Overall Great, But Long Will It Last?
Got this winder about a week ago and out of the box, it was awesome. The design is clean, simple, and seems to be of relatively good quality. Unlike 90% of the garbage you see for sale, this actually allows you to regulate TPD to avoid overwinding your watch (yes, I know you can’t really overwind your modern automatics, but you don’t want to always keep them at fully wound coil spring tension).
One thing that does slightly displease me is the fact that the pillows/holders latch onto the holding positions with with two little plastic hooks on the sides. While I understand watch winders aren’t made to last decades, I’m concerned this is going break in the not too distant future, as these little plastic hooks/latches do not appear to be the strongest.
Overall, not bad at all. I will say though, the watch winder market is absurd. A little box with silent electric motors and regulated TPB shouldn’t cost several hundred of dollars. I don’t recommend being cheap winders going for $30-$50 (if I remember correctly, they do only 2 min on 6 min off cycles, with about 2880 TPD). Solid buy. Is it worth $200? I don’t think so, but it’s one of the best deals you’re going to find.
Both watches keep perfect time. Not so much with my previous case.
I am very impressed with my Rothwell Double Watch Winder! It runs near perfectly quite, has done a great job of keeping my two IWC watches wound properly. The craftsmanship makes this like a piece or art.

So Far So Good, but only on Mains
This is the third attempt at a watch winder with two others from another company failing inside of 3 months (motors stopped working).
So far, so good. Easy to use, simple and elegant looking, however the main flaw is that you have to use mains power to keep the winders working accurately. I tried a watch in the wonder on battery power and it started to lose time after 12 hours, as soon as it went back on mains power, there was no time loss.

I need a double watch winder , and after reading the reviews , thought i would give it a go. As per some of the other comments , there were no instructions, after googling watch winder TPD for specific watches , it was a breeze. The power cord came with a 2 pin European plug and not a 3 pin for the uk, this was also not a bother , as i emailed the company. I had an email back within a couple of hours , complete with instructions , and to say that the Uk power cord was on its way. The power cord took about 5 days to arrive .
Rothwell SF and its owner Justin should be commended on there service.

I Think This Winder Is just about Perfec
Great product works perfectly and maintains my watches is good order and allows me to display them at the same time. I was concerned that if it produced any noise I would not want to keep it in my bedroom as it might disturb my sleep. The great news has been that it is silent and therefore I have rated it 5*

Ich habe diesen Uhrenbeweger vor ziemlich genau zwei Monaten hier bei Amazon gekauft.
Ich bin absolut zufrieden.
Die Uhren drehen sich – individuell eingestellt oder synchron geschaltet und gestartet – zuverlssig und vor allem – fr mich – unhrbar leise. (Wenn der Frontdeckel geffnet ist, hrt man nur ein sehr leises Surren.)
Man muss nur am Anfang lernen/verstehen, wie die Uhren auf ihren Halterungen in die Aufnahmen gesteckt und dort behutsam arritiert werden. Das geht aber ruck-zuck, weil sonst die Uhr samt Halterung bei der ersten Umdrehung rauspurzelt. (Das ist mir – vermutlich wie jedem stolzen Besitzer – auch genau einmal passiert.)

The watch winder came exactly on time and was easy to set up and worked straight away, the only downside was it didn’t have any instructions which wasn’t the end of the world but I thought I would look Rothwell up on the internet which I did and sent them an email asking if I could download an instruction manual, by the next day Justin had emailed me back with the instructions and apologised for them not being in the box, I cannot express how quick and efficient this whole process was, the watch winder works perfectly and I have set it up for both my automatic watches, it can be adjusted in multiple ways to whatever your manufacturers recommendations are, so to end this review excellent piece of kit fantastic after sales service 5 stars all round.

Luxury feel and look without the luxury price!
I was recently on the market for a watch winder and while researching the top brands I came across the Rothwell. I had some experience with this brand from a prior watch case I purchased and it is where I keep part of my watch collection. You can see the prior watch case pictured for size reference. I am sorry in the video you can hear the phone sliding across the mouse pad.
PROS: I liked the matching color scheme, very classic design, I liked how quiet it was, and it was very sturdy. You can hear in the video how quiet it sounds once the lid is closed.
CONS: Not many, this is being super nit-picky…the power plug isnt flush and kind of sticks out I would like to know a little more about the knobs and settings, maybe a QR code with information would be helpful.

Like the product, but the lack of instructions I didn’t know it rested for 12 hours so at first I thought it was faulty . Otherwise a quality product.
Well they have done it again. This automatic watch winder is a great value. Not only are you not spending thousands of dollars, you are only spending a fraction of that, you get a winder that could easily cost more and it would still be worth every penny. I looked this winder over carefully and couldn’t find any QC flaws. It was in fact flawless. It matches my watch storage box nicely, and looks good holding my Rolex and other micro brands. The motors are completely silent with the glass door shut. With the door open you can hear them, but it’s not noticeable more then 5 feet away. If you are in the market for an automatic watch winder, don’t hesitant. You will not be disappointed.
