My first machine had issues so I contacted LifePro customer services via Amazon and I have to say LifePro have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered, they were very fast to respond and replace my machine. As for the machine it’s excellent im learning at the moment with all the different modes and exercises. So far so good, im looking forward to feeling and seeing improvements in the weeks to come. I can’t recommend this company enough, they are excelle
Eventually I managed to get a diagnosis through a nurse practitioner who referred me to a specialist clinic where I was diagnosed..
I have been waiting six weeks to be shown how to apply pressure stockings to me legs and feet.
So I started using this machine in february. I have not touched the pressure stockings, they are still wrapped and sealed. In six weeks I have lost 3 cm in calf girth on left leg and 5.5cm on calf girth of right leg.
Previously I could not find shoes or indoor slippers to fit my engorged feet.. NOW I CAN.
I am otherwise fit and do not have a pacemaker fitted.
I declare that I am not related to anyone working for the company. In fact apart from this review I have had not contact with anyone, anywhere at all over this machine, except the NHS who do not want to know. They tell me they have no supporting evidence that these machines work for those with Oedema, however they reluctantly admitted that they have not done any research on any vibrating plates what-soever!!! But still they are not interested. Their attitude sickens me. This Could be the new cutting edge for treatment for Oedema………..
However I regard this machine as nothing short of miraculous. I cannot stand or walk due to a severe spinal injury. I thus sit in a chair and place my feet flat down on the plate.
I used the plate twice for 45 minutes each twice daily, at strength one. I am fortunate, I am retired. I now used this machine at strength 5 for 2 hours per day, sometimes three times per day.
This is a very well built and sturdy machine, so by nature it is actually quite heavy. However, it has a rolling bar on one end, so it is not necessary to pick it up every time you wish to move it. Simply lift up one side and pull it along.
I have not yet used it sufficiently to determine how much it will benefit me, but time will tell. From the quality of the machine that I have received, it appears to be good value for money.
So far it has been great.
I love the pre programmes. It’s a good sturdy build.
I bought this primarily to help with shape and weight loss. I can already feel the difference.
I use the resistance bands that can be easily attached to the sides, another great addition.
Id like to see what the difference is after a good 6 months of use but so far I am happy.

It definitely works at toning legs etc. It does make your head shake but by slightly bending legs it doesn’t do that as much.
Very easy to use piece of equipment which can only be good for health and fitness levels.
Making my knee hurt more than ever again give it a few more days no pain with out gain.
I must admit that I was sceptical and wondered if I it was another fad but I’m converted. It’s substantial and heavy with a powerful motor. You certainly feel that your leg muscles have had a work out. The only slight reservation is that the QR link to training videos does not work. I would buy another though if I needed one.
Wife uses daily – loves it. She used to have issue with her knee that doesn’t seem to be there any longer. This could be coincidence or it could be that this is having an impact.
I read it could aid weight loss, Having only used it three times since purchase, I still haven’t noticed any great difference in body sculpture, feel good factor, or weight.
It is in the early days of any potential transformation or well. Being feeling so I’m keeping an open mind on the vibroplate in general but both my wife and myself are optimistic
I have recently purchased this item and am pleased with the quality however it’s early days. What concerns me is what happens if things go wrong. Amazon state that there is live support and videos. Is this true though as I have tried to register this item but Lifepro don’t seem to allow you to do this. You must register before you get live support but it is impossible to register so no live support as mentioned by Amazon. Does Amazon guarantee this item or have I purchased this item with no guarantee. I feel that Amazon should look into this before they continue to state live support. Is this guarantee USA only.
14 years ago I had severe cellulitis, which caused a lot of tissue damage, and reduced blood flow, meaning any walking I had pins and needles in my leg, and hip and knee pain. After just over a week I am almost free of pain and no tingling, the puffy discolouration which never rebounded when pressed with my fingers now bounces back, the colour is deminished and I am finding I can walk without limping, which means I didn’t get my usual back pain afterwards and I’m confident that the improvement is just beginning.
I really am blown away with the difference in so short a time, so much so that I’m telling everyone I know, probably boring them all to death.
I said to my daughter in law who has lymphedema it may help, she has severely swollen ankles and legs to the point that the folds in the skin get very sore. She tried mine sat on a chair for 15 minutes on the weekend and already has noticed a reduction in the swelling and pain today, to the point where she has ordered her own machine.
This must be one of the best kept secrets of all time, but every home should have one!, from a young age through to the elderly I’m sure it would have great benefits for almost everyone.

I bought this after seeing on line positive reviews. I have arthritis in my hips and the stiffness and inflammation can be debilitating & hoped this could help.
I was concerned it may be another piece of plastic I use once then store it away with my exercise bike forever gathering dust however I am really feeling the benefits even just after a few weeks!!!
My seized up bones feel a lot less fuzed, inflammation has subsided and the circulation in my legs has improved.
It’s not for everyone but i’m very pleased.

My wife simply loves this vibration plate from LifePro. She uses it whenever she can. I think that if she used it on a more regular basis it could help with weight loss, which I noticed when my wife had used it more frequently. I myself have used it and I felt really good afterwards. So I can recommend this product if you are looking for a vibration plate that is sturdy and does the job.
I had never used a vibration plate before, but found this really easy to use and beneficial.
I use this vibration plate to supplement my exercise regime. It is easy to use and comes with bungee arm exercise chords. I’ve had this for a few weeks and still haven’t got through all the programmes.
It’s not the lightest of machines but easy enough to move around.
The only niggle is that the back for the remote control was missing causing the batteries to fall out. I emailed the company immediately to send out a replacement remote. I’m still waiting ……
I was looking for an alternative to press ups and ab crunches. I am not a fitness freak, I am an average middle aged bloke.
I sought an alternative as I was beginning to suffer from tennis elbow, a repetitive strain injury being inflamed by the press ups.
I picked this machine as it had the best and most feedback.
It arrived well packed. I registered the machine with Life Pro. Soon I received an email informing me that I had a life time warranty and access to exercise and advice on the Life Pro portal. I am regularly receiving emails from Life Pro to encourage and inspire me to get on with it.
The box contains the vibration deck, elastic ropes which attach to the deck and a set of elastic exercise bands, an instruction book and a quick start card.
I started on level 3 with feet apart. I did ten minutes comprising three different exercises. Just doing the plank on this machine makes you ache!
I am a week in and now on level 5. I have not changed my routine yet. I still ache afterwards but my posture has improved, my knees miraculously have stopped cracking when I get up. My legs and torso feels tight. Its very impressive.
I have decided to improve mainly my core strength because I have a fused back vertebrae. This makes herniated discs a common occurrence. The orthopedic consultant’s advice to me was brutal, I was too fat with bad posture. I was told to go away and lose 4 stone and do some planking. Improving core strength keeps all your spinal bits in place and aids bending and lifting.
I have lost over 4 stone by doing a reverse meal diet. A big breakfast, smaller lunch and very little for dinner. I try to eat my last meal as early as possible ( ideally before 7pm), I then do not eat till the next day (or at least 12 hours from last meal), just drink water. If you can do this, the weight falls off easily. It becomes a life change though. Returning to late night KFC will quickly reverse all the hard work. You will lose your massive appetite.
This machine has so far helped me. I walk more upright and my upper and lower torso feel taught. My elbow no longer hurts.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this machine. It is helping me.
I have to buy smaller clothes now, down from a 42 waist to 36. I did put my back out doing some gardening but was pain free in just two days. Normally I wouldn’t be able to walk for over two weeks.
If you suffer from bad knees and back pain, don’t hesitate. Keep at the exercise, you will feel taller and more flexible. It is working for me.
The equipment should not be taken lightly. It’s intentisy can be varied according to your need. I recently had an accident to my back so receiving physio to reduce the painful effects of the accident. Careful consideration under these type of the intensity of the machine output, is essential. It is very functional and I look forward to the day when I can use it to its full potential.

Iv used this for a few weeks now and it helps with my knee pain and relaxes my muscles so well. Helps with pain.
So easy to use. I’m in my 70’s and not as active as I was but am loving it. I’m hoping it will help with my weight loss and tone me up. I tend to just stand on it and use different programs and the tension leads.

Only on the 4th day I exercise for 15 minutes in the morning and in the evening and I have to say that I had a problem with my hips before, now I feel as if I feel better. it just works loud like a centrifuge .

For what I want It to do I will choose a different program every day like it suggested to mix it up and let it work in different parts of my body one program 15mins so I can stand on it while tv program is on!
My teenager how ever was using the resistance bands squatting lunging all sorts going on and so it will be a lot more technical if you want it to be and a section on all different exercises!
But for me I stood on it for 15mins selected program 4 and away I went and could feel everything shaking about ha ha but once you get off you feel like you have been working out as all the muscles felt tighter as though I had exercised them.
Simple instructions again the closer your feet the easier it felt feet further apart you felt it more!
It’s quiet heavy so I plan on leaving it next to the sofa for easy use and yes like others have said the cable to the plug socket isn’t over long
It’s feels like a quality bit of kit it’s well made and they really have made it simple to use but I felt it really has a lot of power!
Joking aside the teenager reported you really needed to be wearing tight underwear as if not he reported it’s quiet uncomfortable! So men beware you need your tight fitting boxers on!
The same for the ladies I wouldn’t suggest using it without a bra haha!

Ok so I bought this plate for weight loss plus to try and relieve pain from fibromyalgia.
Well what can I say..AMAZING!! The weight is coming off, and brings relief to my legs and bum from the fibro.
I must admit I do use this daily, I do 15 mins or sometimes 30 mins.
The relief is fantastic and also helps with restless legs and I have lost weight.
So impressed with this, it’s fantastic.
I haven’t shown much Difference in size or weight as yet but am hoping it will soon start to show I do feel more Energetic and don’t have as much pain in my knees as I used to have

I have been using this for about 2/3 weeks now. I have started off slowly and am building myself up gradually. I am only level 2 at this moment. I try to do two 15 minutes sessions a day. I can’t really say at this moment that my pain has reduced but it may in time as I build my strength up. I have been inactive for a long time due to illness. I feel very positive about this product as I do feel that my body is moving in ways that it hasn’t for years. People have said that I look like I am losing weight so that’s a big plus. Two of my friends liked my board so much they went out and bought one too. I would recommend this product.
I have fibromyalgia so I haven’t been able to use it as much as I’d have liked yet but when I have used it for short periods I have found it really easy to use and I can certainly feel like I’ve ‘done a workout’

I was also added to members private Facebook group, and the live sessions by Amber was so good and easy to follow.I have started toning already.

Product came with everything specified. After one week I haven’t noticed any weight loss but I read that this can take a few weeks to start making a difference. It’s a well made machine, heavy with suckers for gripping smooth floors. On a carpet it makes very little noise. The low settings are quite gentle, the high settings definitely let you know where you’re carrying all your extra weight! It’s good for loosening up when you’re stiff from sitting too long or have achey arms from too much pc work. At the moment I’m experimenting with different postures and I can feel the difference in my abs. It’s worth checking out the YouTube channel for ideas. I’m mixing in quite a few yoga postures and balances in too. Thumbs up from me.
It has given me the motivation to exercise every day. The waver is gentle on my knees and joints.

It was opening the battery panel on the remote that was initially tricky. After that all smooth sailing to set up as per instructions. I personally used up to level 50 and love the feel of it. I’ve been using as part of cool down after using leg training as it is quite soothing!
Firstly I want to say that this is a brilliant product. Lifepro is sturdy and very well made. Careful as some may find it a little heavy to move around. I suffer from back and neck ache and with a gradual increase of intensity and time of use, I am getting less aches and pains and it is even making me stand up straighter. It seems to increase body core strength and balance. I use exercise bands whilst wobbling and girating which adds a further dimension to the usefulness of my lifepro. I wish I bought one years ago. Be careful not to use it in front of anyone you don’t mind seeing your bits wobble, it may be funny but you can’t hide your flabby bits from being thrown around. My only very small criticism is the short power lead. It’s only about a metre, so you may need an extention lead depending on where you intend to keep and use it. FANTASTIC top rated product, I hope you get as much use, become fit and enjoy as I have. Bye for now Paul.
Not impressed with delivery, as I was sat in clear view of the delivery person, who still insisted in putting the parcel behind the wheelie bin. He didn’t even knock and walked past my car.

I really took to this straight away and feeling the benefits already. A strong sturdy pirce of equipment.
I am a 71 year old man and I purchased the Waver to see if it would help with my aching joints and osteoarthritis. As instructed I have started out slowly, alternating between P1 and P1 but cant wait to build up to higher levels.
After each 15 minute session I am starting to feel the benefit throughout my entire body. I am a lot more relaxed and definitely sleeping better. Although it’s still early days it is easing my aching joints, especially my hips.
Can’t wait to try out the other programmes to see if it can help me control my weight.

Spent a while deciding what vibration plate to buy and finally settled on this one, it seemed to be the best all-rounder, and I love that it comes with a lifetime guarantee (just register it online when it arrives). It hasn’t disappointed, its very quiet and extremely sturdy – wasn’t sure what to expect really as a novice to vibration plates, but it is well-made and easy to use. It has a remote control and some pre-set programs which is great if you are new to it like me! I can’t really comment on long term health/fitness yet as I haven’t had it long enough, but so far I can really feel it in my stomach and legs with just standing and doing squats. There is so much you can do with it, go on Lifepro website for ideas but you can also just look up different exercises online to help you get started. One other thing to mention is my mum was unsure about using the vibration plate as she suffers with motion sickness, but she is using it in small bursts, and building up time, and so far is enjoying it.

Got this for Christmas 2020, so in lockdown!! Brilliant fun and really works out your muscles. It is heavy to move, but I just pull it out from under the sofa.I only do about 10-15 mins on level 30 . Love it !

Came on time, easy to set up and understand. I have used this regularly for 2 weeks and I can tell the difference in my leg muscles.
I can eat everything in moderation as I’m not good with diets you follow. This plate is excellent as I have had hip surgery and I am limited on mobility so this easier for me. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and 22lbs !!! Excellent for weight loss for those who are disabled like me. Also you can achieve weight loss without spending thousands on personal trainers and gym !!! Best thing I bought !

This piece of kit really is amazing. Even after a week of using I can feel a difference in my lower body. Just wish I’d bought one years ago. A bit of advice for all us well endowed men. Wear a pair of speedo type pants otherwise your meat and 2 veg are bashed around like a bag of chopped liver in a tumble dryer. 2 weeks in and the bloody thing as started to make a very annoying squeaky noise. May have to go back.

Previously I had a vibration ‘disc’ machine which I used for over eight years. Sadly it gave up. On the downside, it was heavy and a bit noisy. After doing ‘LOTS’ of research, this ‘LifePro’ is now it’s replacement and I’m more than delighted with it. Not heavy or noisy and a lovely colour blue too!
Really happy with this vibration plate. It’s bigger than I thought so check the measurements before ordering if this is important to you. I’ve been using this most days since I bought it. Suitable for all abilities. Can make the workout as easy or hard as you want it to be.
This arrived quickly, was very easy to set up. Both a British AND a European plug provided. Plus elastics to work your arms.
Used the programmes which are great. Speed changes every minute.

I tried it for a first time. It works very good. But I am worried about my head, as the brain is moving inside the scull! It may be dangerous!
I received a message from the seller the following day asking If I would prefer a british plug, I advised them that I would and informed them about the missing resistance bands. I received the plug and the bands within three days.
My wife loves the machine, and with the excellent customer service, I have no complaints
CLAIRE WAY, I couldn’t find any way to reply to you but no I do not think toothbrush/shaver adapter would be safe but I rang Life pro and they are going to send me out a UK lead.
UPDATE: Lifepro have since sent out correct lead (all 5 metres of it) so I have changed my review, took loads of e-mails and messages (which it really shouldn’t have, hence 4 stars) but at least I can now use machine.
Had an issue with first one and sent it back. Lifepro contacted me within a couple of days to see what the issue was and they sent me another one within a couple of days and correct Uk plug to go with it. Excellent customer service. Issues do happen but this one was corrected extremely promptly. Thank you. The plate feels really solid and good quality looking forward to using it.
A bit disappointed as the resistance bands were missing and also weren’t aware that it’s an EU plug, not UK. Not worth returning the entire box just for one small missing part, so will continue to use and hopefully there will be no further faults.

It also has resistance bands that attach to each side of the machine so you can tone your arms & also a set of resistance bands you can put round your legs to help with the workout.
