This item has thousands of great reviews for a few reasons: it’s really high quality – the frame is much nicer looking and sturdier than the photos suggest – easy to put together, portable with its own carrying case and just so comfortable. It’s surprising how reasonably priced it is and with (at time of purchase) the ability to pay by instalment it was a no-brainier. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

It was so easy to assemble and the fact it has a carry bag is another plus as far as I’m concerned.
Being a lady of a certain age, I found it better a little higher as it was easier to get out of…..but getting in is a piece of cake!

I bought this hammock based on price and reviews and it doesn’t disappoint.
It’s super easy to assemble, and the hammock we remove each evening and leave the frame in the elements (good old English rainy summer)!

Handy double bed even in doors
I have it in my game room as a chill bed and in the other room a single i like to mix it up depending how am feeling very easy to assemble not much parts ive got it quite tight coz am about 12st single guy not had 2nd person on it its comfy and doesn’t feel much different to a bed easy to move light and probly much cheaper than a double bed though they cant both be compared.

Beautiful hammock! The kids love it, we love it, we’re going to need more hammocks! Really easy to assemble. Sooooo comfortable, and plenty big enough for more than one person to lay in, great as a swinging seat for the three kids at once too. Would recommend to everyone with the space for a hammock.
Really comfy and strong
Really glad we got one. My dad got one last year and I really wanted one the same. I shopped around thinking I could get a cheaper one but I didn’t want to compromise on quality. His one was all sold out but this looks the same and was a bit cheaper. Prices will go up now the sun is out I’m sure but I would definitely recommend this one. Bought it this summer and I really enjoyed it, even fell asleep in it a couple of times. The rest of the family also loved it, so much in fact, that we had to take turns a few times…
The cotton fabric is comfortable and soft.
We enjoyed it so much that we thought about bringing it indoor for the winter but it took quite a bit of space and did not fit with the decoration. In the end we dismantled three pieces and stored it. It is very easy to assemble/disassemble.
Great hammock and space saving stand.
I bought this to try out hammock sleeping, after having read a lot about how it’s more ergonomic and healthier for the body.
This one takes up so little space and is really comfortable! I did sew a layer of fleece into it to keep warm through the night, but I absolutely love it! Got rid of my bed a few weeks after buying this and now use the hammock as my regular bed instead. It’s so comfortable and sturdy. Easy to wash, too.
Extremely comfortable, sturdy hammock
My daughter was after a hanging chair, but after looking online we found this hammock.
It reminded us of our lazy days in Jamaica and loved the fact that it stated its strong enough for 2 people.
I managed to put it together all alone, very easy to follow instructions and love that it comes with a bag to pack it all up when you want to put it away.
Two people can definitely fit easily and comfortably. My daughter loves it and many an evening fell asleep all cosied in it with a blanket and our dogs.
Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

This is a very well built hammock. It is very quick and easy to put together (took me about 10 mins on my own). The material is lovely – very strong and attractive. I like the height adjustments and they are quick and easy to change. The storage bag is also very strong. I am very happy with this and it looks great in the garden.

Gave this 4 stars because the stand is quite cheaply painted, put it to get her first time and the paint covering on the metal came straight off around the joints.
But over all it’s comfortable, sturdy easy to put together, comes with a very good storage bag

5 mins to assemble initially . We take hammock inside in the evening leaving the frame outside – takes 30 seconds to put on and off frame. Well-made and sturdy. Easy to get in and out of. Lightweight so easy to move around garden if wish to stay in sun/shade.

got mine for 110 dented box and its amazing in the sun. takes both me and my gf about 200KG total no issues for long lie abouts in the sun. tbh i did buy mainly for the frame or shelf as it did advertise what it could take weigh wise. the hammoc cotton part you lie in for the price i though could have been better but ultimatly im very happy with the perchace dont let that dissuade you.
Only just opened and assembled so, not used it outside yet. However am laying in it in the kitchen and it is very comfortable. My house mate and my dog, pictured also agree as does my partner wh it was bougt for as a birthday present. Very easy to assemble. Some people have mentioned that the frame trusts easily. Time will tell. Didn’t buy it to be a 2 person hammock which is just as well. Not for the average couple. If you’re both very slight it may be ok.

I’m SUPER happy with this. Was a bit worried the quality wouldn’t be great, but it’s a sturdy, robust, good looking piece of kit. Took us 10 mins to assemble, very easy and didn’t need instructions. Soooo comfortable, alone or 2 of us (it’s the double). I think the bed part would be best kept indoors if not in use for a while to make it last longer, but happy to leave it out when not raining. Great hammock!

Beautiful material and really easy to build! Comes with a little bag to tidy away or move if needed. Absolutely loved chilling with a glass of wine and reading a good book in my hammock this afternoon – once I could convince the children to get out of it! Highly recommend.

Wow! Took a chance on it as I’d never used one before. Absolutely fantastic; incredibly comfortable with a variety of positions to get into. Easy ( a doddle) to set up, less than 5 minutes and very sturdy and stable. It’s relatively easy to pick up and move around for staying in the sun or getting in the shade. My only problem now is how often I’ll manage to use it as the whole family are clamouring to use it. A great buy.

Lovely portable hammock. Easy fast assembly, portable and a sensible size. Very comfy and safe. Height adjustable. Nice carry bag for transport. Small addition I personally would have liked would have been the inclusion of grommets to blank off the unused mounting positions for water ingress protection,but honestly a real minor issue.

It took two months to deliver, but I love it.
Ordred on May 6, arrived July 5. Two month wait during a pandemic when everyone is trying to get one. I wasn’t properly updated about shipping or when it would arrive, but I understand the circumstances were exceptional. The product however is AWESOME! Easy to assemble, fast, fits two of us. So comfortable I could be in it all day. Sturdy. No problems whatsoever. I love this! I got the fabric in Salsa, which is nice. I just have to remember to bring it in with me when I come in so the birds don’t poo on it. I’ve not had a lot of stretch, but the adjustability makes it great. So cosy. Yes, it kind of wraps around you, but no biggie.
Great hammock
I love this hammock, very easy to assemble, comfortable and appears robust. Unfortunately looses 1 star as metal inserts that go around each end of the hammock bed regularly fall off when hanging and unhanging it, know I will loose 1 when I don’t realise it has fallen off when putting it away.

This is the second one I’ve bought! The first was a present for my daughter in law and it was so lovely I bought myself one. Very high quality, easy to assemble. Very comfortable and I love the bag to transport it. Definitely worth the money!

I love this hammock. It looks beautiful, it is easy to assemble and disassemble; it comes with a very nice branded storage bag; it is easy to get in and out of; and, most important of all, it is super-comfortable. If you want to leave it out overnight, it is very quick and simple to take the fabric off the frame to store it indoors. (10 seconds maximum)

Great hammock, im 16 stone and holds me no problem, ive had me and my 2 young girls on at the same time and it doesnt even struggle. Easy to put together, i leave the frame out in the rain and put the hammock in the shed when not in use. The only down side is the metel hoops for the rope comes off but i just put it in place and crack on.

Great quality
I love this hammock. I wasn’t sure I would like a hammock so bought the cheapest one I could find that came with a stand. I love the fact that it comes in a storage bag so it can be dismantled at the end of summer and stored away. It’s really easy to get in and out of and comfortably holds two people (large people or one person and a dog!) not that I’m ever keen to share it!
Sturdy and easy to handle.
We already had a Brazilian style hammock but after removing an old clothes drying line pole, no longer had anywhere to use it. This stand is super easy to put together and quite easy to move around. Well worth the price.
More Expensive than Argos, but at least it shows!
It may be double the price of the one we found in Argos, but the Argos one arrived with incorrect assembly parts, so that was as good as useless. It was a tough pill to swallow knowing that they were almost identical, however, the Argos poles are just threaded directly into the pipe and powder coated, the extra cost means that you get a treaded nut welded behind all holes rather than a crude thread cut into the pipes. So for assembly and quality. You can see where the added cost comes from.. Even though it doesn’t seem so when you open the box, the fixture are of better quality.

Well, I don’t have a garden but I wanted the comfort of a hammock to enjoy reading this Summer…. and this Vivere hammock is perfect.
Easy to assembly, sturdy and very, very comfortable. The lack of a spreader bar on the hammock makes it easy to get in and out of and it’s perfect for relaxing with a book… and maybe a snack… and possibly a drink… ok, it’s gone from being a reading hammock to being the preferred choice to the sofa…

Better then expected!
I was considering hammock or swinging chair for our garden for some time. I found this Vivier Hammock with stand for very reasonable price of 110. It said in description, second hand, good as new, damaged box. I ordered it on Prime. It arrived next day (despite being in lockdown) with only small dent on the box. It was assembled in about 15 min. Very easy to put together. Looks great and definitely very well made. Better quality then I expect!!! You can also adjust height of your hammock, which I didn’t realised. Great addition to our garden. Kids absolutely love it!!

Love this well made good quality hammock and stand, especially being able to choose a cotton hammock. Superb customer service also. Buying one for a friend now, this is the simplest design, easy to assemble and most importantly, easy to being the hammock in and outside, in seconds. Very comfy and durable. Second year in now and it still looks slick as new! Love that it is portable! Comes with a great bag.
A fantastic hammock - easily portable too
This hammock is easily assembled and comes in a great bag for carrying around. It’s really comfortable and can fit two adults easily. We’ve even taken it on camping trips (in the car – way too heavy to hike with), where it can make a makeshift sofa.
The only difficulty is staying awake in it!
Extremely pleased with this hammock as it’s very good value for money. I’ve only had it a few weeks so too early to say how long it’ll last but the signs look good. It’s very easy to assemble, the second time I put it together it took 3 mins 11 secs but I’m probably quicker now. I’ve been using it a lot in this hot spell on covid 19 lockdown, it’s so comfortable and I keep falling asleep. In the evening I leave the frame assembled, detach the cloth hammock and bring it inside. It stores easily in its quality carrier bag flat, or on its end in the corner. As a hammock camper/lover I needed something in the garden to take my mind off the Coronavirus and after my brother set up a hammock in his garden I decided I’d have one too. Only problem was I cut down trees in my garden a number of years back for more light, silly me.
Amazon searches brought up this hammock and stand. Not being the smallest person in the world, after putting it together (5mins) I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Simple all round brilliant. So easy to put up and down and store. Really strong. No tears in it and I have had it for two years. Kids love playing on it too!

Little bit of calm in the garde
I hesitated on purchasing these for years, would I use it would it be a waste? Covid happens and staying at home is now even more pleasurable with our hammock. Comfortable for two adults lying down or used side ways to sit and chat. A single person can almost wrap themselves up in it (remember the leaf hammocks in Avatar?)
It’s been in and out the garden with the rain (the frame we just leave out) very stable and well made.

Ultimate relaxatio
Bought this for the summer and it is amazing. Folds back up into its own bag. Perfect for chilling in the garden and had an amazing sleep in it. Read some reviews it could fit two people not sure about that as I think it would be a bit of a tight squeeze. Would highly recommend this though

This is the best present i thing Ive ever bought my wife. Unfortunately, 2 years on I cant get her out of it.
My brother has bought one for his garden now too. they are well made, easy to use ( and hard to fall out of) and the material of the hammock itself is strong and attractive. Would definitely recommend ( but not if you have things to do)
Strong, sturdy and comfortable.
Wow. My first hammock, so I was a bit weary. It came in a huge box and was quite heavy. I set it up solo, it took me about 5 minutes. I can just about carry it inside and out myself. The comfort is amazing. I put it on the middle rung and it’s perfect. Great price at just under 90.
Excellent product. Strong and sturdy, well designed, very simple to build, light to manoeuvre, attractive cover choices. Faultless really. It feels easily strong enough for two adults. You won’t mind the kids messing about on it either as they can’t break it. If there was anything I could criticise, it would only be that it would be nice to have a bag to store the fabric part in (as well as the poles).

Super garden hammock
Love it! It’s sturdy enough for me and my 12 year old. I love that it can be dismantled and stored for winter too. Easy to put up and take down. It was good value as we got it on promotion. Would definitely recommend!
Quality frame
Not sure about where the hooks are, this stops the hammock opening out wide.
Only took 10 minutes to put it together. Very simple. No tools required and no need for assistance. Only 5 bolts used to set it all up. Comes with a nice holdall as well to put it away or take it on a trip
The Salsa hammock is very colourful, very strong and very large. I am 5.11 and there is plenty of space.
As for comfort, I am not someone who likes to lie down at the beach or in the garden to sunbathe. I get bored quickly and like to get up and walk around. But for the first time i actually fell asleep whilst lounging. Woke up 2 hours later with sunburn. It is a very comfortable hammock and fully recommended.

Bought on impulse during a lightning deal. Happens it was about to be the best summer in decades. It’s excellent. Only drawback is I only bought one, so usually find other family members are already in it when I want to be. If on special again I will buy more!
Simply the bes
Pros: Super fast to set up, takes up very little space for storage, super super comfortable – I’m 1.96m and 95kg and it is perfect for me and it easily fits two people head to toe.
Cons: It’s so comfy that once you’re in it, you don’t want to get out of it – and I often fall asleep in it. Tiny, tiny niggle – the plastic things covering the feet fall off far too easily … but you know that is really struggling to come up with some problem. This hammock is the best.
We expected that as soon as we’d buy this it would start raining … but instead this heat-wave started … 🙂
The hammock arrived when expected, on a lovely warm day. I put the box the the side until I’d finished work for the day, then took it outside to put it together. I kid you not. I had literally just opened the box, when the wind picked up and clouds rolled over. There were a couple of spits of rain. Undeterred, I put the frame together, pleased to find it was simple and pretty intuitive and didn’t require fiddly tools. It remained grey but the rain held off, and I stubbornly enjoyed a good 30 minutes in the hammock before I got too chilly.
Since then we’ve had many nice days and I’ve made a point to take at least half an hour a day to relax in it. It’s very comfortable (I have dozed off in it), and easy to move the frame around with the hammock attached to follow the optimum sun/shade balance. I also appreciate the robust carry case that comes with it, in which your can store the dismantled frame and hammock for storage or to take on holiday. I live a couple of miles from the beach, and I’m sorely tempted to take it there.

I ordered this hammock on a whim and almost cancelled the order as I wasn’t sure that it would be good. I’m glad to say that I didn’t as it is great..!
It took ten minutes to unpack it, read the instructions and have it ready to use, and then it was time to climb aboard. It’s very good quality with a lovely coloured finish to the stand, and decent, thick cotton for the hammock itself. It genuinely is big enough and strong enough to fit two adults, and sitting in the sun becomes addictive – I even came home earlier from work today so that I could enjoy a short rest in the hammock. It’s a good sign when the manufacturer proudly attaches a nameplate the their products, and this one features such emblems on both the stand and the carry-bag which is supplied. Very highly recommended.
Update July 2020: The hammock has been in regular use each year since we bought it and we still love it. The frame still looks good and the fabric hammock is fine too, though with some signs of use of course. Luckily, it is a standard size and replacements are easy to get hold of at a reasonable cost. One worthwhile addition we bought was the Vivere wheel kit which allows it to be easily moved around by one person. It can be left in place on the frame for storage in the bag too.
Beautiful hammock and looks gorgeous in my garden with the vibrant colors. I put it together in 10 minutes by myself and then slept in the sun immediately after, total ignoring the laundry and shopping that needed to be done. Just what I need! I’m happy that it’s also portable so I can take it with me to business meetings and set it up in the conference room. 🙂 Just kidding of course, but that would be nice. Great buy and good quality and I just wish I’d bought it sooner. I am an average size woman and I fit in it perfectly lying down and I can read a book or sip wine out of a straw. I’m not sure I’d squeeze a big dude in there next to me comfortably, but ultimately, I don’t want in anyone in there with me. I just want to use it for ‘me’ time.

This is just great.I have wanted a hammock for years but don’t have enough trees in my garden. It looks really great quality and comes with its own bag. It came really well packaged with some free spare bits and clear instructions. It was quick and easy to assemble and I am not very good at that sort of things!
It looks fabulous and my teens and I all fit in together comfortably. We all had a snooze and can confirm it is very comfortable particularly with a large cushion inside.The only issue I have had is putting it away in a hurry. My upper body strength isn’t brilliant and I have not yet managed to pull the bits apart on my own.Luckliky I have a huge plastic sheet I put over when the showers come down.
Now all we need is great weather! Thank you Amazon for selling this item!

Got my replacement, so thought I’d update the review.
The tubes are thick and strong and the whole hammock easily took the weight of me and my girlfriend. It was easy to erect, although some elderly people may need a hand. Spent most of the afternoon in it yesterday and it was very comfortable.
I would have given 5 stars if the first one we ordered had all the parts, but we only had to wait 24 hours for the replacement and they delivered it on a Sunday, so it wasn’t all that bad.
Highly recommended.
Firstly, it seems reasonable quality, easy to put together, comes with a handy travel bag (if you want to travel with it!). The hammock material itself is a little on the thin side, I doubt it would take much abuse from kids, but treat it carefully and I think it should last OK but there is no way I’d trust it to two people sitting on it, it just didn’t feel thick enough).
The problem is that with no spreader bars you end up with a product that is great as a lounging seat (see product photos), or if you lie in it it becomes almost a cocoon as the sides fold in around you. That’s perfectly comfortable, and if anything provides a little sun protection but it’s not what I call a hammock. And there’s no way two of you could lie in it like that either, this is very much a one person lounging seat/snoozing cocoon and very pleasant as such.
