During these past months this jas been a great purchase, we were struggling but after careful investigation on different fans, this looked like the best snd it definitely it is.
The quality is top quality, the speed and strength of the fan blades, I must say, is one of the best ones that I’ve seen.
Purchased 2, keeping the 2 as excellent.
Showing picture with my hand to show proportions

Definitely recommend the seller and fan model.

This fan is excellent, I use it in my living room and having the remote control is great. It also has a quiet mode so when I fall asleep the noise of the fan is very quiet. I would if need to definitely buy again highly recommend well worth the money.

This fan works well. It has a good strong output and when you change settings it is noticeable. I found when first looking at the assembly it was a bit daunting but in fact mostly it is straightforward. My only gripe in this Dept. Was fitting the guard onto the front of the fan. You have to line the guard up with the outside of the fan , slotting it into a grooved section which you previously fit over the head of the fan. This is very fiddly to get right but if you make sure the guard clicks into the circular groove around the head it does fit ok. After you have clicked it in to the ring around the back you then tighten a screw which holds the guard to the face of the fan. Remote control is excellent and so nice to have. You have to supply 2 AAA batteries for the remote.

This fan is fantastic. I did a bit of looking around and settled on this one as it primarily had good reviews.
It comes very well boxed, is really easy to put together, and the whole thing is sturdy and well made.

In operation, its fantastic (no pun intended). A fan will never be silent, but this is pretty quiet at normal speeds, and really not too bad at full speed.
Even at low speed this thing moves a lot of air, and the remote is a brilliant plus, with all the features easily accessible.

My one criticism is that it would be awesome if the remote was backlit, as at night in bed you have to have memorised which button is where if you don’t want to put the light on. Only a minor irritation.

If you are looking for a pedestal fan, buy this. I liked it so much, I bought a second one for the living room!

Quality control isn’t good with this fan, I bought 2 and one was perfect and does everything it claimed to do, I hope it lasts as it’s a really good fan, I am very pleased with it- it certainly shifts a lot of air

But the second one the fan wobbles and vibrates causing more noise, this one had to be returned

When price is dropped again I will probably re-buy and cross my fingers it’s a good one

Bit of a shame really considering it’s not cheap at full price

In one sentence; it is a good fan. As well it should be because (at least for me) nearly 80 for a fan is a lot of money but you get your money’s worth.

The base is sturdy, the fan is solid and well built. Not wobbly or flimsy parts, really solidly put together.

The remote is actually really nice. It works from the other side of the room and from various angles. I never had a fan with a remote so I thought whatever, it’s a nice perk but I don’t really need it. Now I absolutely love having remote. The good thing is that it has all the controls on the fan so if you lose your remote no problem. You can still fully control the fan from control panel on the fan itself.

It has good settings but I don’t play around with those too much. Usually just put it on rotate and the highest setting. It works fine, cools the room reasonably well. I wouldn’t say it does wonders but it doesn’t do any worse than any other fan. At the end of the day no matter what brand you buy it’s just circulating air with rotating blades, there’s no magic to this “tech”, and this fan does it absolutely fine.

Regarding noise that’s maybe the only drawback. I don’t think its excessively loud but it is definitely not whisper quiet either, I would say it’s just as loud as any other fan. I actually like that it can be a bit loud on the highest setting as it drowns out music my downstairs neighbors are sometimes playing.

Overall, it’s expensive but good quality fan. I’m happy with my purchase.

    Not your store brand fa

I was a bit confused before purchasing it in terms of buying a fan or an air cooler?
But keeping the fluctuating weather of UK in mind I went ahead with this Fan and I have been using it for a month now, I must say i made the right choice.
It works perfect, easy to assemble, too easy to handle (remote control is a blessing), not sure how but it totally gives the feeling of an air cooler. It cools my bedroom pretty nicely.
    So far no negatives!!

I’m bed ridden and have to sit with a heat mat, which is torture when the weather get hotter. This fan is amazing!!! I have had it on the breeze feature the majority of the time and that’s been more than enough. It’s nice a quiet on this feature too. Having the remote makes life easier for me too and works well. There is a slight design floor as the fan covers the display so you can’t really see it. But this doesn’t overly bother me. The top setting is extremely powerful, will be perfect for the hotter weather. The round base makes it nice and sturdy. Doesn’t rattle on the floor like the ones with the legs. It’s just perfect. Would definitely recommend. Worth every penny.

Fantastic ,top quality pedestal fan. Slight glitch with the remote control as it stopped working after 10 months. Contacted the company on here, absolutely no hesitation in sending out a new remote. Less than 72 hours it was delivered, no charge. As I said, a company is only as good as it’s customer service, this company ? Exceptional! Thankyou

Bought this fan to help drift off to sleep in the recent heat. Love the timer function as I don’t like the idea of having the fan on all night. Also don’t like the idea of having to get out of bed to turn it off. Hence why I like the remote control. I’ve had it less than a month and all is well. Can’t speak to its longevity as yet but I do like this fan. I give 4 stars because of the price. I honestly don’t know enough about fans to know about costs but I do think that it was a bit high. I do, however, like everything about the fan so would recommend.

Mostly easy to assemble, if you read the instructions, particularly the left handed thread used on one item. Only fiddle was the clamp holding the blade guards together. The base is heavy enough to make sure it is very steady. Only concern is the fitting of the top part to the pedestal. If a child did manage to knock it over there would be a big strain on the plastic collar – doesn’t apply to us. The weight means you don’t want to cart it up and down stairs regularly. Overall very satisfactory.

This is the second Pro Breeze fan that I’ve purchased. The first, was called a Challenge fan, I purchased 7 years ago and is still in perfect working order to this day! It’s the exact same fan as the Pro Breeze fan, the remote controls even work on both fans.

So I wanted a floor standing fan for the bedroom, and I knew the fan had to be the same fan as the Challenge fan. This Pro Breeze fan is identical in every aspect to the Challenge fan.

The fan has 3 good speed levels, and a quite fan speed mode for when you want to sleep. Even on speed 1 setting, I can fall asleep without interference from the fan noise. But quite mode just makes it a little more, well quite.

The remote control is a must for me. As I have a back disability so getting up and down off the sofa to change speeds etc is a problem. The remote works perfectly, with the choice to change the speed setting, oscillate the fan, turn the fan on and off, turn on quite mode and a button to mimic real wind speeds, so the fan goes from speed settings 2-1-3-1-3-2 etc.

These fans are built very well, good quality parts and the last a long time! Plastic fan blades are more quiet than metal blades, so this is good to have plastic blades. Of course you are going to hear some sound when the fan blades are cutting through the air but that’s normal for every single fan. Its certainly not a noisy fan!

I’m sure this fan will last as long as my 7 year old fan that is still working perfectly. Its well worth the higher price than a cheap fan that will stop working after 2 years! So you’ll have to buy another!

Quick and easy to put together with just a screw driver needed.
The base has a good amount of weight, so it won’t be going over without a good amount of force (To heavy for a young child or dog to knock over).
The fan has good speed and kicks out a decent amount puff.
The power saving mode stops the motor every 10 seconds or so and let’s the fan blades “free wheel” for a few seconds before re-engaging and topping up the blade speed. Does it work and save money? Or just put extra wear and tear on the motor? Who knows? It makes me feel like I’m saving a little money if nothing else.
The quiet mode isn’t that quiet. During in the day it’s decent enough but at night time the constant hun is noticeable but not that bad. Your wife’s snoring will drown it out anyway.

All in all a great fan, my only real gripe is that for the price they could have thrown in a set of batteries for the remote control.

    Highly recommended.

This fan is well worth its price. It looks sleek and produces a powerful, cooling flow of air on the hottest of days. The remote control is more useful than you first realise as there are many options to getting the best flow of air to suit you and the temperature indoors. I’m 67 and not good with instructions but managed to put the fan together in about 20 mins all by myself, so it must be quite straightforward and idiot proof for assembly. The noise level is a little higher than my desk fan, but given the larger size and powerful output, I feel this fan is reasonably quiet. I can hear the TV above it and it’s much quieter than my previous pedestal fan which sounded like an aircraft taking off on the highest setting. I’m very happy with this fan and so glad I purchased it.

Good, solid pedestal fan. Can be turned down nice and quietly, or ramped up for a good volume of air. Only giving 4 stars as there is no option to turn off the lights completely. Yes there’s a night mode, but if the lights could be switched off, this would get the 5 stars it deserves.

This fan is really simple to put together, and the remote is very good (timer function is great) although you have to point it quite accurately at the fan to work. I purchased this fan to replace a similar fan I had bought in 2003 which had finally fully broken and stopped working. The lowest setting on the new fan is much higher than the highest setting on my old fan. I was very pleased with the easy to follow instructions and there being written instructions as opposed to just vague pictures. The fan was set up within 20 minutes which is really good for me as usually it takes me ages to put things together. The remote works well and the fan is the best. I use it at home for working from home. I enjoy all the features of the fan, the settings and the timer. I would recommend this fan to anyone looking for a quality fan. My last fan only cost 20 so I was a little apprehensive at buying this one, but I would happily pay this price for a fan of this quality. The fan has been on non stop since I bought it even whilst I sleep. It’s so refreshing and easy to use.

During the recent heat wave, I decided it was time to buy a new fan. Having read various reviews on several websites I decided to go for the Pro-Breeze 16″ Pedestal fan. In fact I purchased two and I am so glad I did. They arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. My daughter and I put both fans together in less than 10 minutes. The remote makes them easy to operate, especially if you use them in the bedroom as you can adjust the settings easily without having to get out of bed! Checking my smart meter, they also are incredibly economical to run. We had ours on all night during the hot weather and the smart meter stayed green. We also slept well as the nighttime mode ensures it is virtually silent. I am so impressed I bought two more for my daughters and they are equally delighted with them. I’d never heard of Pro Breeze until I started hunting for a fan but I am so pleased I found them. They really are top notch, well made and extremely well priced! Can’t recommend them highly enough but they definitely score 10 out of 5 with our family!

Has the fan about a week or so… been great BUT , the time function seems to have given up… put it this way…. I laid down at 12 midnight setting it to 2 hours.. I woke up at half 4 and it’s still going…. uummm…

Didn’t take too long to put together.. and I didn’t look at the instructions once ! Simple enough, common sense. Only thing on assembly I would say is that the trim that holds the front fan cover / grille on, could do with a stiffer design, it’s that wobbly it made it a real pain to align the grooves and fit together… hence the reason for a 1 star reduction.
Only other thing to be aware of… MUTE FUNCTION, I asked myself how can a fan have a mute function???
And I was proven right, it can’t. Unless there was some wonder intelligence somewhere that I wasn’t aware of then there wouldn’t be.
Basically, using the MUTE FUNCTION just runs the fan in a slower, therefore , quieter mode. It’s A marketing gimmick used by all the companies that state the fan has a mute function…. so now you know.
Quite a pricey fan, I did weigh up several and this wasn’t the cheapest but I considered it was aesthetically pleasing , which is important to me and most folk.. And I liked the idea of a round base , rather than the usual 4 pronged feet affair. This takes up less room on the floor and means you can position it better in say a corner or against furniture.
It makes the fan overall quite heavy but it’s better than too light.
The remote works well, not at all glitchy, very responsive.
All in all I like it and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another or recommend it to others.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis fan was bought in anticipation of this summer, for use in our bedroom, as a sleep aid. After putting up with cheaper, noisier, inferior products, it is *very* quiet by comparison to our old one (appreciate this is a subjective statement); definitely the quietest I’ve experienced.

When pointed at the centre of our bed (approx. 5m away from our heads), even on the lowest (night time) setting, it blows a cooling corridor of air across the room, which both of us can feel and benefit from. We are now sleeping much more comfortably and soundly in the warmer temperatures thanks to this fan. The remote also means that we don’t have to get up to make any changes.

The only negative is that there is no way to mute the beep the unit makes each time any button is pressed (hence the star deducted on the remote rating).

    Overall, it’s an excellent product.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe build quality is what you would expect at this price point. It is very simple to assemble and performs well. It has an LED display which is helpful but could be a bit brighter so that you don’t have to squat down and get close to read it. There is a remote control, but unfortunately no batteries are supplied so a visit to the store is necessary before you can use this functionality. I’ve given it 3 stars because at the moment the remote is untested. The 80 degree sweep is adequate, but I would have preferred a bit more and maybe variable 0-180 degrees.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersThis fan is amazing!!!! First things first let’s quickly talk to minor issue regarding on the sound.

So my room upstairs is very… echoey where anything little vibrate can hear it from downstairs. I had this fan on normal spinning mode and it was LOUD, especially when you increase the speed, but hear me out, the night mode or the moon icon setting is decent, it does make s small vibrate sound but it slows down after certain amount time, and the mute fan noise, not sure why that’s there but it does also make a big vibrate sound. When I’m testing this; the fan is on the cardboard box, so it’s pretty crazy how you can hear this downstairs. This is not the fan noise, this is the sound from the base, which makes a strange vibrate.

Okay now for the good parts!
This fan… saved my life rooms life. The heat wave we had was incredible and of course record breaking, but this fan even in nature setting, put that on for a spin and my room is nice and cool! I usually face the fan dialogue up and spin side to side, and just amazing!

My usual setting is nature, and moon symbol. Nature is for when it’s hot, just have that on for a bit, and then the moon symbol I had on closer to me and it helped me sleep a lot, I set the timer for 2-3 hours and it powers it self off.

This is pretty darn amazing fan to be honest with you…. just to confirm that the fans itself doesn’t make the noise, it’s the bottom base, for those that purchased it, compare the sound of fans, and feel the bottom before making comments like it sounds like an aeroplane cause the fans really isn’t that noisy, perhaps windy

Would recommend this ? Of course! It’s just amazing and again, saved my rooms life

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a high quality product. Robust base. Large 5 blade fan. Powerful. On high speed, it is more than adequate to keep everyone cool, even outdoors, sitting around a garden table on a very hot day. Good cage-securing design. Attractive appearance. I like v much the varying-speed mode and the sleep mode.
Negative points: (1) slow speed is not slow enough. (2) the handset controls are labelled with icons only, and the controls are a little complex; one needs to find the manual to discover what the icons mean, and by the following summer, the manual will probably be lost. Please use WORDS! Or at least add some minimal text labels as well as icons. Most people on the planet read English. (3) the indicator display is obscured by the fan cage (a v silly design flaw), and it, too, shows only the wretched icons. Please display ‘fast’, ‘slow’, ‘sleep’ etc in WORDS! (4) the display is too feint. It should be much brighter, and set to go dark 30 seconds after ‘sleep’ mode is selected. I hope the manufacturer will fix these, but even if not, I still recommend this fan.

I like this fan because it is of very good sturdy quality, it was easy to assemble and easy to operate. I especially liked it because it has five blades ,taller than usual pedestal fans a round base and a remote control. I gave it 4 stars because I was not happy that the cable is short and the digital display is not very clear so the light in the digital display is very faint . There is no light or display on the remote control so when selecting a fan speed you cannot see on the remote control or on the main digital display which speed it is on. You also cannot see the timer sent due to lack os visual light on the digital display or on the remote control.. I think this is not good. The short cable also makes it difficult to move to an optimum position unless using an extension lead. I also found that having five blades does not make much difference from my old pedastal fan that has three blades.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersFan looks good with translucent blades, Good performance/ air flow and reasonable noise levels. It’s a sturdy fan with a well weighted base. Remote control is a nice feature with all functions accessible.

However the control housing on the Fan body is not assembled well. As you can see in the pictures the front panel housing the main buttons isn’t seated correctly to the body allowing a small gap. At first I thought it may be just a loose plastic clip that could be clicked into place but there is too much resistance and flex and I’m unable to close the gap. The Fan was well packaged and the box undamaged so how it passed quality control is questionable. A small issue that makes it lose 1 star.

    Great Performance, Questionable Build Quality

The Pro Breeze oozes quality and this is evident in the fittings and materials used. Golden Review Award: 95 From Our UsersI like the overall look of the fan and looks good quality. The pole is actually metal which is good and the base is quite heavy so not easy to fall over. But most important and all you want to know is about power and noise. I’ve done a video that hope it helps but overall the power is very good and the air feels really cold. And a bit quieter than most fans I’ve used so far. The quiet mode is really quiet and doesn’t disturb my sleep at all. I just need the hot weather again please. 🙂

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersIt’s too early to say how long it will last, but the fan went together very easily usually a good sign it’s come out of quality mouldings for the plastic components. the remote works well and I like the different modes it has to offer.

It moves a decent amount of air at full speed quite a bit more than a 20 standing fan and gets very quiet at the lowest speed. however if you don’t need the slightly quieter operation and movement of air a 20 standing fan would do just fine.

overall it’s a solid fan and i’m happy with the purchase, i’l update my review at a later date as even in the winter I sleep with a fan on so I probably will experience any shortcomings before most people.
