My four-year-old loves this castle we bought it as a gift from Santa it took a lot to assemble but worth every little screw. It holds up just fine to my four-year-olds rough housing play I definitely recommend this for hours of fun.

I cannoni fanno un bel suono, il tesoro si illumina, i pirati inclusi sono di ottima qualit e in materiale morbido.
Complessivamente un ottimo prodotto ma forse leggermente troppo caro.
Indubbiamente per di grande effetto per i bambini, che quel che conta.

In 2 lo abbiamo costruito in poco tempo abbastanza semplice il montaggio… spero davvero che mio figlio apprezzi per il suo compleanno questa sorpresa !
This is very sturdy! And made of good materials compared to some other dollhouses we have built and put togther this was easy to follow and is great size our son loves that he has his own pirate cove and ship because his sister has dollhouses and now they ho back and forth to each others playing togther. He always disliked playing with her dollhouses so him having his own he was very happy! For the money it’s great value comes with lots of pirates, treasure chest, table, lamp, and all kids of accessories!
My son plays with this every single day! It is extremely durable. However, just a note the screws are color coordinated it does not mention this in the instructions. I noticed halfway through.

My boyfriend and I got this for his nephew for Christmas and it has been a HUGE hit with not only the nephew we got it for (age 8) but also the 3 year old and even the 11 year old! My boyfriend’s dad put it together. He’s a mechanical engineer and he did say it was annoying and not easy to assemble, although he was able to do it in about an hour. If you have someone to assemble it for you, it’s amazing!!!! I mean, these kids got iPads for Christmas the same morning they got this doll house, and they played with this all day and didn’t touch the iPads. I’m not kidding. It’s somehow better than an iPad to an 11 year old!
Just so you know there are tons of little pieces. Takes a while to assemble. Its kinda expensive for what you get. Overall kiddos enjoy playing with it.

This pirate play set was an awesome purchase. There is so much detail to every part of it. This was a hit for my sons Christmas present and it gets so much use! It did take almost 3 1/2 hours to assemble which was awful but well worth it to see my kids excitememt on Christmas morning

It provides hours of entertainment for many ages and both sexes. My 6 year old grandson and his father loved playing with the characters and the ship. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the hoist and stole the rope ladder for her doll house. My 2 year old granddaughter loved the cannon and kept firing it at everyone and everything. And all that was in the first hour.

A few of the pieces were made backwards. But we were still able to assemble. Allow time to assemble.
This castle is adorable! Was it worth what we paid? I don’t think I can say it is, but it’s definitely cute and my son enjoys it. It was easy to put together, except I wasn’t paying attention to the screws and found out toward the end of putting the castle together that there wasn’t just 1 set of “E” screws, there’s a few that are different colors and sizes. So watch for that!
Hardy wood. Took some time to assemble; the screws broke off twice while trying to screw them in as some of them werent drilled all the way or wide enough. We have it sitting against the couch as one of the legs (plastic) broke the screw and the rope ladder is missing as the wooden post that it hangs from could not go on as the screw they ask to be used is too long and they dont send extras. The lookout post on the ship is also plastic and the mast (flag pole) does NOT screw in, it just rests in the hole making them very easy for a young child to take out and break. Other then that my 4yr old LOVES this castle!

It’s very cool. I would say it’s the equivalent of a boy’s doll house which is exactly what I was hoping for. Only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is cause I the wood pieces could be a little stronger in my opinion. I had one crack while I was building it, so I’m unsure how long it will last. But it is very cool.

This is awesome, it’s a little confusing to put together just because there are soooo many pieces, but well worth the effort. If you buy it as a gift consider putting it together beforehand. The only issue I’ve had is the little rope railings keep popping out, but I will get some wood glue and that should fix the issue.

I got this for my 5 year old son and I can tell it eill be the best gift of the year. My 11 year old helped put it together and he thought it was awesome. It is just as shown, sturdy and all the little accessories are everything needed to have fun playing with. We put it together last night. Instructions we’re very clear you just needed to follow each step exactly as stated and shown, everything is numbered and match the instructions. It took us a little over an hour to build.

Literally comes in pieces, one screw was missing meaning the lift at top off ramp is not great but my son does really love playing with this !!!
Great product. Little boy loved this for his birthday. It did take 2 hours to construct and number 7 of the wooden parts was not drilled correctly so partner had to re-drill the holes which was a nuisance. Would still recommend I’m sure if you were to message the seller and just get them to check the part before posting out.

The product is very high quality & my grandson loves it! However, putting it together took my daughter and I about 4-5 hours! There were SO many parts.
Was a christmas present for my 2year and 6 month grandson.took about two hours to build but was of excellent quality and clear instructions of how to put it together.he has not stopped playing with it since and absolutely loves it particularly the pirate characters.the boat is superb and the cannons and treasur chest absolutely brilliant. Only negative i would have liked more pirates but we have found some more to top it up great fun would highly recommend
My grandson is a pirate fanatic and he absolutely loved this. It took a while for Gramps and I to put together, but it was well worth it. He plays with it often. Such a joy to watch him.
The product itself is pretty cool. My 3.5 year old received it for Christmas yesterday morning and has been playing it with non-stop. He definitely loves it. It’s pretty sturdy and I’m thinking it will take a fair amount of abuse before it ends up in the toddler-toy-graveyard. It did take 2 hours for two handy guys to assemble though. There are a lot of pieces that needs to be put together. The instructions are pretty good though. Above average in detail and follow-ability. You do have to be careful if you use a drill. Make sure to set your drill on a very low torque setting. Too much power will snap the heads of the screws or breaks the pieces. Just be careful and thorough. Aside from the very entailed assembly process, the Pirate Fort is awesome. The extra pirate guys, treasure chest, furniture, ramps, pirate ship, crane, barrels, and rope ladder are all nice touches that my little boy plays with and lets his imagination run wild. The extra pieces are very well built and sturdy. They may one day get lost, but I doubt they’ll ever get broken.
Just make sure you have several hours to put it together. Slow and methodical, follow the instructions and enjoy the process. It definitely worth it! Great product.

I never write reviews but this one needed it!! I was absolutely loved how well all the pieces were protected and wrapped. Everything was labeled and easy to read instructions. It is very well made…strong board and thick screws. It took a while to put together but TOTALLY worth it. My son is in love with it. I love all the details and props they have. This is definitely a great buy!
This play set is adorable. Lots of pieces to assemble but good instructions. It took a couple hours but I was expecting that as I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. It came well packaged, nothing missing or broken. They provide extra hardware/screws. Bought this as a Christmas present for the grands so they’ve not used it yet but know they will love.
This toy is so cleverly designed and is loads of fun. I’ve taught preschool for many years and now have two kids of my own and tend to be a little bit of a toy snob…meaning I only want open ended, good quality toys. Granted, the wood is composite and images will get dings and fade a bit. But other than that, this toy has so much value. I took the advice of others and set up early. We found set up to be a breeze. It took about an hour and was well worth it! Nothing better out there
One of the best things I’ve bought! My 5 year old daughter loves it and integrates it with her princesses and mermaids. I bought it along with Bullyland’s Peter Pan figures and they combine with the pirates to make a great Peter Pan story too! Big and sturdy looks nice and quality in the lounge. Fantastic ship.
My son loves his “pirate fort” (and my husband would even admit to loving it). It can be a little difficult to put together – specially making sure the right screw goes in the right place, but it can be done. Just depends on your skill level.
I purchased this for my 3 year old for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. It is a nice quality play pirate house with such great details. It’s even better in person. It has gotten a lot of use and has been such fun to play with! I think he will enjoy it for a long time. Disclaimer: it is not easy to put together so I would recommend giving yourself plenty of time.

One of the best toys I’ve ever purchased and I have 4 kid’s so we have quit a few toys. A bit difficult to put together. Would definitely wait till kids are in bed because there are a ton of pieces. It took me 3 days working about 2.5 hours a night to get it done but well worth it.

I’ll be honest, this is a bit overpriced and takes some time to assemble, but my granddaughter LOVES it so to me it was worth every penny.
This required about 2 hours to assemble. There are some really cute details and it is a great size against a wall or in a corner of a bedroom or play area. My 3yo really enjoys it.

This was pricy, but I couldn’t find one I liked better. The pirates are nice ones, bendable too. I was shocked when I opened it, many parts to put together, easy but time consuming. I had read this on another review so told my husband to please start well before Christmas in case we had any missing pieces and he could have more time with it. My grandson loves it, so we are glad we purchased it, it was worth the time! This is well made, wood and plastic, nicely painted and great quality.

Love this fort!!! There are lots of ways to play with it. The crane and canons are awesome! For characters to inhabit it we found Famosa Peter Pan pirates and lost boys (hard to find now as they were available in 2003/2004) but HABA Little Friends dolls are also a cute size for this. Works with lots of different pirate figures including Budkins although they aren’t quite as much fun since they aren’t as easy to pose. LOVE the details and well thought through design of the fort. The pirate ship is cool too but the Kidcraft deluxe big pirate ship that opens provides more options as an imaginary world for little pirates. A dollhouse for pirates!

This is a very fun and imaginative set and I had an issue with a part and it was sent to me in 2 days by kidkraft. I highly recommend the toy and the company. My 2 yesr old son wasn’t even very interested in pirstes, but he finds this set to be a lot of fun. He uses is Mario Bros. charaters or Toy Story characters with it, and has a lot of fun.

The quality is outstanding and the size is bigger than expected. The time to assemble comes from the number of pieces. Luckily the stickers are already applied.
A testament to the manufacturer: one of the pieces was printed incorrectly. I went to their website and ordered the part free of charge and it was overnighted!

I am a person who buys based on reviews of others. I am happy to say this playset was packaged very well and was delivered without any damage! All the reviews has me a little worried. This playset is very nice and sturdy. It does have A LOT of pieces, so that was a bit overwhelming at first. But the instructions cannot be anymore clear. Just take a breath and start at step 1.

This is a fantastic item! My boys love it & play together really nicely as there are so many elements.
It does take a while to build, but the instructions are not hard to follow – just lay everything out in front of you & if you’re not sure, look ahead a few steps to see what the position of the piece affects. Also, it is left to you to choose which colour screw to use – they are limited, so again best to think ahead so the more visible ones are correctly matched.
Lovely garage and my little boy loves it. I only don’t give it 5 stars because it was a nightmare to assemble. Took me 2 hours (with a bit of extra help as 2 arms werent enough) and I got blisters on my hands as some of the screw placements are difficult. The lift is difficult for him to pull up and the bottom ramp doesn’t attach to the the rest of it so keeps moving away from it. I’ve had to glue the petrol pumps onto the “Gas” bit cos they kept falling out.
