Adapting to a new charge
So I recently purchased a new phone and was concerned I would no longer be able to use my apple car play which is connected to by usb. So I thought I’d give this product a try.
It worked great, it connected to the car and charged at the same time. Everything thing I wanted.
Also as these items are versatile I’ll be using them with my old power banks and usb plugs. I’m grateful that a new phone means I just needed this adapted not a whole new set of adapters etc. Highly recommend people try it.

These are great for converting the new IPhone leads into the old USB plug sockets. The connection when connecting to my laptop (for itunes transfers) can be a bit hit and miss.

Perfect Adapter from C to USB
I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G, which annoying only comes with a charging cable and no plug. Even more annoyingly, the lead they give you is only type c so unless you already have the correct plug then you cannot charge your brand new phone!
Luckily these are on Amazon for next day delivery so I can just use this adapter to plug straight into my USB extension lead.
Handy pack of 3 so if you lose 1 or want to keep a spare in the office or car. Also, good value for money as it is cheaper than the plug.

Useful adapte
The product I bought did not come with one of these as standard so I had to purchase separately. They are tiny so it is useful having 3 in case you misplace one. I chose red for the same reason – easy to spot.

I really like that these are inexpensive and they arrived quickly. Why does technology move so quickly and then make the consumer have to find a solution that the phone marketers are not themselves providing the solution. I bought these for my new Apple Watch series 7. It only come with a USC cable, no plug so I bought these expecting the charging time would not be as good as with a USC plug. I was wrong it is just as good 45 mins to 80% full charge.

I was looking for a printer cable that in cooperated a USB3 (Blue) plug for the printer port, but it came with a USB C plug on the other end, rather than a USB2 plug.

My new I phone did not work with usb connector and the magnetic case I got would not work through wireless charger these connectors allowed me to keep using my old apple usb charges. Fantastic even in the car as only has usb connector in it .

Have used to adapt my Jabra USB-C headset from my old employer’s WFH set up to my new employers set up (slightly less new laptop with no USB C port, only USB A). Headset now connects and still works! Hooray!

Ok, bought these when I was a bit bored and sitting around off work with not much to do. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged. They look nice and sturdy and just how I expected them to look. As for performance……..no idea!! Never tried them! They lay on they kitchen worktop for a few days then my wife moaned on about the mess so I put them in my drawer ……. you know, the drawer that is full of little odds and ends you buy off amazon on a whim and never use. I’m sure one day I will get round to using them………. mind you I also have a 3 pack of VHS video tapes unopened in there too. Anyway, happy with my purchase, no complaints! Perfect solution when Apple have decided to stop putting a power adapter in the box at the same time as they changed the usb so you can’t even use your old plug ! They come in a pack of three ,well packaged and seem sturdy so far. Wondered if I needed three but quickly realised one to charge my phone in the car , one at home and a spare one in my bag . I realise it’s not as quick as using the Apple adapter for iPhone 11 but that isn’t a problem for me as so far I am refusing to buy another Apple power adapter shame on them don’t believe the rubbish about saving waste blah blah blah

Had a double ended memory stick with full size USB one end and USB C the other end. The full size USB end had disintegrated as it was made of thin plastic. The USB C end was metal. This adapter meant I could plug the USB C and continue to use it in a TV or computer. The adapter is solidly made and works well. You get 3 in a pack.

I bought a new iPhone which came with charging cable only ( Didn’t realise it wasn’t USB) I had numerous plugs and cables and wasn’t concerned. I thought it was a good idea saving waste. I couldn’t charge my phone. I had to buy a new plug and then came across these little adapters which did the trick. I haven’t timed how long it takes to charge but I’m more than happy with them. Apple are saving money but think of the waste plugs and cables which you can’t use and all the packaging for items to charge your phone.

Excellent quality and value for money
Was a bit sceptical about purchasing these due to the price value but to my surprise they work perfectly, used them to charge my Samsung phone and power my gaming headset dongle, used for file transfers, no issues with them.
USB C connection on laptop
If you laptop/PC does not have a USB Connection then this is very useful to have especially with older computers which do not this type of connection. Just connect to USB and then connect your phone to the adapter.

Didn't work - must be an Apple thing
So these units arrived, well packed and utterly intact. The problem is that when they were connected to the Apple cable, they failed to allow any “charge” to be transmitted at all – the phone entirely failed to charge when these were used. I can only assume that it is because they are not manufactured by Apple. On the plus side, they work with every other type of cable and Android device.

Just purchased an iPhone 12 and found that the included charger cable doesn’t fit in my usb plugs. These adapt the included cable to usb and now it fits in my old usb plugs. Got these for my iphone 12 pro max as our office computers don’t have lightning ports.
Well this product doesn’t work with a MagSafe charger, so please be very aware of that.
I ended up giving these away to staff that just had standard lightning cables, and this product works great on them.
So I’m knocking off a star for this product not working with all lightning cables.

The answer to my new iPhone charging
After discovering my new iPhone needed usb-c charging a quick look on Amazon and I found the answer , these small adapter was the answer next day delivery and I am charging my phone super fast .
The product is perfect (you actually get three in the pack) for converting the cable that comes with the iphone 12 so that it will work with a ‘normal’ USB charger – be that laptop, old iphone charger etc.
I wasn’t impressed that I needed to buy an additional plug charger from Apple (you only get the cable with iphone 12). More a knock at Apple – no I don’t fall for the “leaving a charger plug out of the box makes the box smaller so we can get more iphones in the container which is better for the environment” argument. Why? Because we then have to buy the plug separately which comes in another box in it’s own container. We are not idiots. Be honest and say it is so we can make more money because we don’t make enough already.
Anyway. why “was” I very pleased with this. Because I stupidly left the charger plugged in by my bed and my daughter stole it and left the whole ensemble at a friends. Top Tip: encourage daughter to leave home asap.

After finding out the iPhone 12 Pro Max had a different charger cable & plug (the plug is no longer supplied with a new handset) I was left with the choice of having to pay 20’for a plug that’s compatible with the C-Type cable or spend 6 on an extension that fits over a normal iPhone cable.
These extensions are excellent value for money and do exactly what they state they can do, what’s also good is it doesn’t affect the charging speed either

As new Apple mobile devices come with a USB C connector on one or both ends, this adapter is ideal for connecting the devices cables to a laptop or computer, as most of them are not equipped with USB C. A great solution to the problem.
I had bought an external hard drive for my 2017 MacBook Air after being told by a well known stores online help advisor, that it would be able to connect to my Mac. it arrived without a ‘normal’ USB port connector, but an upgraded Apple connector, so was completely useless! A great workaround for charging my iphone
I recently changed from using Android phones to an iPhone. My new phone came with a lightning to USB C cable and no plug so there was no way I could charge my new phone. These adapters mean I can charge the iPhone using my existing USB A chargers of which I have many. My phone still charges quickly as I use 2.4A connectors but this will not be as fast as having the Apple certified chargers. Three for 7.00 represent good value for money.

What with more usb-c devices and cables, I needed an adapt to connect then to older usb2/3 ports. These fit the bill, good quality so far. and no issue to report. One thing to note is they are not usb3!! so expect usb2 speeds if you are using these with SSD!

Adaptor for 8th Generation iPad charging lead
Apple have changed the connector on the iPad and it no longer fits a standard USB socket. This neat connector overcomes the problem so I can now charge my iPad anywhere there is a USB socket. I also like the idea that this connector is available in a range of colours.

Quality produc
Absolutely quality product, allows me to connect my Samsung A71 charger to my computer via a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port to either charge my phone OR to upload/download media from the device to the laptop, or the other way around. The only issue, is that when charging the phone from the laptop via the adapter, the ‘FAST CHARGE’ function does not apply, and would rather charge like the older, standard charging solutions. Otherwise, it is a very fast, and convenient way to extract data from your phone, or other devices. 10/10 for me 🙂

A good looking adapter that does the job. The only criticism that I would make would be that I would have liked the fit to have been a bit tighter plugging into the MacBook. this would mean that the adapter would remain in it’s USB slot when I pulled out the cable. No big deal just a thought.

Just what I needed
So far this product has performed very well. Following the purchase of a new iPad I was looking for a male USB A connection that would work with a USB C connection so that I could use my Apple lead. This connection links the two perfectly and I can also use it to charge my iPad direct from a plug socket USB female connection.
Pretty hard to get excited about an adapter, but I am impressed.
Not only do you get three of them for a modest amount but they are well packaged, well made and well designed.
What particularly caught my admiration was that someone had really thought about the practicality of the design. Instead of the usual smooth oval casing there is a tiny grip on each edge. Which makes insertion and removal that bit easier. Great.
Good product but powerless
The product itself is well made, however it doesn’t provide the the same amount of power from from the USB-c that it should. Takes an iPad more time to charge and if your working on the iPad during charging the adapter does not provide enough power to charge, as it goes down instead of up.

Good product and works great to connect to android auto in the car however the connection from the phone wire to this adapter is flimsy so I used a small amount of black electrical tape and it works great.

Ideal adaptor for people with the new 2020 iPad pro, the cable provided needs a connector for use with a USB port on your laptop.

Not type c functions
You’d thought there is a type-c function in the type c adapter. You expect wrong. This does not work like type-c adapter at all it a power adapter USB to type-c. Only good for charging
These adaptors are rated as USB 2.0 to C and do not support the transfer video (see the description and answered questions section). If either of these are a problem to you then look elsewhere but for everyone else these are great little problem solvers. I occasionally run into USB-C peripherals (memory sticks, mainly) and was just looking for a discrete adaptor that I could leave plugged in to a spare USB port on the front of a desktop PC. These fitted the bill nicely and by getting a colour that was close to the host PC they are barely noticeable when not in use. They come in 3’s as well so for that price they could also be used as “port savers” without breaking the bank.
So in short, do not expect blistering transfer speeds to to be able to connect your monitor up via these but for occasional data transfer use they are ideal and my rating reflects that you do get 3 and the seller has been clear about their limitations which is still sadly all too rare these days.
They works perfectly and the connections are snug. This little female usb-c to male usb-a adapter did exactly what I needed. The iPad Pro 11 inch (2018) comes with a cable that has a usb-c connector on both ends, so i need to enable my iPad Pro 11 inch (2018) to devices with usb-a ports. As more and more devises of mine are going to be usb-c, these kind of adapters are a necessity. But I have still got more regular USB ports on my laptop and desktop,and they are much cheaper than buying new usb-c to usb-c cables. I am sure it will be a smart investment in the long run.
Love these, needed them for my new Asus Cetra headphones for the PC as there Usb Type-C and my case only had usb 3 ports
