The grip is absolutely ideal. The thickness is enough to be comfortable, but not too thick to affect the balance and stability of the positions. The provided carry bag is excellent and I can always fit the mat into it without any issues. Finally, there is absolutely no weird smell: it’s odorless.
Best yoga mat I’ve used in 25 years. I’m a teacher and have used many. I’ve given 3 stars for durability because I’ve had it a month, so ask me in 5 years. Apart form loving using the mat every time, it does squeak. Lifeforme tell me this has never been said ever before which I find very hard to believe. Anyway, highly recommended. Matt x:)

Love this mat. Feel comfortable and complete stability. My old mat had an strange smell. This mat don’t smell. Plus I like the lines, make the posts easier. So it’s easy to say I am very happy with my purchase. So happy I bought another to use at home.

I am very much beginner in yoga and purchased mat from studio I go to, which I was told was the most gripping one there is. I was slipping and sliding and really getting frustrated. Then I came across Lifeform yoga mats and it is everything it promises to be. Feels almost velvety and you don’t move. Even if you sweat no movement, so I can concentrate on what I am doing. Love the alignment help on the mat and it now has become my travel companion. Highly recommend

Gorgeous mat with the most amazing grip! I teach, and practice various types of yoga. I have all types of mats. Jade, Manduka, Bmat…BUT this is the champion. Nach dem ich als Anfnger einige Matten probiert habe, bin ich von dieser hier einfach begeistert. Jetzt gelingen mir auch schwierige bungen, kein rutschen mehr und das gibt einfach mehr Sicherheit. Der Preis ist mehr als gerechtfertigt, die Tragetasche ist ebenfalls von super Qualitt. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.

It’s only day one with this mat, but so far I’m happy with this. It arrives well packaged and comes in a nice carry bag with a zip and shoulder strap. It’s heavier than I expected, which is a good sign, though I imagine it might not be comfortable if being carried around a lot. Whilst it’s a thin mat, it’s made of a dense material, hence the weight. But that also means it doesn’t slip. Other mats I’ve had have not been as stable on my wooden floor, but this doesn’t budge at all once it’s down. The top (coloured) surface feels soft to touch and provides very good grip. I needed a long and wide mat being 6ft2 tall and this is just the right size for me. I haven’t quite worked out the various markings yet – not sure how much value they really add but I suppose some people, particularly beginners, would find them useful. Overall, happy with the purchase. Is it worth twice as much as other similar yoga mats? In terms of luxury and quality, it certainly feels like a premium product. Time will tell whether it actually is worth the extra money, but for now I have no reason to doubt it.

Its everything I expected except for how hard it feels on the body as you lie down. I bought it thinking the thickness will help support my pain conditions better but it wasn’t the case. For someone with chronic pain conditions this has been challenging but the quality is impeccable

Y al usarla el no va ms, la estabilidad al ejecutar las posturas de equilibrio, antes tenia que salir de la colchoneta. No se deslizan nada ni manos ni pies , lo que te hace disfrutar mejor de las posturas . Con las marcas que tiene ,te ayuda a colocarte en las distintas asanas correctamente y bien alineada .
Cuando pones los pies encima notas la suavidad y lo elstica que es y cuando te tumbas notas su calidez .
Es la mejor y la recomiendo . No defrauda !!!!

Die Yogamatte ist weich und hilft sehr bei der Ausrichtung. Schweiflecken trocken schnell und sind danach nicht mehr zu sehen. Sie ist rel. schwer, liegt aber dafr gut auf dem Boden und rutscht nicht weg. Ich finde sie sehr schn!
I have purchased this matt before, have used it for 6 months already and can say a few things from my own experience. I have noticed the grip and how secure I felt when practicing on it at first, but after the first wash only the mat did loose some of the grip unfortunately (used water and a drop of dishsoap dilluted heavily.)Have noticed thhis, but despite this I thought the grip was still a bonus. Though after a more thorough research its clear that this is luxury mat best for occasional use, when it comes to once a week/twice a week. In between I found that the replacement mat is used the best in between the ‘occasional’ use of this one.
Loving the design though. Not loving the fact that Im caring for it like a baby, when a mat should be just a helping tool for my yoga practice..
La esterilla est muy bien. Agarre excelente, muy cmoda para practicar yoga. Es un poco pesada para llevarla y su precio me pareci un poco alto.
I used lululemon mat, jade mat and liforme mat. And I fall in love with liforme. The best non slip yoga mat.

Its very lightweight considering the size of it. I feel like im in my own sanctuary when I’m using it. Its like my safe place. Its so delicate and it makes your every move be infused with precision and beauty and the same time. Amazing product!! You must buy this.
Mat is great! Expensive for a yoga mat. I also have a Lululemon mat which is just as good and half the price but is thicker. I wanted something with less cushioning because I’m practicing on carpet at the moment. The Liforme mat does the job, good grip even when I’m sweaty, comes with a travel bag which is good quality and comfortable to carry. If you’re looking for a great mat and don’t mind the price then I would recommend Liforme.
Eigentlich dachte ich auf meiner alten Matte dasselbe, aber die Matte ist nochmal eine Stufe griffiger, so dass ich auch in Positionen wie “Wild Thing” kein bisschen rutsche.
Gleichzeitig ist die Oberflche jedoch nicht zu ausbremsend, wenn man flieendere Bewegungen machen mchte.
Klare Kaufempfehlung und ihr Geld wert.

(She’d bought me the grey version for Christmas) and having seen two yoga teachers using them since reassured me it must be the best available. Though softish it is very stable for standing moves, large enough (we’re both tall) and is ready to carry on its smart shoulder bag.
I bought one of these mats for my partner over a year ago and he loved it. So I have started doing yoga daily and decided that I needed to purchase one myself. Well the colour is amazing and the design is beautiful, best yoga mat out there!
As a yoga teacher, I wanted a good, reliable, long lasting mat and decided to splash out on this one. It’s a beautiful vibrant colour, great grip and comes with a carry bag. So far so good. Best of all, the first mat was unfortunately damaged so I needed to return it and get a replacement… this all happened smoothly and quickly and was handled very professionally, very good customer service.
I need a lot of cushioning as annoyingly sensitive skin will bruise and tear easily. I was suspicious at how thin the mat was, but it does a surprisingly excellent job at padding. The grip is also amazing and the guides are very helpful for alignment. Overall a really high quality product.
I use this mat daily, the lenth is a good feature and the grip great for the awkward positions. The design detail is good so you can adopt the correct postures in positions and the colour is super.
It gives me the excellent yoga experience. Though it’s expensive, it’s worth for me, because I couldn’t endure the days without yoga. If you do yoga everyday, really suggest you to buy it.
