It’s a great fan. I use it in my office. The remote was what clinched the deal. It’s pricy (I paid 89.99) but unlike cheaper alternatives, this fan does actually circulate air. It’s quiet, but not as quiet as the draper 16″ desk fan (which I would buy again if I had space for it).

Has been very good bought it last July but the fan won’t oscillate now so very disappointing for the money

Our small fan died and so, with the heat-wave, we needed to replace it quickly. This fan was advertised to arrive next day (most of the others did not) and so we bought it despite some review comments about wobbles and displays.
The fan did arrive the following day, was quickly assembled and plugged in. No problem so far. Yes, it does wobble if you move it or bump into it. Easy answer – don’t bump into it. The display did not switch off at first couple of attempts but, if you press the button squarly behold, the display goes out.
I am very happy with the fan. It is quiet-ish and is keepoing us nice and cool. Even overnight it does not disturb us very much.

I got this for my bedroom/office, the extra height on the blower section of the fan makes it just the right height to go over the bed and when sitting at my desk.
I guess noise level is relative, on the lowest level it is reasonably quiet, on the middle and high settings it can be noticeable when watching TV or listening to music through speakers, but I have to say I rarely need to have the fan on anything other than the lowest setting.

I bought this due to the Heatwave, which typically in the UK lasted just 3 days – However, the fan is on most evenings due to having a High-End gaming computer running, the fan is nice and powerful and not too noisy.
The ION feature was my main reason for buying this brand, and in any home, it is really essential for your health.

The remote was missing but the seller sent one and I just got it (2 days later) so very impressed 🙂

I’m loving this fan, bought it in this heatwave and it’s been a lifesaver!!
I didn’t realise just how tall it would be (not much smaller than me) but that’s actually good because it blows across me at the right height in bed. I leave it on all night without any problems. Other reviewers have mentioned it not being quiet but I find it ok. It’s not exactly loud but it acts like white noise and doesn’t keep me awake at all. I like how you can turn off the ‘screen’ blue light display and having the remote control is a bonus so you don’t have to get out of bed. My only negative is that it’s quite wobbly but it doesn’t bother me enough to send it back. Looks stylish too. I can definitely recommend it.

I decided to go for this fan because of the height – there are not many options for such a tall tower fan. No regrets here, since it is the perfect height if you’re sitting down, or at night when pointed towards the bed. Minor annoyance is the screen is always on unless the fan is running, but it’s not a big issue. A not-so-minor annoyance is that our TV’s remote seems to trigger the fan’s controls as well, so we can’t have the fan close to the TV when using the remote. Other than that, great purchase.

It did take time to assemble as we are elderly and our fingers are not as subtle as they used to be! However, we are pleased with this item, except for the difficullty we had to assemble the base to the tall, tall fan. After time and patience we mastered it, but I am sure that younger folk would NOT have had any problems! It is elegant and easy to pop into a corner, where children could not knock it over. Yes we are well pleased.

But what I hear you say well this is it the fan does what it says it cools by blowing air and it has 3 speed it also has an ioniser it also has a feature that you can switch off the blue display very good as we dont like light in our bedroom so this is great and you can switch through all those settings with the remote control again very good now the BUT when you are finished with the fan and switch it off or if it switches off with the inbuilt timer well you are left with a blue light on its display Yes when you switch off it switches the display on and in our case this means unpluging so as to put the light out this makes the remote useless as the point of a remote is to control the functions of the appliance having said all this it is or appears to be a good buy shame about the blue light coming on when you switch to off

Quiet but not silent, great features and easily disguised in the corner of the room brought two a taller one for bedroom and a little disappointed because even though it was taller with more fan area the actual fan area wasn’t that much higher If they could have longer retractable cable this would also help for use in bedroom. Readout can be turned off but will light up again when fan switches off which is the only true complaint I would have some say cover this with thick sock or similar if using in bedroom as the timer is great.

As others have stated, the blue light coming on after the timer needs to not or at least turn it down when dark, and the beeps when you press a button, again, no need to beep or give me an off button. But otherwise, the fan does its job for us. Left it on overnight and it does not interfere with our sleep despite the noise and light (which comes in handy for any overnight pit stops). As it is a tall fan, it does appear quite flimsy at the base but overall we are pleased with the fan.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGreat cooling fan – only 1 design fault – when fan is turnd off, the display is still on. You can turn the display off IF the fan is working, but when it is not working, the display stays on and it’s a strong blue light that shines brightly in a dark room. Have to either unplug the fan (which takes away the option of using the remote control) or cover the display overnight. Shame about the design fault, otherwise would have given 5 stars

A good looking well made Fan. it produces a stream of air from 20″ above the ground therefore not disturbing anything an the ground (dust etc). this gives a clean air flow . One query , it appears to be fitted with a Temperature read out, this is not mentioned in the instruction leaflet. and has no bearing on the tower fan functions. What is its purpose (it does not give the same readout as my Weather Stations internal room temperature) it also displays a constant reading until “switch on”..

After putting the fan together, you do feel it’s a little unstable, but that’s probably because of its height. Having said that when the fan is on at it’s heighest it doesn’t show any sign of movement, it’s only if its knocked or moved that it looks unsteady.
It is tall and sleek and as such is not unattractive. When on, even at the lowest level it blows a steady stream of cool air with very little sound, but this increases as you go through the 3 speed levels, but that’s not surprising.
The fan is actually in the upper part of the machine so unlike smaller fans, all its energy is actually aimed at you not hitting the chair or settee. Ideal for the summer.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersSo far I have no problem with this device, though, there are some little detail which needed improvement: display is way too bright and it can’t be dimmed, just turned off, but as the timer turns off the fan, display lits on again, with very loud beep sound, it’s so disturbing in the middle of the night… so, timer is nice, but it’s better to not use it…
Ion function looks good in the description, but I can’t feel any difference when I turn it on.
Anyway, the fan is strong, works silently and looks great, so definitely it is worth the money.

    Works grea

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersI bought this as I two little ones and worry about them putting their fingers in bladed fans. I wanted something that looked the part and wouldnt be an eye sore through winter and this definately looks good. The settings are nice and the remote is a bonus however it does beep rather loudly when changing the settings which can be a pain if your trying to turn it down when it’s in the kids room at night. It is a tad wobbly but hasn’t fallen over yet, it appears the top is the only bit that moves and the base remains sturdy, I assumed this was as it needs to rotate (see video) and it is super light so I’m confident if the kids knock it over on themselves it wont cause any real injury. It also makes it very easy to move. The lower two settings are pretty quiet however it is loud on full speed (see video) it is a strong fan and on full speed can be felt the other side of my very large living room, air is also very cold which is nice. overall I’m very happy with the purchase, the only thing I’d change is the temperature shown is quite far off, would be nice if it was a little more accurate (maybe 3 degrees or so out) or they’d replaced it with a different function as it’s a kind of pointless if its inaccurate. Screen does turn completely off at night so no light shows just hold sleep button. This will come straight back on if speed etc is changed. Hope this helps

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersFor starters I want to make it clear that I am fussy about cooling devices, because of a medical condition that makes me very heat intolerant, so take this into consideration when reading my review. Last year, out of desperation, I bought a pretty expensive aircon unit (by Klarstein), during the heatwave; but it’s so incredible noisy, I decided to get a fan as well. I decided to try a tower fan because they were getting such high praise online, plus I like to try new cooling devices. I think this fan is a pretty good buy on the whole. It’s not as quiet as I’d ideally like, but it’s way quieter than the aircon and I find the bottom speed is acceptable for sleeping. It seems that a certain degree of noise is part and parcel of keeping cool and it compares favourably for noise with fans I’ve had in the past, but silent it is not.
I does do a good job of keeping me cool and I’ve used the aircon a lot less since buying it. As I said above, I hadn’t tried a tower fan before but I think it does seem to work better than the conventional fans with blades.
It was easy to assemble (and I’m a real klutz at such things!) and the remote works fine. It comes with a battery.
On a more superficial note, I do find it pretty unattractive visually. It looks like something out of a cheap sci-fi movie, but I like everything to look vintage and rustic(!), Some people will obviously love how it looks. There’s an option to turn off the display screen too, which vastly improves its appearance.
Despite my grumbles about the noise and appearance, this fan does do a pretty good job and I don’t hesitate in recommending it to anyone feeling hot and bothered, and like they want to throw a milkshake at the next person who mentions “this glorious weather”!

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI love this fan. I was looking for something fairly quiet to cool the bedroom during the British weekend of summer. Arrived promptly and wasn’t overly packaged or particularly difficult to attach the base.
It’s very quiet compared to the two other fans I have – we’ve had it on the lowest setting during a particularly hot weekend and barely noticed any noise. It’s obviously a bit louder if we have it up full but we haven’t needed to. It’s the perfect height to send a welcome breeze across the bed with the swing function saving any quarrels over who gets the most benefit from it.

The controls and remote are simple and clear. Really like the display panel on it – as others have said, you can’t turn the display off when it’s not running but surely you can just turn it off at the point if you aren’t using it. The lights aren’t that intrusive that I think it matters either way.

We’ve had the ionizing function on as well. Don’t really know what that does or if it’s supposed to be noticeable.

The fan itself is slim and fits unobtrusively in the corner of the room.

Absolutely delighted with it so far.

Set the fan up as soon as I received it (today). Easy to install the base & clear instructions. Much quieter than my old tower fan, so know I’ll sleep well with it on. Didn’t realise it was going to tell me the room temperature as well. No way of knowing how accurate it is though. Much taller & slimmer than my old one & looks nice. Time will tell how long it performs well, but very happy today!… 23.07.18

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI can’t comment on the longevity of this fan as I have used it only for a week or two. It is my first tower fan & I was concerned it would not be sufficiently powerful to cool my bedroom. However, for our medium sized space it works exceptionally well and we haven’t had to rotate it yet. Great value for money.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersThe features of this fan made me to give it a try, even risking it without any reviews yet. I purchased it on Monday and had it at home on Wednesday, via DHL, left in a safe place outside from their own initiative as nobody was at home. Luckily it did not rain like the day before. I mark this as a neutral point. I wanted it asap so I cannot complain but in the rain the cartons would get soaky wet, making them probably useless if a fault developed with the product and I had to return it in the original packaging.

This is my first fan of this kind so I was very keen to open it straight after I came home. Beware, either read the instructions first or examine the base and the fan before you put the base together. It is quite fiddly to make the two halves connect, so if you have not pulled the power cable through the hole first, you will have to repeat this exercise. I said READ the instructions, because the diagrams don’t show anything about the cable when putting the base together. I have managed it without harm on my hands or the base components. The fan is otherwise easy to put together, even without a degree in engineering. The base plate is quite large, so make sure you have space on the floor for it.

The fan beeps when you press the buttons, as probably all do. A suggestion to the producers: simply letting the display blink when changing functions would be sufficient as a feedback to the person operating the fan. We don’t need to wake up the other half when changing the settings. There is probably more deaf people operating such items than blind people.

The functions are as it says on the box, minus one thing: on stand-by you cannot switch the display off. It keeps shining until you unplug the fan. While running you can switch the display off. As soon as it is finished or turned off, the display shines again, indefinitely. The description to the product saying “a night mode which lets you turn off the LED display” is therefore only half truth. I find this a single strong drawback (hence one star off). Not a happy bunny… The only bright side to this flaw is that in the summer I sleep with a sleeping mask due to early light mornings so I probably won’t be bothered with this mistake in the design. And during the winter it will stand somewhere out of sight until the next summer (assuming it won’t break until then). That means I keep the fan. This half-truth with the display switch off might turn off other people though.

The display itself is quite discreet when not on. I firstly thought I received the manual fan only as I could not see the display. But right after you let the power reach it, it turns on automatically and as described above you won’t be able to turn it off.

The fan runs quite quietly otherwise. For some reason it is pre-set on the medium power by default after you turn it on so you have to keep clicking to the higher power first and then again if you want the lowest power. I find this a minor drawback as I need just the lowest power function most of the time. This is another food for thought for the designers.

I have tested the rotating function. It makes strange irregular clicking sounds when rotating, but I am not going to use this function regularly. I like a constant soft air flow when trying to sleep during a hot night or working in my craft room.

Regarding the ionisation (another feature that made me to buy this) I have not noticed much of a difference. Not sure whether I would in any case.

The fan is new and working. If it breaks within the first year of warranty I will get back to this review. The fan will not be used extensively as in the area where I live there are not many hot nights, but for those that are I needed something like this: quiet, working and with a remote control.

Final note: I think it ‘cools’ only when it blows the air at you, the movement of air as such. It does not have a cooling mechanism. The temperature on the display only guesses the ambient temperature, I think it guesses a bit higher than it really is. I will probably cover that part of display with some white tape, anyway.

Good fan with features many other fans don't have, with two drawbacks.
