…when on the brightest setting and throws light well – much better than using the torch on a mobile phone. Even the lowest setting is pretty decent and the battery seems to last for ages
Got this to go on my van keys and has become very handy already during the start of winter. Very bright easy to use with multiple settings. Only gripe is the turning of the head to turn the torch on. I feel a button on the underside would have been much more ideal

could do with a little bit more beef on the bone, one battery 35 hours on low setting cheap to run how often will you use it, easy to use one hand operation, the glow in the dark cap is good, key ring loop is strong also, not really a lot to go wrong with it bit pricy but quality dont come cheap, ok dont take my word for it buy your own and find out for yourself, see i was right no bull here folks.

Love it, just what i wanted, it is perfect for using in my aquarium, I attached it to my sand pump cleaner and it lights up my aquarium as I go along and clean it as I have a black background and black sand so it lights up the tank so good. It looks like a small sub with a headlight on. Excellent torch, just the right size and love the items that come with it. The glow in the dark diffuser is great as I will be purchasing another one to have beside my bed at night as my bedroom is pitch black so I won’t disturb my husband clunking about in the night with a twist I can have a low light that glows in the dark, so tiny and so perfect, well worth the money.
This is a great little torch with 3 levels of brightness and an optional glow-in-the dark top. The brightest level is surprisingly bright for such a small torch powered by a single AAA battery. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

First off………what lovely packaging…….Well done Lumintop for a wonderful bit of packinging and presentation on a value for money product..A rarity these days. 3 different output levels …easy to use . I bought this after I returned a slightly smaller torch with USB charging which was faulty. Having thought about it I prefer the ability to use a small AAA battery availible anywhere….where in certain circumstances the ability to charge through usb and the time delay may be a dissadvantage.

Bought to attach to my bike helmet. Its so small and light but the beam strength is amazing. I’m just guessing that the battery won’t last long but in saying that it was an old battery that was just lying around. No button turns on by twisting the lens and has three levels of power.
I keep this on my key ring in my pocket. It is there to stay since it is just so useful. I use it practically every day. With its three levels of brightness it can cope with anything. I have been using it for two months and have still not needed to replace the battery.

The twist on and off is completely silent and the slip on diffuser gently lights a broad area. Perfect for going to the loo in middle of the night without disturbing the missus!
Impressively neat and small, important feature for adding to a key ring. I like the unexpected removable luminous cap which glows so I almost don’t need to turn on the torch. One small flaw is that the useful clip for attaching to a belt or whatever is bent slightly askew and is very stiff to open.
The level of brightness on this little torch is superb! It attaches securely to my car keys and it fulfils it’s purpose of guiding my way to my car in the dark mornings and evenings. The only issue I have found is that the torch has opened up – ie the top part has screwed itself off from the body of the torch, causing the battery to fall out. Thankfully, both times I realised straight away, otherwise I would have lost the battery and possibly the top part of the torch. I just have to make sure that I periodically check that the torch is securely screwed together! I have tried various torches for my key ring, and this one is definitely the brightest and most effective.
My 10 year old loves it. Solidly built so unlikely to get broken easily, nice size for small hands. The icing on the cake (for my son) was the silicon cap that makes it more like a lamp.
This is genuinely a great buy. The torch is well built sturdy elegant and so small that it fits on your keychain. And yet the light is quite powerful and focused. Also the white cover can diffuse the light and make it softer. A very useful tool…a must have in your bag

I use this for talking the dog out when it’s dark. It’s bright enough considering the small size of torch, lightweight and strong. You have to just twist the end for it to turn on or off. It has a rubber removable cap that makes the end glow green, but I don’t use that.
3 brightness levels, REALLY bright, bright and not really bright at all.
The brightest setting literally illuminates a small or medium sized room almost entirely with no dark areas. If you need it to be very bright it is. Obviously this isn’t going to be as bright as a much bigger torch with bigger batteries and a better LED bulb, but this setting is pretty amazing for its size. I can also imagine that your single AA battery is going to get drained pretty quickly on this setting.
The medium setting is basically how you’re going to be using this torch, which is a great every-day setting. Doesn’t light up a room in nearly the same way, but provides plenty of light for finding your way in an unlit outdoor setting.
The low setting… I’m not sure what I’d use that for, maybe it’s good for reading a book by or something or having a bit of light without giving away your whereabouts.
As others have mentioned it’s twist to turn on/off… I find it illuminates quite often under the pressure of being in my trouser pocket sometimes, but that’s not really a concern.
It’s very small, being only just bigger than an AA battery itself. I was torn between wanting a rechargable and non-rechargable small torch and ultimately I decided that I wanted a battery powered torch.
I think this is the perfect small torch, it’s small – a convenient size, lightweight, so easy to hold in your mouth, but not so small that you’ll lose it and it’s as powerful as I imagine a small torch could be. I couldn’t ask for more from a small torch.

Comes with replacement O rings, keyring clip, and diffuser. Has three brightness settings that are changed by giving a quick ‘on off’ twist.
The glow in the dark diffuser is also brilliant. Unroll its little turn over and slide it over the top of the torch.
It does light up a small room when on, I tested it in the bathroom and it was as good as any camping lantern I’ve used.
The brightest setting is great and puts a fair bit of heat out at the LED. Not along the body but like any LED lighting device, when its ramped up it can get hot at the light source.
It’ll be fine if you just dont touch it and use the torch in the proper manner.
I bought this as an EDC on my keys, it’s perfect in size, very bright, has controls and features that make it kinda invaluable.
I’m going to buy another for my car.
The one thing that is a niggle, is that the power is a screw top, so you unscrew slightly to turn off. This makes me question how waterproof it actually is once you slacken the seal to turn the torch off.

Very useful on my teenager’s key ring when out in his moped. Bright flashlight, sturdy case, glow in the dark and so you can locate it.

Handy little torch which I clip to my uniform. I live in rural Ireland and believe me, when its dark it’s really dark – particularly if there is cloud cover or it’s a new moon but this torch provides sufficient illumination for me to safely negotiate my way to my car after dark. Without it I have to grope my way and the falls risk is substantial. The metal body feels substantial and I’m expecting that it should last a long time.
Keyring torch. Does a great job. The diffuser is a great addition to the model and has got more use on the torch than without it.

This little torch can be used on a keychain and gives a brilliant light. It is very easy to use and uses a normal battery which is very easy to obtain.

It’s tiny and works like a headlamp, Good enough to light up a room safely and outside even on the tiniest setting it’s enough to find a keyhole outside or find a house on full beam. The light cap works well too and the glow in the dark is really handy too. Spare o-rings and perfect packing it’s clipped to the keyring and a great wee torch. Going to buy a bigger one too.
Love this little torch. Sturdy, bright and tiny. Small enough to go on my car keys. Twist switch is great with different levels of brightness and a cover that protects the end yet allows the light to shine through, and, in addition, is luminous so glows for a while after being switched off.

Solid quality like my Olight i3E EOS. The function to turn on the light works well.
It produces a pleasant, non-blue light, that is well scattered and seem to be the advertised 120 lumen.
I’ve tested the battery life with a standard 1,5V AAA battery with a 800 mAh capacity.
Medium brightness I got 4 hours of light exactly as promised.
Max brightness I got 40 minuts where is started to drop of in brightness, by minut 50 is was quite dim and died by minut 55. The whole flashlight becomes fairly warm to the touch after prolonged use on full brightness.
Haven’t tested the 5 lumen setting.
Also the keychain seem to be a good quality. It comes with a couple extra O-rings and a diffuser-cap that glows in the dark. The diffuser actually works beautifully to spread the light effectively. Perfect to use as a lantern in a tent or hammock when camping and just hang in from the ceiling.
This keyring torch requires only a single aaa cell, has a good selection of brightness modes, good basic keyring torch.
A nice sturdy looking torch ideal to put on a key chain .
I expected a simple torch. What I get is a torch with three brightness levels, and a desk light, that fits comfortably on my keyring. There’s a little rubber cap difuser that comes with it, which spreads light evenly around to illuminate a whole room if needed. The three brightness levels are ‘light enough to see people at a distance’, ‘light enough to walk safely’ and ‘light enough to read the instructions’. I feel I got good value for money with this one.
It will not illuminate your living space if the power goes out, but it is great for finding dog leavings in the dark and also easily seen by others. Safety and easy to find poop. I’m a fan.

Perfect for keyring although it is very very small. Nowhere near the size I thought it would be, it’s the same size as your index finger. It does work tho and for the price, can’t complain at all. Good for my line of work.

Bought to replace a AA/14500 ultrafire Cree Q3 used walking dogs at night, this tiny torch is amazingly bright for its size, I’m using ordinary non rechargeable lithium batteries in it as they seem more powerful than alkaline batteries and 1.2v NiMh rechargeable batteries are almost useless in it.
Was looking for an EDC for my key chain watch a few reviews and this one looked great. I haven’t given it a full work out or have had it scant hours so I will update.

Small enough to fit on a key-ring and three brightness levels, the highest one being very bright. The spread of the light field is impressive too considering it’s size and it feels solid. Recommended.

I like this little torch. I prefer it takes a AAA battery to lots of little coin batteries although I don’t know how long it will last. I tend to use it for looking under cinema seats for things we have dipped and the like. It is convenient and a nice design.

Quite a good little LED torch, not great but not bad either. I really don’t think this is even close to the 120 lumens stated but it is bright on maximum. The minimum level is almost pointless, middle level is OK but I can really only see myself using the maximum level most of the time. the problem is the instructions state it only last 30 mins on this level.
I also have a Maglite LED Solitaire which is also a AAA size battery and it is way better and brighter and an much more even light.
Bought this to go in a small leather EDC case, works really well, bright enough and feels well made.

This fits on my key ring easily. I use it to select my front door key at night and also find the key hole. It’s small, light, powerful but also seems to be very sturdy – often clattering around in the bottom of my bag! No problems as yet. Would recommend.

Fantastic tiny torch for an edc kit or pop on your key ring. Very bright. Only downside is the battery life is about 45 minutes on high beam. Although can be extended if using rechargeable batteries to approximately 75 minutes.
Overall it’s good build quality.
A bit expensive for what it is, but I needed a small clip torch quickly and this one is perfect. You can change that brightness by turning on/off the torch which changes the brightness. The bright setting is quite bright! Very happy with the quality so far.
Excellent little torch, remembers the last setting so if you had it on the brightest and then switch it off when you switch it back on it will come on bright again.
I love it. Works amazing as a keychain flashlight, bright enough for all my needs. Altough I don’t use it much I’m still surprised that it’s still running on the same cheap battery I put in 6 months ago when I bought it.
The only weakness I can see is that the black paint get scrached fairly easily. I use it as a keychain though.

Good solid, small torch with plenty of brightness for most tasks. Takes a single AAA and produces enough light to perform most things you need a tor h fpr. Reasonably well made and solid it comes with small cap that fits over the head and acts as a diffuser.

The Lumintop EDC01 is an extremely well made flashlight. It is nicely engineered, IPX-8 waterproof to 2m, and has a real “quality” feel about it.
A single AAA battery, (not supplied), is inserted, by unscrewing the o-ring sealed head assembly.
At just 66mm x 14.5mm overall, it is incredibly compact, and weighing in at approximately 23grams (with battery), is a real featherweight! — (The battery itself weighs 12 of those grams!).
It has 3 available light outputs: – Low @ 5 lumens, medium @ 32 lumens, and high @120 lumens., with claimed runt-times of 36-hours, 4-hours, and 30-minutes respectively.
I have no means of accurately measuring the claimed light levels, but from experience with several other flashlights, have no reason to believe they are exaggerated or unrealistic. — At its brightest setting, it is every bit as powerful as the best of similarly sized models.
My only (minor) quibbles with the EDC01 are: –
1). The rather strange choice of 5 lumens for lowest setting. (I think that a true “firefly” mode of 0.5 – 1 lumen or thereabouts would have been better for those times when one wants to avoid loss of accustomed night-vision).
2). The equally strange sequence in which the three output levels operate. (The torch doesn’t have a “memory”). It defaults to, and always switches on at medium brightness, from which level it can be adjusted to lowest, and then highest setting, and then back to medium again, to repeat the cycle.
The EDC01 comes complete with a “glow-in-the-dark” diffuser, a small but well made “carabiner” type keychain, two spare o-rings, and full instruction leaflet.
For the asking price of 9.99 (at time of writing this review), with the caveat of the two minor quibbles mentioned, and for its intended purpose as a keyring torch, there is little to fault about the EDC01.
Overall though, I do feel that the similarly sized and similarly bright Thrunite Ti3, which although more expensive has a more logical low-medium-high settings cycle, just has the edge. — (See my separate review of that torch!).
Accompanying photo shows the Lumintop EDC01, compared size for size with Thrunite Ti3, and Maglite Solitaire. NB: The battered, much abused (it was originally black!!!) and back-in-the-day “cutting edge technology” of the Solitaire at left of image is finally being retired, making way for today’s cutting edge technology!
Had it on my key-ring for more than a month and it didn’t even scratch, which I expected it to!
Haven’t carried it long enough to comment on long term durability, but so far the keychain attachment has held up well and it has been very bright and useful. The tint is defintely a cool white, but its not unpleasant or obnoxious. It even passed a surprise dunk test when I found an unexpected deep hole while river wading.
Love the colour. Arrived promptly at a great price too.

Has an interesting appearance and the glow in the dark o ring behind the glass is cool looking.
Have been using it for around a month and it goes everywhere with me.
It is small enough to fit into the small change pocket on a pair of jeans and has a very firm wire pocket clip, it comes with a key chain crab claw and spare ‘o ring.
There is a really cool glow in the dark ‘o ring inside the lens and a rubber glow in the dark ring on the twisty style head with a spare red rubber ring also included.
A great feature is when you twist the light head to turn on, it comes on in medium setting and then turn off and back on in the same movement changes the setting to low. Turn off and on again and you have high.
This is a great quality little light, the style is modern but functional, the machining is faultless and in a chose of colours there will be a least one that would suit everybody!
La torcia piccola (veramente tascabile)… potente, e i livelli d’illuminazione ben spaziati.
Alimentata da una singola batteria comune AAA 1,5 volt o ricaricabile 1,2 volt.
I livelli d’illuminazione sono 3 tramite rotazione, avanti e indietro, della testa.
Di default si accende sempre con il livello medio (32 lumen – circa 4 ore) abbastanza potente in casa (ottimo a mio giudizio) e utile per svolgere tutti i lavori pi comuni… a volte anche troppo potente…
_ il secondo livello (5 lumen – circa 36 ore) molto discreto, aiuta a muoversi in casa nella notte senza dare fastidio, ed ottimo per cercare le cose o per svolgere piccole funzioni senza disturbare…
_ il terzo livello (110 lumen – circa 30 minuti) potente per illuminare bene ad una decina di metri e sicuramente anche oltre… per brevi utilizzi (non solo per il rapido consumo della batteria ma anche per evitare surriscaldamenti).
Unico neo negativo il “grip” che pu essere migliorato di molto, perch in pi di un’occasione l’ho sentita scivolosa tra le mani… per questo la valuto con 4 stelle.
Confezione con contenitore in plastica dove troviamo:
_ la torcia mini worm (gialla nel mio caso)
_ 2 o-rings (guarnizioni per la testa e rendere impermeabile la torcia)
_ un anello bianco esterno di ricambio
_ un gancio con moschettone per utilizzare la torcia come portachiavi.
_ una batteria che dentro la torcia ed in genere una Duracell (ricordarsi di togliere la protezione sul fondo della batteria che evita l’accensione della torcia).
Direi una dotazione completa e le prime impressioni sono ottime circa la luminosit (per i miei utilizzi in casa), i materiali e la fattura sono buoni, ma il “grip” da migliorare assolutamente.
Aggiungo, ancora, che non la considero una torcia primaria (cio principale ed unica) da portare con s per chi ama fare delle escursioni o vivere alcuni giorni in tenda.
Comunque buona torcia secondaria, da avere sempre con s, piccola che pesa poco e non si sente in tasca, che pu essere molto utile per sbrigare piccoli lavori o in casa o fuori all’aperto, quando la luce scarsa e avendo degli ottimi potenziali che pu esprimere solo sperimentandola.
E’ sta provata solo in casa e non all’aperto… comunque da consigliarne l’acquisto.

Arriva nella confezione originale in plastica , troviamo la mini worm , 2 o-rings , un anello rosso di ricambio , un Key Chan molto utile ed infine all’interno della torcia non manca la batteria targata Duracell …Direi una dotazione completa visto che gi la torcia ha montato una utility di aggancio in ferro , le prime impressioni sono soddisfacenti dalla lavorazione alle finiture … acciaio anodizzato con una classe IPX8 , molto buono il vetrino montato che permette una fluidit di luce al 95% con l’inconfondibile cerchietto verde fosforescente che non manca mai , utile ed allo stesso tempo elegante , il primo passo per utilizzare la torcia aprire svitando verso la testa , estrarre la pila togliendo il blocco adesivo per poi rimetterla dentro sempre nella giusta polarit (supporta anche ricaricabili) , l’anello attorno alla testa ci facilit la torsione breve della testa infatti abbiamo a disposizione 3 livelli di luminosit che possono essere cambiati con una leggera torsione della testa (un piccolo apri e chiudi) per scorrere , naturalmente si spegne tenendo leggermente svitata la testa …Il primo livello che genialmente parte a media potenza ha 32 lumens utilizzabili per circa 4 ore , una luce dal fascio ottimo che permette una buona visione al buio nella prossimit ci permette di muoversi senza problemi , mentre la seconda torsione scala di potenza al livello minimo dandoci 5 lumens per circa 36 ore , una luce notevolmente pi bassa ma senza esagerare perch se vero che potrebbe essere utile per lettura nelle situazioni di buio casalingo o percorsi semplici ci permette di vedere dove andiamo garantendo un passaggio discreto e senza disturbare , l’ultima torsione porta a piena potenza la luce , 110 lumens che possono coprire sui 50 metri di distanza senza dimenticare una visione buonissima nella prossimit , chiaramente con un tempo limitato di 30 minuti credo sia meglio utilizzarla quando serve e per brevi tempistiche (non solo per il rapido consumo ma anche per evitare surriscaldamenti) ma indubbiamente per quello che paghiamo abbiamo un led che si distingue assieme ad una composizione che non ha nulla da sottovalutare anzi…. , sicuramente vi far comodo averla dietro per svariate situazioni e le garanzie che offre… insomma poche parole … Qualit …
