Really pleased with how quick and easy this was to install. Very impressed with how bright it is considering it is wireless!
Still going strong with the same batteries in for over a year. Buy one you won’t regret it!
Easy to install, no setting to fiddle with. Just put in batteries and leave to do it’s thing. Can’t say how long batteries will last as only fitted few days ago but you need 3xD size batteries but get good quality ones that will last.
We haven’t I stalled it but out it on a plank. As we walk out of the back door it comes on straight. I wouldn’t say its too bright of a light. We only got his so we could see round the alley for the bin area. It does its job.
Easy to install, can alter the tilt to cover the required area of view. Picks up motion well and not over-sensitive so few false alarms. Looks sturdy and should be weatherproof, time will tell. Too early to comment on battery life.

The Mr Beams light is far better quality and brighter than an alternative that I brought which claimed to be 600 lumens.
It was just the ticket for hard to reach area of the garden requiring good light coverage.
I live in a cottage where it’s pitch black. The light is very bright. My neighbours love it too. Don’t forget to order the batteries.
I have this attached to a tree in the garden over my gate. It’s easy to place without having to worry about getting power to it. The light is much brighter than I expected for a battery light. I hope this lasts as I’ve not had much luck with LED spotlights in the past. If so I’ll be buying a few more.

The only fault its a bit sensitive and trigger happy

Not many tips and insight to give on this product, delivered quickly, well packaged, instructions clear. As for the product, looks good, feels well made, easy to fit (screws included), quite heavy with the ‘D’ size batteries inserted, motion sensor works every time, beam well spread and if anything a bit brighter than I expected. Whilst I’m reviewing this order this is in fact a Xmas present which I purchased as I bought two of these about 4 months ago for my new patio so speak with longer term experience. I guess a stamp of approval is when you buy another item exactly the same as you’ve been using for some months. Oh and they are north facing near the coast and they have already coped with 75mph winds, -3C frost, snow and when first put up in August hot sunshine.
The lamp is excellent, but installation hampered by poor quality mounting screws, the heads of which strip very easily.
Very bright easy to install would buy again no problem

I’ve bought a variety of battery lights for the driveway. Most of the cheaper products will fail after a few months of rain and don’t survive winter at all. Mr Beams products are slightly more expensive but they are built with a decent seal to keep the weather out and therefore don’t fill up with water. Don’t buy cheap and then up end buying twice!

Easy to fit, even for me. Pleased with the light it gives and how it response to movement.

Durable, strong, waterproof and easy to install.
The only thing that does annoy slightly is that they do not stay on long enough. 20 seconds is not long enough. It would be good if you could change the amount of time the light came on for.
My small puppy dog does not activate the sensor to turn the light on either. I’m guessing the moving object has to be of a certain minimum size.
Good light coverage though and not over powering brightness.
I have recently purchased six of these spotlights and I am really pleased with the results, also you can fix the units in around five minutes and angle them to suit your environment all in all a good buy.
Not really had this item long enough to comment on how waterproof it is, but in all other aspects I am quite impressed. Very pleased with this purchase

Side of house passage. Its fine just thought it would be brighter. Passage is about 10 metres. Light comes on around 2metres from either end of house
I like it! The Mr Beams light was easy to install, including the rawl plugs and screws required to mount it. Stating the obvious, you’ll need, batteries, a drill and pencil (to mark the drill holes), to complete the install. In terms of what 200 lumens means in practice, it easily lights up a space/garden of 10m x 10m. The throw of the light starts almost from the light-head itself.
I was unsure to start with how this would go. I had read loads of reviews and didn’t know which light to get. This was an affordable option, whilst still delivering a decent coverage and light. We only have it on our garden path but the actual light itself is bright enough.
Great product,no fidderly settings,comes on in the dark for 25 seconds and switches itself off ! So good this is my second one
You have to be quite close for the motion sensor to pick you up. Otherwise, gives off a decent enough light on the driveway. Doesn’t stay on for many seconds though, if you move from the sensor range.
It is exactly what I wanted. I would only point out that it didn’t put on the advert whether batteries were included or not. It did not include batteries and they have to be purchased. 3 x D type batteries. Not a big problem but a minor irritatio
I’ve bought one of these before for the size it’s amazing still havnt changed the batteries so I’ve bought another 2 they are well worth the money will be buying more
Really pleased with this light. Gives the amount of light I need to go out to back garden at night. As soon as I open door light comes on. So easily put up.

Purchased to light up a dark corner of the front of our house, so we can see the path when taking the wheelie bins out during the winter months. Easy to install, the light is bright and stays on for about 20 seconds.
This is a great inexpensive light which I have installed in the garden. I just needed a power drill to drill three holes and it took all of 5 minutes to fix on the fence post. It works perfectly and fantastic that there was no need for an electrician. Motion sensor kicks in after two steps outside the back door, perfect. I would highly recommend.

Not enough light to see down the whole street but plenty bright enough for a security light.
Bought for an area difficult to get right first time, so battery power necessity. No dials to adjust, and pointing down so no water problems. Bracket easy to fit and adjustments great for area its in. Might need to be moved a bit as expected, but shouldnt be a problem.
Will probably buy another one. Recommended

This is a great light, bright enough (not a flood light) and very easy to put up. Motion sensor works very well. Very happy. Works great it the backyard. Would definitely buy another for the front of the house.
Haven’t had it up long so not sure how it will cope with the weather, but it has good motion detection and is nice and bright.
PIR angle a bit restricted but works well, good buy.

Purchased three when my mother’s car was vandalised in her driveway. Put up in minutes, good strong beam and very sensitive. Highly recommended.
Firstly this is a great product however I had to return the first one due to what is looking like a common fault. The first one continously switched on and off on the first night of being installed. I contacted Mr Beams support who advised to change the batteries and reset the sensor which I tried but it didn’t work. Returned the item and ordered a new one, I used the exact same batteries that I used in the first one in the new one and no issues at all. It is now installed and operating perfectly. No wires and a nice bright light.
The sensor seems intermittent now it’s been working for two days. May have to send it back!!!
Really easy to install and quite solid looking. Not massively bright but good for what I need it for. Screws weren’t amazing quality, I had to use my own.

It is a good sturdy light. Unlike other ones I have had it has no adjustments to make ( light and time on ). It just worked as I wanted it to.
The only thing is that could have improved it, is greater flexibility in adjusting the direction of the light. I had to fix it horizontally rather than vertically to get the light coverage I needed.
Good lighting. I have had no problems with the sensor.
The head does not move in all directions, limiting the direction of the beam and sensor, but you can overcome this if you plan well where to fix the base
For the price, it is a very good night light.
Lights up areas well and quickly. Switches off after twenty seconds of no further movement. Saves having to put wiring outside – highly recommend.

This is an excellent unit for some security, easy to fit and install and gives excellent light coverage.
i like this for many reasons compact, easy battery change even when installed on wall, compact ,does not allow water in comes on and off when ir should ( tip dont use old half charged batterys will not work properly always use new ) just have to see how long batterys last, GOOD PRODUCT WILL BUY AGAIN .

Very easy to install with no cables needed just 3 screws and 3 D batteries. I’ve had mine installed at least a month and still very bright but that’s all down to buying good batteries pointless buying cheap as they won’t last.
Nice and bright on a evening I use it to light up driveway to help ring doorbell capture any movement on a night time.
Not as higher beam as other LED lights but fine for small tricky areas where electric isn’t available
