I kept missing deliveries and this box is great. The courier can now safely leave most of my parcels. The courier lifts the lid , places the parcel on the shelf and as the lid is closed the parcel drops in to the box below which can only be accessed using a key to open the door to the lower part of the box. I wanted one of these as since lockdown I have been buying everything online and my letter box was too small.
The thing is it leaks when a heavy down pour and several people have stated the same. It’s quite well made and is painted really well, I checked all the seams and they were fine I even used dubo washers to seal where the screws attach it to the wall.
It appears the lid is the issue, there are two little rubber bungs to stop the lid from slamming I removed these and replaced with a gasket all over the mating surface.
I am pleased with it just be glad when the postmen start using it they continue leaving it on the door step.
Nothing bad to say, very sturdy, all delivery drivers use it, weatherproof we have had some very heavy rain & have had no issues, worth the money glad we didn’t go for anything cheaper.

Fixed to outside wall well with fixings supplied and followed instructions easily. Box has been well used over past months, no problems encountered and it looks good on wall with green colour.

A good quality package box, looks nice and does what you would expect. However, it is very heavy and it does not fit easily to an iron gate as suggested in the narrative. It cost me more to get it fitted than the original price of the box, had to get metal plates made! Be aware if it is not going straight on to brick or wood.
Also no signage inside for deliverers eg barcode for them to scan, nowhere to write a message for contact if doesn’t fit in box etc.
Very happy with my parcel box. It took delivery drivers a while to realise what it was. It could do with the word parcels on the top instead of the sticker bottom right. We fitted on the wall and works well.
I have now added a revision to my original account. The box leaks badly in heavy rains. The water runs down the back of the box and creeps in through the spot welded seam just above the top bolts see the two photos which for some reason are upside down. Water piles up in the bottom of the box and soaks your mail. I will remove the box and seal the seam with silicone sealer and hope this works. Removing the box is a pain as it is heavy. Suggest the manufacturers seal the seams or bead weld instead of spot welding

Our postie said he loves it and so do we! Good size for all but large parcels. Easy to fix. Easy to open and empty. Waterproof. Would be even better with a flag system to show when it has something in it – but that would warrant SIX stars. Recommended.
Box is perfect size for parcels and post and best in our road
However, it’s well made, powder coated and hopefully will defeat the opportunist theif.
P. S. There is is a strip of plastic foam included. This goes between the box and the wall to reduce ‘wobble’ as there is a small clearance to facilitate opening.

I had previously had 300 worth of parcels stolen from my out house, this does the job well and hopefully gas put a stop to the thefts. Put in an outhouse bolted to the wall with the screws supplied. Really good strong product, but would not deter a serious ‘tooled up’ attack on it. Could have done with a sticker on it to explain to couriers how it works. All round excellent purchase.

This is an excellent Parcel Box, sturdy and well built, with in-built safety features. I am very pleased with it. The box fits very well near the front door and will save me and the postman a lot of trouble in the near future!

This is a good sized post box, larger than I was expecting which is great.
Once secured to the wall with the supplied bolts its really secure
Excellent post box, very robust and secure…dog still attacks the mail coming through the door and this is great for parcels too!….highly recommended…
The only improvement i would add to this would be either a stick on label or a slot to insert one for the postman.
