When fitted itis really supportive. After several hours it causes the knee area to sweat and can feel uncomfortable. Around 2 to 3 hours with it on it’s fine. Previously I purchased the band type knee strap which was no good at all

This is by far the best knee support I have bought, was recommended by my physio and I’m so glad I made the purchase, gets a little uncomfortable if wearing for a long leriod of time (I work 12 hours) and can also get a little sweaty. That is money complaint, however that aside it does what it’s mean to do, gives great support.

This is to support my knee cap as well as the joint. I use it for walking/hiking.
It is easy to put on. I like that it can wrap around rather than slip onto the leg and then secure. This means I can put it on as and when required. It sits comfortably over the knee cap and the ring gives additional security and support. Easy to clean, very comfortable and does exactly what I needed it to. Would highly recommend it.

Provides adequate/limited support (depending on injury) to aid movement by restrict painful motions, such as sudden jerks of the knee area on uneven surfaces, cracked pavement slabs, etc. I have found it useful as a supplement to recovery, but don’t intend to over-rely on it and seek to gradually reduce usage as my injury heals. Sometimes I tend to adjust it and make it tighter or looser depending on whether I need more support or comfort.

Fast Delivery. good quality product, the brace made my knee even hotter than it usually is when removing the brace my skin was actually wet underneath so a good thing to be aware of ,(please bare in mind I did have to wear it in the hot weather 28+ degrees) also the Velcro straps need to be longer especially the middle one. It is however very comfortable soft against the skin, doesnt slip down the leg a good quality item.

Came very promptly. I bought this because of a strain/sprain caused by entaglement in my dog’s long lead, he wanting to go one way and me the other – not a good thing! Although it seems a good, well made product, I have found it quite hard to get the tension right and I am still not quite there.. It is fairly bulky, and as other have said it is not something you could wear with fitted trousers, which is OK for summer, but maybe not so good for other times of the yesr. I have not made it very tight as I think it would be easy to overdo it. All in all though a worthwhile purchase and a good addition to my medicine chest. One thing I did have to do though was remove the label as it was very scratchy.

Its a great product. I have fluid on my knee and have torn the cartilage. It’s been very debilitating and painful. Although I don’t have the stabbing pain now my knee aches most of the time and I can’t walk very far before it hurts. I decided to try a brace after reading reviews and I’m delighted with the result. The brace arrived yesterday and I went a walk around a nearby reservoir which is approximate one mile round which is about all I’ve been able to manager. My knee felt so good after the walk – no pain and no aching – so we did another lap. I was a bit worried that I might pay for it today but my knee feels really good and I’m certain this brace will help me get back to my golf much quicker than without it. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

I have a bad knee and needed knee support when in gym. This knee support is perfect. Its very comfortable to wear and the support around the knee cap and soft tissue is excellent. It gives the reassurance you need. I use it only when i go to the gym. Allows me to do squats and dead lifts without feeling pressure on the knee. Love this product. Bought an extra spare one.

This knee support gets my best yet rating. It is supple, supportive and warm enough to stave off the cold. I find it best for driving, standing and sitting.

I have tried many other knee supports, 7 if I remember right without checking.

My only other highly rated knee support, which is less supportive but more flexible, so easier to use for sports and sleeping, is the ABSOLUTE360 IR Knee Support.

I find both are equally good for walking.

Was going to rate as 3 stars but felt unfair as it actually works I feel 7/10 more appropriate. Basically it was purchased for an ACL problem.

In wearing this support I have no doubt it helped within a week restore the knee problem however it badly cut into my thigh, please note it was not overly tight, I tried many tightness settings, but it has to support the knee and this caused much discomfort in the thigh there was no issues at all on my calf muscle.

The good thing it worked and I’m only using it occasionally during the furniture heavier lifts in the auction house I’m at.

I was surprised how comfortable this was to wear once I got used to it. It took trial and error to find the best tightness, but once I had it right, this was comfortable for several hours at a time. The level of support was helpful, particularly when walking up and down stairs. The support helped me stand for longer than I can normally manage, and I felt safe and secure wearing the knee support.

I did sweat a bit wearing it, but no more than padding around a moveable joint would be expected. I am glad I bought this, as it has helped me reduce knee pain.

I have a knee problem, but am waiting to find out what it is through an MRI scan, but desperately needed some support as I’m on my feet all day at work. I bought this in desperation and can honestly say that while it hasn’t solved my problem, which I wasn’t expecting it to, this knee support is definitely helping to give me more support to a very painful knee. I would recommend this and is very comfortable indeed and isn’t obvious under my work trousers or jeans. The only reason I haven’t given a 5 Star rating is because it hasn’t solved my problem, it just alleviates, but is a very worthwhile buy and value for money.

I bought this for my wife who has a torn ligament and arthritis.
She was skeptical after trying a simple elasticated support which was simply not up to the job.
This support, in contrast, has 3 individual straps meaning that tension can be adjusted to suit accordingly. My wife finds the brace gives extra support and reduces pain when walking.
She’s happy so I’m happy. The fact that I bought it means that brownie points are in abundance.

Found this product to be well made with good sturdy material and am using it to help stabilise an old knee injury that acts up when I walk a lot. I would describe my size as XL and found that the adjustments available for my size were ample. I would say there was still enough adjustment left for quite a few more inches so would class this as easily suitable for small to at least XXL.

Immediately I put it on I felt the support and the pain started to subside. For me, walking induces pain on the inside and just underneath the knee. This helped stabilise it. This is the second one of these I have bought. A previous purchase of another make cost me more but the Velcro came off after less than a week. This is much better.

    Good quality and excellent stability

Very well made, comfortable, excellent support: Physio recommended
    No sweating!
    There is an immediate observation about these, as opposed to ‘Cheap’ copies;
these fit VERY WELL and have a firm and durable multi layer velcro holding, these do not slip or become loose.
The unit itself is very well made and holds firm, but using a quality slightly elastersided ‘fabric’.
Does Not make you sweat, and is machine washable.
Patella knee cap cut out, again with quality stitching that is a comfortable fit with no rubbing.
    Having worn this you DO notice the beneficial differences immediately;
no wonder this is the only one my physio recommended to me.
    WOULD highly recommend.

In the desperate hope of trying to do some running or any form of exercise that gets the heart rate going, I got this as I suffer with shooting pains through my knee after a couple of minutes of exercise. These do give good support and whilst walking up and down hills during golf, it definitely helps and gives me more confidence and less pain. Does it stop the pain, no, but it reduces and supports the knee more. Running is still mostly a no no, pain too severe after about a minute. So they definitely help, but they won’t magically cure.

My physiotherapist recommended I get this type of support, I am really happy with it, great support and easy to fit, you can alter the tension to how it fits you best. I have been asked about it by a few people, as I have to wear it over my jeans or leggings! So hopefully a sales boost too!

  57. Steven Winkelman says:

I had a cartilage out from left knee aged 15, it hadn’t given me any real problems up until the last few months. Now admittedly I have put on almost 9Kg in the last year (now lost almost 3Kg of that), which couldn’t have helped as I was already overweight.
The knee had been acting up the last few weeks, becoming progressively more painful to walk on and after looking around I decided on this. It is lightweight, has no extra support other than compression and I found it to be the exact amount of help that my knee required. My plan (hopefully) is to use it for a few days, giving the muscles, tendons etc a chance to recover, then see how it feels with not using it. I do not want the knee as a whole to become dependent on it, so my plan is to use it as an aid to recovery and go from there.

About my only ‘gripe’ would be that the middle strap could have been a bit longer.

  58. Anonymous says:

Ended up with a slight tear just above the knee that was then throwing the whole knee movement out. After a physio diagnosis he suggested I try a ‘mild’ support strap once I could start running again. It was hard to decide what counted as mild support but in the end went for this and it does work. Without it I would get some very minor recurring pain, with it I wasn’t. I found it flexible enough that once running I didn’t really notice it – except when I went for over an hour (which I shouldn’t have anyway while recovering) – it was rubbing against the other leg (suppose if I was wearing long leggings that would not be an issue). I do sweat a lot and it would get quite wet but found it dried easily and didn’t get smelly (didn’t need to wash it for the time I did need to wear it – about 5 weeks).

  59. Anonymous says:

This is the best knee support I have bought ….and I’ve bought a few. It is lightweight, easy to fit, comfy to wear and washable. Unlike others there are no wavy latex lines for grip (and to bring great weals up on your skin if allergic), as it stays put by itself. each part of the leg – knee, below and above – has its own adjustable strap, so you make it as tight as you like and can slack it off too. Unlike others it does not cut your leg in two, despite careful measuring beforehand, but sits comfortably. It is a little bulky, and sometimes needs adjusting for sitting, but I wear it under jeans and, at a push, it might go over the top of leggings. I thought the straps might nip skin between them, but I haven’t found a problem. It does get ‘sweaty’ as it is neoprene, but it will wash and dry quickly I imagine. As I say, the very best for me so far and I have had some 5 or 6 now.

It’s fantastic! I’ve bough so many knee supports over the years and none have actually helped, but Neo G has managed it!

The fabric isn’t very stretchy but it will definitely wrap around your knee and leave room for tightening. It has incredible stability and does not move. You can wear it over clothing too. It’s very soft and has great material for comfortability.

The level of support is marked moderate on the box, but don’t be discouraged because it truly gives the maximum amount of support needed.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have a completely torn meniscus caused by rheumatoid arthritis and hyper mobility in my knee. I bought this to keep me walking while waiting for surgery on my knee. By stabilising the joint I feel it is helping to prevent further damage. This has enabled me to walk my dog. I also feel I am starting to heal and am now hoping that by wearing this support and keeping exercising I can minimise or even avoid the need for the surgery.

I bought two supports (from Neo G and Physix) because the Neo G looked like it was out of stock for a month but I could get the Physix one the next day. They actually both turned up the next day so I have been able to directly compare both products. They are both really similar and both equally effective.

One note of caution. I bought the largest size available in the Neo G support (I am a UK size 18) and it was initially very tight. This was partly because the injury had made my knee swell considerably more than my other knee (more than 15cm larger). I also bought a similar product from Physix Gear Knee Braces – I bought the XL size and this was much more comfortable. After wearing the Physix one for a week I was able to wear the Neo G support as the swelling had decreased. Both supports are equally effective – the difference is that the Physix one fits a wider knee. The Neo G one is made from thinner material so is more comfortable in warmer weather but be warned that if your knee measures more than 58 cm the Neo G will be too tight to be wearable. The tightness of the Neo G product currently keeps it in place better only leg but the Physix one is more comfortable. Both are still infinitely preferable to the pain of walking without the support.

So happy with this purchase, amazing support, helped my painful knee recover in no time at all.

Having tried many knee straps in the past a friend recommended this one, I was a little skeptical as it looked the same as all the others. SO glad I listened, really super comfortable, can leave it on all day with no issues at all.
Easy to wash and dry, amazing support.
Fortunately my knee seems to have fully recovered so not having to wear the strap any longer, so I guess that’s a good sign!

Bought this for my Dad. He has found it very helpful for going out. He has big knees and found it just about fit. He made the mistake of leaving it on all day and his skin sweated and broke out in a bit of a rash. But I think that was his fault rather than the product. He is just going to use it when he goes out now. It is easy for him to put on and take off without having to put over his foot. And half the price from similar ones he had seen in the shops.

Now with the cold weather upon us, it can become painful, weak and at times unstable for him. So he popped around the other day very happy with the comfort and support he was receiving from it. So far so good! He is nearly 90 and still always on the go!… Go dad, go! Bless him and thank you. I nearly forgot to mention the delivery was very quick too and nicely packed.

Over the past month or so I’ve had a case of runners knee where no matter how much muscle cream I put on it, it never really helped too much.

After I realised I needed knee support to help with the recovery, I bought this brand and I am amazed how effective it has been.

    It has provided the following benefits;

    1) Reduced pain
    2) Neoprene keeps muscles warm like deep heat
    3) Stabilises the knee

I have run in it with no problem and I would recommend it for recovering from pulling a muscle.

This was bought for my wife, to help support her long-standing and painful arthritic knee. It seems to be of good quality, and is easy to use. There is, of course, a feeling of compression around the knee when it is in place, which is not always completely comfortable, but used for relatively short periods of time (e.g. when walking or gardening) this is acceptable. And particularly so as the degree of pain relief and knee/leg support is substantial and sustained. This is the model recommended by our physiotherapist, and we can see why – very impressed and so far very helpful to my wife’s general mobility.

I twisted my knee recently, and felt it needed something to ensure I was not walking badly, and to give some support. I read the reviews and ordered it.
I have found that it makes my knee ache, but in different place which meant I was favouring how I walked and this has helped me to walk correctly. I do not wear it all the time, but for a few hours and especially if I have to sit for any length of time as this was making my knee stiff and this brace certainly helps with that.
having now had it for a couple of weeks, it has really helped and my knee is significantly better

I injured my knee gardening, too much stretching, kneeling, standing and sitting in awkward spaces. My knee felt like it was slipping out of joint and was extremely painful. I ordered this on a sunday afternoon and it arrived next morning. The brace was extremely comfortable and supportive. The only reason I didn’t give it top marks was that it wasn’t clear which way up to put it. My knee was so much better after 12 hours of wearing the brace when I had to stand or walk, and taking it off when I had my leg up resting.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI hurt my knee a few weeks ago and my job is so active it refuses to heal. I decided to buy a support to help and chose this particular support. It made all the difference immediately. Once on I can walk without a limp, climb stairs, even climb ladders with minimal pain.

You need to apply it with you’re leg straight for best results, a little tighter than you might think as it’ll stretch slightly, and it’ll happily sit under trousers. If you use it for most of the day you’ll probably find it’ll be very wet, especially in the summer. Simple, just hang it up to dry overnight!

Overall an absolute saviour and my knee is even improving after under a weeks use (and ten miles waking a day!)

I’ve had trouble with my leg for about five years. This made me weary about walking far, so a trip to a shopping centre was a quick visit for what I needed. After trying everything like stockinett, cream and various elasticated supports from supermarkets and chemists, I decided to buy this to see if it would be any better.
I put it on, adjusted it for comfort and walked about indoors. The second day I put it on again and found walking up stairs there was no pain. I would take it off late afternoons, but on the third day after wearing it, taking it off I found the skin itchy at the back of the knee where I suspected it to be where I had been sitting and the crease of the material had warmed up which caused this. I got a mirror and looked at the back of the knee and found the skin was red like it was burnt, so I put some Savalon on it to calm the skin down and repeated this the next day. I found that parts of the skin were chemically burnt and after a week, the skin is still red but scabs are now forming.
This surprised me as I’m not allergic to anything but looking at the label it could have been the Polymide which I’ve never heard of before.
Luckily the knee is still pain free so haven’t used it, but if I need to wear it if I’m going to the shopping centre, I’m going to put one layer of stockinett on first to keep it of the skin.

Golden Review Award: 42 From Our UsersBought these straps due to having a bad fall and tearing something in my left knee. Few days later my right knee gave way and as I suffer from Fibromyalgia, I bought one for each knee. The support they give is amazing! I use mine for a couple of hours, then try without and back on with both legs on a foot rest, while watching television. Brilliant and highly recommend for comfort to anyone suffering with pain in this area. Suitable for all leg sizes, I have mine tight for support. Great service and product!!

    Truly amazing!

I’ve given this product 5 stars; as its well made, and stays on the knee, but only medium support – as stated on the instructions. Therefore, apart from keeping my knee warm. the pain in my knee is still there when walking. – Conclusion This product may help many knees to recover, but for a worn out knee joint, like mine, it seems, It will continue to be – No Go In the Leg Division. I suppose in such similar cases, a new knee joint should be considered or losing weight may help this product. But one can only try.

After a fall I tore my MCL and once the orthopedist cleared me to run again, he suggested I wear knee support when I run. Where have you been all my life? I have a “wonky” left knee. It tends to randomly pop out of place and quickly goes right back and sometimes just gives out while running. I had fallen on one of those days when the knee gave out and every run it became worse and worse. I found out my MCL had torn and I was not allowed to run for a while but even when cleared to run again, I was advised not to do this without a knee brace. I tried several kinds and they either cut into my skin, irritated it, or just didn’t provide the stability I needed. Then I found this knee brace and loved it so much I bought a second one for when I travel to the US to visit my family and friends several time a year. Would buy any other.

Knee support is for my husband.
He wore it whilst we were out, after a few hours of walking “I asked how did the support feel, as he hadn’t complained of any knee pain”.
His reply was ‘ I guess it’s okay ‘, it must be a man thing, not to own up it was doing as it says on the package.
I am impressed as he hasn’t had a moan in days about how his knee aches.
Glad I chose this company & the particular support.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLet’s face it, nothing actually ever stops the pain, but this enabled husband to hobble at a pace that was fast enough to prevent me weaving backwards and forwards like a dog just to keep warm (except on the coldest days). Physio says knee is knackered, consultant says knee is knackered, wife says knee is knackered, but this enables him to refuse to give up….just yet. 5 Wainwrights since I bought it to replace previous identical one.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have osteoarthritis in my knee and, whilst the process towards an op to correct this is started I cannot put my life on hold until my knee is fixed. I bought this hoping it might help & was pleasantly surprised to find that it reduces the pain considerably. It has to be worn really tightly around the knee to work so digs in a bit and reduces the blood flow but it’s worth it. It’s a shame they didn’t think to include quick instructions to save us having to experiment to discover how to place it. Thanks go to the reviewer who advised doing up the centre strap first.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis review is aimed at individuals who have had ACL, MCL and meniscus injuries, although given the quality of this product, it would support a wide range in knee injuries. Ten years ago I ruptured my ACL and severely tore the meniscus cartilage in my left knee playing football. After having the reconstructive surgery performed (luckily) by an outstanding surgeon, I was able return to sport around 6-8 months later. Fast forward to the present and age (37) as well as wear and tear of competitive football started to take effect on the surgically repaired knee to the point I was considering retiring from playing all together. Until I brought the Neo-G Open Knee Support. I am not exaggerating when I say that the first time played wearing this support, it was like I’d never had an injury. I felt no pain or instability in the knee at all. It is comfortable to wear and the three elasticated Velcro straps held the support in place throughout (unlike previous knees supports I’d used over the years). I cannot speak highly enough of this knee support. I’ve you’ve had any serious knee injury, this IS THE SUPPORT FOR YOU!

Golden Review Award: 56 From Our UsersAs I suffer with Arthritis bought this knee support to help with my knee pain. Liked the way that it fastened so easy & to put on & adjust to give me the right amount of tension but being comfortable at the same time. I have quite a large leg above the knee & with previous stretch supports they have always slipped down & were forever pulling them back over my knee but this Neo-G open knee support this does not happen once on it stays put. All in all very pleased with my purchase. If I had one small complaint it would be that I find that after a while off having the support on i sweat under the support & can cause some minor itching but using talc on the leg before putting the support on helps a lot.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI have arthritis in my knee which is extremely painful and I have fallen over several times. I have tried other supports which have been difficult to put on and off. This is very easy to put on and is adjustable. While I still have pain my knee feels much more stable and it’s far easier to move around, I wear it all day and adjust the straps if necessary and leave it off at night and although I have only had it a few days it’s made a big difference as I had been struggling to do jobs around the house and walking the dogs was a nightmare as my knee would give way and didn’t feel in control of them. Arrived the day after ordering and I am very happy to reccomend this product.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI suffered knee injury on both knees in the Summer of 2018 after overdoing it playing football. I’ve had persistent knee trouble, either painful or just uncomfortable, ever since. It finally feels to be on the mend.

These are the things have helped me imessurably in the last few weeks :

Stopping all kinds of exercise that may strain the knee until full recovery AND getting more rest.

Sleeping on my back with pillows behind my knees; to keep them raised without being locked; and to prevent them twisting in my sleep.

Wearing these knee supports whilst walking anywhere. They both stabilise and take weight of the knee.

For the first time in months they feel good again.

I needed a stronger support for my knee. I looked at a leading pharmacy and they had it for 18.00 but I would have a 5 -7 day wait. Looked on amazon and it was 15.99 and with prime same day delivery. The brace is the best I’ve had and has helped me remain mobile, supporting my knee and reducing the pain. Still needing to take medication but this is the perfect interim solution until I can see my doctor. Have already recommended it to my siste

I’ve been an active walker for a number of years, including Lake District fells. Just lately, and maybe as a result of older age (I’m 71), I’ve started getting an unpleasant clicking in my right knee.
I bought this support in the hope that it would help. At first, it didn’t seem to make much difference. I then decided to fit the support with my leg completely straight. This has made a big difference. Since then the symptom has not happened.
I’ll see how it goes over the next few weeks.

I HAVE WORN PULL ON KNEE SUPPORTS FOR ABUT SIX YEARS. NEEDING TO REPLACE THEM DUE TO WEIGHT LOSS I DECIDED TO GIVE THE ‘STRAP ON’ TYPE A TRY. I ONLY WEAR THEM WHEN GOING OUT FOR A WALK. THIS IS TO PREVENT MOVEMENT OF THE KNEECAP DUE TO INJURY. THE BIGGEST IMPROVEMENT IS THE ABILITY TO REMOVE THE SUPPORTS WITHOUT HAVING TO TAKE OFF MY WALKING BOOTS. THEY SEEM TO DO THE JOB OF PREVENTING MOVEMENT OF THE KNEECAP & I FIND THEM QUITE COMFORTABLE TO WEAR. HOW LONG THE VELCRO WILL LAST -ONLY TIME WILL TELL.

Golden Review Award: 38 From Our UsersAt first, it wasn’t working properly. The pain with walking was pretty persistent and this only made the pain feel more accurate and sharp. Moved it around, and the pain mostly subsided.

Took it off, put the middle strap on first aligning my knee and then the top and bottom, applying appropriate pull so that the brace would have adequate pressure. Now the pain doesn’t happen as much, only when I’m letting excess weight on it. I’m so thankful for this, it has helped me so much, as my ankle went as well on my other leg and swelled up on me.

I’m a pretty big guy, and it fit around my leg absolutely fine and the velcro has amazing grip but still early days. It supports my knee pretty snug. Once my ankle gets sorted, I’ll return to my many miles of walking and exploring and update this review on my findings. As I have had on and off issues with my right knee since I was a teenager playing rugby, so hopefully this review will help others in similar need.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was a bit unsure if this would fit as I am a small build with quite slim legs. The velro adjustments though allow it to be fitted very tightly indeed (in fact at times I have had to loosen it as it was uncomfortably tight). It offers amazing support and means I have been able to be on my feet, either working all day or going on long dogs walks, when without it I would have been unable to. It is very comfortable except for the fact that prolonged use can lead to perspiration underneath and it can ruck up a little behind the knee, which obviously restricts bending of the leg to a degree. Highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersJust resumed running aged 54 after ahem…17 year break while i had babies toddlers school age kids etc, all the excuses. Even back in the day when i was young and fit i had to brace my knees so was worried they would be knackered if I resumed running now. Not with these puppies on! Yes they are industrially large and get the occasional glance from non-running women I pass on the street but who cares: THEY DO THE JOB! Not the slightest twinge in the knee on a 45 minute jog round the park!! and they stay in place, and are comfortable!! I am delighted to be able to run again, it makes me so happy!! Thank you for a great product NEO-G, it has changed my life for the better.

Golden Review Award: 124 From Our UsersTruly amazing. My wife has problems with both knees that keep “giving way” . They are also stiff and painful. We purchased one support to check it out, and were really impressed, so the following day we ordered a second. The difference has been breathtaking. Her knees no longer give way, the pain and stiffness are greatly reduced. This is one of the best purchases we’ve ever made on Amazon.

I’ve tried several others but always come back to these. As I have slim legs but knees prone to swelling, these are perfect; they are fully adjustable and comfortable.

The velcro only lasts so long, but I’ve had one for about 4 years and even though the velcro is curling and catching now, it still does the job. Just purchased a brand new one with lovely gripping new velcro and I’ve no doubt I’ll get plenty of use from it.

They also fold up relatively small and easily if needed to be carried.

Great knee support – not emotionally of course but physically. It fits nicely around my curvaceous knee…average size 14…and isn’t too hot (knee support not my knee!) but i do wear it on top of my ski pants for comfort.
I broke my leg & tore ligaments I didn’t know existed until I could feel them…and I did feel them! A very nice NHS consultant, who is a skier himself, advised join a gym & wear knee supports and voila I am skiing again! Fingers crossed for the next holiday!!!!!!!!!!

Golden Review Award: 52 From Our UsersUsed for a degenerative medial meniscus tear. Much better than a standard sleeve support and has made walking more ‘normal’. It does restrict movement, but this is a good thing! It help to protect the knee from minor twisting actions which have been causing me pain. It doesn’t help with going up and down stairs much though, but I guess it is not really intended to offer that type of support.

Fit wise, I would consider myself to have a normal sized knee! and there is plenty of scope for larger knees. For smaller knees, the middle velcro will get close to the centre of the knee, bit could be cut down. The top and bottom straps will suit almost any knee size as far as I can tell

    Only down side/minor niggles –
I am quite a small lady and have found the middle velcro band at the back is a bit too long (still supports well) but causes a bit of a ruck in clothing. They are also very big so you can’t wear them under tight fitting clothes.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have a damaged cartilage, which requires me to keep the knee in a stable position. I find this support is comfortable and does the job adequately. I find it too bulky to wear underneath trousers, but is fine worn over the top. I have quite large knees and, as I have to wear the support over trousers, I find it a little too small – it would be a good idea if the support came in two sizes, S-M and L-XL. I’ve also found that after a few months wear the velcro ceases to grip effectively. The open knee part doesn’t stay in the right place during wear.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersDamaged the ligaments around my knee when running. Having tried two other supports this one is by far the best! It adjusts securely giving a nice secure fit and I have worn it all day at work when initially my knee needed that extra support for stairs etc, reducing the time worn as the healing process went on. I have worn it when running and power walking and it stays snug. It also washes up well too.

Golden Review Award: 33 From Our UsersWhen they size 1 size fits all and either knee, they are right 😀 can really feel the support without having any ‘pressure or tightness’ around my knee/leg. Easy to adjust and very comfy to wear. Does recommend not to wear over night and only for a few hours at a time. Only slight drawback, is after active wear, due to the insulating properties of the material, back of the knee can become a bit ‘warm’ but over all a great product for great price, would recommend to anyone who has trouble with their knees 🙂

Bottom line, I need a new knee at some point but at present definitely need proper support for the hills. So ….. just done a local Graham (2,300 foot Tinto Hill in Southern Uplands) and the support was perfect. So much so that you don’t really notice it is on. I thought it might slip, but I didn’t have to stop and adjust it at an point. Very pleased with it!

I purchased this support about 2 years ago but didn’t leave a review for this i apologies.this support was and is an excellent product. The neoprene material is very well stitched and put together, the support that you receive from this item is great. I really liked the fact that the item had three straps, one above the knee one in the middle and one below the knee. Unlike other supports i have purchased this one didn’t roll up and pinch the skin, and the neoprene material is very warm and comforting to your knee. The relief whilst wearing it is very very good. I have since purchased this item for a second time and I have recommended it to a friend who has also purchased one and he swears by it. I highly recommend this support to others and I have recommended this support to others

Golden Review Award: 114 From Our UsersThis is a game changer for sure, 47 year old male started a beginners running group in October this year with a miniscus tear to right knee which has given me grief on and of for no particular reason over the last four years since it happened, I was finding during a 50 min training session including running and walk breaks my knee would start hurting after 10 minutes getting steadily worse to the point I was struggling to see the session out.since using this knee brace I’m know running for 30 minutes pain free amazing,I know it’s not just a placebo because I forgot to take it with me the other day and guess what knee pain within ten minutes, from someone who thought running was not suiting them I’m now able to run three to four times a week. The other bonus is that apart from seeing dramatic fitness improvements over the last three months I’m getting far less knee pain during the rest of the week in general. Get this product and get out there whatever it is you do I’m sure it will help the vast majority
