product is fine. delivery yet again a joke. left outside house in full view of anyone passing by. the couriers repeatedly say handed to resident,they are lying. this is happening regularly. no other way to get this across to amazon.

Loved the original machine – it worked well until the door hinge broke off after less than 10 months
Luckily Amazon came to the rescue and replaced it.
The manufacturer didn’t want to know despite having a 3 year Guarantee. Not the best service

Pros:
– fast and even heating

It saddens me to not give this microwave 5 stars, because it looks fantastic and it heats up food great. It’s buttons are intuitive to use and you can easily reduce the power level with a dial when you want to avoid explosions (looking at you, chickpeas). However, the clock on the mini-screen is TERRIBLE. It falls behind by about one minute every week. I’ve never seen a digital clock that is so inaccurate. It’s annoying to have to adjust it every week. It’s also annoying to let it slide and have the different clocks in the house out of sync.

It looks pleasing on the eye and goes well in my kitchen. It works very well and is easy to use. What I don’t like is the noise that has developed after 2 months. At first the noise level was typical to previous microwaves I’ve had, but now it sounds like a mini road drill. It is so loud, I have tried moving it but it’s the same in any location. One further thing I did not expect was the inside light staying on until the door is shut. All other microwaves I have had, the light switches off after the cooking cycle. I have always left the door open after cooking to allow the microwave to cool down and dry out, now the light is on.

Very powerful Microwave. Please Test the plate or cup before removing as they can be scalding hot to touch after being in this microwave. I been burnt a few times. But I’m still very happy with its performance.

I am so inlove with my microwave, it’s sleek, great with heating food and one of the best things about is how it doesn’t have that annoying microwave sound at the end of heating up, but a unique peep peep sound. I love it, it’s so smooth and quiet when running, it also beeps a reminder when you might have forgotten to take your food out.

Unfortunately the first one I received had obviously been dropped as it had a dent in it. Amazon were brilliant and sorted a replacement which arrived two days later. This time with a different carrier and no dents!!
I’m really pleased with the microwave so far, seems to work ok and looks good too!

he old one with the grill (which we never used) died , the footprint of this is much smaller than the old one.
nice quiet door , it only bleeps once , the old one would go on all night, easy clean .

Needed a good cheap Microwave.
Despite being only 800w this thing does everything my old Panasonic oven did(which was 3 years old).
This Tower unit seems very sturdy and does not move when i pull the door open.

My use is mainly to heat milk and some microwave meals. It manages these talks with ease.
It does take longer to heat than my old Panasonic 900w, but that’s to be expected.
I can fit a full size plate inside . Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Nice looking microwave which matches all the other red accessories in our kitchen. Only warmed up some rice up to now so have to figure out all the other buttons/programmes. Going on the look of the microwave which looks more expensive than it actually was….I’m impressed!! Time will tell and with an extended 3 year warranty (at no extra cost to me) I’m feeling confide

Really great price currently at around sixty quid, this is pretty competitive for a similarly specced machine. The machine is mid sized in my book. It will hold a dinner plate (Ikea bog standard sized) and my middle sized Pyrex.

I’ve had a huge microwave previously and never used it to capacity, so for me, an 800w mid sizer, with a pretty small footprint is ideal for my needs (We basically use it to melt ice cream, heat cold coffee and occasionally cook veg…).

I think this looks nice. The red is a really nice metallic shade and I like the overall design. No problem to clean… just wipe, it has some sort of special coating.

All up, good looks, more than I need in terms of spec and a good price. I’m really pleased with it.
