Item arrived next day, well packaged. Upon unboxing it was very simple to put together, the instructions although very basic, were easy to follow. Took me about 25 minutes on my own to build the whole thing so it was ready to go. Ive used it a few times now, its very sturdy, very quiet and does exactly what you want it to do – gives you a good intense workout! I had my eye on a few different brands at the time of purchase, all the others much more expensive, but I opted for this one to see how I go, I’m so glad I did because its absolutely fantastic and more than half the price of my other choice out of the bunch. All in all a great buy and if you’re looking for a good quality bike for your home gym, look no further than this one.

    > My husband assembled it in 10 minutes without reading instructions so it’s pretty easy to do.

    > The monitor takes 2 AAA batteries which aren’t included. I hate how cheap it looks and feels so that massively affects my opinion.

    > The chair is a good size and you’re able to adjust the angle of it. You can also move it closer or further to the center of the bike.

    > The metal pedals are painful without shoes which sucks because I wanted to exercise without wearing anything on my feet. And based on the shoes I wear, I think it’d be hard to fit super chunky trainers despite the straps being adjustable.

    > The range of resistance is good and can be turned so high that it’s almost impossible to use.

    > I used to go to the gym and use exercise bikes and this doesn’t quite match the quality. The seat is firmer than I’d like, the black paint on the bolts/screws stripped easily, it’s extremely heavy, plus the monitor is cheap and hardly works- however everything else is good. I have a lot of fun using it and I can definitely feel it working so I actually really like it despite the negatives.

    > I’m 184lb and this hasn’t wobbled or shook so it’s stable even though it’s small. The weight limit is 120kg.

    > It’s mega heavy. I know I’m not strong but even with the front wheels I can’t move it which is really demotivating.

    > My cat loves sitting on the chair but she already caused a few claw marks. Also when it arrived the seat came with two permanent indents- it doesn’t affect the comfort but it’s ugly and I expect more for something that costs 189.99.

    > My Samsung Galaxy 10+ fits PERFECTLY in the phone holder! I have a tiny thin case on it however if it was a thick one then I’m not sure if it’d fit.

    > It’s a little noisy but not enough to distract me from watching tv on my phone.

The seat is a little too firm and came with indents

We are spending more time home these days and it’s good to have some indoor equipment to do some workout. This indoor exercise bike arrived in a very heavy box which needs two people to move into my house. It’s about 23kg. It is easy to assemble which only takes approx 5 min to do so and most of the job is to tighten up the screws and the height adjustment. The height of the handle is up down adjustable whereas the seat is up down front back adjustable. The build is solid and sturdy, there are front wheels to help you move the bike, just tilt and glide to where you want. There is a pedometer and need 2x AAA batteries to power up, this is not included. The pedometer gives you all basic info you need such as distance, speed, calories burnt, count etc… the red knob on the bike help to adjust resistance of the bike to simulate downhill, uphil etc…the handle bar got a phone holder on it which allows me to put my phone on it to play music or video while I was riding my bike. The seat is a bit hard which makes it uncomfortable if riding for too long, you might need to add a cushion cover on it or simply change to a more comfortable one. Overall, this is a good one to equip at home especially it is not taking up too much space. Price is reasonable given the build quality is very good.

Great exercise bike. Basic but very solid, I can forsee many years of use from this. The bike itself is heavy, I think around 35KG, but easy to move when tilted as it has wheels and reasonable grip from the feet – though I can still push mine around on hard floor with some effort.

Set up was easy, comes with all the tools provided and took me around 20 minutes – in hindsight I should have asked for some help as for one not so big person I did struggle at times with lifting.

Once set up its pretty basic but does everything you would expect of an exercise bike. Seat is reasonably comfortable, the red friction adjuster is easy to use to change the resistance – I would say however it’s not the quietest. Pedals are very grippy and easy to pop your trainers in and out, with the option to tighten them in if you want.

The central tracker/speedo is again, pretty basic, but works perfectly fine – my only issue is that it didn’t come with any batteries (which I would expect for 199) and that the cable looks very out of place just hanging out the side of the bike.

However, it looks pretty smart and doesn’t take up too much room. Not perfect but also reflected in the price, you get what you pay for and this feels about right.

    ONETWOFIT Indoor exercise bike

The ONETWOFIT exercise bike comes in a flat box, with an instruction leaflet and necessary tools for assembly.

It’s a good thing I am used to thinking out of the box because the manual is slightly gibberish. Once assembled, adjusting it was a breeze, and I found myself cycling away and sweating.

It looks very slick in my living room, and my husband approves 100%. My mother does not care for it since she is already in her 60s, and although the seat could be adjusted, the lowest it could go was still a little too high for my mother, and the seat was not wide enough. There are other types of exercise bikes out there that fit the needs of the elderly, so I recommend this for individuals who have no problems with balancing. The pedals have straps to help keep your feet in place, but proper footwear is a must.

In this pandemic, with people sitting most of the day while working at home, exercise has taken a back seat. More people now come into hospitals for lifestyle diseases such as hypertension. The Onetwofit exercise bike can change that. With a built-in monitor, adjustable seat, and handlebars, sweating it out doesn’t have to mean going out to the gym.

Cycling, spinning, and biking in the comforts of home and at your own pace has never been this good, and the best part is, you get to be healthy in minutes. Just like having your cake and eating it, too!

Sturdy, slick design, tho needs slight improveme

This bike took a little while to assemble, maybe half an hour to 40 minutes, and my son assembled it as i am unable to right now.
Once together it is very sturdy and stable.
I have had health issues and currently gained weight so this is the perfect way to slowly get back into shape or at least keep myself moderately fit whilst recovering.
The bike is comfortable in the seat area (a nice change from some i have owned in the past!) lol.

The only thing i found a little odd is the pedals are quite far back, almost directly underneath the seat area, as apposed to being more in the middle of the frame. This doesn’t alter the operation really, it was just a little odd to get used to, i found raising the seat sorted the issue.
Both the seat and handlebars are easily raised and lowered and the seat is also tiltable so i didn’t have the usual ‘sliding down the seat’ issue whilst in use.
The display reads speed, distance, calories etc, and is run off of 2xAAA batteries which you will need to supply.
A close family member weighing around 18 stone has tested this out and had no issues and was very comfortable. Its also been used by my two teenage sons, so is already getting quite a workout after less than a week lol.
    Would definitely recommend.

Now with the new year fast approaching and Covid restrictions looking like getting tighter again, you may well be thinking about a stationary exercise bike as I was. The ONETWOFIT ExERCISE Bike is just the thing to get a good home workout in and I have to say, it’s very good.

With its solid steel frame, it’s a hefty bike that feels reassuringly stable. It has a good range of difficulty levels and definitely gets the legs and heart pumping which is of course the key to an effective workout that shows results.

I usually ride a good 80 miles per week outdoor on my road and mountain bikes and this has helped with recovery from my rides and is currently helping with the rehabilitation of a recent injury that is keeping me off the road.

Adjustability is good and the saddle height supports my 32″ inseam with a favorable slight bend to the knees. I have also switched out the pedals for an old pair of SPD pedals to allow me to ride with my cycling shoes which makes the experience far more efficient and comfortable.

I have also rigged up speed and cadence sensors so the bike can be used on Zwift and Bkool training apps and now I also have connectivity with my Garmin watch to monitor my heart rate and intensity levels which takes this to the next level.

To summarise, it’s a great bike that provides a great home solution to training and exercise and offers great value in comparison to costly gym memberships that aren’t seeing much action during testing times. Highly recommend it!

Arrived very well packaged and padded for protection during storage and shipping. On arrival there was clear and simple instructions to follow for setup and overall it did go up fairly rapidly. Nice simple black / white colours, so isn’t invasive if you’re having it in your spare room / hole gym etc. nice adjustable seating height so caters for smaller to tall people. You can change the tension on the wheel to make it a light or hard ride (so if you fancied training hill riding you can put the force up). Comes complete with a speedo, mileage tracker, heart rate monitor, calorie burner calculator etc. sits solid on the ground and also has a comfortable seat. There is also a phone hold which can be used portrait and landscape which makes it good for watching videos / spinning type classes. It also has two little wheels on the front which makes it very easy to transport around.

A heavy solid bike, looks the part and works well, assembly was easy although the instructions are rather poor, also noticed where the handle bars slide into the frame and tightened they have a little play from side to side and thats a little annoying but it might just be on the one I have, the seat can be adjusted back/forward up/down and the seal can be tilted back and forward, the seating is comfortable when adjusted correctly and the riding position is good but could be improved if the handle bars where adjustable but they are fixed they just have up and down adjustment.

The display panel gives you all the information on your ride you would need and works well, distance, calories, speed etc, you can choose to display one or have it scroll through all of them, it has a holder for phone/tablet so you can use while riding, the pedals have straps if you need them, the resistance can be adjusted with the red adjust/emergency stop adjuster. A very capable solidly built exercise bike, very pleased with it.

    Solid built bike.

This bike comes in a box , pretty heavy to move around and unbox, you will need a strong person to do this. Assembly is pretty simple by following the instructions, eight screws and a bit of tightening up using the tools included, you do need to flip the bike at some point after installing the feet. I would say this is a two-person job to be safe.

The bike comes with a multi-function meter that can tell you info. like distance, time or speed etc. which is handy. There is a phone holder plastic piece that can be installed in the middle of the handle, it holds the phone securely which allows you to watch video without too much vibration.

Using the bike is simple. There is a turn-knob to control the resistance. The seat can be adjusted laterally as well as vertically. The handle can also be adjusted vertically. The seat can be tilted backward or forward, can be tightened using the wrench provided. My husband is 6-foot high and he just about straighten his legs on the max seat height, it does accommodate shorter people better.

On max resistance setting, it is like riding uphill, enough for anyone to build their leg muscles or hard cardio.

The bike does generate noise especially on high resistance setting, but not loud or annoying.

Overall, I think this is a very good and sturdy exercise bike. It is quite good-looking, not trying too hard to look what it is not, everything in the right place and easy to get a sweat on it. For 189, I think this is a good buy.

    Solid sturdy bike, fully adjustable

This is a great bike. It’s sturdy and yet not too heavy to move. The wheels on the front base bar makes it easy to mm love when tipped forward.

The negative was the instructions. Poor quality photos and instructions made it a frustrating task – I’ve added some comments and photos to the instructions which hopefully help with the stages I found confusing.

Once you know what to do – it is easy to assemble, it’s a shame the booklet does not make it clear.

This is the first spin bike I’ve used, previously I’ve bought electric exercise bikes and found them to be very heavy on the legs. The ease of adapting the resistance of this bike it’s far more beneficial to giving you a good cardio workout. I’ve been able to use the bike for longer periods as my legs have not suffered.

So far, so good – any problems and I’ll update my review but I’m hopeful of not experiencing any.

Great bike - not so good instructions!

Delivered in a large box .

The exercise bike weighs 35kg and needs to be assembled this is simply a case of putting everything together and tightening .

On the front there is a 22 lb fly wheel which has a brake cover . The upright handle bars can be height adjusted and it’s stable after you do , on the handle bars there is an electronic monitor which has a number of functions including Time Calories used Distance and Speed there’s also a holder for a mobile phone .

The seat is fully adjustable not only up and down , you can push it forward or backward for a comfortable riding experience . The metal pedals have cages to keep your feet/ trainers in the correct position .

The sadlle is nice and wide and thickly padded making riding the bike for any length of time a comfortable experience .

I really like the resistance knob which increases the resistance of the ride , it takes you from a flat ride to a steep incline which makes you work harder .

The bike comes with an emergency stop break located on the frame just below the handlebars .

As for size this isn’t the largest exercise bike on the market , it measures 107 long X 55cms wide , it’s quite compact yet as I have already mentioned weighs 35kg . Moving it around is simple though thanks to the transportation wheels at the bottom of the front of the bike , you just use the handlebars to tilt the bike upwards and the wheels take the strain .

This exercise bike is currently selling for 199.99 which is fantastic value for money , I’ve seen the same model advertised closer to 300 .

I’d definitely recommend this item not only is it easy to assemble and comfortable to ride it’s also simple to move .

The ONETWOFIT Indoor Spin Bike, is a great product for a home gym. The price is very reasonable, the design is solid and sturdy and the assembly process is easy to follow and doesn’t take long at all. The bike was built in about 15 minutes.

The bike frame has wheels at the front to make moving it simple and easy and the resistance on the bike is very easy to adjust from the central located red knob. The seat and handlebar height are also very easy to adjust using a spring loaded screw on the frame and it has a trip computer that uses pulse rate information and readings from the spin wheel to give you exercise summaries such as distance travelled, calories burned and speed.

Overall a great bike at a reasonable price.

Really great bike looks awesome, very sturdy build, nice solid frame, metal pedals which have a good strap to hold your feet when peddling. Good solid metal base under the adjustable seat( not a thin bit of metal) which is good as my husband is 18st and needed a solid base to sit on. This bike takes up to 330 lbs which is 23.5stone or 149.4kg. No wobbles on this at all when going full pelt, the 10kg fly wheel is super smooth and silent. The stop brake works well and the phone holders great because if like us you need motivation to exercise just find a video online and play it. There are great classes you can join or cycling through forests etc. The digital screen is a good size and tracks your time, speed, distance, calories burned and odometer, which will help you keep track of your progress and give you a goal to beat each day or week. Very happy husbands pleased, thanks

    Smashing looking bike
