This is my 2nd review, I didn’t realise there was a HD function, in the camera, so left a average review 1st time round, but having been contacted by customer service, asking if I had switched the HD on, which I have now done, and would like to say the item is excellent far better picture quality in HD. Fully recommend this item, easy to set up and fit, motion sensor is good. And now I’ve switched HD on, picture quality is vastly improved. Thank you

I bought this camera to put into a cattery. Setting up was easy enough but the quality of the solar panel bracket is quite poor. The ball of the ball and socket adjuster is is quite rough and tends to stick if the screw is not fully extended to the point that it comes out and fiddly to get back in. The daylight picture quality is good although the colour is a bit off. The night vision is ok. It needs to be on the highest quality setting although the reach of the infrared could be better. It has only been a few days since it has been set up so we’see how it performs over the next few weeks.

Initially my first attempts at fitting the camera did not give good results but after help and assistance from the Boifun team the unit is now up and running and giving good responses to movement and good, clear images. Makes a difference when the product and the back up perform well.

This works well when it feels like it, the problem is the app, the picture and distance coverage is excellent the delay in advising of intruder is too slow sometimes

Second camera I have bought from this company. Night vision, motion detection and picture quality are all excellent. App is easy to download and now with the solar panel added I can check as often as I want without worrying about running down the battery. First class customer service too would highly recommend to all family and friends

Already have a similar camera that requires taking down and charging every 2 or 3 weeks. The camera quality and motion detection is great, but it is a pain to keep removing it to charge. This version with a solar panel is a game changer. I’ve had the camera up for around 4 days now over a particularly wet and cloudy few days, but the camera is still at 100% battery. All other aspects of the camera are working as well as my older camera with good vision, detection and night view. The camera connects to the Cloudedge app and is alerting on detection. Overall I definitely rate upgrading to a solar version, time will tell if the battery life is maintained through solar charging but so far so good.

I had been looking for a security camera for some time but have always been put off by running power cables or short battery life. Previously I had purchased a Boifun doorbell camera and have been very pleased with its performance and with this security camera boasting a 10400mAh Battery Powered with a Solar Panel convinced me to buy. The camera arrived and was very easy to install and connect to my Wi-Fi, it has now been running four days in constant tests usage and the battery shows minimal loss of power. The picture images, (attached) are of very high quality with the only disappointment being night-time images, which I guess will never be as good as daytime captures on any camera. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and although the unit itself looks to be of a high-quality build only time will tell of its long-term durability.
