Quick tip You need a non scratch silicon spatula to push the flour from the corners towards the dough in the first minutes to avoid having flour on the corners of your brad at the end.
Very easy to use, straightforward instructions and most importantly of all, it makes great bread!
Happy with this purchase. I’ve used it a few times now and (aside from using the wrong type of yeast on one loaf) the bread has come out really well. I’ve tried white and whole meal loaves both worked really well. Also made pizza dough which came out good. A light wipe down afterwards is all it needs.
