface. Please note that the phone must be attached down on the surface.
d. Wait until the green LED is off, calibration completed.
e. If you cannot calibrate the product through the above steps, please try to use the “Minor adjustment”.
—Bluetooth Connection Problem and APP Connection—
a. Please be noted that the bluetooth and gimbal must be connected directly in the App “Hohem Gimbal”, rather than connecting in the bluetooth list of smartphone setting, the bluetooth light ONLY ON when gimbal connected with app successfully.
b. Make sure all the permission is allow when you start the app first time after installing it, especially the location permission.
c. Please try to uninstall and re-installed the app.

Easy to use
Took a gamble and bought this without much research, but very pleased with the product. Used with a variety of phone and even a old non stabilised GoPro whilst snowboarding with great results.
Worth of money
Definitely worthy of money. Amazing item. Has a good features to control.
Phones only
This is great for mobile phones and have some good footage from it. However i also have a cheap chinese Go Pro mock camera and despite all the toys that came with it, i found no way of using the Gimbal with it.

This is such a great gadget for smooth videos. I don’t use their app I just use the camera app that’s on the phone. Great battery life, easy to use, highly recommended.
Good all rounde
This gimbal is a good all-rounder. The set up was really easy (and I am a complete beginner!). There’s an app you can download to go with it which is super user friendly and enhances the experience. Stability is fantastic. It would be helpful if the battery life was a bit longer but for what I use this for it is enough to see me through, just have to charge after each use. Having said that, it is really good value for money!!!!
This item is used to stabilize images from a mobile phone when in the video mode. Shake is more or less eliminated. The phone clips to the front. You then have to balance it up by slight adjustments. You can then pan the camera phone across a scene close up without shake or wobble being seen. Useful is some applications.

Great product for the money
Really easy to use and makes video very stable my only ting I wish that could be improved is it ability to work with other apps and if it could track a static car better m, I work in the motor trade and use it for doing videos for customers but it’s does work with Citnow very well and it doesn’t track the car the best, but other then that I am super impressed
Superb bit of ki
The gimbal has incredible smooth action and sturdy gyroscopes. The battery life has so far not been at all an issue lasting all day long with energy to spare. It even charges my phone like a power bank.
It’s has served me professionally and with family events too.
This is a really lovely device, excellent in every way except one, that is battery life, I fully charged when I received the gimbal as the instructions say, however after 10 minutes the warning light was flashing to tell me to recharge.
I may have just been unlucky because as I said everything else about the gimbal is perfect, from design, packaging and excellent app.

I am not a massive fan of equipment like this but it is easy to use and does what it is supposed to – keeps the camera still for my live videos. Easy for a non techy like me to use and rarely need to charge it.

Great bit of kit. Sadly it stops working if you are not in the app using it. If you wanted to do a FaceTime call and not use the app then it will just stop.
