This far the best electric fireplace. It was okay to install and remote controller works good. The heat output is good. I love the LED lights, as you can change it to different colours. It looks so realistic if you like fireplace vibes.

I got it for my mum for Christmas and she loves it. It warms up the living room very quickly and looks amazing at the same time, all the colours work and installing the crystals for the log look is very easy. Installing it on the wall is also easy. The money is definitely worth it!
Really pleased with this fire. Read previous reviews and this encouraged us to purchase. We are not disappointed! We got good joiners to fit as part of a tv wall and delighted with it. Not much use as a source of heat but the visual effect is stunning.
Compared to similar models this one represents excellent value. It is easy to use and the visual effects are pretty good. All round a good buy.
This fire is amazing, especially for the price of it. I got it during a sale when it was just under 300 and so glad that I did. There are lots of colour options and the heat output is great. It really makes pir room seem much cosier. It is a little noisy when using the heat but we tend to only use it for the look anyway – you should be able to hear in the video the sound when the heat is used. Very happy that I made the decision to get this fire instead of one more than triple the price!

Absolutely stunning fire easy to install in recess colour changing fire in about 20 colours you can use the heat and the output is amazing staying on front of fire the Fahrenheit can have it with crystals or logs we prefer logs. This company are fabulous delivered before the date but unfortunately our first fire got broke in transit tried to see if could just exchange but could not find anything on amazon so rebooght another fire it came within 2 days , should of waited 5 /7 days for full refund but money was back in my account after only 2 for the original damaged fire. Only downfall i have is with the crystals they was not bagged and when i took fireplace out of the box they were all loose in the box everywhere that was my only disappointment i atleast thought they would of been bagged inside of the box

Item arrived promptly (pre lockdown), well packaged, with clear instructions.
It was not difficult to install (builder did it) and looks great in the space.
Fireplace provides different levels of brightness, not only different colours, and it heats quite quickly, with an automatic shut down, once the temperature has been achieved. As it is a fan operated heater, there is audible noise, but not a disturbing level.
Remote control is slim and simple, very easy to figure out after a few clicks.
It has been in use for just over 6 weeks and so far so good.

Exactly what we were looking for for our entertainment wall. Love the colour changing features and the fact the heat comes out the front means it can be sunk into the wall. Heat output is lower than our old one bit due to the way the heat is blown out it makes the room feel warmer!

Very good item, lots of fire colour options, looks and feels more expensive than it is. One negative is that when it’s been running for say 15 minutes, it starts to make regular noise every 5 seconds, I’m not sure what this noise relates to. It’s a shame as otherwise lovely item
This fire looks amazing when it’s on with a option to change colours of the flames at a touch of a button real nice mood feeling when on not ideal for a house with no central heating as the heat isnt the best but as a show piece looks lovely

I just received my fireplace yesterday but it looks amazing already just sitting in the living room. I’m planning on removing the wall this weekend to install it. It won’t be very difficult as long as you construct your framing right. The colors and heat work amazing and I’m super pleased to have purchased this fireplace over others. It’s great for the price.

I looked at other that was a lot more expensive. I’m so glad my husband saw this. It looks amazing. I don’t put the heater on as I didn’t get it for heating my room. The colours are great, you can change the colour to match your mood.

This looks amazing the only down fall is that it only works on a low setting it trips out when on a high setting after a matter of seconds.
The measurements are also wrong but I’m so happy their smaller than bigger measurements as it would of been harder to mount.

Love this fire! Love the colours and the fact you can turn the brightness down. Our house is very well.insulated and it heats our living room 3 x 7 in about 15 minutes!!! Great product, quick delivery even to highland and islands where we are!

Just received my fire today and must say it’s great just installed it temporary as my fireplace has to be tiled so just left the mounting bracket on as I’ve it positioned exactly where I need it well worth the money as I seen other twice the price.

We have had this fire for about 2 months now and we are so impressed with it. It has been mounted into a tv and fire feature wall and it looks fantastic! There are lots of different colours and settings and the option to add in Crystal’s around the bottom. The heat output is very good although we usually just have the light on for effect. The builder we had to instal it said it was the best he had come across and he couldn’t believe the price we paid! I’m so glad we chanced it and purchased this fire as it seems to do exactly the same as others costing double, if not more!

Only draw back is heat sinesometimes stops working once on for a few minutes but this might be down to the temperature reaching the required heat.
This product is a great buy and I have looked at many fires which hve been much more expensive yet this one beats them easily…flame effect and light options are very good and glad I bought this one.
Would definitely recommend this fire to others thinking of wall mounting and then boxing in the fire as it is perfect for this option.

It gives a nice warm feeling even when just using the graphics. And far better then looking at a plain wall.
Looks solidly made. Well constructed and fairly simple fitting for installing into a wall. Nice flame effects and variations for money, but will you tire of this and wish you had paid out megabucks for a real flame inset gas fire? For the money this is worth the risk and only time will tell!

Purchased this fire first impressions, love it. Easy to fit cheaper than alternatives, however, after 2 hours the fire lost all power. Checked the fuse, changed batteries in the remote still no good.
No other obvious things to try without opening the fire up.
Hopefully get a prompt response from supplier and quick replacement as I really like the fire.
Great fireplace! Fitted perfectly into our media unit and the heat feature is great. It blows outward rather than up which is handy when it’s built into something.
You get crystals and wood effect, I like that you can amend the settings easily and can have different colour fire.

Very nice electric fireplace, worth the money , the only thing that I didn’t like when the fireplace gets hot from the top that makes it not safe for children . Other than that it’s a beautiful one

Lovely fire with a good variety of colours, love the options to add the crystal stones. Using for a feature mainly but gives good heat output too. Looks more expensive than what it is! Definitely recommend.
Just to say that this fireplace is in my opinion excellent value for money, the flame effect is very nice with good brightness levels, further to other comments I can confirm that the control lights on the front do go out after a short time and do not show again unless the remote is pressed, the glass front panel, after removing the 4 delivery screw (no need to replace) is just a slide fit and sits very close to the wall.
