Es una de las mejores opciones de juego para nintendo switch. las modalidades de juego son muy variables tanto locales como en lnea, como para 1 jugador como para varios jugadores. el modo online es muy completo permitiendo jugar con amigos conocidos o con cualquier persona en el mundo. en una sola consola pueden jugar 4 jugadores y aunque no hay conexin wifi hasta 4 consolas se pueden conectar permitiendo jugar a 8 personas. Es un juego bsico y muy fcil de jugar, apto para toda la familia desde chicos hasta grandes ya que adems tiene modalidades de dificultad y nuevos aditamentos que le permiten a los menos expertos dar batalla (auxiliar que evita salirse de la pista de carrera).

Qu se puede decir de Mario Kart 8 que no se haya dicho en estos aos que lleva en el mercado? Es un juego indispensable para tu consola que te garantiza horas y horas de entretenimiento.
El envo fue en tiempo y forma. Tena miedo que por la pandemia se retrasara, pero afortunadamente lleg el da marcado e inclusive, antes de la hora lmite.
Muy contento con el juego, todo bien, juego original y nuevo. Lo nico que ya no me gust es que para jugar en lnea ahora tienes que pagar una suscripcin. Demandar local se puede jugar normal . Buen juego
Amigos es un gran juego, la verdad, si gustan divertirse y jugar con amigos hago transmisiones de este juego por las noches 10:00pm hora Mx en facebook, mi canal es Oli House pueden pasar a divertirse y aprender a jugar conmigo, que de igual forma, en eso estoy jeje.
Uno de los mejores videojuegos para el Nintendo Switch a pesar de ser una versin anterior de consolas, se puede jugar por horas sin aburrirte y algo que me gusto mucho es que mi pequeo puede jugarlo mientras aprende a controlarlo, todo esto configurando que avance sin usar botones y control inteligente para evitar cadas en el precipicio.
Fue regalo para mi.
No hay nada que opinar aqu. Mario Kart es uno de los juegos con mayor valor de rejugabilidad en cualquiera de sus versiones. Tal vez te decepcione un poco si ya lo tenas en Wii-U, pero si es tu primera vez en Mario Kart 8, va a ser uno de los ttulos que ms juegues, al menos hasta que salga el 9 (y tal vez regreses por algunas pistas).
Es el mejor juego del Switch! Increblemente divertido. Tiene muchas pistas nuevas, modos de juego, personajes y vehculos. Son horas de diversin, estoy muy contento con mi compra.
Addictive. Be warned you may well run the risk of friends and family taking over your switch! It works well for both single and dual player modes with the normal controllers that come with the switch. Ahora, hablando del juego… es bueno por el simple hecho de que es Mario Bros pero su competidor ms directo es mejor en mi opinin. Crash Nitro Cart tiene ms accin en las carreras, es ms rpido y constantemente le estn metiendo contenido nuevo. Mario Kart se queda corto en esos aspectos as que si tienes que escoger entre uno y otro, dira que Crash gana, pero si puedes comprar ambos entonces no hay ms que pensar… ambos son una buena opcin para jugar con amigos y en split scree
Este juego me ha dado muchas horas de diversin, jugando contra mis amigos, mis sobrinos o mi novia. Juego Mario Kart desde el Nintendo 64 y creo que este es mi favorito hasta el momento. Tiene una GRAN variedad de personajes y pistas, con varias clsicas de juegos anteriores que han sido rediseadas y se sienten como nuevas.
Mi nico pero es que extrao desbloquear jugadores y pistas ganando trofeos, cosa que en este juego ya no hay; desde que lo prendes por primera vez tienes acceso a todos los personajes y pistas, lo que le aade diversidad pero le quita un poquito de emocin.
De ah en fuera, si tienes Switch y nunca tuviste Wii U o si tuviste pero no te compraste Mario Kart 8 es tu momento de comprarlo, vale cada centavo.
Este es un juegazo, recuerdo cuando jugue el primer mario kart hace 15 aos (o mas) y sigue siendo un juego entretenido y sobre todo familiar. He podido jugar con mi hija de 4 aos debido a que es facil la jugabilidad para ella y el joycon individual es un tamao perfecto para sus manos mas pequeas.
La caja se ve bien, el juego venia sin daos. Este es un juego increble para jugar con toda la familia, sin duda uno de los titulos que no pueden faltar en tu lista de juegos.

Yo tengo la Wii U y compr la switch. Mi MK8 de wii u haba dejado de funcionar y no saba si comprarlo de nuevo en wii u ms barato o la versin de switch, porque crea que era lo mismo, pero no. Sin duda algua el de Seitch es muhco mejor.
Controles ms precisos, las pistas de DLC, todos los personajes, mejores modos de batalla. Grficos mejores.
Sin duda es mejor que la versin de Wii U.

En general es un juego muy entretenido y la rejugabilidad gracias al multiplayer se incrementa.
Dira que estando a buen precio es un juego casi obligado y de los ms entretenidos de jugar con amigos y prcticamente es para todo tipo de pblico. Lo nico de lo que me ‘quejara’ es que no hay tantas formas de juego en realidad, creo que no ha cambiado prcticamente desde la primer entrega y es algo a lo que ya le pudieron haber metido ms variedad.
Soy fan de Mario Bros de toda la vida y desde que compr mi consola quera tener este juego, en primer lugar el juego lleg completo y en el tiempo indicado, la experiencia de juego es muy buena, puedes jugar en lnea o con amigos en casa, es super divertido y pasas mucho tiempo agradable, en cuanto ms juegues y ganes las copas se van desbloqueando accesorios, carros o alas que no vienen al principio como base del juego, me gust mucho.
Uno de los juegos que no debe de faltar en tu coleccin de switch, muchas pistas a las cuales sacarles jugo, excelente para divertirte con tus amigos y familiares, en cuanto al producto en s, venia bien empacado, lleg intacto, nuevo, sellado llego a tiempo y hasta el momento funcionando de maravilla (y mas encantado porque se compro con descuento del buen fin c:)
It’s really fun if you know what settings to mess with, but if you want to get three stars on all the grand prix races then be prepared to smash your switch into the wall. The normal grand prix races are terrible, because they mixed far too many different elements in at the same time, and the items cause the most skilled players to end up in 5th or 6th on a good day. The more powerful items are impossible to use without flying off the course, and the items you get when in the lead are pathetic. On multiple occasions I’ve been in first place for all three laps on the hardest difficulty with the hardest cpus, and three seconds before I cross the finish line I’m hit with a blue shell, red shell, bomb, you name it, and I end up with a little “Nice Try!” message. The items are a balancing method to make the game “fun for everyone” when really it just throws any of your skill out the window. Also the items do not work with the courses, especially on 150 or 200cc, because the courses are much more complex and difficult to maneuver, and most of the items give speed boosts, which are entirely too fast for the course. I’ve played Mario Kart for nearly ten years, and it’s disappointing that I can’t absolutely demolish my friends at it like any other Mario Kart. So if you’re like me and want to hone your skills on the new courses, just do VS and turn off the items.
Un super juegazo que se presenta solo, no necesita presentacion para mi el mejor mario kart de la historia lo recomiendo mucho ya que es super divertido y se puede jugar con toda la familia.
Grandioso juego, es una compra obligatoria si tienes una consola Nintendo Switch, no preguntes, solo compralo.
Tenia algunas dudas sobre el servicio online de Nintendo, pero una vez que jugue Mario Kart 8 online, todas esas dudas se resolvieron, va de maravilla.

02/SEP/2019: Empiezo a tomar prctica al jugar y esto cada vez se vuelve mas emocionante. El tener varios personajes, vehculos y pistas hace tener en el juego mas variedad y tiempo de jugabilidad. Los juegos de batalla tambien te hacen distraerte un buen rato.
Muy divertido, si es tu primer juego de Switch pasars mucho tiempo jugando, ideal para jugar slo o con amigos, las grficas se ven muy bien y corre sin ningn problema en el Switch.
Aunque este juego fue para Wii U an se encuentra bastante vigente y es muy divertido jugar solo o con amigos, las mecnicas son fciles de entender y si juegas lo suficiente muy rpido te volvers bueno.
Este juego recopila lo mejor de todos los Mario Kart anteriores, lo mejor son los “remakes” de las pistas de los juegos anteriores, muy divertido y retador, sobre todo con esa dificultad en 200cc; un imperdible del Switch!
El juego es divertido, consta de 4 diferentes dificultades. Lo pueden jugar personas de todas las edades gracias a la modalidad de gua para no chocar contra los muros.
Para mayores hay dificultad que realmente te reta.
Se puede jugar hasta 4 personas con 1 misma switch lo cul lo hace divertido y emocionante para jugar entre amigos ( lamentablemente necesitars otros 2 joy cons para esto)
Una buena reivencin de un clasico perfectamente adaptado para nintendo Switch. Recomendable su compra, adems de que puedes intercambiar el juego entre varias consolas para que todo mundo pueda probarlo, cosa que no podras con la versin digital, a pesar de que esta ltima resulta un poco ms econmica.

Lleg rpido el producto. Como es un juego de Mario Kart, aqu las amistades se olvidan, y solo importa el primer lugar. Es mejor que el que sali para Wii U ya que agregaron ms cosas, y los DLC vienen gratis.

Lo compr para lo que es, un juego para estar entre familia o amigos, si le dedicas mucho tiempo te deben de gustar mucho los juegos de carreras ya que para m despus de un rato se me hizo repetitivo pero excelente ya que recorde viejos tiempos en la N64.
Lleg en tiempo y protegido, sin embargo al querer canjear las monedas en la Nintendo shop est me dice que las monedas han expirado, por eso no le pongo 5 estrellas, todo lo dems muy bien.
Me encant este juego, es lo mximo, est lleno de diversin y horas para completar cada categora en Grand Prix, a mi hija de 4 aos le encant, es demasiado para ella, tanto as que no para de sonrer, los grficos muy buenos y los mecanismos estn bien diseados, tiene una extensa cantidad de mapas, llevo 2 das jugando y no he visto todos an, el juego es perfecto para todas las edades y jugarlo en familia te deja una grata experiencia!
Mario Kart es y sigue siendo, el mejor juego de carreras que existe. Esta versin esta fenomenal, con una enorme cantidad de pistas, personajes, accesorios y mucho ms, Mario Kart 8 Delux es simplemente un juegazo. No puede faltar en tu coleccin de juegos de Mario.
Si dudas de si comprarlo de nuevo un juego que tuviste, ignora ese hecho que nada se compara a que lo juegues en cualquier lugar con tus amigos/familiares o en mi caso con mi pareja. Y si tienes una Switch y an no tienes este juego, Que ests esperando?

Como describir esa sensacin al revivir los recuerdos de la infancia ya se que el mario kart 64 no fue el primero sin embargo si fue el primero de esta saga que un servidor jugo, no innova mucho pero los grficos son excelentes respeta mucho la idea de ganar la carrera mientras vas golpeando al resto de los competidores, me gusto mucho la parte del juego en linea, en pocas palabras es un clsico
Esperaba que no me decepcionara ya que no lo jugu cuando salio en WiiU y me sorprendi, me record a los tiempos del N64, Wii, GameCube, etc. An despus de todos estos aos sigue siendo un juego divertido apto para todas las personas y edades, el concepto del juego no se siente viejo ya que le han incorporado cosas nuevas SIN perder la esencia.
No tuve un WiiU y me encanta que hayan realizado un port para Switch que adems es una versin superior a la inicial de la pasada consola. No hay nada como divertirse entre camaradas con ste juego y gritarse de cosas por caer en sus trampas. Recomendadsimo, aqu es donde ms barato lo he visto.
A veces uno piensa en qu tipo de videojuegos podra jugar con la familia y amigos de forma casual y divertida, ya que normalmente se requiere inclinaciones gamer y un tanto de experiencia para poder disfrutar de cualquier ttulo; pues bien, Mario Kart 8 es ese juego que estabas buscando. No hace falta tener experiencia o que siquiera te gusten los videojuegos para poder gozar de esta maravilla; es algo que disfrutan tanto nios como adultos, y sin duda pasars buenos ratos con tus seres queridos jugando a este ttulo.
Como recomendacin; si vas a jugar de forma casual con amigos o familiares, activa todas las forma de ayuda (volante inteligente; aceleracin automtica y giroscopio) as slo le entregas el Joycon a tu mam o a tu abuelita y les dices que nicamente tienen que inclinar el Joycon a la derecha o a la izquierda… cmo si fuera un volante!
En resumen: Mario Kart es el juego ideal para jugar de forma casual y divertida con amigos y familiares, tanto si estos tienen experiencia y gustos por los videojuegos, como si no.
Llevo ms de un ciento de horas jugndolo y ya le desbloque todos los tems. Pero saben algo? No me canso de jugarlo! Esta es la mayor virtud de Mario Kart. Es un ttulo que juego desde N64 y no sufre desgaste con el tiempo, antes bien, mejora y se vuelve ms adictivo. Es de esos juegos que, aunque ya sabes de qu van te siguen sorprendiendo y enganchando!
El juego esta de lujo, muy bien para pasar el rato, al menos al jugarlo con solo 1 player, imagino estara mejor al jugar de dos, tengo poco con el y al menos me ha entretenido, en algunos niveles me hace perder mucho pero es parte del reto de pasarlo con todos los puzzlez y demas.. Sin duda bueno para divertirnos un rato . Ademas la entrega fue fenomenal, estuve fuera todo el dia y solicite a amazon me lo entregaran al final del dia. Efectivamente, el mensajero llego 8 pm lo que me hizo recibir el paquete el dia siguiente.
Creo que es merecedor de 5 estrellas y ms, es un videojuego excelente y lleg en perfectas condiciones, lo recomiendo ampliamente al pblico en general, cualquiera es capaz de disfrutar un gran titulo como este, desde el nio ms pequeo hasta el adulto ocupado, todos pueden sentarse un rato y competir saludablemente en este gran juego de carreras, donde todo es amor y risas hasta que tu amigo te manda obstaculos, jaja. Es el mejor Mario Kart hasta la fecha. Existen tantos modos de juego que es imposible aburrirse rpido de este juego. Eso si, no hay demasiadas diferencias con la versin de Wii U y de verdad es una lastima que no se este preparando DLC (que este anunciado) para expandir la experiencia, pero si no tuviste Wii U o simplemente quieres poder jugar en cualquier lado, no debe faltar en tu coleccin.
El servicio de Amazon fue rpido y llego sin mayor problemas en un par de das.

En mi Wii U lo compre y lo disfrute mucho, cuando vi que lo re-lanzaran para Switch me emocione PERO cuando vi el costo me descripcione.
Al ser un re-lanzamiento Nintendo debera de venderlo a la mitad de su precio o menos,
Fuera de este detalle es un muy buen juego que todo propietario de una Nintendo Switch deberia de tener, en esencia es el mismo juego de la Wii con todo su DLC, con las ventajas de que en modo de 1 jugador corre a 60fps y a 1080p en TV o a 720p en modo porttil. Adems de que puedes jugarlo en modo portatil.
Yo lo compre porque estaba en oferta
Si eres un padre/madre que esta pensando si comprar este juego para su hijo te lo recomiendo ampliamente. Contiene un modo de ayuda para nios pequeos y hasta para algunos padres ya que el juego puede tornarse un poco frustrante si no tienes mucha experiencia en juegos. Sin embargo activar el modo ayuda te hace disfrutar de este titulo con tu hijo sin preocuparte por caer al vacio en una curva que no puedas sortear. Ademas de esta opcion cuenta con compatiblidad con controles de movimiento por lo que puedes utilizar los controles del switch para manejar como si se tratara de un volante de coche y esto puede hacerlo mas divertido.
Es imortante mencionar que es compatible con los joycon de manera separada por lo que cada uno de los joycon del switch puede ser utilizado como un mando separado y tendras dos mandos desde el principio por si quieres jugar con alguien mas.
Este juego presenta un total de 42 personajes seleccionables, 48 pistas y una gran cantidad de combinaciones de karts, neumaticos y paracaidas para customisar tu propio auto. Tambien es compatible con amiibo pero solo con algunos, y lo unico que te dan son trajes para jugar en linea con tu avatar.
A CONSIDERAR: Este juego es el mismo que el que esta en nintendo Wii U y no presenta nada nuevo, si ya tienes la version de Wii U no te recomiendo que lo compres ya que es casi exactamente lo mismo
Se ve increble, se juega increble, tiene todo por el mismo precio (que no es barato pero siempre esta rebajado) 1060 60 fps se ve increble en tele como porttil, jugar con un joycon es increble aun que cansa un poco, si renta para jugar unas partidas pero no mas, a menos que cada quien juegue con dos joycon..
Este juego es uno de los que debes tener si tienes una Nintendo Switch. Horas de diversin ilimitadas y garantizadas tanto en el juego en lnea como en el juego local. Es el mejor mario kart que existe hasta la fecha.
No importa qu tipo de jugador seas, Mario Kart es una serie que no puede faltarle a ninguna persona. Esta versin de Nintendo Switch la hace todava mejor al hacerla portatil sin sacrificar grficos o jugabilidad como la versin para 3DS.

Son dos puntos principales: el juego por s mismo, y el juego en comparacin a su versin anterior. Soy gamer desde los 3 aos (tres dcadas jugando) y aunque las otras versiones me traen bastante nostalgia y son muy buenos, puedo decir que esta versin es la mejor. Solo que hay que quitar las opciones de autoconducir, autoacelerar, y ponerlo en 200cc, porque si no es demasiado fcil, y le quita lo divertido. En cuestin a su versin Wii U, trae todo el DLC y aparte contenido adicional (personajes, carros, poderes, tcnicas) pero lo ms notable es el modo batalla. Para algunos, si ya lo tienes en wii u, no es suficiente para comprarlo de nuevo, pero para otros s. En general, es un muy buen juego.
Mario Kart es de mis juegos favoritos de Nintento desde que era pequeo, esta versin incluye muchos personajes y pistas para jugar. Varias pistas son remakes de juegos anterior lo cual, en mi opinin, le da un bonito toque de nostalgia. Las nuevas mecnicas de planeacin y anti-gravedad son muy divertidas (no tuve la oportunidad de jugar MK8 de Wii U, por eso son nuevas para mi), en definitiva es un muy buen juego y si es con amigos se pone mucho mejor.
Regardless, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the gem of all Mario Karts. From its graphics, elaborate levels and challenges, this game is great for those who play alone or with friends and family. Since I play alone, I have no judgment on the multiplayer aspect. However, my prediction is that it’s nothing short of fantastic!
All five modes are readily available: 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, Mirror Mode and 200cc. In some courses, especially on 150cc and 200cc, prepare for immense frustration, as the CPU will undoubtedly pummel you with an onslaught of items such as Red Shells, Green Shells, Blue Shells and Lightning. If you lose first place, it’s very difficult trying to get it back; the CPU this time around are merciless. Unfortunately, for every console Mario Kart to date, I’ve always had to deal with the CPU’s ruthless assaults. Especially if I’m in first place, which I usually keep. Advice: always try to have at least two items. One on the back of your kart and the other one for safe keeping.
200cc is where the real challenge lies; not only must you be wary of your opponents and environment, but your driving skills should be nothing short of superb. Otherwise, it’s off the track you go! Or at the very least you’ll keep bumping into obstacles and going off road if your drifting and braking simultaneously is terrible.
The soundtrack is very diverse and wonderful as well. I appreciate all of them, yet there are ones that are conspicuous more than others: Electrodrome, Rainbow Road, Bowser’s Castle, Thwomp Ruins, Shy Guy Falls, Dolphin Shoals and Wild Woods. Beautiful compositions, as well as the overall environment.
There are over a dozen characters to choose from. Some less original than others. I say that because those slots could have gone to other original characters that could have either made a first-time debut, or a return. Double Dash was the only Mario Kart where each character had a unique special. Unfortunately, these don’t return in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
Different vehicles are prominent, each with different stats that could make or break a race for you: Traction, Handling, Weight, Acceleration and Speed are all the stats. Find the right balance. Unlockable vehicles, tires and paragliders will become available the more coins you collect.
Overall, I love this game. This is my favorite Mario Kart to date; Double Dash’s throne is now overthrown, placing second. I intend to keep playing. Start racing with anti-gravity today!

Juego muy divertido, llego muy bien empacado, se juega mejor con el pro controller ya que los botones de los joy con son pequeos, pero en si el juego es buensimo!!! no le pide absolutamente nada al de Wii U as que no hay pretextos para no ganar jaja!!
Al comprar con PRIME la entrega fue muy eficiente el da del estreno a las 10:30 am ala lo tenia en mi domicilio.
El contenido de todos los DLC que salieron en el Wii U ya esta precargado, se puede jugar en linea y excelente el sistema de batallas.
En definitiva un titulo que no debe de faltar en el SWITCH
I was looking for a game with intense action, and MK8D delivers with a diverse cast of Nintendo characters who will pelt your cart with shells, slip you up on banana peels, cast Bloopers to blind all the racers with a temporary ink screen, and utilise a few more clever little tricks to test your patience.
A huge selection of tracks, combined with the different racing classes, and a mirror track circuit, opens up a wide range of racing at different skill levels.
I find that getting three stars on all of the tracks is simple in the 50cc class. I skipped the 100cc class, and I jumped straight into the 150cc racers, providing a decent challenge in which I am still taking my time trying to get all of my three-star victories. I still have a heart pounding 200cc class to tackle when I’m ready.
I really wanted to enjoy competing online, but some days are better than others in regard to being able to maintain a connection to the server.
With each update, the graphics have been given more detail, and gameplay has improved, although I still get bumped out of the online races on occasion.
Local multiplayer is a blast, but I could not imagine being able to do well on a split screen unless docked to be viewed through a full size television. Single player handheld is totally doable, though.
I mostly play the four race circuits, but there are other modes that look quite fun.
I love the weapons system. Two items may be in possession at any given time, the most recently acquired of which remains in reserve until the first weapon is spent. The “8” is a rare treat, which equips your kart with all eight weapons at once, their symbols circling your kart, and can be used in any order when selected when straight in front of your racer.
I love my Switch, and I think Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a must have title with incredible replay value. It is wonderful to play on the go, and is an amazing game to knock a few races out at my convenience at home. It is fun, it looks spectacular, and shortcuts are scattered about, and can gain some distance if your risk is met with success.
I highly recomm mario Kart 8 Deluxe! It is a masteriece of a game that is exciting for experienced gamers, and is equipped with helper options that can make kart racing more accessible to young players who may not be as good at staying on the road. I love everything about it, except for the inconsistent internet connectivity.

El juego cuenta con todo los DLC del Mario Kart 8 de Wii U, mas los nuevos personajesel modo battalla tambien es interesante y el modo online no segrega a nadie por si tienen DLC o no. El juego cuesta menos que el haber comprado la version de Wii U + DLCs
Sin embargo este juego por si solo no amerita el comprar una Nintendo Switch, si ya la tienes entonces este debe ser una compra abligada.
El paquete llego bien y en perfectas condiciones.
Como cualquier Mario Kart es muy divertido, sobre todo con amigos ya que incorporaron nuevos estilos de juego que son excelentes, muy divertidos y garantizan diversion para todos y todo, a todo esto hay que sumarle el hecho de que tiene 48 pistas y mas de 40 personajes, sin duda le sacaras mucho provecho al juego.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe brings all the fun of the original version plus adds a few more features to it.
The game looks as beautiful as ever, and runs smoothly. Perhaps even better than on Wii U due to the higher resolution supported by the new hardware.
Now, and this is probably the thing I like the most about it, is that we finally have a console-quality Mario Kart game to play on the go. While all the portable Mario Kart games have been good enough, the console versions have always been superior by far. The fact that we can fit the entire Mario Kart 8 experience in our pockets now is a reality feels surreal.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe features all the tracks, characters, DLC and features from the orginal straight from the box. No unlocking… well actually scratch that, you do have to unlock the kart parts again. But all tracks and characters are ready to go from the start.
If you never played MK8, you can expect a great arcade racing game with all the crazy combat action you can expect from the series. There’s a few things you need to know.
– Coins are back. Collect coins across the tracks to increase your max speed.
– New items such as the Boomerang and the Pirahna Plant.
– Antigrav mechanics, now you can ride your kart even on walls and upside down at certain sections.
– As in Mario Kart 7, vehicles can be customized. You can glide through the air and drive underwater as well.
– Mario Kart 8 for the first time in the series features cameo characters and tracks from other Nintendo games such as Zelda, Animal Crossing, Fzero, Excitebike and Splatoon.
– Go all the way from 50cc up to 200cc for the first time. Yes, it is crazy fast and makes the game a lot harder than you’d expect.
The Deluxe version brings a revamped Battle Mode that is actually fun to play, with the classic modes Coin Runners, Shine thieft, Balloon Battle, Bob Omb Blast and more. This definitely makes the experience feel more complete. It also brings back the ability to hold 2 items at the same time which hasn’t been done since Gamecube’s Mario Kart Double Dash.
I don’t know if the existance of this port means that Switch won’t get its’ own proper MK9. Hopefully it still does. Right now this is too much deja vu for my liking. But I do love MK8 and while I was ready for something new at this point, I’m just happy I can take this excellent gem wherever I go.
Es un buen juego tiene muchas opciones, si es verdad que es el mismo que salio en el wii U pero es increible poder quitarle los joycon al switch y poder jugar 2 personas sin necesidad de tener que conectarlo a una pantalla. Muchas horas de diversin. Me sorprendi el tamao del cartucho, muy pequeo, algo que se debe tener cuidado pues se podran perder .

Contiene todos los DLCs tanto personajes como pistas, ya puedes portar 2 tems, el modo de batalla ha sido mejorado considerablemente y resulta divertidisimo.
A todo esto smale la portabilidad que te da el Switch as como la mejora en calidad de imagen.
me encantan mario kart y mas este con su modo batalla soy mucho de jugar en linea y con mi novia y nos divertimos mucho con el mario de wii u y ahora con este mucho mas solo no me gusta lo de los dos items pero fuera de eso excelente .
recomiendo a todos los que no jugaron en wii este Mario y que disfruten de horas de carreras pero si les molesta los items y mas que este es doble no lo recomiendo .
Es una buena recopilacin de todo el contenido que sali para la versin de Wii U adems que trae un agregado muy divertido al mejorar el modo versus. El servicio de Amazon impecable nuevamente pues lleg antes de lo planeado.
Est perfectamente optimizado para Switch y luce grficamente impresionante en la consola.
No me he topado con cadas de frame rate y los controles son responsivos.
Recomiendo este juego para todos aquellos que pasaron por alto la versin de Wii U y quieren aprovechar el contenido extras de esta versin.
Si bien no representa un ttulo completamente nuevo en la seccin de “carreras”, este MK8 Deluxe s es extremadamente divertido en sus funciones 200 cc y batalla. Es impresionante como puedes disfrutar tanto an cuando los controles del switch son muy pequeos. Para eso de divertir, Nintendo trae mucho. Salvo que no te interesen los ttulos de carreras, es una compra que vale la pena.
If you have ever played MarioKart before, this is more of the same – fast, fun, and never-ending excitement. I don’t think your the person I need to sell on this.
If you have never played Mario Kart, and you have a Nintendo Switch…I mean, what are you waiting for??? Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is not just another racing game – you race underwater, through the skies, upside down, through a toybox; there is so much to see and do and learn here. Plus, there is a learning curve, and the game is designed to help you become a better racer gradually, while still letting you take home the Gold cup. Single player is great, and playing this on the go with the Switch is ideal because each race is never longer than 5 minutes total. You could easily power it up in the doctor’s waiting room and probably finish a few Cups before being called back.
And the multiplayer is great! There are other features designed to help even the odds between veterans and new-comers. From the Grand Prix to the Battles, it’s anyone’s game to win! The online is much more challenging, but after completing all the 150cc cups with Gold, you should be set to take anyone on.
If you have a Nintendo Switch and don’t have Mario Kart 8, you should question why you bought it in the first place.
El mejor juego de karting… La fisica del juego es la de un kart y se pone muy divertido ya que puedes irte por el lado de un buen manejo o simplemente tirar items y tener momentos muy graciosos…

Te da varias de las cosas que nintendo fue quitando a la saga desde el gamecube, y lo mejor es que sobre la marcha sigue mejorando, la switch aun no tiene muchos juegos, pero este es un must en cualquier consola de nintendo sea portatil o sobremesa.
Me sorprend por lo increblemente cmodos que son los joy cons de manera individual, definitivamente me quedo con el pro controller, pero me agrada poder jugar bien de 2 si solo tengo mi switch con los joy cons.
Lo nico que me hizo dudar entre si darle 4 o 5 estrellas, fue la conectividad, pero ese es un issue ms de la consola que del juego, tienes que estar por lo menos a 3 mts mx. del modem para no tener ningn issue o comprar el adaptador lan.
Mario Kart siempre ha sido un digno representante de la calidad que nintendo puede lograr. Fcil acceso para novatos, un reto adecuado para jugadores experimentados y alto valor de “replay”, han sido caractersticas de esta franquicia en todas sus versiones. Cuando debut para WiiU en el 2014, Mario Kart 8 no fue la excepcin, agregando algunas novedades a la frmula, como el 8 loco, nuevas armas, las secciones en gravedad cero de cada pista y la posibilidad de guardar videos de tus carreras, en excelente calidad grfica, para posteriormente compartirlas en youtube; todo aderezado con una muy buena experiencia online que result adictiva (al menos para su servidor). Ms tarde, cuando nintendo agreg pistas y personajes en contenido extra como un excelente DLC dividido en dos partes, MK8 volvi a cobrar vida, sobre todo para quienes ya haban terminado todas las copas y retos que contena este excelente juego.
Mario Kart 8 DELUXE, constituye la versin mxima de MK8, incluyendo todo el contenido original y DLC de la versin de WiiU, y lo supera agregando una versin mejorada de las arenas de batalla con nuevas pistas para sta; tambin incluye nuevos personajes y nuevos desbloqueables. Adems de todo ese contenido, la experiencia en Switch supera considerablemente a WiiU gracias a elementos que podran pasarse por alto antes de poner tus manos en un control de Switch, como ejemplo est la utilizacin del HD Rumble, el cual agrega otro nivel de profundidad a la experiencia general, sin mencionar la excelente sensacin de tener un MK porttil en alta definicin. Puedes jugar en la televisin como consola de sobremesa, en modo porttil como un solo jugador, o conectandose con otros jugadores con su propio switch o jugar 2 (o creo que hasta 4) personas en un mismo switch con un Joy-Con por cada jugador o incluso conectar 2 o ms switch, cada uno con dos jugadores para llegar a hacer sesiones de hasta 8 jugadores en modo local y hasta 12 jugadores online. Todas esas opciones de jugabilidad que se agregan como parte del uso para el que switch fue diseado, realmente incrementan la jugabilidad de este ttulo que bien merece la pena adquirir, sobre todo si no tuviste acceso a la versin de WiiU en su momento. Pero an si ya lo tienes, es un juego que bien vale la pena considerar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
El servicio de Amazn excelente… Compr el juego en preventa a un excelente precio y me lleg el da del lanzamiento sin ningn contratiempo. Seguro que seguir comprando por aqu.
Cmo un propietario de un Wii U y el Mario Kart 8 original debo decir que est versin es la misma que aquella pero ya con todo el DLC, quiz si ya tuviste la otra versin ests dudoso de obtener sta pero en verdad vale la pena poder jugar en donde sea con una excelente calidad visual en modo tableta y que decir en modo Dock. Se ve espectacular. Es un gran juego tanto como experiencia de un solo jugador como para multijugador local y en lnea (gratis en el momento de escribir esta resea), en fin, todo lo que contiene, incluyendo en modo batalla hacen de este paquete un juego que no te puedes perder.
Esta edicin est espectacular, le pondra 5 si no viniera todo desbloqueado y listo (disculpen si no lo sabian)
Estan todas las pistas todos los personajes, tanto en modo porttil como en la televisin luce increble, es un clsico de Nintendo con la ventaja de poder jugar 2 jugadores inmediatamente y sin ningn otro perifrico.

Amo Mario kart y esa sensacin que te da cuando te tumban en la ltima curva. No por nada es el rey de los juegos de este estilo. Las adiciones para complementar lo que falto en Wiiu se agradecen. Un “must have” para switch. El servicio de Amazon, de primer mundo. Gracias.
There is a very wide variety of tracks, being 48 in total (32 from the original game and 12 from the dlc). All the tracks are creative and have their perks, as with any Mario Kart game.
BATTLE MODE IS BACK! There was a battle mode on Mario Kart 8, but it was famous for being lazy (It used race tracks from the game and only had balloon battles). This is all fixed in Deluxe, with eight dedicated battle courses and five battle modes, all of which are amazing.
There are new/returning characters such as Bowser Jr., King Boo, and INKLINGS! Still no Birdo or Diddy Kong, though.
The graphics are updated to 1080p and 60fps docked, from 720p and an odd 59fps on the Wii U.
There are very few flaws, those being small things such as the coin item being too prominent or Pink Gold Peach being a character.
This is the highest reviewed Mario Kart game to date, with the highest first day attach rate. It broke the first day sales record of Mario Kart Wii. This game is AMAZING!
I didn’t even mention double items! They are a game changer!
It is very accessible for new players with options such as smart steering and auto acceleration. The only problem is that they are very easy to toggle on, so be careful.

Pre-ordered from Amazon for the Switch, and it’s our favorite game, so far. Not going to lie, MARIO nostalgia runs big in this family, and even the next generation is already a big MARIO fan. All the great aspects of the classic MARIO Kart games have been preserved. The battles, the races, the ability to edge out your opponents with banana peels, turtle shells or a good old fashioned side swipe. There are tons of classic Nintendo characters to chose from, as well as courses from other Nintendo franchises. Let’s just say Link for Zelda is a favorite for one of the kids. As parents, we enjoy battling each other in some good, healthy competition. Oh, I should mention the graphics look great on our tv, too!
My only complaint is more to do with the game system than the game. Initially we played the game with a pro controller and the joy con L/R controllers locked into its base to make it work like a pro. The left joy con kept shorting out like it was having an interference problem. We had to ditch the pro controller and each use one of the tiny Joy Cons (I used the left and husband used the right). It fixed the issue, but they are so tiny they aren’t as fun to hold like that. However, I have noticed the L joy com joy stick act a little funny with other games, so I’m not docking a star as it may be more of a Switch issue. I have read about other Switch owners having a similar problem. My advice – if you can afford the pro controllers at the hefty $69.99 a piece price tag, buy two of those to play this game.
Tengo que aceptar que tenia mis dudas pero lo que fue el modo multijugador local inalambrico que te da el Switch fue lo que me llamo la atencion y rompio todas mis expectativas.
Si tienes amigos con switch reunanse y armen multijugador local cada quien dn su switch en algun lugar creanme se pone muy bien y lo mejor no tienes que estar online para hacerlo, juegalo en donde estes.
Ahora a esperar Splatoon que se rumora que podras jugar multijugador hasta 12 switch de manera local.
Its an exceptional game that I’m glad got a port to the Switch from the WiiU. It is an older game though, so some who already HAVE it from the WiiU days may be a bit disappointed in not getting much fresh and new with this installment. I’d give it a 4.5 Stars if I could simply because it is an older game that people have already on a different system. I’d like to encourage Nintendo to have Switch era games available/developed like in the case of Zelda Breath of the Wild, so I believe a mild dock of stars would be appropriate. Can’t wait to play the next generation of Nintendo!

Mario Kart 8 deluxe para Switch, es un port de Mario Kart 8 de WiiU que ya era un excelente juego a pesar de su falla principal: modo batalla. Con esta nueva versin, Nintendo bsicamente corrigio cada una de las quejas sobre el juego original y el resultado es: soberbio.

El juego es visualmente impresionante, con una jugabilidad pulida y lleno de contenido. En resumen, estamos ante el mejor Mario Kart de la historia.
El juego es simplemente brutal, luce grficamente espectacular, tiene mucho contenido y es disfrutable con quien sea y cuando sea gracias a la portabilidad del Switch, definitivamente es un juego obligatorio para lo que tengan la consola.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is some of the best fun I’ve had in a while. I myself had skipped the Wii U entirely, but I had played the Wii U version at friends’ houses. This is the definitive version of Mario Kart with a great mixture of new tracks and remastered old ones. And the added bonus of all the DLC tracks is pretty sweet too.
Graphics: 5/5 This game runs at 60fps on and off the TV and at 1080p on the TV and 720p on the screen. For comparison, the Wii U version maxed out at 720p.
Gameplay: 5/5 The different ways to race (antigravity, glider, and underwater) make this game both fun and difficult at some times.
Battle Mode: 5/5 If you are a Wii U owner this is probably why you would purchase this game. There are several new battle modes (Renegade Roundup, Bomb Blast, Shine Theif) that give you something else to play besides the usual coin runners and balloon battle.
Controls: 4/5 Some control schemes are better than others, but all of them are solid options. When I’m playing single player I like to use the joycon grip because the L and R buttons are bigger than when using the SL and SR on a single joycon.
Music: 5/5 All of the tracks sound great and I love the emphasis on saxophone (I’m a sax player myself). On the DLC tracks like Zelda and Animal Crossing it’s cute to see how they revamped the classic tunes for racing. And on the Cloudtop Cruise course you can even hear some hints of Super Mario Galaxy’s Gusty Garden theme.
Overall this is a great game and a must have for the switch, especially if you’ve never owned the Wii U version.
1 and 2 actually have to do with the setup of controllers rather than the game.
1. If using separate the right joy con sync button is millimeters from the use item button.
2. If using separate the home button to go to the main menu Is very easily pressed if younger player is using the controller or someone with bigger hands? I could easily hold it differently but I also wear an xs women’s glove.
3. Not enough new content for those who had the original MK8 since release which I know is the minority of people. I’ve only had MK8 since August and played maybe a dozen or so times and while I love MK8D for pure nostalgia and clean entertainment, just like I still play MK64, I wouldn’t otherwise. It would collect dust and would make me angry that really there’s nothing new racing wise. Pickings are slim for games on the switch a few new tracks really would make a huge difference in most people’s minds.
The good:
1- My 4 year old finished in 4th in a race 8th overall! No one had to finish playing then do her 3 laps! She didn’t give up in frustration halfway through a tournament. No complaining that she lost. The auto acceleration and steering is amazing.
2- Perfect family game.
3- I am not a techie but whoever says the picture quality is pretty much the same is crazy! Or they need a new tv. I have a 4 month old Samsung 1080p tv 42 inches and the picture quality is amazing. Load time is nearly instant.
Pros:
– Massive roster of characters!
– 48 tracks!
– Beautiful graphics (out does the Wii U)
– Stats menu is much better done
– You can hold 2 items again (this is a major game changer in a great way)
– Boo item and feather return
– Menu looks better
– Controls are simple
– Many different control options
– You can play 2 player as long as you own the Switch since the Switch comes with a pair of Joy-Con controllers
– Battle Mode is back and better than ever!
– Nice variety of Battle Mode battles
– Music is wonderful
– Online seems to work great
Cons:
– Smart steering is annoying to keep turned off, very easy to turn it on by mistake
– Still no proper trophy celebration
– All characters and tracks are unlocked from the start of the game except for 1 character
As you can see the pros really out weigh the cons by a lot! I was not a big fan of Mario Kart 8 on Wii U (I wrote a review here on Amazon), but I can safely say that every major flaw that game had has been fixed perfectly with this game! And I failed to mention one of the biggest pros and that is the fact that you can play this game anywhere! The Nintendo Switch allows you to take it with you and play this game wherever you want, and you will always have 2 controllers with you in case you want to play with a friend.
The Nintendo Switch is a safe buy for any gamer, we already have Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild and now we have possibly the greatest Mario Kart game ever made! Not to mention the impressive lineup of games we know that are coming for the Switch later this year. I’ll end this review now, as Bowser and I have some races to win! TL:DR, think of this as a rehash of Mario Kart 7 with some new Dash elements and remastered in HD (when docked). If you bought a Switch, you’ll probably buy this… and Splatoon when it releases.
If you know a little bit about the Mario Kart series, you know that each episode brings its little more to the table. Mario Kart Wii had the steering wheel and bikes, before that, they added hang-gliders and underwater passages, and before that, there were the loops.
What this still lacks is the overall sensation of speed. If you’ve played Fast RMX, you might be disappointed but Mario Kart games have never been much on the speed feeling aspect — but rather the actual track bits (ramps, loops, shortcuts, etc). This means you’ll run a track many times to find and explore new paths. Still, it’s less of a racing game and more of a party game. This is underscored by the awesome (according to my kids) “guided steering” mode. No longer are they bashing into walls on mistakes, they are riding in step with the party. Think of it like bowling with bumpers for beginners vs without. Yep, it’s like that.
Overall, it’s not the most original episode of the series but Mario Kart 8 has the fun side that will ensure its success with the fans as newcomers. Hardcore racers will find the tracks too wide or the feeling of speed too low, but it’s not a hardcore racing game. Nintendo has made this more balanced and less frustrating than Mario Kart Wii, more beautiful than Mario Kart 7 and more accessible to new players — without succumbing to the tragedy that is “Super Mario Run”.
Finally, don’t buy this for single player as the solo experience is rather thin. Grab a few Joycons, invite your friends and play on!
Now that I have played the game, I decided to review it so I could tell everyone every major thing that is new in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (MK8D), and, if you owned the Wii U version of Mario Kart 8 (MK8U), whether I think it’s worth the upgrade…and the $60.
Note: if you aren’t a MK8U owner but own the Nintendo Switch, then stop reading this review and buy MK8D! It is a must-have in the MK family. The game will be a brand new experience for you, and you will love it!
Now let me tell you about all the major changes in MK8D.
– The game runs at default 1080p and 60 fps in TV Mode, in contrast to the Wii U’s default 720p. (In Handheld and Tabletop modes it is reduced to 720p. When there are 3 or 4 players, it is reduced to 30 fps.)
– You can play MK8 ANYWHERE, with ANYONE, at ANYTIME!
– All DLC from MK8U is included in MK8D.
– Every thing is unlocked from the start, except car parts and Gold Mario.
– You can now hold two items at once, which was one of my favorite elements of Mario Kart: Double Dash!! The Double item box also returns from Double Dash.
– There are two new items: Boo and Feather, which is exclusive to Battle mode.
– There is a third level of mini-turbo, called Ultra Mini-turbo and represented by purple sparks.
– Smart Steering is an optional feature that prevents you from falling off the track.
Auto Accelerate is also an optional feature that causes your kart to accelerate automatically. (These features can be set to on/off for each individual player.)
– There are 5 new characters: King Boo, Bowser Jr., Dry Bones, Inkling Girl, and Inkling Boy. (You can also unlock Gold Mario, a variant of Metal Mario.)
– The battle mode has been completely revamped,(Because Wii U owners know that MK8U’s battle mode sucked.) and may I say, it is STELLAR!!! This is the greatest Battle Mode ever! Even people who say that Battle Mode isn’t their favorite will (probably) LOVE this! Battle across 1 of 8 Battle arenas in 1 of 5 different modes: Pop balloons in Balloon Battle, catch the renegades or dodge the law in Renegade Roundup, be greedy in Coin Runners, throw bombs in Bob-omb Blast, and steal and flee in Shine Thief.
And that’s everything new in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! So the question is… is MK8 worth purchasing a second time? The answer is YES! Even though I don’t like when developers make a do-over of a game, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is tolerable. I docked a star just because it’s a port and it’s $60, but other than that it’s great (but if Nintendo makes a Super Smash Bros. 4 port I’m gonna lose it…).
