Once you have bought the coins, go onto your order details for this product and click on ‘go to your games library.’ Next, click ‘redeem from Xbox.com, this actually takes you to Microsoft and doesn’t put the coins onto an Xbox account. Sign into your Microsoft account and follow the instructions and then sign into the same Microsoft account on Minecraft on your Switch and this will automatically add the coins to the marketplace.
The code you get from this product is not the right code to redeem on the Nintendo Eshop, you have to go onto Microsoft and redeem them.

As expected. Quick delivery to my email (about half an hour) codes are a bit long and ridiculous for a child to enter without supervision, but it takes two minutes to sort it out on the official website.
It would be useful to have description how to redeem for different platforms.
