Lo he comprado para no tener que cambiar el mando del F-18 de la base original y estoy encantado.
Adems pille una oferta con lo que la compra es aun mejor.
El rendimiento es fantstico
La cesibilidad es estupenda.
Lo he probado con un Joystick que hemos construido un amigo y yo con una impresora 3D y componentes a medida y funciona estupendamente.
Adems he descubierto que hay un joystick de Viirpil que funciona con el (bueno, uno que yo quera expresamente)

We use this at my company Flightdeck RogueRacing in Anaheim where we have 8 fighter jet simulators. We’ve been using Thrustmaster sticks and throttles exclusively since we opened 18 years ago. Our hardware goes through a lot of use and I could say abuse so we usually have to replace a stick or throttle every 18 months to 24 months. I’m guessing we’ve bought over 160 of these and will continue to purchase as long as we can.
Got this due to the similarities to the new F15 module and it didn’t disappoint. Great feel to the stick and buttons although the pickle (red top left) feels really far away to reach.
Worth noting that the number of buttons between this and the A10 / F16 stick is the same (19) with many buttons in similar or same place (like the trigger etc) so DCS doesn’t know the difference between them. This means you can swap back to other airframes with the A10 / F16 stick without having to rebind buttons all over again 🙂
Ich verwende den Griff seit kurzem mit einer Virpil WarBRD Base, einer 7cm Verlngerung und den harten Federn. Bin mit der Kombination bisher sehr zufrieden. Davor hatte ich etwa ein Jahr lang einen Logitech X52.

If you are buying thrustmaster’s F18 or F16(A10) stick, you pretty much have the enough money to go for a better experience than the thrustmasters’ base can offer.
The stick itself is just flawless, beautiful and awesome.
But if you are going with the base. It’s bad. The base has a super strong spring inside that makes your control super hard and not precise. You have to sawp out the spring in order to make it feel smoother and the spring cost $50. the base + $50 spring + time to fix the base = Virpil WarBRD. But Virpil WarBRD is just so much better and literally effortless.
Thrustmaster sticks + Virpil bases = The dream flight simulation experience.
Purchased so that grip can be swapped out to a floor mounted extension when flying the spitfire in DCS . The Thrustmaster HOTAS is one of the best systems out there (without spending much much more money)
Che dire, il primo cougar lo comprai nel 2005 e ancora ce l’ho.
Ho acquistato questo per montarlo sulla base del warthog,visto il prezzo ottimo.
Better placement of two buttons compared to my older Cougar grip as well as one extra button. Buttons need more force to activate compared to my old grip so takes some time getting used to. The rest is the same, metal, heavy and gives a quality feeling.
La empuadura se corresponde ( al igual que el anterior que tuve ) con el F16 , fantstica ….

Malheureusement le chapeau chinois point de vue ne fonctionne pas sur l’axe de droite.

Habe mir noch eine 2te Base gekauft, so kann ich den Stick der Warthog (brigens nahezu identisch mit der F-16) als Sidestick nutzen und habe den F/A-18 Stick als Centerstick auf der 2ten Base montiert.
Was man wissen sollte: wer den A-10/F-16 Stick hat, sollte nicht enttuscht sein, wenn er feststellt das dieser Stick hier im Gegensatz zum A-10/F-16 Stick nicht aus Metall sondern aus hochwertigem ABS Kunststoff gefertigt ist. Das nimmt einem ein bisschen die Immersion und strt etwas bei der Haptik, immerhin fhlt sich der A-10/F-16 Stick gerade durch das kalte Metal doch ziemlich real an.
Ansonsten ist der Stick super. Der Kunststoff ist allererste Sahne, hat aber eben nicht die selbe Haptik wie der Metallstick. Sollte man einfach wissen. Nichts desto trotz liegt der Stick einwandfrei in der Hand, alle Tasten sind gut zu erreichen und fhlen sich ebenso hochwertig an wie der ganze Stick. Klar – Der Preis ist ziemlich hart, bedenkt man das man fr ein paar Euro mehr schon ein komplettes Set incl. Pedale und Schubhebel bekommt, aber ich denke das man hier gut Anlegt, wenn man vor hat lange und intensiv in die Welt der Flusis einzutauchen. Das Geld macht sich bemerkbar.
Das dass ganze Plug & Play ist, sei nur der Vollstndigkeit halber erwhnt.
Ansonsten – Kaufen, wenn ihr die F/A-18 mit maximalem Immersionslevel fliegen wollt.

Benutze seit Jahren Hotas Warthog fr DCS und co., passt genau dazu, keine Probleme.

Was labelled as xbox version, but had no issues with it running on a PC. Managed to break my old a10 stick, so opted for this version as I look to repair my other stick.
I was sceptical about the size of this stick compared to the warthog but I actually prefer this stick. It’s a touch lighter, the layout is less squashed and the buttons make click sounds which I love, highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.
