Great product. Easy to use and clear to read. Would have given 5 stars however only had it 2 days. I did get a few very random readings at first. so put own batteries in and not the ones provided and all seems great. Delivery was on time, and quick arrived next day. Very happy with purchase.

Seems to be easy to use. Suddenly realised, after purchasing, that I wear gel nails and tried to ask if this would still work. There was nothing on the descriptive information either way. I didn’t get a reply but, having received the product, I can confirm that it appears to work with the gel nails
Good but slow
I had totally forgotten I have a SpO2 meter on my watch! This was recommended and I thought it a good first aid/post covid purchase and it is good but slow to give a reading. It starts low and works it’s way up, not score panicking you you O2 is very low!
My watch gives me a reading right away but this takes a while. With that said, it’s a good item.

I’m super fit, who knew? 99% and 70ish bpm. Won’t save me getting run over by a bus, but it’s nice to know. Probably a good indicator of general health, like lung function and heart, though I’m no doctor, so what do I know? Looks like the ones they use in hospital. I hope it’s accurate, seems to be. This and a thermometer should be in every home, along with All Bran….

This is very accurate. My daughters oxygen levels fell to 85 and we went to the hospital where she was diagnosed with pneumonia!! I reckon this wee gadget saved her life. I am very pleased with it. She is fine now and the gadget helped with an early diagnosis!! Phew!!

God send through Covid
I ordered this on day five of receiving a positive Covid result. I woke up feeling horrendous, struggling with my breathing, lightheadedness, and generally feeling very unwell. I suffer with anxiety, and was really struggling to understand what was anxiety, and what was a result of Covid. My monitor arrived 12 hours after ordering it, and quickly put my mind at rest. Breathlessness from Covid is horrible, but this piece of kit was exactly what I needed to enable me to put my mind at rest. Had the monitor have confirmed my oxygen was low, I could have then contacted the relevant care service. Either way, worth every penny for piece of mind.

Tested against another oximeter I have. Both showed comparable results. Tested pulse rate against my blood pressure machine. Within acceptable limits. Overhaul seems to have good accuracy.

His oxygen level was so low that my mum knew to call the ambulance, my dad said he’s fine, but wasnt thinking straight due to the lack of oxygen in his blood. Chances are he may have gone into a coma and never come out of it!
He was sent home from the hospital too soon, as they are overcrowded, and quickly went down to to 81%, meaning my mum again knew to call the ambulance
In my opinion, at this point in time, every household should have one of these simple devices!

The other day, I woke up and I was sure I was Dead. But I immediately reached for this, stuck it on my finger, and guess what.? I was still alive !! Brilliant !! But seriously, If like me, you are at that age, but want to do a bit more to keep fit, then yes, this is a good tool in that process!!
Really useful
Really useful for anyone just to check their heart beat and oxygen levels. Not useful for peoples who has heart failure condition. Anyone who has heart failure I will recommend to get a BP machine.
It works well
On any device of this type monitoring the pulse is relatively easy and accurate however this also seems to produce fairly accurate results for oxygen saturation.. Very easy to use and read.
Use it to check if you are overdoing things. During heatwave pulse went up very alarmingly. and I took things very slowly.

Bought for early diagnosis of dropping oxygen levels.
On the major plus side – it works with my LONG finger nails. I couldn’t get my main finger nails over the little pad at the back, but could on my smaller finger. The finger needs to be over the red light and could only get my little fingernail over the cushion to allow the finger over the red light. So very happy with that!
Bargain, just buy it.
Oh! And having long nails, it was a challenge to thread the strap – but I just used a needle threader to do that.

Much better quality than expected
I’ve tried two other oxymeters which had fancy display worked only for a couple of days. The quality was bad. This one seems to be sturdy and provides accurate results. So far happy with the product.

Very impressed with purchase as arrived next day with Prime. Very nice aesthetically with a gloss black exterior and nice led display. Worked well as soon as batteries in. Nice little lanyard if needed. This was bought to replace another one I bought recently which stopped working after only a week, so was glad to be able to extend the warranty for 2 years on this one by registering my Amazon order number on their website VIP page. I had an old Sp02 reader which struggled to pick up heart rate and often gave me Sp02 reading of 60-70, though I didn’t feel out of breath. It also had so many display views it was a nuisance to set up. This one has a beautifully clear display and to be honest I didn’t even look at the instructions. Just put in the batteries, stick it on your finger and press the on button. Bingo! Now my readings are normal and I’m using it to track fitness after exercise.
It's a lifesave
I found that my wife’s Blood Oxygen levels were very low with Covid-19. We were able to get her to the hospital in a timely manner. I am convinced this helped her recovery, and quite possibly saved her from going onto a ventilator.

I can’t say this is totally accurate but seems very good, I usually wait for the 2nd or 3rd reading (see the side bar moving) for a median. My wife and I both use it regularly, preserving the battery is good with the auto power off, as this is quite quick. Overall a very handy piece of equipment to have and identify potential issues.

I bought this one after buying a different make that was wildly inaccurate, this however is fine & the readings are as they should be & I would recommend one to anyone requiring an Oximeter.
Really simple to use. Pamphlet inside says it’s not to be used as substitute for qualified healthcare attention.
However, I have no reason to say there is anything wrong with the thing as it indicates a reassuring typical blood oxygen level in my arteries in these COVID ridden times where low oxygen levels are a symptom of the illness. (or so I’ve read) I typically get readings of 98% so consider myself “in the pink” as they say.
For those who like to measure their vitals after keep fit routines it’s another useful item to add to their step counters etc.
Checking my oxygen level
Being as I have breathing problems it is important to check my oxygen levels
I bought this because I thought it might be useful if we caught a cold, or worse Covid, but was surprised it showed my wife as 98/99 percent, where as I was only 90%. It was pretty consistently low for me, a maximum of around 94%. Should be over 95% if normal.
I used google, and it said it could be I was lacking in iron, so I bought some iron supplement, and a few days later, it shot up to 97/98%. Check it every few day now, so a very useful buy for me.

This is much quicker andeaiserto read than the Oximeter that it replaces. As to accuracy, I have compared it with a friends unit of a different make and its within 1% every time so I would think it’s reasonably accurate. I’m very happy with this unit.
Definitely does the job
I purchased this as part of ongoing monitoring for a respiratory disease I have, & this does the trick really well. Super easy to use & yeh, it does take a little while to come up with the results but I find it works quicker if you have warm hands. I have also taken it my doctor to make sure it is accurate & it absolutely is! It’s a good price for what it is, & if you have a need to monitor your blood ox & heart rate at the same time, then this will definitely suit you.

Absolutely shocking packaging by Amazon. As you can see from the photos the package arrived and Amazon couldn’t even be bothered to close up the ends of the box which meant the monitor box inside kept falling out. This was evident by the dirt stains all over the box. Amazon you should be ashamed!!

Excellent finger pulse Oximeter. Had a problem using other ones were my finger would shake uncontrollably but not with this one as it has anti-shaking. Can’t recommend enough
Arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Works clearly and easily. Good instructions. Can jerk about a little bit just need to be patient. The display is very easy to read just make sure you put your finger in carefully and don’t pull it out to quick or the readings will jump about.
