This chair arrived quickly and it was easy to assemble. It’s fairly small and would not be suitable for a large person. And as others have said it does squeak. The chair is very comfortable ,the gliding action is very relaxing.
This chair is so comfortable. I ordered a little early as I’m only 18 weeks, but so glad I did. Finding the full back support fantastic and haven’t been this comfy in a while. I did need an extra cushion in my lumbar region, but wouldn’t mark it down for that.
Glide motion is smooth and was easy for my husband to put together.
I keep getting the break wrong but will pick that up I’m sure. Can’t wait to be using with baby!
So very comfortable
This was a gift for my son and daughter in law who are expecting their first child. They have told me that the chair is really comfortable and also helps with relaxing at the late stage of her pregnancy, will be very useful on those late night early morning feeds.

Sehr schner, bequemer stuhl fr jede stillende Frau super, oder einfach zum entspannen.. wrde ihn wieder kaufen aber beide Armlehnen kammen angekratzt und verfrbt deswegen einen Stern Abzug.. Aufbau war auch ganz oke.
Da wir ein Neugeborenes haben, ist der Stillsessel momentan quasi rund um die Uhr in Verwendung. Er ist super praktIch weil man bequem stillen kann und das Baby danach gleich sanft in den Schlaf schaukeln kann. Auch mein Mann ist super begeistert, da er manchmal im Sessel TV kuckt und am liebsten dauerhaft dort verweilen wrde.
Kann den Sessel nur wrmstens empfehlen. Nicht nur zum Stillen, sondern auch generell, da er wirklich super bequem ist.
Qualitt ist top. Wir haben ihn allerdings erst etwa 6 Wochen in Gebrauch.
Montage ist alleine bewltigbar.

Excellent Rocking Chair With Footstool
I liked everything about this chair and stool. It came earlier than I thought it would. My husband found it easy to assemble. I took twenty minutes to build. I love sitting on the chair with or without the footstool. The cushions are wonderfully comfortable. I like the fact that you can stop it from moving, or start it moving. What an excellent chair and stool. I thought it was amazingly priced.
Ich, 163cm und ca 70kg schwer, passe sehr gut in/auf den Stuhl ohne dass er knarzt.
Mein Partner, 110kg und 200cm, ist definitiv zu gro fr den Stuhl.
Ich finde ihn sehr bequem. Sowohl zum Flasche geben, als auch zum in den Schlaf schaukeln nachts.
Stuhl ist schnell aufgebaut. Leider ist der cremefarbene Bezug ein bisschen gewhnungsbedrftig von der Farbe her. Hier wre eine andere Stoffwahl oder -Auswahl toll.
A bit smaller than I was expecting for some reason, but very comfortable. Perhaps not one to choose if you’re on the larger/’plus’ side (I say this having previously been a very big girl myself not so long ago – I wouldn’t have fit into it back then). The padding in the upholstery feels quite firm, which suits me. We’ve put a throw over ours because our cats love it, and their paws aren’t exactly the best combination with the cream covers! The footstool is lovely, just the right height, but doesn’t have a lever, so it too rocks.
I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I feel obliged to as it’s such a good product that has helped my partners pregnancy/birth so much.
Brilliant design, good support and well made. Easy to assemble and has been a godsend through every stage of pregnancy. Great adjustable position for the back rest, good firm back support, nice rocking motion too. My partner had difficulty sleeping towards the end of her pregnancy and frequently ended up sleeping in this chair. Also through the beginning stages of labour she felt most comfortable sitting in the chair rocking back and forth. Great design for breastfeeding and rocking the little one to sleep.
I cannot rate this product highly enough, in fact I’m sitting in it now listening to my son sleep in his cot next to me

Bought for elderly relative. Nice and high and easy to stand up from when brake is on. I put an extra cushion on for comfort and do find the covering quite hard.but am very happy with the chair . Only had it 3 weeks so we’ll see how well it wears.

Die Lieferung kam pnktlich wie angekndigt innerhalb von 4 Tagen. Der Aufbau war simpel und hat nur etwas 15 Minuten gedauert. Der Stuhl funktioniert einwandfrei und ist optisch sehr schn. Leider ist bei unserem Exemplar an 2 kleinen Stellen die Farbe abgeplatzt und eines der Seitenteile hat einen kleinen Fleck. Wir werden den Stuhl wohl trotzdem behalten. Den Fleck bekomme ich ja vielleicht raus.
Um das Produkt noch zu verbessern, wre es toll, wenn die Bezge alle abnehmbar und waschbar wren. Das ist leider nur bei der Sitzflche und den Seitenteilen mglich.
Sessel Top verarbeitet. Keine Mngel am Holz festzustellen. Aufbau trotz Englischer Anleitung auch fr Laien sehe einfach zu verstehen da auch bebildert.
Einziges Manko Verpackung durch Lieferdienst in Mitleidenschaft gezogen.
Auch wrde es von Vorteil sein wenn sogennannte Filzgleiter beigepackt wren die den Boden nicht zerkratzen. Ist aber nicht schlimm wenn man so etwas zu
Hause hat.

Brilliant product actually as discribed .The delivery was a day later but it coincided with some very heavy snow and at Christmas time so was not at all put out. The chair itself was so comfortable I brought it for my granddaughter who is having her first child so it was perfect but It would also make an ideal rocking chair for anyone too and I would certainly recommend it to anyone .It was also quite easy to assemble too .

The first one I got sent was missing arms – I had to cancel the order and then re-order instead of just having the parts sent (amazon’s fault). The first one looked to be a return re-packed, which was fine except it was missing parts. The second time around I spent a bit more to get the same seat with a break. Its a bit more, and I don’t use it but I think it’s worth it for the times I will, perhaps when the little one is a bit older.
The chair is comfy alright, it’s really helped get our little one to sleep, and sometimes even myself. So for something quite inexpensive for a chair it does represent good value for money. It creeks on occasion but largely glides silently. The little foot-stall takes my weight too 14st 88kg, so it’s sturdy but it’s probably not sensible to sit on it generally.
It’s pretty straight forward to setup and it looks very easy to clean. It’s not the height of luxury but it is very good at the job you’ve hired it to do. I wish I didn’t have the issues with the first one as we bought this belatedly and anyone with a baby knows that means you needed it yesterday so having to send it back just prolongs the agony.

My daughter who has just had twins loves it. She finds it so much better than using her sofa. It was easy to put together apart from one screw hole having a fabric staple over it. Once removed it was fine.

This maternity glider chair arrived in a “flat” pack, a large box which contains the two glider mechanisms (assembled), the chair back, arms, cushions and lock handle. The stool just needs its cushion to be attached. The procedure for the chair is to attach the back, then the arm rests which pivot off the back. The arm rests lock and slide into side members which control the angle of the back of the chair. The lock handle is just popped into position on the mechanism. It did not take long to assemble, about twenty minutes including the arm padding (velcro) and cushions (velcro & ties). When fully assembled, the chair looks just like the manufacturers image.
The chair back cannot be adjusted when sitting in the chair. This does not bother us. Once adjusted to suit the chair is very comfortable for an expectant mother who is carrying twins and is currently in her 33nd week. However, since this may bother some people I have taken a star off the rating. So far, it is silent when being used.
We have another chair from a different manufacturer. This product compares well on both price and performance. It has a future in front of the telly or in the conservatory – but that’s a while away yet!

My baby isn’t here yet and I love this chair so much. I shopped around for a glider chair for over a month – my main concern being that I’m tall (5”8) and want neck support. A lot of other glider chairs look so teeny but this one is perfect for both me and my husband (6”0 tall). It’s silent, simple to put together, and very comfortable. There’s good neck support and the cushioning is not too hard, not too soft. The side pockets are very useful as well.
Personally my only critique is that I would have liked the foot stool to be a bit taller, but it’s such a minor detail and doesn’t keep me from loving this chair and using it every day! Very good on the pregnant back 🙂

Much better value than much of the completion. Really well made with excellent quality throughout. The instructions were amusing due to the language but putting this together was a complete doddle. Only problem is that ,my heavily pregnant wife keeps kicking me out as she wants to sit in it.
I bought this nursery chair after numerous attempts to get one second hand and losing out to other people who got there first. I was originally looking at the ones in mothercare which are more expensive than this product but after reading reviews and comparing I thought this one read better. The delivery was extremely quick and the box was not damaged (the notes from the seller say you should record the box as damaged with the driver of the box is damaged anywhere or if really bad, don’t accept it). I am 35 weeks pregnant and managed to put this together pretty easily – the only fiddly bit was putting the lock on as the bolt was a bit too big for one end – although fine for other side and does not affect the mechanism.
To be honest I have only had this chair for a day and have just gone on maternity leave after stressful house renovations and have spent most of that day relaxing in this chair – it’s great . I like the corderouy material (much better than faux suede material in demo display in mothercare) and The back cushion is well padded.
The mechanisms work well and as yet make no sound and work really well. I have spoke to several people and they have said they bought a nursing chair after birth and wish they had got one before so I took the advice- would definitely recommend and they seem to sell well second hand if you want to get rid to make more room.
My partner loves the chair too. The main negative I can see is that the chair could be seen as quite narrow depending on your size/proportions. Not extremely so though. Hopefully it will prove just as great when nursing when the baby arrives…

This chair is amazing! I have a 7 month old who still needs rocked to sleep. We both fit on it perfectly (I can also rock my 10 month old nephew on it with plenty of space). Cushions are very comfortable and good wearing. Gliding motion is very smooth and quiet. The only slight downside is that the top of the chair stops just at the nape of my neck. I can still put my head back and relax but would have been nice to be able to rest my head against the back of the chair whilst my neck is straight. I still give this product 5 stars as I was aware this would be the case before I bought it due to the dimensions provided. So wish I had bought it when I was pregnant! Excellent product with excellent value for money!

Lovely glider, cushion at back is deep and comfy but I found it less so for the bottom one. Delivered within 3 days! Am 7 months pregnant and it seems to be the only chair I can sit comfortably on right now. Material is a cream corduroy one. I am 5’2″ and can rest my head easily on the back cushion however it does tend to slide down a bit. The wood is not as high quality as other brands but for the amazingly low price, I have no regrets!

Great buy, bought for feeding times, but we end up fighting with my husband and my 6 yo daughter for it! Use it all the time. Sturdy build easily cleaned as all covers come off.
Arrived next day even though not brought on prime and free delivery. Easy to assemble and is absolutely silent and comfortable. The rocking motion is gentle and easy to stop by a lever on the right hand side, in reach of mom sitting down. (The locking version of this chair essential in our opinion) My wife is very, very happy with it. We are thinking of getting one for an elderly relative too, as a comfortable rocking chair.

The tallest backed rocker I found so I was able to lean back and relax into it. It looks the same as other brands online and in stores, however, this one was clearly better suited to its purpose than the others. Was pleased with ease of assembly and the finished product was very satisfactory.

A well-desrved luxury for mums
Assembling chair was straight forward once you use common sense, rather than trying to follow the rather confusing instruction manual! It glides smoothly and is easy to adjust to different positions by raising the arm rests, although it can be stiff for the first few times. A very comfortable place to rest during pregnancy and I’m sure I will spend a lot of time in it nursing when our baby arrives. I did feel a little guilty buying a ‘luxury’ item for myself but I’m so glad I did and I think mums deserve to treat themselves!
I would definitely recommend buying with a brake option as this makes getting out so much easier.

This is a very easonable price (compared to others). Delivery was quick and assembly was easy. The only negative is that some numpty at the manufacturer decided to screw the footstool cushion in place with the plastic wrapping still on! Whilst the footstool comes fully assembled I didn’t want to undo it and not be able to put it back together so I ended up cutting the plastic away as neatly as i could.
The gliding action is lovely and smooth and totally silent. The padding is comfortable and supportive.
I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get this chair. My baby is 4 months old now! If you’re looking at this chair and wondering if you will really need it, don’t wonder, just get it. Anything that helps get your baby to sleep is worth it’s weight in gold! And this little beauty has kept my colicky, teething baby asleep and content for over an hour now. If I didn’t have to go out I’d sit here all day.

I bought this for my friend and she loves it…she is in the last few weeks and is uncomfortable sleepin in her bed so she spends alot of time sleeping in the chair and she thinks this is a fantastic product!!
For anyone thinking of getting a seat for the nursery i would strongly recommend this on. The pockets on the armrests are very handy and the smooth glide means that you are able to rock while feeding. The foot stool is at a perfect height for a comfortable sitting position.
If you are thinking of napping in the nursery however i would not recommend this chair as the recline just does not go flat enough. Also if you were breastfeeding baby you may struggle past 10weeks old as the space between armrests is limited and having baby in the cradle hold while feeding would be difficult as they may be too big. It is perfect for bottle feeding however due to babies position.
I have read reviews saying cushions slip, however i have not had this trouble, nor have i had any issues with the glide handle breaking (though it does stick sometimes making it difficult to switch on an off while in a seated position)

This is really an excellent product for the price. If the chair back is set at its most reclined position and you rock back you do have to be careful how far back you rock as it does stop abruptly (as some of the reviews say). However, for the price, it is excellent. I would say it is as good as the chairs that are three or four times more expensive (which all have a similar problem). It has a lovely smooth glide action and is very soothing for a baby. The padding is good and I have fallen asleep many times in this chair! I assembled this product when I was 6 months pregnant with no problems.

This chair has proved to be an absolute BOON to my stepdaughter and her hubby at feeding time. She has back trouble, and said she doesn’t know what she’d do without it. It is extremely comfortable, sturdy and looks very posh in the nursery, and she says not only baby gets rocked to sleep, but so does she :). I’m SO glad I decided on purchasing this particular rocker, and recommend it highly.

This chair is extremely comfortable and I bought one on recommendation by a friend who loves hers. I’m very pleased with it although the first time I sat in it a piece fell off from underneath which is used in the mechanism to lock the chair into a fixed position. I wanted to return the chair to swap it for a non faulty one but we would have had to dismantle the chair and the returns procedure with amazon is so long winded we didn’t bother. Other than this small fault we are very pleased with the chair and use it on the rocking position so the lock isn’t actually required luckily.

I’ve slept in it for the last 3 nights since being back home from hospital. I thought it was a big expense and wondered whether I’d use it. I would pay triple the cost just for the help and comfort it’s given me over the last 3 nights.
I’ve added a cushtie as a headrest and a pillow to support my back. The different positions and rocking motion make you able to get in a good feeding position and get comfy.

I initially thought a chair for feeding was an expense I could do without but, having tried out a friend’s, I bought this when my baby was three months old and it’s made my life much better. It is brilliant – comfortable, supportive and makes feeding even more pleasurable. I love the pockets, which are so useful, and the reclining options work well. It was easy to put together and I would recommend to anyone breast or bottle feeding. The one thing to know – that I didn’t – was that it doesn’t support your head (I’m 5ft 8) so you may need some sort of support because you may just doze off during one of the late feeds.
This item is absolutely amazing! It’s comfortable relaxing and it’s way too easy to make you feel tired. It has made the last few stages of pregnancy easier for my girlfriend and now that the baby is here has made it comfortable to feed too. Highly recommend to any other prospective buyers.
I havent had the baby yet, although due in next few weeks. The chair is very strong and sturdy, makes absolutely no noise and has lovely cream cordouroy fabric. It can recline almost completely which is amazing and still feels very comfortable and sturdy. I obviously havent used it for nursing yet but it feels perfect for the job. Overall lovely quality and fantastic for the price, i assembled it in under half an hour at nine months….so cant be that hard. Also surprisingly not that heavy so easy to move about the place, and fortunately doesnt take up that much room. Cushions are very comfy and supportive, im almost 5’10 and my neck feels very suppported when in the recline position as the cushions are very padded.
Bought this one after seeing a second hand nursing chair which looked exactly the same for 150.00 Really easy to bolt together. With the help of my 2yr old, it took 10 minutes so could be done even quicker if left alone! Really comfortable, bought it for my wife who is 7mths pregnant and suffering from back-ache in the evening. Much happier now.
I really like the nursing chair. It rocks well. I can only give it 4 stars for now because I’ve not actually used it for nursing as baby isn’t here yet but it does feel comfortable. Husband says the assembling was easy and the instructions were easy to follow. All bolts and nuts were in the packaging so everything one needs for assembling is provided. The package was too heavy for me to carry as a pregnant woman but the delivery man was good enough to bring it right into the house. Delivery was efficient and didn’t take too long after ordering. Overall we’re happy with the product and I trust it will work well for actual nursing. I’ll give a review on that if it is any different from expected.
what can i say well im a pregnant mum expecting twins so i knew i needed a good nursery rocking chair for night feeds but was shocked on looking around at just how expensive they were untill i searched amazon and found this chair and footstool i read the reviews and they all seemed positive so i ordered mine it arrived quickly and was easy to assemble the allen key was in the box so no additional tools were required ! to say its comfy is an understatement its practical with the side pockets and recline and the fact its all washable . the price is fantastic for the product and i would highly recomend this to mums and dads to be ! not only will this be used when my babies are here but will be used to aid me through my pregnancy as the chair is just so comfy to sit and relax it and easy to get out of with a growing bump!i can see me getting years of use out of this and will end up no doubt being used for bed time stories with my babies on my lap rocking them gently … very very happy with this .
I researched so many glider rockers before making a purchase. They are well overpriced in this country! I am from the USA and we have alot more affordable choices when it comes to items like this. I made my decision based on the few great reviews this product had and its price. Really…the price is amazing. The product is good, it is worth the price. However would I say its the best glider rocker ever…no. But it will do. Its not the best but by far not the worst. The best parts are that it reclines, the cushion is very comfortable, the cover can be removed and washed, its a light wood color and the cushion is a cream/beige so it will match any decor, and it has a locking mechanism. These are all perks that you don’t find with inexpensive rockers. My biggest complaint is that when you rock it stops you from going to far back, don’t know an easy way to explain it, other than it makes a clicking sound from the wood hitting the stopping point. That could get annoying but I think now that I’ve gotten used to it I know how far back I can rock without hitting that spot. Hope that makes sense. My husband put it together and didn’t seem to have any trouble with it. It arrived right away which was wonderful. It seems well made and I feel secure while sitting in it. The cushioning over the arms looks odd at how it is attached, but you get used to it. Overall I think it is a good product for the price and it does what its suppose to do.
Good quality, easy to put together and very comfortable! Don’t be put off by the lower price, we’ve found no faults to complain of and I just can’t see a reason to pay hundreds when this does exactly the same job. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nursery chair. We originally tried to make do with a rocker but this is so much better.
i bought this chair on amazon after pricing up alot of others from baby superstores and finding that they were quite over priced. once the chair had been delivered, at nearly 8 months pregnant i was able to build it myself quite easily as you only have to put back and arms on along with the cushioning. once it was built i was extremely pleased with how comfy it was and the fact i could recline the chair aswell as have it in rocking motion. once i sat in it, i could have quite easily sat there for the rest of the night.this chair is well worth the money and im so glad i didnt spend an extra few hundred on a chair from other well known baby stores.
I had been looking for a glider chair for our nursery but many are very expensive. I don’t mind paying for quality but 300-400 is a lot of money with your first baby on the way!! I had decided on an Ikea poang chair as a compromise when I came across this one and decided to try it. I couldn’t be more pleased! Delivery was very quick and the chair is so easy to put together (I did it on my own at 7 1/2 months pregnant). The chair itself is very well made and the cushions are comfortable yet feel extremely supportive. I am using the chair and footstool now as an aid to swollen ankles which has really helped, and while I have not used it with baby yet, I fully expect it to be exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend.
