This was my second attempt to purchase bayonet fitting LEDs to replace first generation “energy efficient” neon-tubed bulbs. I wanted better light, a faster arrival at full illumination and better efficiency. Amazon sent screw fit bulbs at the forst attempt, depite the description in the order. These Lepro bulbs arribed quickly and seem to be the answer to our needs. Cannot address longevity as they have only been in service for a few days but I have installed 3 so far and they have behaved flawlessly.
This is awesome the bright light bulb and energy saver you have always wanted in room or winter! 10/10. But could not find due to phasing out!
I’m now 67 and so my expectations of how a good bulb should illuminate are fairly old-fashioned. These give the sort of light I would expect in a well-lit but not excessively-lit room. The compromise between warmth and brilliance seems right for a living room – and they to seem come on straight away. I can’t comment on efficiency (see specs for that) or longevity. When I have had this kind of bulb in the past they seem to last reasonably well.
I used one of these to replace a 100W incandescent bulb, and it is brighter.
They are nice and bright just like the old 100W bulbs. just what I wanted. Don’t know how long they will last.

They are very bright, as bright as other 100w incandescent bulbs I have in use.
I was surprised that the outer bulb is plastic, but that’s good because that makes them far less fragile than the older glass bulbs I have been using for years. I’m not sure they are recyclable tho -anyone know?
I only just got them, so have no experience regards longevity or energy efficiency. I’ll update when I have anything to rate about these two.
Recommend? Yes. Bright, good price point. Oh, and the tiny Thank You card in the box with contact info and website addy is nice, as are their phone #’s if there are any problems with the product.

These are 12.5watts very low power. The light is similar to the old school 100w incandescent light bulbs but only use a fraction of the power.
Great purchase and will defo save me money too.
At last a lamp that’s equal to the old 100watt lamps. Look good and gives a good light. The lamp stays cool to touch also extends the life of the lamp holder. Hope they last, good price too.

The warm version gives a beautiful, bright yet soft light similar to the old 100w filament bulbs.
Warm lights have far less blue than the daylight versions, which can damage the eyes over the years.
All our LED lights are warm, and, incidentally, I always use the eye protection setting on our computers for the same reason.
There’s no delay when switching the lights on.
As for longevity, too soon to say. None of the LED lights we’ve bought over last ten years have failed.
At 14w they are far more economical than filament bulbs.

I have only just purchased these for my uncle who needed brighter lighting and he loves them. I can’t answer if they’re energy efficient or if they last because he’s only just started using them. I will recommend if you need a brighter home.
Great bulbs and the perfect amount of light for my living room.
Goods as stated well packed and in perfect condition. Over all cost very cheap compaired to some led bulbs that are sole singluarly.
Only problem was that my order had been duplicated.
The light in one room, where we like to play table top games and the ability to distinguish colours often plays an important part, was particularly poor. In fact when we played games I would substitute a 100w incandescent bulb for the 13w fluorescent tube, which really emphasised how poor the tube was.
When I found these LED bulbs I thought they might be worth trying, and I’m glad I did. One of these in the ‘games’ room proved to be easily as bright as a 100w incandescent bulb, and far superior to the fluorescent tube.
Only time will tell of their longevity or continued brightness, but so far so good!
PS, anyone wants to buy 2 dozen bayonet fit fluorescent tubes…

These bulbs are excellent. They are very bright and perfectly illuminate my living room. They’re not too bright though which I like as this means it doesn’t cause ambient light eye strain.
