This thermal printer is easy to setup and easy to use! The printing quality is absolutely amazing! I did run into a small error that sticker came out printed off-centered. I reached out to the Munbyn team, which assist me right away and hep me fixed the issue.

Ordered the Munbyn thermal printer to use with a Chromebook. Read all the instructions and videos but iit kept printing small. Sent message to Munbyn and within a few hours their tech support was doing a facetime with me walking thru all the steps. Support than said it looks like an issue with the printer and quickly sent me a new one. Works perfectly. Rare to get this level of support and will be a loyal customer going forward. Thanks
Been using it occasionally for a month now. The initial setup takes a bit of time, mainly in getting your settings adjusted, but the print quality is great and I've had no problems so far.

The quality of the printer is great. I was confused with setting the printer up and reached out to tech support. They gave me clear instructions and were quick at responding. Great customer service. I would recommend this brand.

The print quality is great on this 300dpi thermal printer. Overall, it was easy to set up and even works on Windows 8. I know it's an old OS, but most thermal printers would not work correctly on Windows 8, even if they worked on 8.1. Customer service and instruction for use are readily available.

I’ve had this printer for a couple of months now. It makes printing my shipping label so easy. I haven’t tried to print anything else. I only wish they had a model that printed wirelessly from the PC! I’m starting to regret the cords and being limited in where it goes.

Stopped working on the 6th week, replaced quick
I tried calling both numbers, it won’t dial.
I emailed, they said to reset it, didn’t work. So I’m waiting for another email and out a printer cause the return window just closed. I bought the 4 year warranty, but it doesn’t seem to be looking like a good situation.
Update! Amazon replaced it real quick and it’s great! I use it all the time for my home business!
