I’ve had a few steam mops but thus blows the others out of the water. Feels quite heavy at first but when your steaming the floor the weight is taken from you. Cleans laminate porcelain tiles and wetroom within 15 mins plus when your pet has an accident I had the shark out and after cleaning ran the shark over it and all smells gone plus you know it is hygienically clean from the steam.
I have a very rough stone slab floor in the old part of the house, uneven and the concrete between the slabs has always been hard work to mop. This works brilliantly on it and is so easy to use.
So easy to use and requires no effort to steam clean hard floors. This is so much better than the traditional steam cleaner I had before- the mop dusters constantly came off, and I had to apply a bit of pressure to clean the floor – there is none of this with the Shark floor steam mop. Cleans floors really well and is a joy to use for a mundane job. My next vacuum cleaner will be a Shark.
Brillant worth the money
Love it. Makes cleaning floors so much easier. Recommend ordering more pads.
our old one packed up just before xmas, and the company did a video call to assess it… said we could have a new one and arranged it with Amazon (who were great too)
its a great cleaner BTW – recommended
I love this steam mop as it scrubs the floor as well as streams. It’s a bit on the heavy side but the cord length is super and it is easy to move about when on. The round scrubbers don’t get right in to the corners but they get close enough.
Overall really impressed. Would recommend.
Never thought I’d be so enthusiastic about a steam mop it’s almost pathetic! Am very pleased – easy to use, practical, no fuss. Ready in the blink of an eye.
Have a shark steamer but takes a while to clean our (dirty) hard floors well enough, so decided to get this steam scrubber as well; is brilliant, cleans well, lightweight, quiet, easy to use and quite a neat size, so 5 stars from me! Can highly recommend and Amazon price is good too.
This mop almost does the job for you, its easy to use with quick warm up and the rotating discs take all the push pull out of it. A really good product with great results for minimum effort.
Glides over the floor easily
Great machine performs well good quality good value for money
Brillia
I love this steam mop. Easy to use, perfect for all of my hard floors. I can’t recommend enough!
Buy i
Best steam mop ever
Glides over surface
Cleans really well
Scrubber is importa
Steam on its own is not enough needs to have scrub motion to really clean stubborn marks!
No regrets
Working very well, good Steam. It does what it says on the box. No compromise in quality as Shark always does. I’m quite happy with this purchase.
East to use
It is a very easy to use tool. If it had a brush that could be added it would be a perfect tool to clean. For the purpose it is designed, it serves me well.
The mop was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. It feels solid and well-made, and I appreciated that. This isn’t an inexpensive, cheaply-made product.
The mop comes with two sets of cleaning pads, but I purchased additional cleaning pads after reading other reviews. I would recommend this to anyone buying this mop.
This mop is quite heavy, and I appreciate that. There’s little chance of it falling over if one clicks the handle back in place. The cord is lovely and long.
My floors tend to stay relatively clean, and so far I’ve found this mop cleans them easily. However, if I had ingrained & heavy dirt, I’m not sure this mop’s pads would be able to remove it all that easily. It doesn’t seems to scrub all that hard.
Overall, I’d recommend.
Good enough
Seems like it does a pretty good job. Sturdy so far.
Fantastic
Love it very happy customer.the cord much better length super easy to use
Whoever says floors are not wet this is untrue. It’s a steamer of course your floor will be wet. But not as wet as my old one. Good rotation easy to fit pads and clean, pop in washer all done. You get 4 pads so that’s a plus. Used it on my rug, it came up clean. When on and on upright position it turns off. Put foot on the base to release and start. Takes time for steam to come out. Uses a lot of water so you need to refill the tank. I would definitely recommend this. On the day it arrived I had a crushed fracture on my spine, it was easy to glide without causing me pain in my back. Really good for and floor type. Very happy indeed.
I have a Karcher SC3. , which broke down yet again. I got this Shark as a replacement. What a delight. Deep clean, heats up fast, easy to use, light, does the kick-boards and build quality; really well made. First impressions are 5/5. Looks like my old SC3 machine is off to the skip.
Excellent produc
I have a collie puppy who is carting excessive muck into my kitchen. I am so pleased with this. I have a bad back and it’s absolutely no effort to use . It works very well. It was a little heavy to lift from the box snd carry when storing . Cord length is excellent. My kitchen is quite large and I had no issues. I am very pleased with this and much better than previous steam cleaners. For me the rotation of the heads to clean is definitely worth it .
Perfect in every way
Perfect in every way. Cord length is longer than most power machines I’ve used previously. The machine does all the work for you, it is extremely lightweight yet scrubs the floor very well. Very easy to use. Would recommend
No wet floors
Lpbe the product as it’s easy to use, light and can also double le up polishing the floors.
Most importantly, it left no wet floor after steaming . Brilliant.
This was the third product bought and kept it, the other two where sent straight back.
10/10
Not bad
For the price and the brand I expected more, that being said it does do something
Super easy to assemble, heats up quickly, easy to use, gets floors clean and with minimal effort, quality I expect from shark products , the pads are easy to clean , minimal storage space needed works on my laminate and vinyl floors and brings them up a treat!
A great addition to our cleaning tools which is great for cleaning our LVT floors, just add distilled water and off you go. The cleaning pads are simple to attach and easy to clean and the reservoir is easy to access and fill.
I have 4 biggish rooms all with tiled floors. I would usually vacuum them then mop them. I fancied a steam mop and the rotating heads attracted me to this one. The mop is adequate – the job takes less time and I’m sure my floors are probably cleaner due to the steam aspect – but there is no astounding difference. There are no real downsides to the steam mop, it looks good, it works well, but I haven’t found it life changing.
Really pleased with this steamer. So easy to use, light and would definitely recommend this purchase.
Having a very light coloured flooring put down I used a steamer I’d had for years but unfortunately it didn’t quite do the job, read reviews on this steamer and ordered one. Used it only once and so impressed with it. Glides and is lightweight and leaves the floors clean. I’m well impressed and would recommend . 100% happy
This steamer is fantastic it sort of does the work for you I could even use it sitting on a stool as I have a bad back! With the usual steamers you get a lovely line of muck at the edges! This one just does the edges in it’s stride!! Love love love this machine!!
A Great Steam Mop
When I received my steamer, I washed my floor with my regular mop and then used my new Steam Mop.
The dirt on the pad was a shock so now my floor is proper clean, now.
Arrived quickly, and was straight forward to use.
I’ve Karndean flooring so keep my steam on the low setting.
My only gripe is the cord length could be longer as I’m unable to do my downstairs in one go.
I have used a number of steam cleaners over the years but this by far is the best. The kitchen is always problematic with dried bits of food sticking or drying on the floor before it is noticed. I would always have to clean these spots by hand, however this steamer with its rotating mops shifts it easily. I also found the muddy animal prints and food spills from our fluffy family members are quickly dealt with. It is great value for money and very robust in comparison to previous steam cleaners. I love this Shark Steam & Scrub Automatic Steam Mop [S6002UK] and I have recommended it to my friends and family.
We have slate tiles in the kitchen and dining room. This cleans and steams. Easy to use on the tiles, reaches temp fast! Two settings mean it’s powerful enough to clean the slate and can be switched to the light mode to whizz over the laminate we have. Floors are visibly cleaner and dry faster than a previous steam mop from a different vacuum manufacturer.
Pads are easy to put on and remove. Machine washable pads makes it easy maintenence.
Cord is long enough so you don’t have to unplug as you move rooms. Easy to put together out of the box, the water tank is quick to fill with the jug included.
It does stand up when not in use and goes into standby when switched on. Slight negative is that when standing it leans and feels like it might fall if not left near a wall. It hasn’t yet though…
Already own the ‘Click-and-Flip’ mop from Shark and was looking to buy one for a family member who, due to their age, use a cleaner to help out around the house.
This new model came up (about 30 more expensive) so I thought I would give it a try. The cleaners exact words were ‘It’s absolutely fantastic! it’s the best steam mop I have ever used (and she uses a lot of different types in her job).
No more effort pulling and pushing the mop around the floor; the rotating pads do an excellent job of making the mop really easy to move around, far easier than the standard model and the cleaning function with these pads rotating is way better than the normal steam mop, they do that extra bit of scrubbing work for you and the floor is near instantly dry.
As usual, Shark puts an extra set of pads in the box so you always have a clean set to hand – just to note, the pads are machine washable and can be left to air dry.
In summary…
If you’ve got a few extra quid to spend get this model, I don’t think you won’t be disappointed.
I love that this steams and scrubs – something I have struggled to find. I haven’t had it long but so far: build quality seems good (satisfyingly weighty); it heats up really quickly; is simple and enjoyable to use plus I like the design and washable pads and it wasn’t expensive (just over 100). The finish isn’t perfect. Shiny tiles need buffing afterwards and you can see swirly marks on matt finish tiles. However, I can get round a 60m2 space in 30 mins (including pre-vacuum) and the floor looks clean. It gets muddy paw prints off and even paint splashes if you hover long enough over the same spot. It’s a LOT better than having to get down on my hands and knees and scrub, which is the only other way of getting as good a finish. I’m really pleased with it and, having tried no end of other methods, it’s the only one I would bother to write a review for. Recommend!
Great product !
This takes cleaning the floor to another level of hygiene. Cleans really well but also leaves the floor barely moist- no More waiting for the floor to dry!also, it’s super light so great for my back- no More bending over my super mop!
Best steam cleaner I've had so fa
This is my third steam cleaner, and it’s by far the best of the three (won’t mention the makes). It cleans the floor better even at the medium setting. I was tempted to use high because my quarry tile kitchen floor gets very grubby. But the medium setting did a great job. The pads are easy to get on and off. I didn’t even need to touch them, they just fell off at the touch of a button. Great length of cord and I didn’t need to change sockets when I transferred from the kitchen clean to the front doorstep at the opposite side of the house. Pus, I liked the fact I didn’t have to remove the water container to fill it. I just needed to open a nozzle at the top and pour the water in from the jug supplied. All in all, a great steam cleaner.
I am hardly one to ever leave reviews, but thank you Shark! This blew me away! This is seriously impressive. My floors feel and look so much cleaner.
I mop daily with young kids and a dog, it’s a routine and ensure the kids are free from germs or nasties. I came across a YouTube of this product and was impressed, so I thought I’d give it a go. I’m normally a very loyal customer of Dyson and was waiting for them to bring out some sort of floor cleaner since I have all their products, but alas it hasn’t come. This was a risky step, but Shark seems reputable in the UK, so given the reviews I read were impressive, I took the big step and purchased one.
The Shark was easy to set up and I filled the tank easily with some water and a touch of Zoflora. I chose the highest steam level for ultimate clean. As most reviews mentioned whilst the cloth pad is dry it’s a little hard work to move around, but once the steam has soaked the pad through it was a breeze and making light of really hard work. The cord caused me no issue and it was long enough for me to cover my kitchen/diner. Once I finished I removed the pad and put it through a quick tumble with normal detergent (no fabric softener), and I am ready to go tomorrow.
Honestly, if you are hesitating, don’t! This cleans better than a standard mop and the high steam and heat means the floor dries quicker.
I am very impressed! No regrets and will be keeping an eye out for more impressive Shark products.
Well I don’t know what to say
I’m never usually lost for words about a product. There’s usually a ton of things I can find that they could do better on but this mop is just incredible. The way it’s designed to go together and how you don’t have to touch the dirty pad, how it’s just so sleek. The adjustable heat is great if you’re working on different surfaces and they way you can flip it over to get a blast of steam on the tough stains is superb. I nearly always lose bottles to these things and end up filling them up with something else but this one clips on!
I thought I’d be waiting ages in between filling it up for it to generate steam again but it was Instant.
My floor has never looked cleaner.
All in all a very well thought of bit of kit!
Would definitely recommend.
Amazing steam mop!!!
What can I say? I love this steam mop! I ordered it after recommendations from friends and also Mrs Hinch! I’ve used cheaper steam mops in the past but this knocks spots off it. It seems a lot more powerful…. Lots of steam, heats up and “ready to go” quickly, leaves floors super clean and feeling more hygienic. I have 4 dogs and use this regularly. I really like the flip over pad so you can use both sides and steam blast when you need it, plus the release pad function so you don’t have to fiddle around getting it on and off. Very happy, highly recommended….happy steaming
Clean in a blast of steam
Having mainly laminate flooring in my house alongside 2 kids and 3 pets I have found that steam mops are the only way to keep the floors vaguely clean. My last one was terrible and broke within 8 months, after researching i found the shark. It doesnt convert to a handheld and its heavier than my previous ones but boy does it pack a powerful punch! No chance i am going back to any other steamer! Only design feature i would change is perhaps to make it foldable for storage but tht is just because i dont have a broom cupboard to store things this height in.
Pros – steams like a demon
Cons – heavier than previous steame
Fantastic bit of ki
Wow. What a fantastic steamer. Knocks spots off my previous Vileda model. Cleans with very little effort, so no endless going back and forward over stubborn areas. Couple of things to note though; it won’t stand up on its own ( come on Shark, sort this out), the mop head is quite free roaming and therefore you need two hands to steer it ( bit like flying a helicopter ) and there’s no on/ off switch on it so you have to turn off at the plug. Other than these issues I’m delighted with my purchase.
Highly recommend
We’ve been looking for a steam cleaner for some time and decided on this one as we have a shark hoover and cannot fault the customer service. This works well and heats up really quickly. It’s super simple to use and easy to switch to the power blast for those stubborn marks. The only minor gripe that I have is that, both the box and instructions, it states that the carpet glider is included but it isn’t on this particular model.
Best purchase ever!
Having always bought vax mops (because they got high ratings) which lost steam, leaked and had plastic “bits” breaking off regularly from day one, I thought I’d give this one a go. I just wish I’d done it sooner. It’s absolutely brilliant. Talk about a class above! It’s really solidly built, the steam output is amazing and the cloth heads are really thick and soak up the dirt, rather than just push it around the floor. It’s also very easy to manoeuvre and the “click & flip” is great. The only negative is that you can’t turn it off on the mop itself – but I’m more than willing to sacrifice that for all the positive features it has. I can’t recommend this mop highly enough.
Fantastic Produc
After using the cheap steam mops years ago I wasn’t going to fall into the same trap this time when the Wife said she wanted a steam mop for the laminate floors.
This is a you get what you pay for item.
The mop is solidly built with a good amount of weight to it so there is some resistance when mopping helping you clean and remove stains/marks.
Has a good size reservoir and the filling cup also clips onto the mop shaft so no misplacing it. Heats up rather quickly.
The mop head is a good size and is very easy to manoeuvre around the floor. It also has the benefit of being able to flip the head over onto the other side when one side gets dirty meaning you can clean for longer before having to change the pad.
The pads are so easy to remove and clip back into place, no need to tie or clip these. The mop head simply opens up and slides into the holders on the back of the mop pad, then you just move the mop head until it clicks and thats it.
The mop leaves the floor clean and not soaking so you’re not waiting ages for it to dry, it’s just the right amount of steam.
I would highly recommend this product.
Perfect steam mop
Really good steam mop, we have it for a few months now, maybe close to half a year, use it on LVT floor a few times a week and it’s great. My parents got Karcher, I used both and would always pick my Shark over Karcher, it’s so much better! I even converted two of my friends from normal mop to this steam mop and they both love it as much as I do! Star down is only because I wish it was cordless and it could definitely come with some wall mount (attached picture of how we sorted that issue)
Middle aged deligh
I never thought I’d be the kind of person to get excited about a steam mop but there we are. This thing is so damn easy to use, and so very quick to clean the floors and the click/snap mop attachment thing is GENIUS. It’s quite heavy to use but that’s only a problem when getting it in/out of the cupboard. I used to mop my wooden floors with a standard mop and bucket of water. The difference is incredible. I love it. I am a sad person.
Excellent steam mops
Tried a few steam mops in my time, both at work as a hotel housekeeper and at home. The Shark steam mops are undoubtedly the best. They don’t leave the floor soaking wet like some, the floor dries very quickly. There are no muddy streaks. The mop heads are really easy to wash in the washing machine. The steam is reassuringly hot and cleans and disinfects hard floors. The cord is a really good length. The steam mop is relatively light weight and easy to use and quickly gets up to required heat.
Really easy to set up and use
I am really pleased with this. I haven’t owned or used anything like it before so was a bit nervous about getting it. I’m pleased I did as it was so straight forward to put together and use – it was up and running within 15 minutes of arrival and that includes opening the box and unwrapping it etc.
It didn’t leave the floors all wet and we bought some steam detergent (Ocean Fresh) too and it made the room smell lovely. Put my old mop and bucket up the loft just in case and hung my steam mop up out of the way – pefect!
Love the double mop head
I highly recommend this steam mop from Shark. I like the way you can use both sides of the moo head before you change it. I was struggling with moos that push the dirt around my insanely light kitchen floor, but this is so much better. I do change the moo head in the middle of cleaning the floor but then It is a large area going into a seating area.
So easy to use, just had to find a big enough hook to hang it up in the cupboard.
Highly recommended
Excellent customer service / distilled water / white vinega
This was replacement under warranty. Excellent customer service from Shark.
Just make sure you DO NOT use tap water. Only use distilled water, ie from a tumble dryer or dehumidifier. Tip, use a strainer over the water inlet of the steamer as this will filter out any little bits that sometimes appear in the dehumidifier or tumble dryer water. Steam mops are designed NOT to use tap water. If you get reduced steam then use 50% water 50% white vinegar, rest mop over night and then put steamer on, ‘outside’, as it will smell of vinegar in the house otherwise, this is also suggested by Shark as an unblocking method.
Brilliant mop
So I’ve had this about a week and used it every day. It cleans amazingly and the pads are thick so there’s not much water going onto your floor. My kitchen floor was filthy and I didn’t even realise, it took 4 passes to get it clean, my other mop was obviously just swirling the dirst around and not lifting it very well. If I had to give a downside it would be not all the pad gets dirty, there are parts it’s hard to make full contact with the floor like the edges. I also find it doesn’t lift dirt very well along the edges of the floor near the skirting boards, I still need to go round with a dettol wipe on the very edges. But everywhere else it just lifts that dirt away. It’s quite noisy at times which if your baby is asleep I tend to not use the mop, which would be an ideal time as I’m free to do it. Also it’s quite heavy. But these are really trying to pick fault with what is an amazing effective product. Great value for money.
Not like other mops no attachments for floor cleaning only
As with other reviews the Chinese left the carpet glide out so quick call to shark helpline and they ordered me one same time as I registered the warranty .
Solid heavy mop if you want a lightweight mop don’t order this I’ve had others with all sorts of attachments which I never used this one is a steam mop and does not pretent to be anything else
Needed an easier way to clean our floor which is large and we have a dog. Done to usual mop and scrubbing on hands & knees so when we saw the Shark with good reviews we purchased it.
Arrived within 2 days, ordered extra pads, so we have just finished our first go. We thought the floor was clean but wasn’t prepared for the grime it collected as can be seen.
Easy to use and put together.
Variable heat outputs which was good on low for our laminate in the hallway.
The long cord length was great as we could just plug in and go.
Overall money well spent and no more scrubbing!
Never had a shark product and always gone dyson for vaccumes and B&D for steam mops but noticed B&D don’t seem to make any simple steam mop any more. Gave this a go and was suitably Impressed. The mop has a good length of cable (unlike our B&D) heats up quick and has very large pads meaning you get great floor coverage, flip over and you have the other side… Great feature. You can also give a burst of steam if needed via a middle mounted jet and the 3 temp settings allows for different floor types. Why this looses a star is the base doesnt lock out allowing it to free stand and needs leaning against a wall. Our B&D 60 steam mop had this so expected a 100 mop to have this feature
Best mop eve
I’ve had a few steam mops over the years some good some bad but this shark s6003uk model has to be the best, first of all the lead is very long I live in a flat and plug it in in the kitchen and the cable length does the whole flat, the idea for the kick n flip is also brilliant, takes seconds to change the pad, the floor is more or less dry within seconds, and just flip over for a burst of steam, some people asked can you add essential oils to the water tank , I would not recommend this as it could probably block the steam jets, I just put a few drops of essential oils on the side of the mop that goes on the floor, I think it would be ok though to add zaflora to the water tank, I know it seems pricey but look for best price, I had this for 99 and you can tell the difference from other mops when you use it, its absolutely brilliant and will definitely recommend.
I have had this for almost 3 months now and am not disappointed.
The cleaning pads are larger than my last mop and you can swap the pad around to use the other side when it gets dirty so you don’t need loads of spares.
It heats up quickly (I use it on the max setting) and it is ready to steam clean in less than a minute.
The lead length is long and, despite what other people are saying, you can switch it off by just pressing the button until you get to the off position.
Actually as it is so easy to use I mop more often and my floor are much cleaner than they were before.
To clean porcelain floors without streaking I add a splosh of white vinegar – bye bye to water stains!
Only downer is that I can’t get the small triangular foot that is listed in the instruction booklet.
Loving my super clean floors
I always believed my floors to be clean , I have a dog live rural so that entails lots of muddy paws, this product is excellent and I knew from first use it does a great job ,it heats up really quickly the floors are dry due to the heat output, it’s easy to use, and simple unpack and to put together , I like that I am not using unnecessary chemicals to clean the floors the water tank capacity is excellant . I just wish I had bought one soone
Our Vax cleaner died some time ago and wasn’t doing anything to the floor, but this does an amazing job.
Super simple to assemble and operate. Our floors have never been so clean! Wish we’d bought one years ago. We’ve got a dog and children so this is invaluable.
After just a once over the mop head was filthy but was so easy to flip over – without having to touch it too.
If you’re considering it, you won’t be disappointed. Oh, and remember to register your purchase on the Shark website for the two year warranty!
It really is easy to use and effective
I’ve had another steamer cleaner from a leading brand which claimed to heat up in 30 seconds but it was never simple to use and it broke after less than 10 uses. I bought this as a replacement. It doesn’t have the option to use other attachments but my main use is cleaning the floor and it’s very effective in doing that. All you need to do is put water in the tank and you’re ready to go (actually!). I’m very happy with the level of steam it releases and I like the fact that you can flip over the cloths. It doesn’t leave streaks and it’s such an ease to use.
Excellent and easy to use
Excellent steam mop easy to build up from new and easy to use, i find it light enough comes with 2x mop heads and a filling jug which as u can see clips on to handle for safe and easy storage heats up really quick and has 3 heat settings low, medium and high, does a excellent job compared to other ones iv had id deffo 100% recommend this
Good, but not perfec
The main thing is this mop does clean floors very effectively and boasts some clever features. Irritatingly, though, it won’t stand up on its own (if you want to break off mopping for a few seconds for any reason) and there’s no on/off switch on the mop itself. This means that if you have gone past the point where you plugged it in, you have to walk back over your nice clean floor to unplug it – or find somewhere to prop up your steaming mop! All said, I’d buy it again.
Great purchase
I’ve had steam mops before, but they were a pain to switch pads to cover the area of wooden floors I have and only usually had one level of steam. Fitting and removing the pads on this is just so easy – and being able to flip to the other side, I can cover the kitchen, hall and both bathrooms in one go with no hassle. The steam blast hasn’t won me over yet for stains as I still needed to scrub – but it is great to sterilise around the base of the toilets – and the varying steam level is handy for dialling up to clean footprints. I also got the carpet glider, but haven’t noticed any improvement on the hall carpet yet, but I’ll give it time – and cleaning the floors takes half the time and I wish I’d discovered this one sooner.
I live to have a clean house. I detest dirty floors, as we have a dog… I hoover, normally twice a day (she’s a Jack Russell who sheds alot.)
Once I’ve hoovered I can’t help but notice the floors need a clean. This mop is fast and effective at cleaning and drying within minutes.
Before this mop, I was crawling on my hands and knees wiping down all the floors, this sounds ridiculous but I really dislike traditional mops. They soak the floor and spread dirty water. I tired the spray mops they left a residue, I saw the mops where you click on new pads and throw them away but that’s wasteful and expensive. I had the sponge mop you squeeze out- didn’t like it.
Now you have the background on my mopping experience, I will highlight the pros of this mop!
*I use water – no harmful chemicals
*The pads go in the washer with my other cleaning cloths.
*The floors dry very fast
*You can buy additional pads so you don’t need to wait for supplied 2 pads to be washed.
*Traps dirt into the pad
Cons
*If you live in a hard water area you will need to de scale the inside to do this I place the mop inside the bath (empty), open the window and pour white vinegar about 1/4 the way and turn it on high. (50p from Sainsbury’s) After letting the vinegar run out which normally takes 5 mins you can see all the limescale deposits in the bath, then I attach a new pad and mop. The bath can be rinsed clean.
I also like to add some zeflora to the pads before turning the machine on.
Please if you find this helpful give it thumbs up so others can read i
The bes
I thought my floors were clean People remarked on my shiny floors. Alas. They weren’t and I didn’t realise until I used this steamer The floors are left almost dry and you can feel the cleanliness when you walk on them It has and extra boost just by leaning it down so no messing with buttons etc Anyone who wants a new steamer floor cleaner should buy this one. I can’t rate it high enough
Can or recommend highly enough
This is the bees knees. It heats up quick, cleans well and dries quick. The cord is extremely long and adequate. The quick release of the pads is easy to use and the handle has a nice grip. This is a well thought out product. I bought spare pads as my floor gets dirty with dogs but you get two with it. They have a two day use as you can ‘turn’ the pad to the clean side for the next time. Stores away nicely.
I use ironised water in mine as we live in an extremely hard water area even with a water softener I wanted to protect the product. 10/10
Fantastic cleaning results
This is my second steam mop. I thought my previous one was good but this is outstanding.. I have concrete floor tiles in the kitchen and the cement in between can get quite grubby.. The shark has made them look like new and I don’t know how but it leaves them with a slight satin sheen. The detachable floor pad is really easy to clean. It is also useful having a spare because you can immediately replace the used one with a clean one ready to go for next time. So much quicker and easier than a mop and bucket. The only slight downside is that if there is any residual water left in the tank you do need to pick the machine up to empty it down the sink..
On the whole love this mop, my porcelain tiles in the kitchen come up shiny with minimal streaking and the wooden floors cleans up well too. I feel reassured with a 1 year old crawler that the floors are clean and sterilised which is a big bonus for me. It had a really long cord which unlike previous ones I have had means I don’t have to keep unplugging and moving around.
Cons: it is quite heavy and if you have a stubborn spot you have to press down quite firmly to get enough pressure to scrub it.
It’s not freestanding – I know doesn’t seem like a huge thing but it does really annoy me for some reason! Finally it is quite loud but I think that’s to be expected for the amount of steam generation.
Best Make On The Marke
OK, so we’ve now been using this Steamer for over 5 months now. We have Tiles floors in our kitchen and wooden flooring in the lounge. Everything about this Steamer has been made to the wishes of the consumer. It’s like Shark have actually listened to the customers and made exactly to our wants. I can’t fault it in any way what so ever. If i really wanted or had to give one fault, then i guess the only thing i would say is the water container is a bit small. But hey, it takes me about 3 seconds to refill it. So even then i guess it not that big a fault..I’ve got a Shark hoover that i really like and i’m so glad i went with Shark again with their Steamer. Shark all the way for me from now on..
This mop is brilliant. I thought my tiled floor was clean until I used this. I used to have a vax mop which is now at the local tip. The shark is 100 times better and my floor looks like new. It’s easy to assemble and once you put water in and switch it on its ready to go in seconds. You get 3 steam levels and a quick flip of the head gives access to a steam blast jet. This really does a very good job and I would highly recommend it.
So I’ve tried a few on the market, the vax and karcher one and I couldn’t get on with them, we have a black granite tiles in our kitchen and everything we use would leave streaks, mopping, non rinse floor cleaner, steam mopping, you name it we’ve tried it. I was so fed up with how horrible our floor would look that I considered to replace the flooring (even though they’re beautiful tiles) and I was so skeptical on spending another 150 quid to potentially be disappointed by another steam mop. Thankfully I took the plunge and I honestly couldn’t be more happy, its so sleek and simple and the 3 steam setting is what is working wonders, this steam mop distributes the steam evenly and doesn’t drench our floors (unlike the vax one we tried, it took the floor to dry 10 mins or so and that was in the summer with backdoor open). I would start at the of the kitchen and by the time I’ve reached the bottom, the top of the kitchen is already dry.
Honestly one of my favourite things to use on the house!!!
Absolutely love this!
First off, you need to know that I am not a manic house cleaner by any vague stretch of the imagination. I clean because I have to, and other than the kitchen and bathroom, I tend to leave the rest of the house until someone is coming round, or I can’t stand looking at it any more! Having moved to an old farmhouse with half tiled and half wood floors, I was facing the prospect of lots of one of my least favourite chores: mopping floors. A friend mentioned they had a steam mop, which I’d never heard of, so I did some research and settled on this one. It appealed on 2 levels: 1. It looked quick and easy, and 2. It doesn’t need chemicals. From a health perspective I’ve been a big fan of using natural products as much as possible for a while, and now that we have a septic tank, it’s imperative not to use harsh chemicals. I picked this based on the reviews, and I have not been disappointed. It is really easy to use, cleans floors like a dream (goodbye muddy footprints!), is much easier on my back than mopping, and cleans and dries really quickly. Can’t really ask for much more. My only complaint is that it’s turned me into a bit of an evangelical fan of its floor cleaning prowess, which is a little on the sad side!
We use it mostly on the tile floors in the living areas, as they get grubbiest, but it also works a dream on the wooden floors in the bedrooms, though we use it on the lowest setting and move fairly quickly for them. The cable’s a good length, so I can clean a whole room without having to move the plug. The reservoir is big enough for me to clean our decent sized kitchen/diner and sitting room before it runs out.
Happily we are in a much softer water area than our previous house, so we use water that’s leftover in the kettle – just top up the little filling jug once it’s cooled down. Seems to be working fine so far, and saves faffing around with distilled water.
My final little rave is the good design for storage. The cable actually wraps around exactly where it is supposed to be (unlike most vacuum cleaners), and it hangs from a hook for easy, out of the way storage. There’s even a little place to clip the filler jug on, but that tends to live near the kettle in our house for easy filling as above. The filler jug is also the correct size to fill the water reservoir to the full mark from empty. Lots of little well thought out design points.
So, to summarise, I am happy as larry with this steam mop – seems like excellent value for something that makes a job I hated so much easier. Highly recommended.
Very easy and convenie
I bought this to use in my vinyl floors and although I thought my floors were clean this mop proved me wrong! It’s easy to use, heats up really fast and cleans the floor without leaving a wet residue, ie leaves it dry, unlike a conventional mop. The only thing which isn’t a fault, but it shows in the video you can just slip the replacement pad in with a couple of clicks and not have to bend and touch the mop, I find this awkward and I’ve needed to physically bend and remove it using my hands. No big deal really, but if you are buying this and you have mobility difficulties then know that you will need to bend to slip the mop into the feet to get it in properly. It’s a good mop and I use it in medium setting and as it’s so convenient, I keep it in my downstairs loo prefilled with water (takes up very little space popped up I the corner) and just plug it in when I do my morning vac and mop. Easy peasy!
As soon as I received my steam mop I was putting it together and using it within 10 minutes… I could not believe how much dirt I picked up with it. I used a spray bottle with zoflira to get that freshness… I also ordered 4 extra mops probably didn’t need to do this as 2 come with it… overall very happy with it and it certainly makes my life a lot easier now which can only be a bonus when you work full time have 2 lazy untidy cats and a lazy fiancee
Great for my engineered Oak floor. I had a Holme steam mop before so thought my floor was fairly clean. I thought I would only be using one of the mop heads but check my photo. I certainly needed both and was unbelievable how much dirt came off.
Very impressed – I used the high steam level and was great.
Had thought about getting more expensive ” steam cleaners” that did more than floors but then saw the reviews for this and asked myself did I really need a steam cleaner other than for floors?
It arrived today and I have just used it on ( lazy me! ) VERY dirty ceramic tiles which have been soiled by my three dogs and wet weather! I guessed in advance that the two mop covers provided would not be enough so purchased more in advance. The Shark did an amazing job….I expected to have to clean the floor in the kitchen at least twice but ( having changed covers) it only took one clean. REALLY impressed by this…not a great fan of mopping but this is something else!!
The reviews were right and I’ve saved shedloads of money on not buying a steam cleaner for areas other than my floors ( Ceramic, tiled and hardwood ).
It Works
Having tried a few steam mops over the years and generally not been very happy with their performance I thought I should try this one as I already have the Shark vacuum and it works great. This mop is simple to use and can be refilled without letting it cool down and the results are outstanding. I live in the country and have two large dogs with usually very muddy feet and a stone kitchen floor and this mop saves me a huge amount of work and time keeping the floor up to speed and does the same with the wooden floors. It really is that good and it’s very easy to use, if you are looking for a steam mop then buy this Shark it has a lot going for it .
OMG I feel like I’ve died and gone to heaven with this floor steamer. I was using a Vax 10 in 1 which sort of seemed ok but took forever…. this on the other hand is in another league. I have all wooden floors apart from tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms so, I steam throughout once if not twice per week. This steamer cut down my steam time by 2/3rds, yes 2/3rds…I actually used to dread having to steam but I really don’t mind steaming the floors now! So much easier to use and so much more efficient. The flip and steam function is genius for stubborn marks. The pads are easy put on and take off and wash up well.
Hi. The item is very good and I really like it, very easy to use clean quick and smell nice and longer with mixing water with Detol ocean. Thanks to the seller and Amazon for the good quality and price.
Kind Regards.
I bought this recently after trialing a few different steam mops borrowed from friends/family beforehand to help me make my decision and boy this one puts all the others in a different category!
It is SO much sturdier and easier to use by virtue of its much stronger construction,LONG 8 metre cord, large rectangular mop head which can be flipped over to use both sides, 3 different steam options at the touch of a button and an automatic steam burst option for stubborn stains. My tiles dry in a couple of minutes and its fabulous on my wooden floor as well. The mop heads wash really well in the machine also.
Yes, it is a little more expensive than other models on the market but the quality and sturdiness of the product is FAR superior to the ones I had tried out and I can see it lasting for years! Also, I was lucky enough to buy it at the reduced price on offer saving myself 51.00.
I can only highly recommend this steam mop. Housework just became a pleasurable activity!
Does what it says on the box!
I ordered this one day, it arrived the next! Excellent service. Box was in perfect condition. Assembled and used for the first time this morning on Kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and hall floors. I had to top it up, but unlike other models where you have to wait for it to cool down before adding more water, this you just pour in and carry on. My floors certainly look much cleaner than they have in a while, as I was only using a squeegy mop. I decided to buy this steam cleaner after cleaning the kitchen floor with the squeegy, I then had to mop up a water spill, and the kitchen towel was dirty. Squeegy was a waste of time and effort. Previously I had a heavy duty steam cleaner with loads of attachments which took up masses of space in the cupboard, and was cumbersome and hardly used. That’s gone, and this just hangs off a hook on the wall, ready to go in a minute.
I didnt leave review straight away because wanted to see what is it like. I have used it 5 or more times now. Find it soo so good. I used spray mop before and fibre one. Was forever washing house. As have small toddler that runs around and eats and people visiting and not taking off their shoes (hate that). I attached picture to show how much dirt it took off with first time and then i swapped pads. I was disgusted how dirty my floors were. ( i have very small house with click floor). And it takes me maybe no10min to wash the whole house and its handy and quick because i do it when toddler is asleep. Have more time for myself instead of sweating trying to scrub floors woth mops. It took maybe 1mim to assembly it together. + i put some comfort fabric conditioner in spray bottle and spray floor as im steaming it, gets dirt off even better + smells nice. As your only supposed to put in water to have guarantee in case ot breaks. Surely hoover the floors first and then i steam them. Lead is very long so i can get around the house not plugging it anywhere else. I like floors spotless and will order anoher few pads. Because i usually would use 2 to wash whole house. Sometimes feels like its a little too short for having two. Definately worth the money.Soon will be looking into shark cordless hoover. Heard they are brilliant.
Having bought many steam mops over the years and finding myself continually disappointed I stumbled upon this one. I’ve owned it nearly a year now and it’s been used regularly. The folding head principal is superb, so easy to use, large sensible shaped pads, which are still close to new condition, are a blessed relief after endless rubbish from generic vax type products. The mop head mechanism works perfectly after nearly a year, reassuringly well made. I can’t recommend this mop enough, it cleans thoroughly, it works perfectly, and one year on continues to perform like the first day
It’s OK if you’ve not bought a steam mop before. I’ll start by saying it’s easy to use and has a clever double sided pad to clean the floor with. So it does the job.
However I purchased this as my 5 year vax floor cleaner had broken when we moved house.
The difference between this and the vax models are two fold.
The vax allows you to put in the detergent, leaves floors feeling soft and clean. More importantly the vax allows the floor steamer to click into itself to allow it to stand when not being used.
The shark you just prop up otherwise it just falls over. Which is rather a limitation when you have to move a chair or other item and have to let go of the cleaner.
If I hadn’t used it I’d probably return it for the newer vax model.
I was sceptical about buying this after a dreadful exeperience with a more expensive Karcher steam cleaner but I am so pleased that I took the plunge and gave this a go as I am absolutely delighted with it.
Just over a year ago I bought a Karcher steam cleaner and it frustrated me right from the start. The power cord was far too short and I had to move it every few minutes, there was no way of tidying the power cord away neatly, the pad wasn’t very absorbent and was awkward to attach, the hose from the machine to the cleaning head got twisted and wouldn’t ever untwist properly, and worst of all, the steam level got progressively worse even though I only used it once a week. When I had finally had enough, I was delighted to take it to the tip!
The Shark however, has been an absolute delight. It has a much longer power cord which means that I don’t have to unplug and move when cleaning my large kitchen/dining/family room, it has clips to wind the cord around neatly when not in use, the pad is absorbent and it is easy to manoeuvre (it reminds me a Dyson Ball vacuum), the steam level is adjustable and it feels so much better quality than my old Karcher. I honestly can’t believe the improvement, especially considering it only cost 99.99.
I’ve used it now around 5 times and I am really, really impressed with it. I’m really hoping that it continues to impress in the long term, but I’m quietly optimistic that it will. I would choose this over a Karcher ANY day!
Hi, my name is Mikyla and I’m a Shark product addict….there! I’ve admitted it!! I love everything about Shark! I love how easy the product is to use, how well they work and how clean they leave my home feeling! Cleaning no longer feels a chore! Cleaning is like my therapy, it most definitely takes me to my happy place.
First of all, this item is well packaged, assembly wasn’t difficult, a few simple clicks and you’re there! Instructions are very easy to follow. I was a big scared to tug at the water dispenser but it is a little bit on the stiff side to start with, but after you’ve opened it once, it’s fine after that! You get a measuring jug to fill which fills the dispenser perfectly.
Now it’s time to pick your heat setting. Now when it comes to laminate, I’m a bit of a scaredy cat! So I went for medium and I’m sure I’m right with this one! It didn’t take long to heat up and get going at all (once i’d ‘Click & clicked’ my steam head on).
If there’s any stubborn marks, you literally flip the head of the steam mop and you’ll get a blast of steam which you can hold on the area and then steam over. *GEEEEENIUS*
Once finished, you can wash your steam mop head in the washing machine with a LIQUID detergent (not powdered) and it comes out looking brand new! I steam my floors every other day and the amount of dirt that comes out is shocking, I wash them down every day but always worried I’d damage them if steamed too often (they’re newly laid).
I love this product and wouldn’t be without it now!
We have a giant Newfoundland dog and oh my, just when I thought we cleaned the floor, the Amazon guy rang the door bell to deliver the Shark Steam Mop. So I thought “I’ll give this a go now!” And to my surprise our freshly cleaned floor was not clean at all after looking at what this wonderful little gadget had picked up! I am so incredibly impressed and enlightened that I need to do a lot more cleaning with a muddy dog in the house. Hahaha! Love it!
This is brilliant. I had another steam mop before which I felt wasn’t up to scratch so bought this to replace it. So easy to put together and use. I couldn’t believe how well it cleaned my kitchen floor which I thought wasn’t that dirty. I’ve also cleaned my laminate flooring on the lowest setting and it performed really well with this too. I’d definitely recommend Shark and would look at their other products in the future.
I rarely review a product, at least, not until I’ve had a chance to use it and really put it to the test. I am a reluctant cleaner of my house, but like it to look good at little effort. I ADORE this steam mop, my first ever! I copied my son and daughter-in-law by buying it because they recommended it. It doesn’t disappoint. I really can see the difference and I’ve now forgotten that I ever used a bucket and mop. Well done Shark – I finally don’t mind mopping floors!!
I recently purchased a Shark cordless vacuum which, after being a die hard Dyson fan, absolutely blew me away. So I had no qualms about replacing my H20 HD steam cleaner with a Shark. What a difference! Fantastic touch-free pad removing action – no more scalded fingers when changing pads. Having a non-slip tiled floor throughout our extension (hubby is permanently on crutches now so, sadly, no shiny floors for us) cleaning is no easy task. The texture holds dirt like a magnet and destroys manual mops in seconds. The H20 HD was never easy to handle and having to remove the tank to fill it every few minutes soon became a real chore. Added to that, it couldn’t maintain a constant stream of steam – I had to stop every minute and wait for it to build up again. Very frustrating! But my new Shark is like a gift from heaven. Light, simple and it cleans my stubborn tiles effortlessly. Yes, the HD20 HD separates to give a hand held steam cleaner but I have never used that feature so it’s not something I miss. The Shark has a good sized cleaning area, the steam is continuous even on the HI setting, the pads are machine washable and it is incredibly easy to use. Like I said – I AM IN LOVE!
EDIT: Forgot to add we have a Tamaskan so we get a lot of dirty traffic on a daily basis this time of year. After just 3 days I have found it’s easier and quicker to use my Shark steamer than it is to get a mop, bowl of hot water, cleaning products and towels to dry the floor afterwards when Loki bowls through the boot room, utility room and kitchen covered in winter mud! Still madly in love!
Our 30 Vax steamer gave up the ghost and I gave in and bought a more expensive model, I’ll identify positives and negatives in easy format:
1. Easy to assemble
2. Really lightweight
3. Adding water is much better as you leave the mop upright whilst filling
4. The bespoke release system is pretty good, a bit gimmicky but ok.
5. The extra concentrated jet is VERY useful I like this feature.
6. Can be taken apart for storage.
7. Provided cloth is good quality.
The Bad:
1. Not sure the head is very robust, the flip system means thin plastic sections so remains to be seen if it will last.
2. It does not stand on its own, really annoying to take it apart or lay it down.
3. Some might like the large circle handle, I don’t as its big but may not be an issue for others.
All in all I do like it and can’t fault it apart from not being able to stand it up.
100% Recommend......Floors are like new!!!!!
This is an amazing product, 100% impressed and 100% recommend it. I have white engineered wood floors and we have used Bona wood floor cleaner in the past which was okay, but required a lot of elbow grease and even then didn’t do a perfect job
This on the other hand brought the floors back to like new, I use the low setting which is more than enough on wood floors and it means the floors dry in a couple of minutes.
The pads are easy to flip over and change, you get two pads so it cleans so much surface area. You might see a lot of dirt the first couple of times, but just goes to show what we have been living with. I also like to hoover before hand, we have a dog so there is a lot of hair.
The positives
1. Easy to use
2. Has two sides and two pads, so effectively four sides, and while it maybe filthy the first couple of times you use it, you won’t need both pads unless you live in a big house
3. Does an amazing job in cleaning the floor
4. No chemicals required, no more wipes that aren’t good for the environment
Negatives
1. Be nice to be free standing, but isn’t too band if you lean it against something…..you soon will get use to it
2. No on off switch, have to do it from the mains, again not a major issue, but maybe an auto switch of when upright, just so you can wait between areas for the floor to dry without concentrating the steam in one place
3. Being able to take it off to do the oven/bathroom etc……….but to be honest I can’t help but feel these multi purpose machines are handy and do a good job at all but never a great job at one.
4. Compact and easy to store
The negatives in my opinion aren’t important, be amazing if they were addressed in future models, but not important.
In short this is a great product that you won’t be disappointed by, i’ve only had it a week, so I don’t know what the longevity is, but if it lasts 2 years, at that price it will be well worth it.
I did a lot of research into which steam mop to purchase after my cheaper VAX one had packed in for the third time in as many months. A few people on the Instagram cleaning community had been using this and describing it as one of their ‘staple’ products. After purchasing and using twice a day for the last few weeks, I can see why they loved it. First of all, the overall build of this mop is very high quality, especially when compared to other steam mops I have had in the past. Its sturdy, solid and every part actually does what it is supposed to. It heats up in a matter of seconds and keeps its steam production throughout. I use the high setting in high traffic areas and medium in lower traffic areas. A very handy feature is the ability to kick back the head and use a focused burst of steam on any stubborn dirt. The mop head covers are really easy to clean and change. We have approximately 7 people in and out of our house throughout the day so the tilled floors get dirty very quickly. This has almost made it a delight to clean them! Pro Tip – Use scented ironing water to steam with and the room gets filled with a brilliant fresh fragrance!
shark is a great brand, and this mop is great and easy to use. My floors get super clean the dry time is fast and I don’t have to use a bucket anymore. The head cloth is easy to assemble and when you finish just toss it in the washing machine. I use to have the Vauxhall’s and the political vaporetto mop both where bulkier and left my floors wet. This is the best steam mop I have use.
This is the first time I bought one of these to replace a normal mop and bucket. Very impressed with it so far and it works just as well as a normal mop and bucket would but without the hard effort. Using it is just like useing a hoover. However when you have a really stubborn stain you need to hold the streamer on the spot for several secs in order to losen the strain before it will remove the strain. Which is hardly a effort and better than having to scrub away like I had to with the old mop and bucket
I am able to clean a standed UK size bathroom and passage and kitchen and living room all from filling it once. It comes on really quick. I always use setting three which it the strongest setting and basically once you turn it on after 30 secs or so your ready to go
The pads are very easy to put on and off due to the way its designed and are machine washable and come out of washing machine like brand new
I am useing it on cushion flooring and wooden flooring. One thing that is much better about these compared to mop bucket too is that the floor drys basically within mins and there’s no where near the mess a normal mop and bracket causes. I would also say the floor looks cleaner too after useing the streamer compared to the mop and bucket
When I first got it and tried it out and used it on my kitchen floor which looked clean and I thought was clean. But after useing this streamer I relized it wasn’t as clean as I thought as the streamer cleaning pad was black with dirt. So clearly much better than mop and bucket and I use to scrub hell out of my floors and often snap the mop poles so it wasn’t like I wasn’t cleaning the floors well. Yet this steam mop cleaned even more
It does have a option of flipping it over to blast out a jet of stream to remove stubben stains but I don’t use this as its really not needed and I found when you do this it uses the water much quicker and fills your room full of mist. I fine it much easier to just leave mop on the stubborn stain for several secs and it does just the same thing but uses less of your water from the tank
The lead is very long and it all packs away tidy and neatly. It came with 2 cleaning pad and water fill jug. To fill the machine is easy and takes a few secs
It’s not light yet its not heavy either. Me and my misses are in are 30s but a elderly lady or gentleman could easily handly this as my 80 year old mother had a go and found it great
It is expensive at 100 but I think its worth it. Its made mopping effortless and cleans the floor better
It does take one or two goes to get use too. You have to go at a nice steady pace in order for it to clean well. You can’t just go pushing it around fast it needs to move at a slow and steady pace when pushing it so the steam does it job and lifts any dirty
I would recommend buying if you have floors to mop and fed up of the hard old fashion way of mop and bucket
*UPDATE* 2nd January 2019
After a good few months of daily use I pleased to say that this steamer is holding up just fine and the 2 cleaning pads that come with it have been machine washed many many times and are still fine and showing no signs of ware.
My house is a very busy house too with 5 young children aged 16 to 7 and two adults and a dog. So my floors take a beating each day and has to be moped daily. I gave this steamer a hard life so far and its used daily and haven’t let us down once. The kids have all used it as well and it’s as good as it was on day one. It’s even been dropped ans fallen over leaning against the wall a good few times but it’s held up just fine
One thing I should have ponited out more in my first review was the amount of time this saves you. Useing a mop and bucket use to take me about 15 mins from start to finish and useing this steamer takes about 5 mins or less. Cleaning my floors really has become effortless and there looking cleaner than they ever have.
Since buying this two of my neighbours and my sister have all replaced there steam cleaners for this model and all of them have said how much better this one is. And it’s not like they had cheap ones either. They had top of range models in other makes and they all said the other ones don’t even compair to this one.
My sister has a huge house which has wooden block flooring and tiles all the way through down stairs and has the money to buy what ever she likes and she’s over the moon with the results of this machine.
If you read all the reviews people leave on this streamer it becomes pretty clear quickly that 99% of people are over the moon with this steamer and that’s because it really does do a brilliant job and is a quality machine.
This is used on my parquet, stone tile and engineered-wood flooring and makes a dull task almost enjoyable! I did the research and this model and manufacturer came out ahead: I do not regret the purchase.
Cost more than other steam mop or equivalent. But you are paying for quality. We had a cheap-ish Vax before, which broke after a few years. Tried the 60 Karcher all-in-one which was useless. This is in a different league.
This is brilliant. I have hard wood flooring throughout my home, plus porcelain floor tiles in bathrooms. It cleans both surfaces very well, no streaking. Only drawback is the small water tank, and it can feel a little heavy to push when you first start.
This mop was bought as a replacement for an existing mop which was a different make and had given up the ghost. It was very easy to set up and use and the quick change head is a useful feature.
Far better than the competition – which required soap and always left the floor sticky / streaky. This really gives it a full shot of steam and the tile floor cleans beautifully with no streaking. I haven’t tried it on other than tile floors ….
