    Nice camera, good WiFi
Excellent Technical support, both before purchase and after.

Unfortunately it has a couple of bugs in the firmware with reference to brightness and contrast. It is much darker than my other similar camera but is okay

Also at night it has a funny habit of changing to day vision and moving slightly to the right before returning to night vision and moving back to original position… as said I think a couple of bugs in the firmware

All in all a nice camera, my other camera is a little better but PoE which I could not have for this camera due to location..

    Would I recommend it ?
Yes I would as said support was super and it does the job.
Person following is a cool feature too … 🙂

I have owned and tested quite a few security cameras and this is by far the best. The picture is outstanding day and night. with a lot of detail, the pictures I uploaded are just screen shots from my phone so you can’t see all the detail . The shed you can see in the pictures is about 25 meters away and at that distance I can easily identify a person. The software is adequate but I use Tiny cam Pro which has a lot more features . If there is one problem its the switch over from day to night vision, it has about period of 15 minutes the lightning isn’t good. The alarm does sometimes get confused by washing hanging on the line.

    It's BIG

Great quality picture, mic picks up alot and very clear to have a conversation through. The intelligent tracking on this camera is also amazing and spooks people out. The camera is not laggy either whether running it on wifi or direct on ethernet. I have 3 of them now. I had a slight issue with one of them but the selller was amazing and it was swiftly resolved.

I highly recommend this for its features and intimidating looks. Another thing worth mentioning is that the camera has a very wide view so gets great coverage.

Buy now if you’re in the market for cctv.

    Well worth the money 💰

Good camera with good daylight/night vision. During movement at night video becomes blurred and it needs a couple of secs to focus again.
It provides 2 RTSP video feeds (hi and low res) so it can be integrated with video surveillance software. It can be controlled from it’s own web page too.
In configurations it supports H264 and H265 but compatibility with Synology Surveillance Station (SSS) is limited. It sees only H264. A couple of other settings are greyed out and PTZ does not work at all from SSS. It can be controlled manually from SSS though.

    Pros:
    Great daytime image.
Motion detection works well in daytime.
    PTZ works well
    Very easy to install.
    ONVIF compatible
    H264 OR H265 video encoding.
    Waterproof.
PTZ auto track does work well in daytime.

    Cons:
    Poor motion tracking at night
    Only 15fps at any resolution
    No spotlight
    Terrible WiFi.

TLDR; Not a bad camera for the price, but motion detection is hopeless in the dark.

    Review:
When you first lift the camera out of its unassuming white box you immediately feel its heft. Thankfully the wall mounting bracket is easily more than enough to keep it uptight.

The camera is powered by a standard mains adaptor, attaching to an external barrel plug, which sticks out about 20cm from the camera body. This can potentially cause installation issues as the external cables(3 of them) each have a large cover at the end. Drilling through external brick would require a large hole, at least an inch in diameter.

For me, wifi was simply not usable. An external antenna screws into the top of the camera, but connecting to an Asus router, no more than 12 meters away, was impossible – the signal was just too weak. Instead, using a standard ethernet cable with a power line network adaptor worked perfectly (no POE for this camera sadly). Bear this in mind if you intend to use WiFi, it’s possible a WiFi extender as close as possible to the camera may work.

Setup actually requires a wired network connection first, so don’t forget to do that before installation.

Usage is straightforward, with a Web interface. There is no documentation however, so a few option such as WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) might be a bit obscure for those not familiar with camera features so be aware.

The app is… Adequate. Certain features, such as Intelligent Tracking (auto track) can only be set in the app. Otherwise, most settings are easier to set in the Web app.

Of course, using any ONVIF software is better, although in testing, some were better than others. Blue Iris worked, but some camera features didn’t seem to work. YMMV.

Now, the main issues. Daytime tracking is pretty good. Night time however is not. Even with the IR lights shining brightly, edges of the camera range simply could not pick up movement at all. And in the central field of view, movement turned into a blurry mess.

There are video settings to change, such as key frame and bitrate, along with usual video settings like exposure contrast and brightness, however nothing I tried gave a clear enough moving image that allowed human recognition to work effectively at night.

Also, when the camera is moving via PTZ, I was unable to find a way to suspend motion scanning -so the actual panning triggered the motion detection which makes tour modes useless

Recorded images are fine however. When alerts are sent to phone or email, you see a clear image of why caused the trigger.

Motion zones in the app is rectangular only.

Overall its fine for surveillance and daytime motion tracking, but not nighttime. If motion detection and auto tracking was better optimised, this would be an effective deterrent, but as it is highly irregular when it does track…. Not so much.

Very happy with this camera the picture is very good in night and day, being able to move the camera at the push of a button is a big bonus as is the zoom, It has not lost the wifi signal like the other make I bought and sent back for a refund because it would not stay connected to the wifi. Camera seems well built over all if it keeps up this standard over time I would be happy to buy another one to expand the area covered

    Very Happy

I waited to leave a review for this camera, until I’d lived with it for a while. So i can leave honest feedback.
In short. I’m really happy with it.
Camera is ready sturdy. Camera is the only thing that is plastic (black) the rest is really solid metal.
Set up wasnt too difficult, once I’d realised its best to use the “CamHiPro” app (I use on both android and IOS)

    My Favourite features:
    * “Humanoid Tracking” – This will identity people walking into frame and follow them. Doesnt seem to zoom in. But tracks well and returns to start when out of frame
    * Speaker – Speak is load (very load). you can either speak through it or set up an alarm when people come into frame. You can even upload a person sound to play
    * Recording – a 32gb sd card gives me 24/7 recording, with enough for 7 days rolling save data
    * Night vision – good. much better than my previous camera. this one seems to have good IR leds
    * Zoom – zooms is pretty close.

    Negative points:
    Dont reallly have any.
But I guess its a bit bigger than I was expecting. Which maybe a good thing, because people can definitely see that I have a camera installed

I’ve tested other similar cameras but none come close to the quality of these especially in this price range. Easy set up, simple App with plenty of options. Nice quality feel to the camera, very clear recordings and very good night vision. I waited a few weeks before writing my review and these cameras have been faultless x4. Highly recommend

I use it to watch the birds and Hedgehogs in my garden not for surveillance although it will do that also.
I can manipulate it and set view points on my feeders or the Hedgehog feeder at the touch of a couple of buttons on my smart phone.
All round extremely pleased with it.

This is a substantially sized IP security camera which looks imposing enough to be a deterrent and is tough enough to withstand some knocks and bumps thanks to its metal construction.

It has all the usual features on the App such as pan and tilt control, IR LED ON/OFF, motion detector alert etc.
The camera itself is well specified too, fully IP67 waterproof housing with a 5X optical zoom, 8 LED lights for decent night time images, and twin aerials to help give a reliable internet connection.

In practice I found it easy to set up and use, although I thought the instructions on mini CD format a little inconvenient compared to a simple paper guide.

If a robust, imposing looking IP security camera is the requirement, this one will serve the purpose. It’s not the cheapest on the market but it may outlive some of the more budget home cameras widely available.

I got this as a warning, to keep trespassers out from anywhere near the back of my property, and i’ll come straight…even if it wasn’t turned on, it think this would be a great dissuasive camera.

This is a very imposing camera that sits proudly out the back or front of your property showing that you do and will keep track of anyone coming near… it’s like a massive sign saying get out! apart from the obvious extreme look to it, it’s also actually a really decent camera. Images and video from it are really clear and as long as it’s kept not pointing directly at a light source, the night vision is also really good. If you do have problems with light sources then you may want to add in an extra IR light to compensate, this will then stop any issues you may have.

setting up is easy enough with a simple power supplied straight to the camera (i went into the back of my shed and fed power that way) then as long as you have a decent enough Wi-Fi signal you’re all good.
