Love this, seemed a little heavy initially but once switched on it glides around easily. Quality is good, heats up quickly, easy to use and cleans the floor much better than my last steam mop. Definitely worth the money.
Arrived in good time and is as described. It works well and is a replacement for a couple of other steam mops. The others failed when water tubes became blocked. Cord is good length and mop heads fit easily. Assemble was no problem – 5 minutes with a screwdriver. Using only distilled water from electric clothes dryer. Time will tell if this is better than the others.
Great mop! Expensive yes but well worth it! I like how the pads spin as this hets even more dirt up from my laminate floors! Heats up quickly and you have two different speed settings too. Comes with two sets of pads to keep you going for a while a replacements can easily be brought.
You can’t put any liquid in it other than water but what I do is put a little cleaning liquid on the floor and it comes up trumps as you can see in this video. There is a litter tray just inside the bathroom and when we come out of the bathroom it is this floor here so the litter scuffs the floor. And the steam mop with a little floor cleaner does the properly.

So easy to use am buying. Another as a spare. Took a lot of ingrained dirt off my old lino caused by. Dogs feet. Usually have to get on hands and knees with scrubbing brush other steam cleaners remove surface durt. Buying spare as having new flooring next year. Found this great as a spot cleaner on a flat rug worked wonders took out the marks.
I bought this steam mop and all I can say is I wish I’d bought one years ago! After spending years cleaning my floors by hand, I thought nothing would clean the floors as well but I was sorely mistaken! My floors have never been cleaner since using this mop. There is no sticky residue and although there is some water on the floor (it is a steam mop afterall!!!) it dries very quickly as it is no excessive – no wetter than when I used a mop/sponge/cloth. I have to confess that I thought this may be “just another gadget” but I have to be honest – it really was worth it and never again will I clean my floor by hand!
Really love this Shark steam mop. I love that it scrubs as well as steams and the extra long cord means I don’t have to unplug it to reach the other side of the room.
