Everything about the product is amazing, so far legs are more stable back pain is subsiding, and my lower core seems a little more stable. Can’t wait to see what the long journey with life pro will bring.

I tried my mom’s and fell in love with it so I had to buy one for myself. I purchased the rumblex max so my husband who is heavy set could use it as well. I love how it calms my varicose vein pain and I noticed my knee pain dissipates after use. Great product and am excited to use it in other ways to exercise.

I purchased the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D a few days ago. The large size is great it give plenty of space enabling you to exercise comfortably. Love the 3 motors technology, it is smooth, quiet and it delivers excellent vibration for beginners and for more experience users. Love the remote as you don’t need to bend down to inrease intensity. I would definitely recommend this machine.
I got it today and used it for 15 min and felt great!
VERY sturdy machine. The constant vibration did make me a bit “dizzy” at first but I stuct with the routine to complete the exercise. You could really feel the effects of the exercise within minutes of the start of the machine..
I use it every night. It’s a wind-down experience I look forward to after a long day at the office. I’ve noticed less fatigue, more energy, and better circulation since using it.
My Rumblex Max is a life-changer for me. I have long suffered from painful joints and overall stiffness in my body…until I opened the box and tried it out for the first time. This product seems to be a really good construction and it’s easy to use and set up. I just used it for the first time and it seems like it’s really going to be a great help for me in my weight loss journey and with my back pain. It’s also pretty fun to play with!
I was using my parents Rumbles 4D pro and really liked it so I got the Max. It’s pretty good but the beeping sound when selecting the programs is a bit loud and and annoying. The guide that comes with it could be improved but the online pdf manual clarified everything. So far so good, not noisy when placed on the mat but the mat could be a tad bigger so all four feet fit completely on it.
Well-built and very solid. Not as powerful as the other Rumblex models. Motors are about as strong as the Hovert 3D. But, it does have all 3 vibration modes. It is also meant for heavier people. If you are not more than 250 lb, the Hovert 3D may be a better choice at a lower price.
My rumblex works great my wife and kids love it too. The workout feels like a full body experience. 10-15 minutes and we really feel the difference. The buit quality looks excellent. This is a unit you might find in a gym, it has that commercial quality.
I have been using the Rumblex for 10 minutes once a day since I received it two and a half weeks ago. Already this simple use, mostly standing, has relieved chronic pain in my hip and promoted ease of walking. Soon, I’ll be ready to run!
I am having a lot of detox reactions and it’s been hard starting, but I really believe in it and bought a second one for my mom to help her with it too.
This was a gift to my sons and they like it. It arrived in time for christmas and they both said it was a very good work out.
I feel like there are so many options of over all health improvement and levels of work out options. Just standing on it almost feels like a circulation massage. i sit and drive very much for business. how this machine helps you is indescribable. i stand on this while working. it gets your blood flowing and makes you feel so much better. i am thinking of getting another one for downstairs. this is such a great machine. you wont regret buying it.
I have to get use to using the different programs, once I am more proficient at using them I’m sure I will be able to say I love it.
I am Just getting used to it. It Gets me moving freely in the morning. It seems to be helping me with my circulation especially in my legs. I am hoping that I will help me with my aches and pains especially in my legs and knees.
I have never used one before and it is a very interesting sensation. Time will tell no effective it will be for me but I am optimistic given all the research out there.
I read a lot of reviews and settled on this model. So far, so good. I have some joint and back issues that have limited my ability to work out like I used to. I think this product will help.
This machine is definitely built to last . It is very quiet-I do not need to worry about waking the household when I am using it early in the morning .
I would , however , recommend putting in the basement . It is so heavy and powerful , it might make the house rattle if used on any but the gentlest cycle.

So far so good! I opened it today after buying it for my wife and myself as a Christmas present. It has already helped with my wife’s hip pain, my own sciatic nerve pain, and my daughter’s poor blood circulation in her feet. Very hapoy!

I have had another brand and it is loud and didn’t hold up to weekly use. I am a 450 lb heavyweight powerlifter and this machine can handle daily use so far. It’s relatively quiet and works as described.
It was easy to set up. Remote and cycles are easy to use and the machine is quiet. Delivery was three days earlier then promised so it was here before Xmas

I Love my Rumblex. Ive been using it for a couple of weeks. Its a quick and easy workout! I have lowered my blood pressure by making dietary changes and using my Rublex. I’m hoping it will help improve my bone density as well! Time will tell.
It took a few tries to get the pre-sets working, and finding a location that didn’t vibrate the house was a challenge, but once those obstacles had been removed, the experience of using the machine has been fascinating. I feel like I’ve had a workout! It seems my balance is improving. Hopefully, it is also stimulating my lymphatic system, though I’ve only been using the machine for two weeks, so I haven’t seen any significant results.
I just feel better after using it. I have issues with my back and knee so exercising can something be painful. This helps with getting the exercise I need and recoupe faster.
My chiropractor referred me to this product. I got this product to help restore a disfunctional hip after compromising and not using muscles properly for so long. I believe the body is able to heal itself but sometimes it takes some work and this machine is helping me.
The first time on this thing I almost cried… Chronic back pain, lymphedema from node dissection after cancer – I was looking solely for something to help with that. I got so much more. Standing for more than 5 minutes is really tough form me. But I do it as long as I can, then I sit, and even lay on the floor and rest my calves on it. The heaviness in my right shoulder is gone after only one week. I had fluid build up around my shoulder blade, under my arm, and into my chest wall – this thing gets the lymph system moving. If the weight-loss and toning thing are true – it’s a plus to me. I was looking for relief. Even should this one go to heck, I will buy another one. So worth the money. I even bought the foot unit for under my desk.
Instantly the feeling of relaxation and – I don’t even know how to describe the feeling – calm and wellness? Whole body, not just the feet. I slept all night for the first time in YEARS. I wish they’d make a bed unit, as I would aly on that at night before sleeping.
I highly recommend. Would/Will buy again if needed, and did I mention the video library they host at their site? Really they need a channel so folks can live stream the workout.

Love the presets that only take 10 min. The variety of settings and combinations including vibrations, speed, and time are amazing to create a customized workout. Not sure if I see any benefits yet but definitely see how it can improve balance, circulation, and core strength especially using the 3D and 4D settings. Easy to use and well built.
It works, ideal for older people with bad backs and my son who plays rugby and ideal for sports injuries.
I like the little foam mat that comes with the machine, I don’t always want to roll out my yoga mat and this is perfectly shaped for the top of the plate, or can be moved to the floor depending on the exercise I’m doing. Pay attention to where you place these machines, don’t stub your toes. You’d think being as big as they are they’d be hard to miss… alas, my place is small and I’m so used to where all my furniture sits… it’s low enough to the ground to not be noticed but high enough to catch my feet. Not the machine’s fault, I’m can get clumsy.
4/5 pain relief, it’s not the machine’s fault it can’t magically cure everything, I do want to affirm that deducting a star for this isn’t unfair as there are treatments out there (usually as prescribed medication) that can offer 5/5 pain relief. As mentioned it did very well for a swollen foot very quickly, and I believe with consistent use it can assist in long term management and treatment of muscle issues, which is a wonderful thing.
4/5 easy to use, this unit is heavy duty and weighs quite a bit making it somewhat of a workout just to move around. I’m glad it’s a heavy machine as I feel that’s necessary for something that’s going to vibrate as much as it does, the suction cups keep it firm to the floor but can be a wee bit of a nuisance when you have to pry it off the floor to move around. Obviously this is moot if you’re using carpet/rug.
The two things I’d like to see changed for all of lifepro’s machines are:
1. The beautiful blue digits of the display as these are horrible to stare at if you have any inkling of vision issues (truly, they’re super pretty displays but on bad days I feel like they’re going to burn out my retinas).
2. The beeping when adjusting settings needs it’s own volume control so people who want a quieter beep can have that, while those who prefer the current sound can enjoy it as is.
i am still learning how to use it. So far, have used it twice as I have only had it for less than a week. Excited to continue to use it and incorporate more workouts with it.
I was nervous about buying something like this sight unseen. But I’m very pleased with the quality and function of this machine, it’s definitely worth the price and will last. I am recovering from a long period of being bedridden from Guillain Barre and I have been using the Rumblex to build muscle and coordination. I think it’s helpful for that, but I haven’t gotten to the level of being able to do real weight loss level of exercises yet so I don’t know how effective it will be for that. The device appears to be well designed and well built, it feel completely solid and stable, it’s also extremely quiet which I love because I can use it any hour of the day or night without disturbing other people. I do wish it had a button for “repeat last session/settings” that would save a lot of time for me since I’m using the same duration and speed for about two weeks before increasing.
I purchased this product for my husband’s rehab because he had a stroke two months ago. The very first time he used it he was able to lift his toes for the first time since his stroke and was able to walk around the room much better! He uses it twice a day with his rehab exercises. It helps calms anxiety and he continues to see improvement physically .
I used one during my physical therapy at Michigan Medicine U of M for my knee. Had to buy one for myself to use at home.
This is closer to what I see at high end clubs, it vibrates not just goes back and forth and teeter totter. Pads setting accessories, I’m thrilled.
It helps to relieve my foot numbness and leg strain after daily work or a walk. I can have a better recovery after a gym workout, or a lane swimming. It’s very easy to use.

I love the Rumblex it really helps with my circulation issues. I was referred to use it by a friend who swears by it and I enjoy it, I have it next to my bed and it’s the first thing i do in the morning.
It’s sturdier than the brand I previously used and seems very well built. I’m not a beginner and used to a machine with more vibration power, though. Nevertheless, it’s a good, solid product; I just wish it had more intensity.
I’ve only used it once but it was a great workout. Very excited to keep working wth it!

It is easy to use with many program options. The wheels on the bottom make it easy to move when cleaning the floor.
I purchased this because of fluid build up in my legs by the end of the day. It has been good for relieving the issues. I’ve also used it for simple exercises and to help my muscles relax at the end of the day.
The equipment is very sturdy, a nice slim remote control, resistance bands and loop band were ready to use right out of the box after plugging in the machine.
I like the sturdiness and the quality of this piece of equipment; however, for some reason the batteries inside the remote have burst and the remote is now broken and useless. How can I get a new remote? It is hindering my ability to use this machine.
I use it after I lift weights and my entire body feels relaxed after. It is helping with circulation in my lower legs as well as my feet.
It’s been extremely effective in helping our muscles relax and we are sleeping better since we started using it. I work at home all day sitting at a computer and I love getting on it every couple of hours. It has really made a difference for me. My husband is a contractor and the work he does is physically demanding. We both agree that this was an excellent investment for our overall wellbeing.
The 4dMax is very quiet I just started on one a low programmes for 10 mins as want to slowly build up as I’m overweight quite a lot.
After doing the 10mins with resistance bands I had quite a sweat on and felt like I’d had a workout.
It’s very early days and I will post again at a later date it’s a very sturdy well made product I’m very happy with it atm.

I don’t dislike the Rumblex Max one bit in fact the Rumblex Max has helped with reducing
the swelling in my lower legs. I can now push on my calves and it doesn’t hurt as much

I absolutely love it and recommend this to anyone. I decided to go for the more expensive one, but it provides way more options and it is also a very good quality.
I am very pleased that one of the Rumblex Max Black preset programs (P05) is as gentle as that described by a brand-name competitor, but at 1/10 their price! Due to disability, I’ve been way too sedentary for too many years. Even at this very low setting, I feel the Rumblex Max working all the muscles of my body. Therefore, by using this machine regularly, I am looking forward to regaining strength, stamina, and fitness without the risk of injury.
I have been using it for the pelvic floor and ab exercises with great success! I liked it so much, I started using it for 10 – 15 breaks during my desk job day every 2 hours during an 8 hour day. It has made a huge difference. I am able to focus longer and have no stiffness. Thank you for a fantastic product!!
As soon as we used the machine for the first time we noticed an incredible impact in our whole body. Like a full body massage. Also noticed the change on our sleep pattern. This is no joke! It really works. We love the different cicles it offers, and got very impressed by its powerful movement. It’s an amazing tool to incorporate it to different exercise styles. Very sturdy, the display its very detail, with a pleasant view. We noticed that the past exercise routine that we used to do, now with the machine totally improved its effectiveness. Doing exercises with this machine eliminate muscle pain caused by other exercises. Eliminates symptoms of headaches as well.

Bought this as a gift for my son who is moving back to the US this spring. I’ve been trying it out and it feels great. I think he will love adding it to his workout routine. I have the Rumblex Plus, which I think is a bit more powerful and very good looking, but the Max has many more preset routines to choose from.
I upgraded from the Turbo to the Rumblex and I am so pleased with the increased intensity, options, and flexibility of this vibration plate. It keeps my muscles guessing and I feel great after using it!
30 June…it has now been five months of using the machine, and I am more impressed than ever. My knee and hip pain is GONE. At the beginning of the adventure, I was starting to need to use a cane. Said cane is now on a peg in the garage. I am regaining a normal walking stride instead of the “gimp limp” I previously had. My wife also uses it for recurring muscle spasms, which it has also largely eliminated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It’s helping me with some pain in my feet! After a few minutes I hardly feel any pain! It helps my elder mother with her circulation and balance. I have seen the swelling in her feet go down since using it! And my brother looks interested in trying it out more to maybe include it in his daily exercise routine.
It is amazing, my circulation is coming back, and I use it with both arms and legs. It has excellent features and I like that there is more than 1 motor. It is improving my lymph flow as well
The machine is quiet. The exercises are easy to follow. I workout more because I can watch tv while exercising.
I’ve been using this most mornings and afternoons using one of the programs. I feel like I have more energy and is a good break during the work day. The resistance bands are a good addition as well. Sometimes the machine will stop during the program if I shift my weight; i guess that is a safety thing in case someone loses balance? Generally happy with it and plan to continue using it.

Just love it. Have been using after my workout on treadmill and it is totally is helping with my joints and the ‘snapping/popping’ in my knees!
