Good Depth of Charge
Excellent Product. High Capacity Charge. I went for the 2800mAh as I use the turtle beach Stero adpater. I found the adpater was realy heavy on the AAs.
These are good for between 12-15hrs of game play. as there re two in the pack, there always on on hand to swop in. Also saves running out to the store mind Dungeon Session.
So far a great buy. Will update if the Capcity drops off with use!

Charged up quickly and so far in 2 days I haven’t had to change them which I would have done several times with my old venom batteries. Nice to not have to have my controller plugged in for a change. Would recommend

Recommended these batteries by a friend for my Xbox series X controller. Day 4 of use and battery has only just started to deplete. Amazing! Considering I had to change the Microsoft battery pack every 3 hours I would definitely buy again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Happy with my choice
These batteries arrived well packaged in a sturdy box and were already three quarters charged so I could start using them straight away. I thought they might last a few days and then need a full charge but they are still going strong after many hours of use. I did charge one of them to see how hot they got as this had been mentioned on other reviews. They got warm but not hot but I will check to see if this changes over time. Overall, very happy with my choice.

I purchased this for my Xbox Series X as my old batteries and charging dock from my Xbox One X don’t fit. Nice little charger and two batteries, which being 2800mAh, should last ages between charges. Very happy with purchase.
Much better than using AA batteries
We bought this after a docking station stopped holding charge and my daughter turned to batteries, burning though them at a ridiculous pace. This is really handy as its USB powered, so sits on top of the xBox, is compact and feels really well made. Much more cost effective and lasts longer than batteries and the docking stations.
After much research into the best way to run my new Xbox Series S controller, this sounded like my best option. For the same price as the official option provided by Microsoft, I was able to purchase this. It comes with two batteries, both of which are significantly higher capacity than the official option. The battery charger is also incredibly useful as it means that I don’t need to plug my controller in during a gaming session for charge, I can simply pop in the spare battery and charge the dead one. I got over a week of heavy gaming from one battery before it even needed a charge.
I’m really pleased with this purchase and definitely recommend it over the other options available!

I use the batteries with an Xbox Elite controller and a charge lasts a few days game time due to the high power. Charge time is quick and easy and the USB can be connected to anything close hand. Good stuff, happy so far!!

Bought this for my series x as the official battery and cable was out of stock. So far I’ve had it approx 4 weeks and currently on my second battery which is still around 50%
Generally game a couple hrs per day.
I can’t recommend them enough, really, really surprised how good they are.

Best battery pack with excellent capacity
Brilliant charger and battery pack. I’ve been using one of the batteries nearly every day for a week and it still says it’s fully charged. The 2800mah is the largest capacity battery pack ive found so I would definitely recommend. Also I choose to go for this product because the charger is small and goes neatly away in a draw as i don’t have space for a big charging dock and to be honest it would be a eye sore

Purchased in December and thought I would try fully before I reviewed.
Been using an Xbox in various forms for years and currently have a One X and Elite Controller. One frustration was always the battery life on the controller. Prior to purchasing these had some Microsoft original power packs and some other 3rd party ones for the controller and they still did not last long enough.
These new ones are the best and have a long life when in use or left in the controller. Come with there own quick charger so no need to be stuck wired to the Xbox while you play and charge.

I bought this as I wa going through a lot of batteries, very quick to charge and it holds a good few days charge so no need for constant charging so far very good.

Perfect solution for Xbox series x controllers after upgrade
After getting a new controller for Christmas, my existing venom battery packs (with dock) for my Xbox One S did not fit the new controller, after double checking realised this was a new controller for the series x. Looked for different solutions but didn’t want a new dock (as still have an old controller too)
.. so decided upon these rechargeable batteries and work great for both controllers. Charging station is neat too.

Before this I had some Venom batteries and they were quite a let down. Since I bought these ones I can say they last quite long so I can enjoy playing without changing the batteries every couple of hours.

I have an Xbox Elite V1 controller which has heavier duty haptic feedback motors than the standard Xbox pad and uses more power, which drains my current cheapo shaped batteries quite quickly, lasting only 2-3 hours before needing a change.

Installed on a Friday, writing this review on the following Wednesday and the initial battery is still going strong!
Must be around 18 hours usage and still showing medium power left. I would have had to swap my original batteries about fifteen to twenty times by now.
The battery charger remained cool to slightly warm whilst charging, so no issues there.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Purchased for XBOX One X – To be honest at first fitting the batteries I was puzzled as they went in plush and controller lid went on nice….. But they didn’t power the controller. Then I noticed the polarity is wrong. You have to install the batteries upside down. Once you do this they work fine but its a bit odd and could have been engineered out. They seem to charge quickly, mine warmed up but I wouldn’t say alarmingly hot like the other reviewer. Just like any other rechargeable battery gets warm. Time will tell on longevity. Will update if there’s any problems.

No More Stolen Batteries
Son was forever taking batteries out of remotes and whatever else uses batteries (which, as you all know, is infuriating). Even rechargeable batteries were wearing out. This unit arrived today and charged the two units in about 2 and a half hours. Played on X box for about three hours and said it only used 10% power. The cable also charges his Samsung phone (which has a new kind of end bit). Wasn’t sure about the purchase because the price was lower than the ones we’ve bought for other consoles. Was going to keep it for Xmas but am so fed up with him asking for batteries, just gave it to him right away. Great purchase and quite compact. Ordered it late Monday night and it arrived Wednesday morning, great service all round.
These are brilliant. I’ve been using them now for three days, continuous use with games that are demanding, vibrating and so on, and they’re still going strong from one charge. They work just like standard double AA batteries, but they’re rechargeable and last a lot longer and the dock in which you charge them is also supplied. (This can’t charge other batteries, only the ones supplied)
I can confirm these work on the new Xbox Series X controller which is a huge added bonus since it didn’t mention it but if you’re looking to keep the original cover on the back of controller, these are perfect as they work just like AA batteries. You can play for days on a single charge, they do take about three hours to charge but that’s why there’s two supplied so you can swap out one controller or use them both if you have two controllers.
Great value for money and I will be definitely purchasing more when and if required. Five stars!
I am lucky enough to be in possession of an Xbox Series X. I wanted to get rechargeable batteries for the controller that last longer than the official ones but was worried because most listings I saw mentioned that their batteries worked with the older controllers with a small footnote saying they work with the new. These Rapthor ones said they worked with the ‘Series’ controller so I ordered, though I must say; with some trepidation. However, I needn’t have worried as these work perfectly fine in the ‘Series’ controller.
I like how you get two batteries and a standalone charger. This means I can swap out batteries and have one on charge but remain untethered. The batteries are very high capacity too which should mean some long sessions before needing a recharge.
All in all very satisfied and can recommend.

I bought this specifically for my new Xbox Series X controller… as my old plug and play packs don’t fit! I thought going for a double battery pack instead would be a good solution – and so far I am really pleased with this product. When I ordered these battery packs I was expecting the same cheap rechargable batteries that I’ve used from other brands before. How very wrong I was. The product is incredibly well made, the packaging alone makes it feel like a superior product, everything comes separately wrapped with its own padding, the plastic doesn’t feel cheap and the batteries seem to be the best quality I’ve used. Added bonus the charger is the same as my phone and not micro USB so I don’t even have to sacrifice a plug socket. I’d go as far as to say that a prefer them to my old Xbox official charging pack. Amazed that they’re one of the cheapest on Amazon for the quality they are.

Small and sleek makes a nice change to the big chunky ones. Delivered next DAY. Charging took about 3 hours. More than happy with the time as battery pack last much longer in the controller.
The item is made of strong plastic and is sturdy while easy to fit and remove the batteries. As soon as they need to charge take out of controller and simple push into unit and will take about 3hrs to charge but last weeks and weeks and ive been playing alot recently. I’ve found other brands tend to deplete faster and not hold there charge. I had to buy 2 sets of these as my partner who also games said these are the best battery packs I have found and she also hasn’t had to change packs in weeks. The only down fall is you can’t buy these batteries on there own, Which is a shame as 1 unit would have been enough for us just wanted 4 batteries. I’d still highly recommend though

IMHO, best battery pack available.
Got a replacement xbox controller with a grey back, unfortunately my current battery pack was white and replaced the whole battery compartment so looked unsightly, so this product is great that it just replaces the batteries and you use the original battery cover. Not only does this look better than my previous battery pack but it also lasts more than double the time before needing recharging. Also I find it so much better that it has an external charging dock rather than charging in the controller, giving the controller the complete wire free experience that is expected.

Unit arrived on time and is well boxed and packaged. On unwrapping the charger is very well made and surprisingly light weight, the batteries are also very well made and sturdy too. The charging LEDs are clear and bright the batteries fit well and snug and contacts nice and sure.
I’ve had one other make of Xbox rechargeable battery pack and was only able to charge one battery at a time as one set of contacts didn’t work at all. Not the case with this unit. It’s a very well made piece.

Small light weight compact design. Instructions were easy and simple to understand. The charging lead was longer than anticipated which is even better and I was able to plug directly into the Xbox avoiding the need to find an external plug socket. Seem to be working well with a reasonable charge time and they have shown no signs of losing charge within the first day of use. (Usually I would switch my current rechargeable batteries every few hours).
Top Quality Charger and High Powered Battery.
I brought this charger and battery for my PC Xbox controller. The charger was small enough to fit on top of my PC while plugged into the USB. It also as charge cut-off so you cannot overcharge the batteries.

Cracking Produc
Always been sceptical about ordering non Microsoft products but when you are looking at nearly 50% more for just 1 battery and lead I decided to risk it. As always with Amazon, product arrived promptly and well packaged. The charger itself seems well made and having 2 batteries means while one is in use the other is charging. As a bonus the charging lead is USB-C (Though the description on Amazon state it ships with a micro usb) which means I can use the lead to charge my phone. So all in all I’m impressed with the product and would recommend it anyone who needs a rechargeable battery for their Xbox One series wireless controller.
