absolutely brilliant peace of kit wouldn’t be with out it now was getting sick of refilling ice trays or buying ice bags me and my kids always have ice in our drinks so this was a no brainer the kids love it and so do I we now never run out of ice turn it on and watch it go the only downfall if you can call it one is the machine does small cubes and big cubes big cubes are the right size you would never use small cubed option as they are tiny but that’s literally it you will not be disappointed

Loved from day one, besides cleaning which was a real chore. Stopped working today, after seemingly slowing down its ice making over the last few weeks.
    Buying another ice machine!

I like ice cold drinks, for years I’ve been using ice cube bags but I was always forgetting to replenish and it would then take hours for them to freeze. I then decided to use the reusable ice cubes but they left a plasticky taste to my water no matter how many times they were washed.

I kept promising to get myself an ice machine but was reluctant to pay 100+ so as soon as I saw this product I purchased it.
So glad I did, not once have I ran out of ice and I’m no longer taking up space in the freezer with ice cube bags/reusable ice cubes.

    Just wish I’d purchased sooner.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a machine solely for ice when the freezer has served me well in the past.

Its quite a hefty unit and takes up a bit of space on the worktop.

It makes minimal noise in operation.
Its really quick at churning ice out though. The large setting is great after the first couple of ice cycles until it cools down.

The drain plug is a little fiddly to remove but that all i can really criticize about it.

Its been running almost constantly for a few weeks now and hasnt missed a beat.

Very happy with it so far.

Takes about 20 minutes to make the ice. Slightly noisy, but that’s to be expected as you can hear the motor. Nice and sleek, so does not look at an eyesore went out.

Simply love this ice machine… Wanted one for years and wish I had bought one ages ago.
I had been spending 4 a week on supermarket bagged ice but no more.. This little beauty will pay for itself in a few months.
I will add a few photos and maybe a video in the coming weeks but you have to excuse me for now as I’m off to make another slush drink..

Gone are the days of filling a tray with water and placing it in the fridge it makes ice rapidly and is so easy to use we use bottled water as we live in a hard water area and can select large or small cubes which are made very rapidly ,this is a godsend as we are a drinking family.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWithin 10 mins of filling and turning on, this product dumped its first round of ice. Having a constant supply of ice for a party is great and this kept up with the needs of 20+ adults.

You can set 2 different ice cube sizes, which can be handy if you care about that. I’ve just left mine on the large cubes.

It’ll happily churn out cubes until the holder is full and keeps them cold until needed.

My only complaint (that loses it a star) is that it isn’t easy to clean the cubes maker slide area which can become dirty as the lid has a thin gap and dust and other small debris can fall through.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersUsed this everyday since I bought it but it now a has a leak which I am unable to fix without taking it completely apart, its leaking from where the water enters the pump so if anyone has any ideas how to fix this please share them. All in all I thought this was a great product, just wished it lasted longer.

We’re not opening the freezer so much now, so it doesn’t get as frosted up as before. Makes ice in minutes!

    A fabulous piece of kit!

Very simple to use, great at getting a basket full of ice in an hour. Really like the product, we use it quite a lot and was brilliant throughout summer!!

It’s good, but not great. The trick is to harvest the ice and bang it in the freezer ASAP.
Cleaning can be an issue, if you stop using it then dry it out. If you don’t you will get a mouldy water tank.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersQuite a big unit but for my use case it is to replace the need to buy ice in a bag every week. Which is invariably 30% of a bag of decent cubes and 70% smashed ice.

I will be getting this out and running it for a few hours to get a decent batch to keep in the freezer. Then putting it away for a couple of weeks.

I ran it for about 5 hours and got a good amount of ice. The first few runs were a bit smaller and not worth keeping but after that they were all like large american hardgum sweet size. I used a smart plug to monitor energy and it was just over 100w being used constantly and around 0.6 kWh total.

Pretty impressive piece of kit. Pays for itself in 2 years versus buying ice. Maybe less.

5.0 out of 5 stars Seems pretty good. Quick ice. Not very large pieces but for the size of unit its impressive

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersTakes a while but makes good little ice cubes. Makes two sizes but the large are not much bigger than the small size. Takes about 6 mins. Water level and basket full sensor work well. A good little ice make

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI love it. Easy to use and during the hot days I always have ice. I always use the large option as the small is too thin, but other than that its perfect.

Love that there is an option to make small or large cubes. It’s quite fast as well! The only negative is – don’t let it run out of water or it’s super loud and annoying! But you just put some some water in and it’s all good! Love it!

Bought this on a deal and honestly, changed my life. Perfect little machine and once it’s on, it’s great for a couple for a warm afternoon. When there were more of us, we needed to wait a bit, but we survived. Honestly, it is fantastic and I feel like a million dollar whenever I sip my iced coffee.

Can’t fault it, binned the first 2 cube cycles and within half hour I had a tank full of ice

It makes ice well, but during the recent hot weather, that ice begins to immediately melt, meaning you can’t let the basket fill up, then transfer to the freezer.
Also, even the large sized ice melts quickly in drinks.
However it makes the ice quickly, and in less hot weather (when you may need ice less), it may be better.
In short, the ice is inferior to that made in old fashioned ice cube trays .. but if you leave the machine running (ie during a party), there will always be fresh ice to take. I’m just not sure it’s quite the solution I was hoping for. Better to have a fridge freezer with integrated ice machine for sure.

Bought the ice maker as I use a lot of ice. Can now have ice on demand without having to buy big bags from the store.
The ice maker is very easy to issue. Fill it with water and let it do its magic!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersOk, so first off its a nice looking unit and easy to figure out right out the box. Most of it is made from cheap plastic but for the price, you get what you get, a polar model which is similar design is 180 So gives you an idea. Ice production for large cubes takes anywhere between 7-10 mins id say.

I notice the back left forming stud struggles to get enough water as the ice cube that it forms is always smaller and weaker than the others.

The spade section that pushes the cubes out is cheap and nasty plastic. Looks like its going to snap under its own weight. But when watching it operate the shovel seems Like its trying to go back on itself for no reason. Making the motor whine. Hopefully part of the program and not slowly destorying the motor.

The machine heats up a bit when operating, not more than expected though.

4/5 id say. It does its job serving the purpose. It cuts out via a light beam when the ice is full. This only stops it when about to start another cycle though. Mid cycle the light beam doesn’t stop it. Once the light beam is cleared it continues normal operation. Water consumpation is very good. A basket full of ice and water res is still half full.

Id opt for spending a bit more money next time. But for a domestic low usage ice machine its pretty good.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersVery happy with my ice making machine, takes about 10 minutes to make the first lot of cubes,I leave it on for a while then bag up the cubes and put them in the freezer, if there’s a negative they are a bit small but that’s not a big problem. I would recommend i
