We haven’t used the product yet as it has only just arrived. However, the build quality and aesthetic seems to be of a good quality so hopefully it lives up to this with its performance
Very nice Vacuum
My wife and I are happy with the vacuum, it works really well and is a must when you have a dog. The app works well and is simple to use, at night we go on the app and the T10 cleans the day’s mess. The vacuum function works well and it does not make too much noise during operation.

Bought this present for my mom for Christmas and we are very happy with it as we have two German shepherds so they tend to shed a lot. This device has no problem with pick up their fur up so far but I will be back to leave another review in a few months time

We’ve been using it for a couple of months now and I can say with certainty that it has helped keep the downstairs of the house a lot cleaner. We had a fan issue with it but the team was more than happy to sort it out for us.

Great hoover. Runs everyday. Would be lost without. Perfect for just picking up the dog hair, keeps on top only the daily hoover.
Had a roomba before and prefer this. I like the linear pattern it uses and never misses a spot.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The product is fantastic and works as I would hope. Sadly it was attacked by my son’s pet gerbils. I reached out to Ultenic directly through their email address and asked if I could purchase a replacement for the chewed part. In response they sent me an entire new base station FOC, but more notably their communication and speed of response was impeccable. Absolutely the best level of customer service ever.

Google Assistant for limited voice control. But then again, who needs more than “Hey Google, start cleaning”?
Worth it!
This was easy to set up and works well so far. The only downside for us, is that we have to clean the brush out every other day but that’s just part of having fluffy dogs!

Had a few cheaper robots in the past. May i say you get what you pay for. This robot is far superior to lower brands and well worth its current price.
When it came to set up, it was a breeze. I downloaded the ultenic phone app as instructed, set up an account and it connected to my wifi and Alexa with no issues. I was able to set up zones or rooms so I could select specific areas to vacuum such as high traffic areas. I have all hard surfaces wood and tile in my house and it cleans both really well. This robot was a bit pricey, but, it totally worth it, because it save me so much time and I can do different things instead hoovering floor.
An even more efficient robot vac
Robot vacuums have become a staple at home, so much so that we now have 3 around the house, each of them doing a different area of the house including upstairs.
One of them needed an upgrade so we decided to push the boat out with a full system, this means that not only is it able to track itself around the house, vacuum everything up and even come on at designated times (at night while you’re asleep) but it can now empty itself into it’s own large dustbin meaning there is even less time between each bin emptying.
Although we currently don’t use it, it has the ability to mop too, which takes a small container that you fill with water an wipes over any moppable surface on it’s way round.

The Ultenic T10 Robot looks great, I love the bright white colour and the modern and sleek design of the self emptying station.
The robot itself has a large 3000Pa of suction and has advanced features such as laser navigation, WiFi, Multi-Level Mapping and smart capabilities.
The device is very simple and easy to setup, the app is easy to navigate and intuitive and I love the fact you can control the robot straight from the app. The robot doesn’t just vacuum but can also mop too and I love the fact it emptys itself to make for even less interaction to get your floors done.
Price is fair and reasonable, design is great and overall it’s a great value for money product.
Get what you pay for (in a good way)
Great suction and even mopping performance since I’ve purchased it in July 2022. The software can be a bit better designed for multi floor support but not really much to complain. The only issue I had was when it suddenly went offline for no reason when I was away. Just a reset of the wifi connection sorted it though.

Well packaged and delivered quickly. This robovac is brilliant! Takes the effort out of hoovering the downstairs of my house. I’ve set up cleaning schedules and zones (which is incredibly easy to do) so I don’t even have to think about it anymore! I’m genuinely considering buying one for upstairs as well!!

Was looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that have large collection bag and can be controlled remotely via internet connection, this model really good and you can monitor cleaning live while away. Setup was quick and simple using their mobile app.
I contacted customer service through the application and response was quick and satisfactory with step by step guidance.
I would recommend this Robot Vacum cleaner and plan to purchase another one for my 2nd floor House to avoid moving it from ground floor to 1st floor. It’s worth it keeping your home clean from dust and dirt.
I want to add that I had few issues for the Auto suction not performing and contacted the service from Inside the Ultenic application by chatting and the response was fast and issue solved. Also The omni multi directional got damaged and I contacted the service from the app and they sent me the Wheel by post.
T10 Robot Vac
Excellent product, I use this downstairs on a mix of wood and tile flooring. Programmed to clean while I’m at work, it does a great job of cleaning. The mop function is handy although I don’t use this daily. The app is easy to use and customer support is good for any questions.
The battery life seems good, and recharges itself and empties the dust into the dock.

Tried it twice now. It really works! We were a bit sceptical about sweeping robots in general, but the robot does find its way to navigate the room and underneath sofas/tables. It can clean up most of the dust and small parts on the floor and empties itself while recharging automatically. I would not use it on carpets though…

Love this robot vacuum, very quiet, doesn’t crash into things and suction very good. Does a great job on carpet too!! I tend to clear the floor of easily removable items before starting the cleaning cycle. Love the mapping feature and if I only want certain areas cleaned I just close doors so the sensors know where and where not to clean. Bag emptying facility is good but startles my dog. Dust tends to clog the bag very quickly and washable bags would be a godsend if they made them but as yet they don’t so I’ll continue to use the disposable ones. It’s difficult to know where you want to keep your robot vacuum at first but it’s also easy to change the location, just move the docking station but make sure you put the robot vacuum in front and press the home button, that way it know where to return to for recharging after cleaning. I also got and extra 6 month warranty by registering it and all in all I’m very pleased with this product and would highly recommend.

Brilliant little worker, quietly keeping us tidy at the scheduled time of 5am ready for us to the start of the day. Gets into corners, around chair legs and does a thorough job.
She does suffer from the self-clean duct getting blocked but this is easily resolved. I wish she spoke more clearly and in an English accent. The dust bags are not the cheapest.

Replacement to my T10 robot Vacuum
I loved my T10 robot vacuum it was great and self empty function was handy! Unfortunately the motor stopped, I made contact with Ultenic customer service who were very helpful! The T10 couldn’t be repaired so offered me a replacement robot. I was able to make a selection, however you have to pay for the replacement and they complete the refund after the replacement is recieved.
Wanted the T10 pro but was out of stock in UK so opted for the TS1. So far the mapping scan of the house was quick and the robot then went into vacuum mode to clean the floors. On his first run it took a little time for it to figure out the routes and get the job done! It’s fab on hard floors and picks up the dust / dog hairs easily. Returned to the charge station and did the self empty – Mop function is ok provided your floors only need a quick freshen up! The water flow can be changed and quick dries on the lower setting. Just make sure to set no go zone for mopping if you have a rug or carpet! For the price very good machine!

I thought I was pleased with my last robot vacuum (Neato) but this far surpasses my expectations. I love that I don’t have to keep emptying the dust collector on the vacuum, I love how it does it all. The best part is the app, I do see that a few people have dissed the app as confusing, it’s not, you just need to find your way around it, once you do you will see how versatile the machine is. My floors have never looked better, I use the mop and vac option daily, I bought extra mop pads so that I have a clean one each day. It takes no time to fill the water tank up, I usually add some Zoflora or Cif Floor Cleaner, the whole place smells amazing after. I highly highly recommend this machine, I did have my doubts about buying an unknown brand, but this machine is just perfect, glad I took the chance.
UPDATE: somehow one of the orange clips broke on the Mop attachment so I contacted customer support, they contacted me back immediately their time, asked for some details and within a day or two I received the new part, communication was first class, simply cannot fault the seller, well done. The vacuum itself is again working perfectly, one happy customer here

Took the stress out of cleaning
Bought the T10 after researching best for dogs hairs. As I have to large dogs I needed something that could handle hair and I didn’t need to empty everyday. The T10 fitted the bill. The app is great but it all gets complicated around zoning, but I’ve now realised I don’t require that function. I move it around the house (multi levelled) and it cleans wonderfully, the largest area is where it can go home to self dock. This machine has reduced my stress levels by 60% on the work life balance. I gave it 4 stars as I’m not a fan of the app. Saying that I love it , it’s quite, it looks good and does the job, I can also watch it on the app cleaning.

We really like our robot vacuum. It’s great to come home to a clean house every day. It does perform best on hard floors, which is all we have on the ground floor where it’s sited. We also find we need the occasional vacuum with a conventional cleaner around edges of carpet etc but it still saves us a lot of time cleaning which is great.
We are impressed by the fact you can place it on another floor & it will detect where stairs are without falling down etc & continue to clean the floor. (Shame it can’t climb the stairs by itself, but to be fair, that’s a bit unrealistic!)
We did have a problem with the first robot, but Ultenic’s customer support were very helpful at resolving this.

Game change
I’ve been using my Ultenic T10 for four weeks on a daily basis. I have two long haired dogs that shed a lot of hair and so far so good. I just wish I bought a robot vacuum sooner, I’m very pleased with the results and now all I have to do is vacuum the edges and skirting boards. Customer service is excellent as well, had a problem after a firmware update and despite the time difference Ultenic responded quickly and the problem was resolved within 24 hours.

Cleans really well on both hard and carpet flooring. Haven’t used mop feature so can’t comment on that. Could do with some better set up instructions for the app and a few no go strips which are mentioned but not included.

I absolutley love “Holly” as we have named our robot vacuum/mop (kudos to anyone who get’s the Red Dwarf reference!)Holly does a fantastic job and is scheduled to clean at 8am every morning, which for me conveniently doubles as an alarm clock, but I should note you can adjust both the volume and lights to suit you preferences, which is particularly convenient for us as we live in an open plan apartment. The tower sits conveniently under our dining table so the whole set-up is neat and tidy and does not cause an obstruction – again an important consideration for open-plan living!The application is very easy to use, whether that is to set a schedule, start a random clean or send the robot to a spot that needs cleaning. It is also worth mentioning that you can control the intensity of the clean from within the app so if you want to use full power on weekends and a lighter approach in the week then that is not a problem! Furthermore the robot builds a map of the property and shows it’s cleaning path on the map for each clean, which can be viewed in the cleaning records part of the menu. I have noticed that consumables can be ordered via the app, however there are plenty of spares supplied from new so I suspect it will be a while before I try out that functionality.I really cannot praise this machine highly enough! I might even love it more than my husband?!?! (JOKE!!)

We absolutely love this robot vacuum. It cleans well and I love how you can schedule it to clean at different days and times in the week. The self emptying function is a game changer as you don’t even need to think about it after it’s cleaned the floors. I would definitely recommend!

So far so good! Only had it a few days but app and features tested so far are very promising. Amusingly the two buttons on the robot itself appear to be switched over – the home button turns the vacuum off and on, and the power button makes the robot go to its base. Not the end of the world.
We were looking for a new hoover for our new house, due to having a Golden Retriever there’s just hair everywhere, all the time! With needing to hoover everyday, this hoover is perfect for us, because we can set it off when we’re not even in the house. Who doesn’t love coming back to a clean floor?! The App is really clever, as is the hoover, and easy to use. We haven’t used the mop function yet, but if the hoovers anything to go buy, I’m sure we’ll be just as impressed! The battery power is good and manages to hoover all of downstairs (4 rooms and hallway). The customer/after care from Ultenic has been of a really good standard too!

I have had the product for a few days and I am already impressed. Just go around the room and tidy up a bit, then let the robot vacuum do all the hard work. You then have tidied and cleaned in a very short space of time.

Aesthetically pleasing, works well for vacuuming carpet and hard floor and the mopping is good with different levels of cleaning available.
Only the app could be better as i found myself clicking all the buttons just to find out what they do, this giving me a shock of my life when i clicked the button to empty the bin.

Have started to use it for a week and enjoyed its functions of mapping, vacuuming and mopping. No apparent issues have been found.
I was initially worried that setup and usage looked complicated, but I needn’t have been. Its essentially good to go out of the box, just take it out, set up the base (it does say in a solid, non carpet floor, which limited us) and let it charge. Once charged just press the power button and let it do its thing.
I set up the app also (which was thankfully easy too, just make sure you have a 2.4ghz network available) so I could watch it mapping out the house.
Once mapped it’s brilliant, it auto detects ‘rooms’ but you can easily define these in the app and name them, so after the initial mapping you can create a schedule for automatically doing everywhere or just click one room and set it off.
We love it, so easy to use and our toddler loves ‘Mr robot’

Had this for a few weeks, it’s very good.It cleans the boarders first then the rest of the rooms, it never misses a spot.This is my 4th robot hoover and definitely the best yet. The only issue is the dust bin keeps flashing to say the bin is full or there is a blockage but neither is true.I just have to remove the bag and put it back in.Over all I’m happy
Edit so I’ve had this now for three months, it’s still working fine however I changed my tv, now the tv remote is interfering with the hoover.
Support just said move the hoover.
I have setup in the app to clean some rooms twice but it does not do this just the once.
Overall I’m still happy with it but it definitely needs a software update

Does the job amazingly, never gets stuck and battery life is endless. Small issues in the app and you still better clean the dustbin every now and then especially after mopping.
I’ve found the T10 to be a fantastic robot hoover. Having never had one before and after seeing one at a friend’s years ago, technology has definitely come a long way.
I simply say “Alexa, start T10” and away it goes. It does a great job at collecting dust and debris, although for best results I suggest moving chairs etc our of its way so it can get into all the nooks and crannies. Once it’s, done it returns to its base to charge and empty itself.
Negative points: Our first T10 developed an issue with the fan, which Ultenic were very quick and happy to resolve. Their customer service has been excellent.
Sometimes T10 can forget where its base is to return to. It gets there eventually, but may look around your house lost for a while. The fix for this as I found is to reset the map that the hoover has taken of your house in the app the next time you hoover. Problem solved.
Besides these points, I can’t really think of any other downsides to be honest.
Life is easier. Customer service is brilliant. I can command the hoover to start whilst I’m out from the app. The battery life is very good. My house is a reasonable size and it can get through two, maybe three cycles on a single charge. I highly recommend it!

Super little vacuum but I’ve taken the mop off as I’ve never seen Stephen cover more than a haphazard 50cm square wheelspinning championship as there seems to be no traction on my kitchen lino floor whatsoever. However, I didn’t get him to just mop a kitchen, I got him to cover the whole 1st floor, which he does brilliantly well! Make sure you follow the instruction as to where you place him, in a corner in the kitchen he had a couple of problems getting home. Now he’s moved to a less cluttered spot, he’s not missed a beat and has now covered more than 90 cleaning cycles. The mapping is amazingly accurate, and it’s almost impossible to confuse him; his only downfall so far has been a sock he managed to eat and then get stuck under the chair. However, a quick check on the app and he was quick to run back to base once I’d removed the offending sock. Suction is excellent, just check the bin and filter before he empties, it’s an impressive sight. It would be nice for a randomise function so he doesn’t leave the same trails in deep pile carpets every day, and some crampons for slippery mopping surfaces is probably a good idea. All in, very good, I have no real complaints about any of it, top job – just not a mopper.
Excellent time save
The fluid reservoir for the mop is a little on the small side. Floor area isn’t overly large at 45 square metres according to the vacuum, yet always empties before complete. Cannot get it to connect to Alexa despite latest software upgrade. The Ultenic Home skill is very poorly rated by wider community so it’s not just me experiencing this issue. Despite these two areas though I think it’s an excellent device. Floors look great and I was shocked at just how much dog hair it collects on a daily basis; really pleased with this purchase. Radar mapping works well and it’s relatively quiet when in use.

I am really into anything that will save me time so I can have more quality time with the family due to our hectic lives so purchased this robot after lots of thinking about it.
I am glad I went ahead and made the purchase. Set up is easy, scheduling is also easy. I have also connected to my alexa but decided to use the scheduling via Ultenic App instead as its a easy UI. I hope an enhancement comes so we can turn off the mop option if the mop head is attached, rather than having to remove to stop the mop cleaning. I found if I set the no go for my carpet in the living room for the mop function, the carpet doesnt get vaccumed until I take off the mop, I think I need to do more detailed scheduled but will sort it out in time. So far really happy and considering buying another for upstairs (just so I dont have to move the downstairs one).
I bought my T10 Robot Vacuum about 2 weeks ago and I started using it right away. Believe me it was very easy to install. It can’t even be called an installation I just took it out of the box, plugged it in and connected to the internet that’s all

– Vacuum power is very good, it is enough to clean the area you have determined once
– You won’t believe the dust, it collects when it cleans under the sofa and the bed
– You don’t have to clean the baton box thanks to the automatic baton collection feature
– When cleaning the upstairs of the house, I feel very comfortable, it takes up to the stairs, immediately and there is absolutely no danger of falling.
Disadvantages:
– It’s been 15 days since I started using it and I couldn’t see anything negative. I will add them as needed.

So far, so good!
Just had this robot vacuum about a week – but very pleased with it so far.
We have mostly hard floors downstairs, and the vacuum showed no problems with these… so then we took it upstairs to see how it tackles carpets. Again, no problems that we can see. Does it get every single piece of dust from every single nook & cranny? No… but it DOES get most of them, even into the corners, leaving each area looking like it’s been vacuumed just as you’d expect.
We’ve learned a few little things already… firstly, run around the house and look for odd things hanging on the floor (iphone leads, any blankets hanging off the edge of a bed etc)… it’ll try to eat them, then get stuck! Assuming you get into the habit of keeping things out of the way though, it’s fine.
We also learned that multiple-maps for upstairs/downstairs isn’t obvious, but can be done… you’ll need to let the vacuum map out an area as it does each new area, then when you go back to it, you enter the cleaning records on the app and “apply this map” from one that’s been mapped before. A simple way of saving each new map with a name so you could apply it would be less clunky – but it does seem to work ok.
Not tired the included remote, but the app works well enough. It does feel like a few versions on will probably be a little more ‘slick’ but it’s functional enough. I haven’t been able to pair it properly with Alexa yet, but in all honesty I’m not too bothered about that, since the app does all you need anyway. We currently have it set to auto-clean all downstairs every morning after breakfast time and that’s working well.
The mop function seems to work ok – not as thorough as a good hard manual mopping perhaps, but it’s nice to let it do its thing now & then.
We were also curious as to how it would handle approaching the top of our stairs – but sensors underneath saw them no problem and it just maps them as a boundary (no flailing robots hitting the deck below)!
All in all, very promising, and a real time-saver. We won’t be getting rid of the manual ‘hoover’ – but I’m not expecting to use that very often at all now.

Takes the stress out of cleaning. Copes well with dog hair. Requires a little perseverance to map out the house initially but easy to use thereafter.

I would like to make a special mention to Connie for being prompt in responding to our concerns and facilitating resolution. The product for some reason wasn’t functioning as expected but the customer support to fix all issues has been simply amazing.
Works well! but struggles with thick carpe
Great vacuum and mop! works very well but water container leaks a little at times. And suction not as great as expected on thick carpets, But love how clean the tiled portion of my house is
Good robot but functions and customer service measleading
The robot is good.
But the no-go for vacuum only and no-mop does not work regardless of what Ultenic says in amazon.
Their customer service claims now this function is not implemented yet and their engineers are looking at it.
But when I asked the question here in Amazon , Ultenics customer service say it works and they even describe the procedure.
It does not work! Once you setup a no-go zone regardless if you select “mop” (in order to avoid mopping but vacuum only) the robot will avoid that zone completely and will not even vacuum.
Depending where the no-mop zone is and if its between the robot and the base, it will even stop the robot from reaching its base.
This needs to be fixed via firmware/software as all Ultenics replies in their amazon product page for this function are simply measleading.
