I love my Bonfire for the portability, but it will not take full sized logs unless the are standing up! This one will fit 8 full sized logs easily and burns them to ash! The Yukon also puts out way more than double the heat of the bonfire and allows more people to warm around it! Recommend and other people have bought and love it! Safe, warm, and easy to clean!
We used our Yukon Fire Pit for the first time recently and love it. We did notice that when it was first lit that there was some smoke (we were sitting close to the pit and getting smoke in our eyes). Once the fire was established there was very little smoke.
Often buying logs from gas station/store they wouldn’t fit in the solo stove bonfire upgraded to this bad boy and have no issues
First. It is ready to go out of the box. If you have the extra $50 spend it for the removable ash pan because the only way to clean the other is to flip it. That is the only down side in my opinion. When you first light your fire, yes there is and will be smoke for the first 20-30 minutes. It takes time for the metal to heat up the side chamber which is how it pushes the oxygen into the fire to reignite the smoke. After that it is 98% smoke free until the temperature inside the fire pit drops. The amount of heat this thing puts off with just a small fire is very impressive. There is no need for a large fire. To anyone who says the metal gets hot and burns you if you touch it, really it’s a fire pit made out of metalwhat do you expect. Don’t touch it. You wouldn’t put your hand in the oven and you use that every day. Have some common sense. The inside does get discolored after use but again you are superheating the metal and there is spot from the wood so it’s going to happen. It is easier to clean because it’s stainless steel but it will never look as good as it did coming out of the box. I highly recommend the stand to give you the extra 3 inch lift because it not only provides mor airflow but it will keep the heat away from the surface below. This will melt a trex deck and stain wood or colored concrete.
The price is a little high but truly it is the best pit I have ever had. Highly recommended
The Solo Stove alone is a concept of pure excellence, if I hadn’t bought one…now two…I wouldn’t have believed the hype. However, this Yukon is a treatise in well developed outdoor fire pit technology…and get this, smokeless!! The air flow and exchange throughout is phenomenal, keeping the wood well below the top ring keeps the flame hot and turning with amazing oxygen flow. This is such a great backyard product, I’ve gotten rid of all my other fire rings and tables. This is the best value and I will never recommend another product to anyone in this our any other size. Solo Stove you have my vote!
Works perfect for back yard smores and fires. Its expensive, but great quality and works exactly like advertised.
Nice quality product but doesn’t quite act unlike normal camp fires, as advertised. Smokes and throws out sparks initially.

It’s great not playing ring around the campfire to escape the smoke!! The Solo stove really does work and eliminates about 90% of the smoke!
The solo is a very high quality stove. It’s almost smoke free and that’s the very reason we purchased it. Purchased this at a great price during Amazon’s sale days. We have an in ground fire pit but rarely used it due to the smoke. Put the Solo inside the original fire pit, as an insert. Have used the Solo 3x first week and can’t wait to use it again!!
If you want to stay toasty cozy on a cold night without going inside like a normal person, then you’ll be thrilled you spent half your paycheck on this tin can of awesomeness.
It really does heat things up and burns off the smoke like a champion smoke burner-offer. What a contraption! I’d buy the inventor a beer if I ever met her.
These things are great ! Once you have a good fire burning, it is indeed smokeless. A little pricey , but good materials and very well made
Got this at a reduced price because it was sold as used, plus reward points. It showed no signs of use. Packaging was slightly damaged. It arrived on time and there were some slight dents, but barely noticeable. Works great, like other reviewers stated it smokes
on initial start up then burns clean.
This firepit is amazing! I’m allergic to most firewood and haven’t been able to sit out with the family when they have a fire due to the smoke causing me to have an asthma attack. We bought this to see how it works. I’m happy to say that I can finally sit outside with the family and enjoy watching the fire because this firepit doesn’t smoke much at all. Yay!!!
Lobe the size & quality of this solo stove. Heats really nicely and I love that I can move it anywhere in my yard or on my deck!
It looks good, creates a brilliant flame which makes it look even better and burns hot so ash is all that it left. I was worried about cleaning it but as it turns out that is easy too.

My husband always has fires at night. Like EVERY night. Every year I have to purchase a new fire pit because it get used so much. When he first asked me about getting a SOLO I said “no way, too expensive “. But for Father’s Day, I splurged. Not disappointed. Super quality and I know it will last for YEARS. Puts off great heat. Minimal ash, minimal smoke, (definitely a huge plus). Would definitely recommend. Only downfall that I can see, is you can’t really see the fire much. But he’s happy so I’m happy
Bought this on the recommendation of a neighbor and I a so glad I did. It’s the best fire pit we ever owned. Burns clean and virtually smoke free.
We couldn’t wait to receive the Yukon and we weren’t disappointed. It’s big and looks great. No smoke once it was well under way and heat it throws out is phenomenal. Glad we bought the bundle, but wish it had had an option for a bundle with a lid. We’ve ordered one separately now as it would be so messy if it rained in the night having used it the evening before. We are very pleased with it in every way.
This thing is not like other fire pit, you won’t see any smoke coming out of it. Also, the customer service was fantastic since i got a damaged product and that happened while transportation.
The only problem I can see with the Yukon unit that it’s quite large and unless you are a strong person you will have trouble dumping the ashes unless you have a ash vacuum cleaner. I think they should go back to the drawing board and figure out how to put some handles on it that won’t take away from the sleek design. As far as people complaining about the discoloration from the heat I like the bronze look. Highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t live in the woods.

With the unique design it builds a great “hot” fire. I used it for the first time over Thanksgiving-it was a hit of the party. My only negative comment is the packaging. The first solo stove I received had a large dent in the side. I email amazon and they quickly replaced it with new one-no questions asked. Great customer service.

We bought a nine name brand one and had to return it cuz it was crap. But this one is everything we wanted, you can sit around it all night and not reek of smoke. Burns everything down to ash and is right size for a roaring bonfire for 10 or and intimate s’mores fire for 2.
It works great. Virtually no smoke once the fire gets going. The flames come out of the top and make a fantastic display. You can sit by the fire all night and not smell like a campfire.
It puts off an amazing fire and heat output! I can’t wait till it starts to cool down, this thing will be getting a lot of use!!
It’s a smaller footprint over my last fire pit but that’s ok, because it burns hotter, and it looks a lot better as well.
It’s pricey, but getting rid of all that smoke is a fair trade off
This stove fit perfectly inside my stone firepit I just removed some bottom stones to let it breathe.awsome product burns everything to ash. Eats cans for breakfast.

This is a beautiful fire pit. It was a gift for my son and his family. It’s pretty expensive, but since it was a gift, I was willing to pay it. They love the smokeless feature.

I had my doubts, but this really works as advertised.
I love this product. It’s not totally smoke free but for the most part it does a great job in that regard. Once you get the fire rolling, there’s pretty much no smoke. I can sit by the fire all night and not have the smoke smell infest my clothes. It’s really easy to get a fire going in this. The only knocks are the price (kind of expensive) and you burn through a lot of wood quickly. I’ve also read that the pit doesn’t radiate heat like a normal fire pit and I would agree. You’ll have to get closer to it to feel the heat. But I see that as a plus during summer nights.

We love it! When we had fires before, the smoke always blew in our faces and into our neighbors yard. So it stopped us from having gatherings around the firepit. NOW that we have the Solo we don’t have to worry! No more smoke in our faces or our neighbors yard! We absolutely LOVE it!!!

This fire pit is incredible! The thing is pretty much smokeless! We sat by it for hours and by the end of the night, we didn’t stink like fire! Also, there was in issue with picking the order and customer service immediately took care of it. Thanks again!
Easy to clean and once you get a good fire going the smoke goes away.
Just set it where you want to have your fire. We also got the stand and cover. Heavy duty cover should keep it in good shape for a while

As with many others here, I like this fire pit a lot.
It completely burns everything and gives off tons of heat.
However, just fair warning, it is somewhat heavy 40-50lbs, so when you dump your ashes in the green waste or wherever you send them, it’s a little on the unwieldy side to move around. Maybe get a shovel and scoop it out instead.
But that would be my only complaint. It’s great otherwise.
