I purchased the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D a few days ago. The large size is great it give plenty of space enabling you to exercise comfortably. Love the 3 motors technology, it is smooth, quiet and it delivers excellent vibration for beginners and for more experience users. Love the remote as you don't need to bend down to inrease intensity. I would definitely recommend this machine.

I received as a Christmas gift and am just beginning to use. I have heard good things from several friends, and i am enjoying experimenting with different programs and speeds. I find it very stable and not as noisy as I expected. I should be able to watch TV while standing on it. I have tried some squats and arm exercises, but not much else. Today is the first day I have really been able to investigate it.

VERY sturdy machine. The constant vibration did make me a bit "dizzy" at first but I stuct with the routine to complete the exercise. You could really feel the effects of the exercise within minutes of the start of the machine..

Well-built and very solid. Not as powerful as the other Rumblex models. Motors are about as strong as the Hovert 3D. But, it does have all 3 vibration modes. It is also meant for heavier people. If you are not more than 250 lb, the Hovert 3D may be a better choice at a lower price.

This product seems to be a really good construction and it’s easy to use and set up. I just used it for the first time and it seems like it’s really going to be a great help for me in my weight loss journey and with my back pain. It’s also pretty fun to play with!

I have suffered from tight muscles all of my life and most recently I have been dealing with sciatica as well. Waking up in the morning I have lower back pain and things get worse throughout the day. After just a few sessions on the Rumblex Max I can say that I am not only having reduced pain but I am also feeling mentally better. I can’t wait to see what happens tomorrow!

I am Just getting used to it. It Gets me moving freely in the morning. It seems to be helping me with my circulation especially in my legs. I am hoping that I will help me with my aches and pains especially in my legs and knees.

Heavy duty construction, very quiet.
This machine is definitely built to last . It is very quiet-I do not need to worry about waking the household when I am using it early in the morning .
I would , however , recommend putting in the basement . It is so heavy and powerful , it might make the house rattle if used on any but the gentlest cycle.

I have had another brand and it is loud and didn't hold up to weekly use. I am a 450 lb heavyweight powerlifter and this machine can handle daily use so far. It's relatively quiet and works as described.

I got this a week ago when I weighed 474.6 pounds and had serious balance issues and difficulty walking or standing. I was told to not exceed 30 minutes per day using it, so I followed advice from their many videos to do 10 minutes a time, 3 times a day. That works perfectly. I do it first thing in the morning, then at noon and then around the dinner hour. After sitting too long in between, it feels so good. I’m only up to Level 2 out of the 99 levels using the default Oscillation mode. One week later, I weighed in at 457. I should become an affiliate ambassador because I’ve already told three people to get them for themselves. It’s totally worth it. I look forward to the next time on it like I used to look forward to dessert! Updates to follow.

I Love my Rumblex. Ive been using it for a couple of weeks. Its a quick and easy workout! I have lowered my blood pressure by making dietary changes and using my Rublex. I'm hoping it will help improve my bone density as well! Time will tell.

I LOVE THIS THING
The first time on this thing I almost cried… Chronic back pain, lymphedema from node dissection after cancer – I was looking solely for something to help with that. I got so much more. Standing for more than 5 minutes is really tough form me. But I do it as long as I can, then I sit, and even lay on the floor and rest my calves on it. The heaviness in my right shoulder is gone after only one week. I had fluid build up around my shoulder blade, under my arm, and into my chest wall – this thing gets the lymph system moving. If the weight-loss and toning thing are true – it’s a plus to me. I was looking for relief. Even should this one go to heck, I will buy another one. So worth the money. I even bought the foot unit for under my desk.
Instantly the feeling of relaxation and – I don’t even know how to describe the feeling – calm and wellness? Whole body, not just the feet. I slept all night for the first time in YEARS. I wish they’d make a bed unit, as I would aly on that at night before sleeping.
I highly recommend. Would/Will buy again if needed, and did I mention the video library they host at their site? Really they need a channel so folks can live stream the workout.

It Works!
It works, ideal for older people with bad backs and my son who plays rugby and ideal for sports injuries.
I’ve had the Rumblex Max for about 2 weeks, other than standing on it to try the different vibration modes I’ve been using it to help loosen muscle tension in my back and shoulders, using mostly the pulsation mode as it can be as gentle as I want it while laying down on it. I also was very happy to see it relieve what may have been edema from working at home and walking a lot less; one morning I noticed my foot start to swell, so I sat down to work with my feet on the Rumblex and turned on the first program. After the 15 minutes were up my foot felt and looked better, and was back to completely normal within a couple hours without any extra treatment or activity. The Rumblex Max has a noticeably stronger set of motors as compared to the Turbo 3D when using the same lowest settings (I do not own a Turbo 3D, it belongs to a family member). I prefer the gentler motors of the Turbo 3D for lower settings, but the variety of movements offered by the Rumblex seem like a much better investment as it gives me more options to find out what will suit me now and suit me in the future as my life changes.
I like the little foam mat that comes with the machine, I don’t always want to roll out my yoga mat and this is perfectly shaped for the top of the plate, or can be moved to the floor depending on the exercise I’m doing. Pay attention to where you place these machines, don’t stub your toes. You’d think being as big as they are they’d be hard to miss… alas, my place is small and I’m so used to where all my furniture sits… it’s low enough to the ground to not be noticed but high enough to catch my feet. Not the machine’s fault, I’m can get clumsy.
4/5 pain relief, it’s not the machine’s fault it can’t magically cure everything, I do want to affirm that deducting a star for this isn’t unfair as there are treatments out there (usually as prescribed medication) that can offer 5/5 pain relief. As mentioned it did very well for a swollen foot very quickly, and I believe with consistent use it can assist in long term management and treatment of muscle issues, which is a wonderful thing.
4/5 easy to use, this unit is heavy duty and weighs quite a bit making it somewhat of a workout just to move around. I’m glad it’s a heavy machine as I feel that’s necessary for something that’s going to vibrate as much as it does, the suction cups keep it firm to the floor but can be a wee bit of a nuisance when you have to pry it off the floor to move around. Obviously this is moot if you’re using carpet/rug.
The two things I’d like to see changed for all of lifepro’s machines are:
1. The beautiful blue digits of the display as these are horrible to stare at if you have any inkling of vision issues (truly, they’re super pretty displays but on bad days I feel like they’re going to burn out my retinas).
2. The beeping when adjusting settings needs it’s own volume control so people who want a quieter beep can have that, while those who prefer the current sound can enjoy it as is.

I was nervous about buying something like this sight unseen. But I’m very pleased with the quality and function of this machine, it’s definitely worth the price and will last. I am recovering from a long period of being bedridden from Guillain Barre and I have been using the Rumblex to build muscle and coordination. I think it’s helpful for that, but I haven’t gotten to the level of being able to do real weight loss level of exercises yet so I don’t know how effective it will be for that. The device appears to be well designed and well built, it feel completely solid and stable, it’s also extremely quiet which I love because I can use it any hour of the day or night without disturbing other people. I feel like it’s definitely helping with aches and pains/inflammation when used regularly. I only wish there were better explanations in the user guide book that came with on how to best use it for pain and inflammation, the differences between the different motors that make up the 4D feature and which ones are best to use for different ailments or workouts. I feel like user is a bit in the dark, unless you go to the website and look through each online video resource, which often takes a good chunk of time.

I am pleased with my purchase of my Black Rumblex Max 4D. I have noticed less aching in my joints and the ability to sleep 6 hours plus. It was easy to set up and start using, I am still learning about the programing. I use it in two intervals of 15 minutes, using the two loop bands provided while watching television. I look forward to advancing in exercise routines provided on the website.
The equipment is very sturdy, a nice slim remote control, resistance bands and loop band were ready to use right out of the box after plugging in the machine.
I like the sturdiness and the quality of this piece of equipment; however, for some reason the batteries inside the remote have burst and the remote is now broken and useless. How can I get a new remote? It is hindering my ability to use this machine.

After doing a weeks of research I purchased this through Amazon uk, arrived on time and in perfect condition, prior to purchase I was concerned with the voltage with it being sold in US it stated 110v but emailed Pro Life and there customer service was brilliant they told me it would be adapted for use in UK if ordered from Amazon UK which I did and it was fine, it came with two resistance bands to attach to the machine and other bands to use also on or off machine.
The 4dMax is very quiet I just started on one a low programmes for 10 mins as want to slowly build up as I’m overweight quite a lot.
After doing the 10mins with resistance bands I had quite a sweat on and felt like I’d had a workout.
It’s very early days and I will post again at a later date it’s a very sturdy well made product I’m very happy with it atm.

I don’t dislike the Rumblex Max one bit in fact the Rumblex Max has helped with reducing
the swelling in my lower legs. I can now push on my calves and it doesn’t hurt as much
as before. Thank you Lifepro for such an affordable machine that really works.

I have been using it for the pelvic floor and ab exercises with great success! I liked it so much, I started using it for 10 - 15 breaks during my desk job day every 2 hours during an 8 hour day. It has made a huge difference. I am able to focus longer and have no stiffness. Thank you for a fantastic product!!

I think this is really awesome so far, I haven’t had for very long, but I am hoping it will help with all the pain I am in constantly. Make sure you follow the instructions and recommended time because when you use it, it can make you feel light headed and/or nauseous. It is heavy so it’s not smart for some with back problems (like me) to pick it up because you are just going to cause yourself more pain lol. One thing I noticed is that the controls are very sensitive so if you have a big butt like I do it will mess with the controls while you sit on it lol.

Bought this as a gift for my son who is moving back to the US this spring. I've been trying it out and it feels great. I think he will love adding it to his workout routine. I have the Rumblex Plus, which I think is a bit more powerful and very good looking, but the Max has many more preset routines to choose from.

I love the bells and whistles, the extras on the max. I have a turbo 3D too, love them both. But I’m using the Max for weight loss and the turbo3D at night before bed. And my family is getting on board, too. Which amazes me, because both hubs and kid were uninterested in the beginning. Thanks lifepro, you are literally giving me my life back. <3

I had been researching “whole body vibration” for a long time before becoming convinced that the science behind the technology was solid. I purchased this machine after checking MANY reviews of MANY different brands and types. Even after all that, I was totally astounded by how quickly just a few sessions relieved the pain of my arthritic knee(s). I am still exploring all the settings with short exposures to see which work best for my “ailments”. But thus far……more than meets expectations.
30 June…it has now been five months of using the machine, and I am more impressed than ever. My knee and hip pain is GONE. At the beginning of the adventure, I was starting to need to use a cane. Said cane is now on a peg in the garage. I am regaining a normal walking stride instead of the “gimp limp” I previously had. My wife also uses it for recurring muscle spasms, which it has also largely eliminated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It's helping me with some pain in my feet! After a few minutes I hardly feel any pain! It helps my elder mother with her circulation and balance. I have seen the swelling in her feet go down since using it! And my brother looks interested in trying it out more to maybe include it in his daily exercise routine.

It is amazing, my circulation is coming back, and I use it with both arms and legs. It has excellent features and I like that there is more than 1 motor. It is improving my lymph flow as well

I have osteoarthritis throughout my body and recently found out I no longer have cartilage in my hip. As an exercise instructor, this has change what I can do. I bought the Lifepro Vibration plate to help me stay in shape. It has exceeded my expectations! I jump on it first thing in the morning to help loosen me up and use it during my PT and strength training. As a bonus it has stopped my restless leg issues.
I've been using this most mornings and afternoons using one of the programs. I feel like I have more energy and is a good break during the work day. The resistance bands are a good addition as well. Sometimes the machine will stop during the program if I shift my weight; i guess that is a safety thing in case someone loses balance? Generally happy with it and plan to continue using it.

The machine is quiet. The exercises are easy to follow. I workout more because I can watch tv while exercising.

I had a lot of pain in my right knee and ankles. I was walking incorrectly to compensate. I also had my sleep interrupted from discomfort at night. I’ve only used the machine for a little over a week. What a difference this machine has made! My pain is greatly reduced and my walk posture is improving daily. I missed one evening of vibration and my sleep was interrupted again. I might be crazy, but I think my energy levels are improving too. I’m so glad I took the plunge and ordered my Rumblex Max!!!

I like that this product is low impact. After being on it I feel like I had a good cardio exercise. I also like that this product gives you different options for different intensities.
I love the Rumblex Max 4D. The machine is powerful. I love how it has so many settings. Easy to use. I like the added mat. I have not used the hand bands yet. I did my research and this company stands behind their products. They are fast to reply to an email, very friendly and extremely helpful. I have a bad back and I also have a bar and pins in my ankle from a bad fall. This machine does not hurt my back or bother my ankle. I use it on a lower speed, but I think with time I can go much higher. I love that I have this option. I love my Rumblex Max 4D. It feels great using it and I notice a major improvement in my joint discomfort. I love the fact that when I get up each morning now I can walk down the steps without knee pain. It has improved my balance as well. I notice less “jiggly” skin in my thighs and abdomen. My husband and son have begun using it too and love it just as much! My unit has some electronic issue early on and Lifepro immediately responded and replaced my unit. Their customer service was excellent. If you’re considering this unit do it. It’s a great investment 15 minutes a day and improved strength, balance and reduced pain.

Just love it. Have been using after my workout on treadmill and it is totally is helping with my joints and the ‘snapping/popping’ in my knees! I started out slow as instructed, actually 5 minutes for a few day and worked my way up to the maximum time suggested! Am so glad I purchased and I can’t believe how quiet the machine is! Amazing!

I’m still in a learning phase to figure out the best regime for me. But I love the vibration. Feels very health-promoting. I am impressed with the quality of the construction and the design and the ease of moving it around. I love that it includes straps for exercising my upper body. I am confident that it will be a reliable piece of equipment and that LifePro will stand by its product. It has a low profile and can be kept in a bedroom or den without being obtrusive. It is easy to set up and clean and comes with excellent and thorough instructions.
It’s the second Lifepro product I’ve bought. It goes great with my Pulse FX massage gun. It really aids my achy back.
I like it and believe it is a good product. It took a bit to get up to speed on the proper use since I got the product before the training video was available. However, Joel in customer support was extremely helpful in providing material. I also appreciate that they offer a free training session which I will take advantage of soon. I am VERY excited about the Max. I spent a long time researching the different Rumblex models…also spent a lot of time with the (AWESOME) online chat support team asking lots of questions/making comparisons (she was very patient and knowledgeable). I am excited about the website library of videos and the YouTube channel. I am in the process of investigating/learning more about the Whole Body Vibration Contraindications (I have an Aortic Mechanical Valve and my wife has Osteoporosis, so we want to make sure there is no risks).
