This has a wide range of stuff you can make which is great. The booklet in it is very good as it shows al sorts of things that can be made. Easy to play with and once finished it can be put back in the box and kept safe.
Nice unit but buttons difficult for older perso
I bought this for a friend of mine who has been admitted to care home. He is having difficult operating it due the small buttons. I would’ve returned it but difficult as it was a present.
Bought for my nearly 5 year old as his first Lego set and he loves it. It’s got a decent amount of bricks and can build a variety of small items following instructions. For me the great part is the ability to go rogue and really fuel his imagination. He can sit with all of the pieces and build whatever he wants; a house, building, and then why not attach wheels then it can move.

Amazon was the cheapest place I had seen this starter kit for my little boy for Christmas and it was well worth it. It comes with ideas of what to build inside and still has room in the box for any other lego so it’s great for storage!
Lots of parts
Good product. Blocks need a to be aligned well and they need a bit of force to snap together. It is somehow challenging for younger kids, especially when handling small parts. Some parts are really small, so keep small chidden away!
Ordered this for my kids, there are plenty of bits to let them built some cool stuff, also an instruction booklet of various models that can be made.
I love lego myself so I found myself diving in with them and making some stuff., the box is a good container but I wish the lid was able to be clipped on, as one the packaging is removed it freely comes off but this is a minor gripe.

Love lego but this box seems to have loads of really tiny pieces whereas more of the normal sized lego pieces would have been more useful…still gave it 5 stars as my granddaughter loves it.

Bought this as a first foray into Lego for a 3yr old. Glad we did. They really liked it and it’s great to have a wide array of Lego bits and a blank canvas to fallback on. The bucket is super handy too.

This is a great set for a beginner. The little models that you can build are great and the box is a decent size to keep and add more lego as your collection (of loose lego) grows. My only gripe is that the lid does not secure too well. But this is not worthy of loosing a STAR over.

It has everything you expect from Lego, it is sturdy, colourful and fun to play with. It comes with 2 set of step by step instruction booklets with lots of building ideas.

Bought for my 4yr old grandson, arrived well packaged and I like that it’s in a plastic case. Base boards not as big as I expected but that’s my fault for not not reading sizes properly!! Quite a few tiny pieces in this set, ie a tiny bulb counts as 1 piece, Iv kept all the colours in separate bags because I imagine if you put them all together in the tub it would be hard to find some of the tiny pieces which you need to make the models. I personally feel its a tad expensive for what you get but my grandson enjoys playing with it. There is also a small booklet comes with it showing you how to make different models which is very easy to follow.

Desperately needed some lego bricks and this was the only set that kind of offered that in any volume. Lots of other pieces too would of been better to have just more bricks.

Not kidding when one of the reviewers was saying you need to get your own external base plates. Otherwise it’s a good enough starter set with plenty enough for a toddler.
The storage box it comes in is big compared to the amount of Lego which at best fills about a quarter of the box.
