Had a Costa/Tassimo machine before. Lasted about 10 years so this is a very good upgrade for us. We love the different combinations on it as our old one just had the one.

This Bosch Tassimo My Way 2 machine is such an improvement on our previous Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Apart from a vastly superior choice of beverages, the Tassimo machine is easy to use and is quick and efficient with surprisingly little noise as it operates. Coffees, teas, hot chocolate any variety are all done with a minimum fuss and operator input other than filling the 1.3litre tank with water, inserting the pod(s) and standing back as the machine does its thing AND automatically cleans after each use!
Supplied with a BRITA filter and a 2-years manufacturers warranty the Bosch Tassimo My Way 2 has been a very welcome addition to my home and has got the “thumbs up” from the whole family. 5*

I like that you can vary the strength, temperature and quantity of coffee and chocolate, plus the water is filtered which may help the longevity of the machine but certainly improves the taste of various coffees.

This tassimo product has a much better water tank capacity so not having to be refilled constantly. I like the simplicity to use and the ease to control adaptability for each and every drink made. Heat, strength and volume can be set per individual drink. It enhances the look of my kitchen counter too as it looks so stylish, in actual fact, so much so that I will be ordering another for my bedroom for those cozy nights when a nice hot drink is key to unwinding..pure bliss
The price makes this a perfect addition for me and an excellent replacement for my previous Tassimo machine, that one had been faultless for more than 12 years .. so I know they are made well and quite good value for money. Now, with arthritis, this makes my life easier.

Affordable beverage make
I originally purchased the sunny tassimo @ 29. It went back after a week as it did not brew a full mug of coffee. So this was the upgraded version. You certainly get what you pay for… significantly better machine all around. Bigger water reservoir and 4 favourites buttons. And available in black or red. Go buy one now, you won’t be disappointed.

Have had a few Tassimo machines over the years and my biggest gripe was that the drinks weren’t hot enough and you couldn’t change the cup size. Well this one addresses both issues. There are 3 heat settings, 3 cup sizes and 3 strength settings. You can also save your settings to a preset (there are 4). Really pleased with it.

So far…Easy to use and clean. Like having the filter. Nice basic coffees and milky type drinks.
However, I do wish Tassimo would get with the program and offer dairy free alternative milks and recycling. Hopefully this is in the pipeline?

The coffee machine was a Christmas present for my wife. I didn’t know that it wouldn’t be in an amazon box. Long story short, the coffee machine was handed to my wife and she got an early gift. The coffee machine is good and gives you options for your coffee. Looks nice as well. If this is a gift, buy it from a store.

Really easy to use, purchased as a replacement for my 7 year old entry level defunct machine. Not disappointed at all, large mug fits under comfortably. The ability to have “coffee your way” is a welcome bonus as I like hot strong drinks.

With the disk being upside down, and scalding hot, when you open the lid, hot drink will spill all over the barcode reader and worktop.
This model is better due to the height between nozzle and the bottom of the cup being greatly reduced, not the machine doesnt spit coffee in every direction except the cup, and being able to control temp and strength is good.
I just wish they had made a cut-out in the back of the machine to allow you to see how much water is in the tank, given that most machines are “Back to the wall” so you can see the back of it.
My previous tassimo had a cut-out in the middle so you could see the water tank on the back and how much was in it. This one sadly doesnt.
Oh well, it works just fine.

Great that you can choose size temperature and depth of flavour, whilst still convenient using a pod without the hassle of a batista style machine. BUT.. the lights indicating your choices on the front panel are very poorly lit and not very easy to see the difference. Especially the tempersture light.

I have previously owned other Bosch Tassimo coffee makers, and found them to be fine, but the main reason I purchased this beauty was because it is programmable for the exact strength of coffee you require. I soon found out that in addition to brewing the exact strength, it’s lots quicker at brewing the coffee also!

Nice Coffee
Instructions on how to use are in some sort of childish hieroglyphic gibberish across many languages but once you figure out the images, it’s very easy to use and the coffee flavour is superb. The so called freebie pods advertised on box, requires you setup account and purchase pods from them at silly prices, so misleading advertising but you can’t blame Amazon for that !
My first such machine, works well, coffee is just OK, still make the real stuff in the morning
The instructions are hopeless, the worst diagram-only ones I have ever seen, but fortunately there are plenty of YouTube videos to the rescue. This is my first machine of this kind. The capacity of the tank would be small for a couple or family but is perfect for me alone, the tank lasts for three drinks. It works well. I make all the drinks on hottest and strongest setting. Trying out all the flavours. The frothy milky ones all have that UHT milk flavour, not unpleasant but in future I will be going for the black coffees and adding my own milk. This is a much cheaper route too as you get twice as many drinks in a pack, shop around for the pods, Tesco and Asda currently have them for three pounds a pack. In conclusion, no substitute for a proper dripper coffee from ground beans which I still make in the morning, but I use this to replace instant coffee during the day and after meals..

I bought this to replace i old tassimo which was a basic one. This thing is pretty good over all once you get use to it.
Sadly the water tank I feel could be bigger and trying to set a favourite is a pain but i love havig the ability ti change the strength and temperasture.

This is my second my way machine my first 1 is still working but I wanted to change the colour in my kitchen. They have a good tank and so easy to use wouldn’t be without my tassimo machine.

I love the almost retro look of this machine. A little complicated to use though and the instructions are rubbish. One thing that does bug me, on my old machine, if there wasn’t enough water in the tank it would warn you before you made a drink – this one doesn’t and the water tank is very small

Brilliant Coffee Make
Just had this Tassimo for two days, already feeling that this is the best coffee I have ever tasted, full of flavour, rich in body and unlike some I have tried keeps a smooth head till the end, Highly recommend.
A good coffee machine
I have been using Tassimo machines for years and when my most recent one began spewing coffee and milk all over the place I decided to replace it with this more expensive model. It has proved to be a good choice. I have only one real criticism (which seems to be shared with other reviewers). I find the water container awkward to refill because it is located at the back of the machine rather than at the side – which means that you have to pull the machine out in order to get at it. I also found it strange that, unlike my previous machines, it has no real on/off switch. It simply comes to life when you open the cover in order to insert the coffee capsule.

Love this one this is our 6 Tassimo & think this one’s the best we’ve had …hated our last one that we purchased @ start of lock down & limited silly ..it was AWFUL so small couldn’t get rid quick enough.

We selected this to replace our TAS5542GB tassimo coffee maker because the cheaper options all have a very small water container. If you like larger drinks you’d have to refill too regularly. As an added bonus, this one has a more powerful kettle than our previous machine (bought for 30 less some years ago). The result is stark in the temperature of drinks. With large drinks, after adding milk I was always having to microwave them to get them to a decent temperature. They’re spot on with this machine, and if wanted, I could opt to have them hotter still (it’s adjustable). I hope this machine will prove easier to fix if something goes wrong than the last machine, but so far, I’m really impressed with it and glad we paid for this model.

After trying various drinks I now only drink Costa Americans. I used to go to Costa as drink large Americano every morning before work until I got a Tassimo machine. The Costa pods are sealed with fresh Costa coffee grounds, the machine pierces the pod and perculates instant hot water through the coffee adding an authentic crema layer on top, then just throw the used pod in the bin and the coffee tastes every bit as good as the real Costa from the coffee houses. I still make the occasional visit to Costa and I can confirm it still tastes exactly the same. I buy Costa coffee Pods 80 a month on subscription from Amazon and I have been doing so for years. There’s no daily cleaning with a Tassimo machine just an occasional descaling which is all part of the program. This particular model, the Tassimo My Way let’s you customise your drinks for strength, temperature and quantity, and you can can save your settings to a preset button, it also has a good size water tank so you’re not filling it too often. The only niggle is with this model you can’t see how much water is left in the tank at the back until it runs out halfway through making a drink, whereas on my other Tassimo Charmy they had considered this and put a window in the front so you could see how much water is in the tank at the back, but this is a small niggle so I’m not even going to deduct a point. BOTTOM LINE I can’t live without my daily morning Costa and if this machine packed up today, I’d have a new one expedited in by tomorrow.

The simplest coffee perfecto
I’ve had a Tassimo machine for years but my partner always found them on the cold side. We can now both make our coffee as we like them at a touch of a button. I’d highly recommend this machine.
Latte glasses can be a problem
It’s good to be able to change cup size, strength and temperature, but there’s a slight design flaw…. when using a latte glass, the drip tray has to be removed, but as there is a lip on the base underneath, it can make it difficult to remove the glass when full without spreading the foam over the “spout” and spilling the contents as the glass leans… Other than that, it’s lovely!

I now have 10 expensive but useless cartridges and have to start buying the new designed ones, not very eco friendly at all.

Having just gone over to pods from espresso machine I must say I am extremely impressed. There is nothing to dislike about this machine and the range of coffees to use in it is superb. Definitely a keeper.

It's a beas
It’s so easy to use and not going back and forth for water helps. The filter works great in high mineral water areas but if you fill the reservoir to fast it pops out of place. The indicators are easy to see apart from refill and timescale they are so small youd miss them, little leds makers address this bigger ones please..

Only just received this today and I love it ! First coffee we had in it was jacobs cafe au lait which was gorgeous.
great coffee machine
I bought this machine with a bit of trepidation, not only the price, but sometimes more options are not always good… but need not have worried, its easy to use and I love the features, especially the choice of size of drink, as the large chocolate pods didn’t always completely empty in my last machine and the chocolate was very weak. This machine does the job a treat, I would thoroughly recommend
