The free Office 365 does not work.
I purchased the previous version of this computer 16 months ago, the keyboard failed after 6 months. In the last 7 days I have purchased two of these computers each with a free 12 month Office 365 Subscription, OFFICE 365 WILL NOT LOAD ON EITHER OF THEM, MANUFACTURERS CANNOT BE CONTACTED AND AS EVER MICROSOFT SAY IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. The hardware is good for the price, DO NOT PURCHASE THE ITEMS THAT INCLUDE A FREE 12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION TO OFFICE 365.
Just bought for my 4 year old
Just bought this for my 4 year old to do his homework on. So, wanted to install 0365, tried amazon customer service and it didn’t work. So received instructions to liaise with Microsoft. Took any 2 and half hours but they managed to get 0365 on it for the year. Had to give them remote access and they’ll want to see an invoice for purchase and obviously hide your address details. Working fine now so will see how it goes and update in a few months.

This metal body laptop has a nice sturdy feel and works very well for simple tasks. Is lightweight and runs smoothly
Great laptop/tablet it’s fast (was expecting much) charge holds for a few days if used alot daily. Well made and suitable for kids too. Plays 4k videos and webcam is great for online classes
Free 365 has to have new account set up otherwise I'd give it 5*
Amazon refunded 50 as the 365 for free was very misleading. It is a well built bit of kit and super keyboard recommended to family

I was looking for something between the phone and PC without losing functionality. And my choice was on this PC.
Made from solid materials, iron shell, durable body. Good quality touch screen. SSD 64Gb, it is possible to increase with memory card up to 512Gb. Works as a full-fledged PC, microsoft office, and all other application. There is a function of switching to tablet mode. Possibility of synchronisation wit the phone, displaying phone screen on the monitor. 2 USB inputs, one mini USB. Windows boots in seconds. The screen is very easy to dismantle and put back, there are magnetic guides. Can be used as an e-book by simply installing Kindle app.

Update : Nice Tablet/laptop I’ve used it, almost exclusively as a Tablet and works well. Particularly useful is the voice to text feature. However, this did start to go wrong, regularly, and didn’t record what was being spoken. This has since improved, but, occasionally, still does go wrong and seems to use American spelling (I can’t get it to use ‘proper’ English spelling!) Not too much of a problem to go back and edit manually.

I love that I can use it like a tablet as well as a laptop
The laptop has been used for a few days and it feels pretty good. In terms of computer running speed, it is considered good. The boot speed and the opening speed of the browser are very fast. It comes with the win10 system, and the first boot requires simple settings. For the beginning Very convenient for scholars. The battery can be used for 5-6 hours. The keyboard and the screen are very simple to separate. Overall it is good.
