I’m really pleased with this screen , the picture is sharp and very clear. How long will it last? Time will tell, happy so far.

It’s low cost, lightweight and does the job great. Has built-in speakers. I don’t know what the other guy was complaining about, it IS absolutely 1080p (1920×1080). I can only assume he was sent the wrong item or wasn’t using it right.

The stand is a bit flimsy but it has VESA mounts on the back so I could buy a new stand at some point.

Worked out of the box without issue.
Great stand gives good adjustments although max height only about 4/5 inches from the desktop surface.
Assembling the stand is fiddly, you have to align two screws that are deep inside the stand enclosure.
    Plan on buying another one.

I bought this as a second screen for editing with ProTools but the quality is good enough to read scripts from. Wish I’d bought one earlier.

Needed a second screen for working from home, very limited space though so a normal size screen would be too big. This one is great, small but good resolution and works perfectly with both a Mac and Windows. Easy to use and easy to setup, basically plug it in!

This is a very simple monitor. Not really much good as a pc monitor but fine for remote server set up on site.

Using this monitor as a service tool. Ok so far with the following observations:
    1. As others have said, the HDMI cable supplied with the screen will not go into the socket because the plug it too fat. In fact, any normal HDMI will be too fat! Search for ‘slim HDMI’ and carefully look at the pictures then you should be able to order one that will actually fit. You WILL have to do this before you can use the monitor so order the cable at the same time. HOPEFULLY the item supplier is reading these comments and will correct their error.
    2. The main cable on the power supply is not exactly generous (1 metre) That might work for you but in my application I need longer so have extended it.
    3. Working the menus will drive you batty to start with. I’ve written my own version for the monitor mounted ones and now I’m at peace with the world.
    4. Similarly, the remote buttons are a matter of guesswork for a while. Hint: the small rectangular ‘enter’ key is your friend (and not the dot in the middle of the arrow keys as on any normal remote)
    5. Use a JIS screwdriver to assemble the stand. If you don’t know what JIS is, use a small blob of blu-tack to hold the screw on a Phillips screwdriver.

Having said all that, the monitor works ok and at this price point I suspect you’d be in the same boat whichever one you buy.

Bought this to help when building new systems – stable mount and takes up practically no space.

The stand is easy to assemble if you have a magnetized cross head screwdriver. You have to be a bit forceful to adjust the angle of the stand, but it works well. Very pleased with the picture quality. Did not have to set it up as it worked as soon as I plugged it in.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBought as a second monitor which could also act as a test monitor as well… PERFECT !!

My experience of this Monitor is that it was delivered as quickly as stated… Thank you to your Amazon guys for that… !!!
Once unwrapped, I immediately noticed ‘ LED ‘ was written all over the box instead of ‘ LCD ‘ as advertised, (LCD=Liquid Crystal Display and LED=Light Emitting Diode… there is a BIG difference) also, the Manual stated this was a ‘ 12 inch ‘ Monitor and recommended the resolution to be set at ‘ 1920×1080 ‘ . The Amazon page started this was an ‘ 11.6 inch 1366×768 ‘ Monitor giving the impression that this was its Max Resolution. I also measured the Monitor with a ruler and it was indeed 12 inch. The Amazon page also showed the Monitor having a ’12volt 2pin’ power adapter which is why I purchased a separate 12volt 3pin power adapter for UK use, however, inside the box was a 3pin power adapter and not a ‘ 2pin ‘ power adapter as advertised… (so now I have a spare adapter which probably will be useful somewhere..!?!?!?

It is important to advertise correctly in order for the Amazon Customer to make an informed choice….

Thinking that the Monitor was ‘ LCD ‘ was one of the things that drew my attention to this product in the first place.

The stand was fairly easy to work out, put together and mount, however, the screws were a little tricky to fix in place. I do like the tilt and swivel action.

The connectivity is very good and all connections fit well (including HDMI).

One point I should mention though, once the Monitor is on, the MENU does not give thinking time before timing out and there is no option for adjustment. A little frustrating…
The remote control is really helpful with the MENU settings however.

If you are expecting to get this and run high quality games on it then you will be disappointed and probably leave a poor review. Its not built for that.

I use this as a 2nd screen which shows the cctv images from my dvr so when I am working from home in my shed at the bottom of the garden I am able to see if someone is at the door like delivery driver etc.

This TV was more than I expected. The colour & contrast when playing on my switch is clear. It comes with a remote control. The IR part was tricky to find in the bottom right corner. Outputs at the back of the TV for HDMI, USB, Audio Jacks etc. it has DC input which is provided along with a HDMI cable. All what you’d expect on a modern TV. Ot was packaged well and is so light. I bought a portable TV that was over double price that I paid for this and the quality was nowhere near what this TV has. I’m so surprised but in a good way. I’d definitely recommend buying this if you are looking for a portable monitor for your switch, it’s worth every single penny. I have mine on a swivel stand at the side of my bed. Don’t be put off by cheaper portable’s you’ll be surprised like I was with this TV. The reviews were all spot on too.

Exactly what I was looking for to add to the displays I have for my iMac. Great packaging, (very Apple). Good quality picture for the size. Built in stand also serves as a wall mount. Very happy with my purchase.

Does what we wanted (showing home CCTV) picture quality is ok, but I suppose you get what you pay for!
Stand is flimsy but it does come with a remote.
Not sure I would buy again, I would be tempted to spend a little more for a better screen and build quality.

The screen is adequate for its cost and size. The red/yellow colors are a little off compared to my main pc monitor.

But there is nothing wrong with the monitor that could be claimed as a fault.

I needed to use one of my angled hdmi adapters so the lead could fit and it could sit on my desk with no issues.

This display is great for portability as the power adapter is small and you can pack it into a bag. You can also fit this screen in a bag too. However, this is particularly great for a raspberry pi and it works great with it. It has a good refresh rate and also a decent resolution for the size of the screen. It also comes with an IR remote which you can use to control it and access the settings more easily. There are also some buttons on the back of the screen which allow you to interface with the settings of the monitor. It has good support for different inputs and they all work well.

Overall, if you’re looking for a screen to allow you to view CCTV more easily, or you are wanting to use something like a raspberry pi with it, I’d reccomend this! It works as intended and as it should.

Used as a basic TV for a small space. Works nicely, connected up to laptop and gadgets ok. Wasn’t sure what to expect but was pretty happy with it. Would work well for a caravan perhaps or holiday rentals

    First thoughts:
Well this actually turned out much better than I’d expected as I was looking for a field monitor for using with my DSLR cameras for Vlogging and photography. The idea was to be able to see what I was capturing on a larger screen than the one on the cameras.
What I actually got was this miniature TV!
It has all the ports I would expect to find on a slightly older PC monitor in a very small design.
My only gripe with this was that the desk stand connects to the monitor by a non-standard and quite odd metal fixing which then slides into a track on the back of the monitor. It was fiddly to put together but this could have been a much more simplified design that could work with more equipment e.g. a tripod. I did end up modifying this by using pliers to unscrew that little metal plate that is glued into the adjustable mount head, and it is what I thought it was, a screw thread. This means I now have a way of connecting that little fixing plate onto a ball mount and in turn onto a tripod which is fantastic.

Detail and things to note (See pictures):
Mini HD monitor with built-in speakers (didn’t realise it had sound until I fired up the camera and got instant high-pitched feedback that prompted me to start yanking out cables in a panic).
A range of input/output ports including HDMI in. 3.5mm audio in and out, component LR & V, VGA and USB input.
Remote control that requires 2x AAA batteries (not included).
1x HDMI and 1x VGA cable.
Desk mount (foot), adhesive foam pad for the foot, adjustable angle head that connects to the back of the monitor.
Monitor has a VESA of 75×75 so it is possible to mount it on my monitor rig but I wouldn’t waste a spot and instead I’d use a tablet holder/mount instead as it’s so small.
Claims to have 178 degree viewing angles but I found this lacking. Clarity was good straight on and for a reasonable amount from above, but was poor from the sides and below centre.

    Final thoughts:
This is incredibly useful for me but I did have to tinker with the accessories to get it to mount on a tripod. I think this could have been easily solved with a design that is actually simpler than the one used and would be more universally versatile.
The monitor has buttons on the back so you can still access the menus without the remote but it does take a little practice to get familiar with how to navigate with the available buttons.
I’d recommend this if you have need for a camera/video/security camera monitor as it works incredibly well in my opinion, but as it’s about the size of a small picture frame you’d have to weigh up its value for other uses (I tried the Xbox and PS4 on it and it works well but I wouldn’t want to use a screen this small for long with games consoles).

Everything I expected in a monitor/TV, it was just much smaller. Lots of ports and speakers too.

As I was working from home more and more I was missing using 2 screens for work as I was just using lap top screen at home so I decided to purchase this little to help me working to normality.

Monitor packaged securely and arrived in prefect condition.

When opening monitor I was surprised how small 11.6 inches is and was concerned if it would be to small for regular use.

I needed small monitor as space at home is limited. When I used this monitor after simply set up (all possible connections you would ever require from a monitor) I was delighted how well it work alongside my lap top screen.

Excellent picture and volume, best compliment I can give this monitor is when I am working I don’t even realize how small it is.

Great value for money for less than 100 for this quality monitor.

Overall, a little gem with all the Quality of larger monitors.

    I would recommend this product.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersIt has connections for HDMI, VGA, AVI and BNC plus it can play audio/video/images from a USB stick (although the only video format I’ve found that works with audio is MP4)

I bought it to attach to a Raspberry PI and to take on the odd site visit where the server is headless but tested it as a third monitor on my desktop.

It works really well and is ideal for displaying Evernote when I’m working. I have a very small desk in a very cluttered box room so I’m making the most of my space!

Display quality and colour is good.

It can also display at 1920 X 1080 despite the recommended resolution being lower but my eyes aren’t good enough for that!

    Excellent cheap little monito

Image on the box was not what was inside. The box shows a portable foldaway monitor but inside as advertised is a stand monitor.

Built quality is questionable – the stand comes in 3 parts and cheaply made may I add. The actual unit itself seems a little light too.

At the back and underneath there is good choice of different connectivity options from old like AV plugs to HDMI. There are built in speakers but you would really have to be in a pinch to use them. I played some video from my PC and the colour is actually ok as is the picture quality. Although the resolution isn’t 4k the smaller size screen does hide that. Viewing angles are some what narrow and unless you sit directly in front of it you will get ghosting and contrast issues.

It’s not for media consumption but it can if you REALLY need to on a little screen but for CCTV it is perfect. I’m not sure how to rate this to be honest. Used for the right purpose then it’s great. Think you use it for a second monitor for your PC setup then look elsewhere.

    Looks Cheap but not bad
