I’ve had three of these now. My third one is on its way. The first two constantly produce errors. It’s annoying but nothing big. They don’t want the old ones back so it’s kind of good, you can have more (some just won’t work consistently). I read the reviews, same as the rest of the complaints. For this third one, I told them not to bother unless they were certain it would not error out. I then had to pay import fees which means it was coming from the States this time. They agreed to send me a refund through Paypal for the charges. Seems to me the ones in Canada are problematic and when a customer gets loud enough, they send the fixed version. Very wasteful. but I can’t complain. Annoying but not a huge deal. Hopefully they come though and pay me back, if not I’ll be sending at least one back to get a refund. Paying Almost $700 for this was not on my agenda. Very accommodating so I’m doing my best to work with them. Not sure how they couldn’t just make a fix in these bad ones to save a bunch of waste.
Product arrived in good shape. Haven’t used it yet, but my wife and I are excited to try it. We are both in our 60’s and hope this helps with our overall health.
I love my new 4D vibration plate. It is quite heavy, so a little difficult to move around, but I like that the platform is large enough for me lie down on my back sometimes to enjoy the vibration. It came with a mat stretch bands set, a remote. Sometimes it turns off while operating, but I can just restart it with no issues. It made my daily workout so easy and quick! And the company has the best customer service.
This is easy to get started with…just plug it in, switch it on and go! It can be used with or without the remote control and has a variety of settings to choose from. You can vary the intensity, time span and mode of operation. But the accompanying manual doesn’t offer any helpful guidance about which settings are most appropriate for which exercise goals. That’s my only gripe. This would be 5 stars plus if it came with a good manual or at least some good videos. Sadly, their “official” LifePro You Tube videos are amateurish, unhelpful and generally a waste of time. There are, however, some other videos that are useful if you take the time to look for them. It’s an excellent product that needs good instructional material to make it a better user experience.
There was a problem when I first received the product. Got a e08 error message after a few minutes of usage. I contacted the customer service and got an immediate reply. A few days later, I received a new vibration platform. It was evident, that this company really wanted to please their customer. The machine is very solid, with many settings, a works well.
After losing a third of my calf muscle to necrosis from compartment syndrome (caused by rhabdomyolysis), I needed a fitness machine that would help with muscle recovery, improve blood circulation, and increase my overall ability to workout my entire body. I combine this plate with a hot suit and a 15 minute squat workout and I’m telling you, I be drenched in sweat by the end of it!

I’ve been on the fence buying the vibration plate machine for many years because I couldn’t find enough scientific or medical studies on the benefits, but due to my health deteriorating, I decided to go for it. After using the vibration plate machine for 10 minutes (2-3X daily), it seems to improve my blood circulation, loosen/relaxes my lower back, I am more energetic, I can walk further, I can go up the stairs with minimal or no pain. I don’t know if it will help me lose weight or not, but with my new energy, it gives me a chance to be more active.
The machine is very quiet, comes with a remote device (but no 2 AAA batteries included), resistance bands & loop bands, 3 powerful motors (for oscillating, pulsating, lateral movements), and a lifetime warranty.
For people who has a sedentary lifestyle, or who wants to improve their health, I believe this is a good buy. I think healthy active or younger people might not get much benefits than older people. That’s just my personal opinion.
Where has this been all my life? Will never go without a vibration plate again. This one works well. Lots of functions and features. Very sturdy. I’m happy with it as a mid-range option.
I never really believe all the hype when people say things like “oh this has made a difference to my so and so on the first time I’ve used this machine, but, I can honestly say after only using it for one week my oedema in my legs has improve dramatically. Yesterday I went to work and I decided not to put on my compression socks just to see how I got on. Normally I leave off work after a gruelling 12 hour shift and my legs feel miserable, but it was amazing I still had ankles as opposed to kankles I’ve been on it twice in a day some times exercising or just standing on it as I find it really soothing on my muscles. I’m absolutely over the moon with this and I’m looking forward to building my exercise regime up to improve my general health and fitness. I hope this review helps someone because I know that I rely on other people’s opinions before purchasing any items off the internet.

For the money, this piece of equipment is outstanding and I now also use it myself for vibration fitness exercises. The plate has a lot of settings and speeds, it oscillates and vibrates and you can choose various combinations from the settings to suit the person. We are currently using it for my daughters leg strength and water retention caused through health issues and she finds it very comfortable to sit at with her feet on it. A full well deserved 5 stars!
The product makes a great addition to your workout routine.
Had a basic stand up one of these many years ago – this is much better on every lever. Currently using it on Auto prog 16 – 10mins X 2/3 times a day. Can feel a good tightening of tummy muscles already – feels good when using it too.

It’s powerful, especially the 4D setting! It works almost as well as the big professional gym machines (so take it easy at first)
Two very minor points about the surface finish (couple small scuffs in packing process I guessed) and it’s a bit heavy. However, that said there’s a reason for the heft… it’s a really well made piece of kit!
There’s a roller device on one end and you’ll need it!! As such I think I’ll get years of value from it because its more convenient than a gym membership and great if one’s too: tired, ill or late etc., to go out. Can even sit and watch something (on a low setting, forget trying to read tho:-0)

I have used this new vibration plate a number of times. It is strong, it was built solid and works pretty well. It has a good wide selection of options, and my body feels really great after using it. I run it 2 x per day for about 10 minutes each time. No regrets. I really enjoy it and I do recommend it.

Very low impact with great results. Easy to use but don’t overdo it for the first week!! Lots of programs to choose from. Unit is heavy. The included mat keeps it in place and the noise is minimal. Can be used while watching TV and won’t disturb the rest of the family.
Fell in love with my machine instantly! Very easy to use! Felt that the pain in my achy legs were subsiding…the remote I found very easy to use, better than the wrist version on the 4D Pro version.

Corner was broken off and the box was ripped and skidded on the corner. It was taped with Amazon Prime tape and shipped out. I can’t review the actual machine, but it looks nice if a corner wasn’t busted off and the top plate off center by about 1 inch. Remote worked well though.
Through all this LifePro has been wonderful. Very helpful and keeping in contact with us. They are A#1 pros in customer service. We returned the broken machine to Amazon because Amazon broke it, but Joel and the folks from LifePro were worried about the return. We bought a new Lifepro machine and couldn’t be happier! It is quiet, works exactly as stated, and is helping with my wife’s condition. Currently in physical therapy for an injury. This has helped tremendously with my recovery without causing pain. Reduced knee and joint pain. I feel the workout without the issues caused by typical exercises. I enjoy the preprogrammed routines. So far, nothing but improvement overall. There are so many perks to using this device in my recovery. I wish I had found this sooner.

Does what it says on the tin. Love the feeling of an all over body vibration. Feeling all of my body fat are getting a work out and muscles are toning up as well as my internals. Early days yet – but love to see the results in a few months.
I like that there are multiple sorts of movements (back and forth, up and down, etc etc) to keep my muscles guessing and working. I also like the wide variety of speeds and the manual helps too in telling various things like about keeping your feet close together or far apart.
The Rumblex has really increased the intensity of my workouts and is excellent for warm up and recovery as well! I have used the Rumblex Max Black every day since I received it and it has really added some variety and fun to my routine.
I mostly use it right before my Pilates Reformer training and it’s working GREAT –I even feel sore sometimes! And it’s also very relaxing on rest days.
This is intense! I bought this and the waver as well and am really impressed with the Max! It feels like even after only a week there is a difference and I look forward to getting the benefits from long term use.

I will be 70 years old this year and the Rumblex Max is part of my makeover plan. I have started a healthy eating plan and the Rumblex will help me physically to get in shape and toned. So far, I like it! This is definitely a heavy-duty piece of equipment. Very quiet motors.
The only reason for the 3 stars on pain relief is that it just arrived today. I have high expectations and look forward to using it everyday. After my first trial run, I could feel the improved blood flow. Looking forward to implementing stretches and exercises in the coming days!

I’ve just started using this and I’m excited for the possibilities it offers. I have had limited ability to workout due to health issues and have become too sedate. In 10 minutes on the Rumblex vibration plate I felt the effect on muscles throughout my body. I love that even in bad days when I don’t have the energy or time for anything else, I can jump on my plate and get a great workout.
It’s too soon to tell but I purchased this to help with pain. I have found that vibration helps relieve inflammation in the back and neck. After researching I decided this route would help me in many areas. I am 70, in good health. After much reading of reviews on many products, I chose this one. Reputation and customer opinion never steers me wrong. So far so good. The features on this RUMBLE Max will at least keep me entertained and at best help keep me healthy and young!
I saw that it helps with weight loss but what really caught my eye was that it helps with joint pain, which I have alot of! Just the short time of having it helps sooth my aching hips and also find it to be very calming. I have anxiety too. Can’t wait to see how it makes me feel once I’ve been using it for awhile. Even as a big man the platform is big enough for my feet to fit comfortably. I look to using RMXMAXBLK to get my day started and to rid me of my back and neck pains. I would recommend RMXMAXBLK to anyone with neck and back pains however start slow and work up to a comfortable level.
I bought this to help with shoulder and knee surgery recovery. I also need surgery on both feet for arthritis, so I will post again in a couple of months to update my review.
I have not had it long enough to try all the settings ,I want to work my way up slowly and so far it has helped with my lower back pain, knee pain and giving me some way to relax,(yes , relax).
I also have my children use it so that they get some activity in stead of sitting all day , they need to have better circulation so they don’t have any health issues. We all use it every day for at least 10 minutes and I see a difference . Thank you Lifepro.

It activates more muscles and forces me to concentrate a little more on my balance when doing different body weight exercises.
I like the sturdiness and size. It’s a bit convoluted to get throuth the program modes and for some reason it just randomly likes to go to 99 speed.

Compared to our machine from 10 years ago – it has a very comfortable platform and is easy to set up and go!

My Rumblex Max arrived yesterday, and it works fine, but there are several things to learn. You have to set the exercise time before you start the exercise. It would be nice to be able to change the time during an exercise, but you can’t. You can change the exercise mode, though. The U mode is difficult to feel until you turn it up above 20, but, but the range of 1 to 100 gives plenty of vibration. When we first unpacked the unit, we did not find the power cord, but it was there when we took a second look. We never did find the user manual, but I can probably get one on-line.
So far, I find the L mode to be good for me, and the AL mode is pretty severe. AL mode has variations in intensity as the different modes add-subtract from each other, like waves.
As a beginner, I am using L mode at the lowest level, 1, and that seems to be very nice. I feel the vibration in my lower legs and thighs, and that is where I need improvement.
I have a history of DVT, and I have a pacemaker, so I checked with my doctor, and was told that vibration is ok if I use reasonable judgment on the intensity.
It’s a good machine, strong vibrations. My only complaints is when you lay down on the machine the machines shuts off because of the sensitive control panel. Also I guess if you use it for a long time it automatically shuts off and will not turn on again for another 30 minutes or so. Otherwise good.

About 60 days after purchase, it would not turn on. I contacted support and they replaced it within two weeks. I would buy it again.
This Is easy to use and helped with some swelling in my knee from an old injury. I bought the Rumblex Max to challenge my balance.
I enjoy using my Rumblex Max as much I expected to, which is quite a bit! The perfect size – wider than some for an increase in the number of exercises one can complete on the plate. I enjoy the different settings – lots of power and I really feel it working… It has also had an additional benefit. 🙂 My almost 68-year-old, father has used it several times and really seems to enjoy it.
It arrived just after he’d been to the doctor and they asked him to return in a few weeks after closely monitoring his blood pressure and glucose numbers, which weren’t where they usually are. Well, we tested where he was several times each day and journaled everything. As of this morning, his doctor told him that everything looks great and my dad’s stats were better than his own. He has also lost 5 pounds!
My dad was already walking the dog several miles each day, but adding this this, and being a little more mindful at meal time, has renewed his efforts to maintain good health. Thank you!
I only wish this model had wheels on one end so I could move it around more easily and save my upper body workouts for using the vibration plate, not carrying it around. Also, one of my resistance bands is much looser (more stretched?) than the other. Otherwise, I’d say it’s nearly perfect and I am so glad I purchased it.
It does everything its advertised. It is also quiet. I am almost 80 and wish to keep strong and fit.
I’ve used it around 5x . I like how I don’t have to do impact cardio as I have L3/L4 issues. I have have a problem being quad dominant and have found it is actually a difference in my hamstrings while holding a squat for the 10 mins.
Easy to operate, not as loud as I expected in fact pretty quiet. Instructions are good. Hope this helps with bone density, that will take some time to find out.
When I ordered this, I wasn’t sure what the difference was between 3D & 4D. Now I know! I’m very glad I spent the few extra $ for the Rumblex Max. After using for the first time, my whole body tingled! And that was for only 13 mins. I did not buy this for real pain relief. I made this purchase for those achey days after gardening, maybe a little weight loss and for all over wellness. As you get older (I’m 65) there are days when you just don’t feel so zippy. This helps! Like I said, I like the all over energized feel I get after using it. I know I would have much better results if I were more consistent with my use. But, I’m working at it.
( FROM WIFE WHOM PURCHASED FOR) It’s new to me so I am still adjusting. So far I like it. I will be able to tell more if I see any benefits from additional use. I was told about Vibe Plates at the Chiropractor I visit. I am also using this along with Lipo-B injections and a dairy free, gluten free and no red meat diet plan. I am hoping to see an overall full body health effect not just one specific thing. It is easy to use and doesn’t take up much space. There is a learning curve so be patient.
I’ve only used it twice so far. Hoping for success in reduced pain and having more energy throughout the day. Update after two weeks: Finding time to actually get on it should be easy, but it’s hard for me. What I noticed is that my foot pain is so much less intense the day after using it. I really need to find a way to use it everyday!
I use it at least twice each day to relax my lower back and to help with balance. I am also using the straps to work on arm strength as well as doing knee bends to build back my leg muscles. I had knee replacement in 2021 and the Rumblex Platform has helped me get back to normal more quickly. It has been an augment to the physical therapy.

Got this for my father. He’s been using it consistently and I’ve notice his legs are strength if because he was able to walk in the treadmill for a good 5 mins. He lost his muscle mass after being in the hospital due to his diabetes. He’s doing really good with recovery now

I’ve been using this a couple times of week for a few months now. On days where I’m not doing cardio, I do 20 mins on the Rumblex. It doesn’t feel like much when I’m working out, but the effects afterwards are great. I feel better and sleep much deeper. It is a crucial part of my weight loss and exercise program.
