It’s an excellent light. Cold white rather than warm. It charges quickly, has a good sensor, and light disperses over a decent range. The adhesive on the back of the metal strip is strong. The magnets built into the light snap to the metal stip securely.
But there are a couple of caveats.
The magnets build into the back of the light allow you to snap it directly to, say, a fridge. I did this, but the light promptly started to slide down the fridge under its own weight. I tried it against the side of my microwave. And it did the same thing. The manufacturer might want to bump in an extra magnet for future versions, or, if this is making it too heavy, try to strip a magnet out of it (assuming there’s multiple magnets inside and not one long one).
The second caveat: lighting only when it detects motion when light is low. It works. But it doesn’t come on when you follow the instructions. One long press for 3 seconds (as stated) doesn’t bring on illumination when light is low, it engages illumination when motion is detected regardless of lighting condition. Now, this is also a mode, but it’s not supposed to be the mode that engages when you hold in the button for 3 seconds. The instructions did get it right about being a blue light, though. The blue light illuminates just fine to let you know which mode you’re on (illumination when motion is detected, regardless of external luminosity). The instructions also mention the flash of a red light (always on mode). This works as stated.
But how to get illumination in low light conditions?
I finally got it to work after messing around for a while. Not sure what I did, but it works a treat. What I ‘think’ I did was to engage the always on mode (red light flashes). After this, I turned the unit off. I then turned it back on, holding the mode selection button/dial the same I would for illumination in any light condition. Oddly, a set of green lights flashed. Green lights? I looked over the instructions again. No mention of green lights. But it happened, and suddenly the sensor was triggering the light only when the room was dim or darker.
I still have to give this 5 stars. It’s a brilliant light. Surprisingly solid and fairly weighty. Quality product. If you desire the sensor to trigger illumination only in low light and can’t get it to work, mess around with the combinations a bit. When you see those greens light flash for a second or two, you’ll know you’ve nailed it.

It’s a bit too early to review your product. So far I’m satisfied. Design is nice, brightness is OK, motion detection is ok too, very easy to install. Using it in dark corner in my kitchen.
Found one thing which should be improved, Your multifunctional button. There should be some indicator which shows what mode is currently on, instead of leaving for users to wonder it.

Great product...so I bought a 2nd one
I bought one about a year ago and it was so good I bought another. I have fitted them to either underside of the bed and are great if you get up in the night or if you just need some light after you have switched the master light off to find your bed. They have 3 settings from permanently on, motion on, and motion on but only when dark. You can also set the brightness easily and adjust this with the wheel. There is a good quality magnetic strip so you can remove to charge. I only have to charge it every 3-4 months. The only thing you can’t change is how long it stays on before fading to off. This would be a nice touch. This is about 20 secs. I would recommend this product if you need a wireless pir light.

Bought this for my 7×5 shed. Very pleased with the amount of light it gives off. Probably won’t be bright enough for doing intricate work but the beauty of this is that it can be moved closer to where you are working if needed. My tumble dryer lives in the cupboard under the stairs, when we got a new one, I couldn’t see the dial properly. This is the 4th motion sensor light we’ve tried and this is the only one which has worked the way it’s supposed to. We have it on the wall facing the door and as soon as you open it the light comes on. It’s bright without blinding you and gives enough light to see what the dials say. Most impressed, we fully charged it before use and haven’t had to charge it again since (a few months) would highly recommend!

I really am impressed with this simple but perfectly designed light. I purchased a new wardrobe and found it to be a little dark so wanted to find a motion activated light and had no expectation of finding one as good as this, particularly given the cheap price.
It comes nicely presented in a box with clear instructions and couldn’t be simpler to install. You simply remove the sticky back from the magnetic strip, place the magnetic strip where you want the light to go and just snap the light to it. It’s that simple!!
It charges with a common USB charger and because of the simplicity of being installed by magnetic strip, it means it is very simple to remove and plug in to charge. There is an indicator that shows how much battery is left and although I’ve been using it for a while now, it still shows as being almost fully charged.
There are three options for how the light is activated. I have mine on the motion only setting which means every time I open my wardrobe door, the light comes on and stays on whilst I am active in front of it. Once I close the doors I can see through the crack that it stays on for a further 15 to 20 seconds before turning off. Other options include motion activated but only when the ambient light is dark – ie, it won’t come on when it’s otherwise light enough and an always on setting which essentially means you use the on / off switch to turn it on and off instead of by motion.
In terms of brightness, it is much brighter than I ever expected. It is fully adjustable so I can turn it down to be low light but I keep it at a mid level which is just perfect. I can’t imagine anyone would have a use for this where it wouldn’t be bright enough. It really is impressive.
Overall, I can confidently say this is one of my better purchases. Really well designed. Feels sturdy and made from quality materials and does the job I need just perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this to anyone else. What’s not to love?

Good quality ligh
Great light. Bought for under stair cupboard. The dimmable facility is useful as sometimes you only need a little light. At the lowest setting its brightness is similar to that of a candle and at the highest its a blinding light. I have charged it once since we have had it and its still ging strong even after being used multiple times a day.
My only criticism is that it needs a bracket that can used to fix it to a wall or ceiling. I needed it to be fixed on a sloping ceiling on plasterboard so the tape was not so great as the light is a little on the heavier side.

Ive made a point of starting to review items that are actually good. This is one of them. These are perfect for dark places where you dont have power and dont want to drill or mark walls. I have mine under our stairs and in our shed. Really good and easy to remove and recharge!

Fantastic light to brighten up those darker areas in the home! I’ve tried several options, but this is by far the best wireless LED light I’ve tried. Excellent added feature of a dimmable dial to adjust brightness. Strong adherence with the magnet and super easy to install using the tape on the back so no need for screws! Bright Light with a Motion Senso
This works great in a closed cupboard, as soon as you go into it switches on which is what I was looking for.
Product description says 3M magnetic strip which once installed is it cannot move to another area one magnet strip found was the one stuck on the light itself. Auto-on within 3m (10 feet) not working that good you need to be closer than that but works found does not work or come on in the hall in a open space!
I’ve installed this motion-detecting light in my hallway to serve as an automated night light. It’s bright and works fabulously well, including great battery life. I can use it for weeks before needing to charge it. The adhesive strip works effectively too, so it’s important to be sure about placement before sticking it in place. A very happy purchase.
This is fantastically bright, I got this a present for my dad, alongside 2 other sets of smaller leds by the same brand and they were great too…but this one is the best of them all because of the variable brightness dial
He does a lot of woodworking and needed soemthing that was bright but could be make dimmer so he can inspect varnish finishes better

These rechargeable motion sensor strip lights are getting better on design! This one is the Rolls Royce of what’s available, in my own humble opinion. Not only is it a larger size, containing a greater number of LEDs, but it has additional features which makes it better than the standard motion sensor light strips I own.
I was concerned that this would be weighty due to the larger battery, and therefore wouldn’t stay in place (fixed to an adhesive magnetic strip). It’s not, it’s quite lightweight and there’s no issue in it staying in place.
There is a dial which allows the user to set the desired brightness. The light is very bright on full setting but it can be dimmed right down. The LEDs are a cool white, which in my opinion is a better light quality for areas where you need to find stored objects such as wardrobes or cupboards.
Three different colours pinpoint LEDs also flash to tell the user what mode the light is set in, as the mode is set.
Motion detection is fine, it works very well.
Charging from shipping took a couple of hours, I just left it on charge so I’m not entirely sure. I was impressed with the charge indicator which lets you know how charged it is. Lithium batteries are usually shipped at charge so I think this would take getting on for 6 hours on a full charge. The battery is a whopping 3600 mAh which will last really well between charges. I have some motion sensor lights that have 600mAh batteries, and they last two weeks at a push on light use, so the battery capacity in this is superb.
In all, this is simply superb.

A very handy all purpose light. Used it as a work light while painting the house and now set it as a night light with the motion sensor. The dimming feature is extremely useful as it is really bright for a night light and the dimmer helps with that. would definitely recommend this light.
This motion sensor light is much more than as described a closet light. It can be used anywhere u like to provide a motion sensor light that has automatic sensor so will come on when its dark and senses movement. So u can use in the hallway or on the stairs to give u enough light to see the way safely to the bathroom at night. It will turn off again when there is no movement detected. U can adjust the brightness levels to your needs and it will stop u having accidents in the dark. It helps kids and older people feel more reassured at night and also will alert u to anyone else moving in your home at night if u are on your own giving u a sense of security. It can be used in your kitchen or in your cupboards or wardrobes to turn on when u need some extra light and its rechargeable by usb when needed, but will last a long time between charges. Great if u dont have the best vision in low light and will help u see in darker areas of your home.
Have some snazzy fitted wardrobes, but tbh it’s like looking into a cave. Did not really think through the lighting aspect. (Well you don’t do you). Bought these and am overjoyed, provides a very bright light, however if the brightness is too much, you can turn down the brightness. The low level is somewhat romantic. The unit is rechargeable, so no hunting around for batteries. The motion sensor is good, and seems to pick up with no problem. This means that at least I can see what’s in the wardrobe. Incredibly easy to install, no wires causing trip hazards. I stick the 3m magnetic tape to the wall, and fixed using the magnetic strip on the reverse of the light. I guess it’s portable and moveable as there’s no fixed wiring needed to the unit . Extremely happy now I can see my knickers.
This is providing lights under my kitchen cupboard. It is very bright and it holds onto its charge for a long time. I have had on intermittently all weekend without having to recharge it. It has the option of motion sensor detection or on continuously. Also, the brightness can be controlled by a dial. Overall I think this is a great well designed light.
Really useful light. Easy to use. This light has an inbuilt battery that has long battery life. It can be recharged by micro USB cable. The brightness level can be adjusted. It has an inbuilt sensor for auto On/Off. I have been using this in my hallway and works perfectly.
