Good kids camera
It’s easy to use for our 5 year old. He loves it. As others have said the battery life is not great, and you need to buy a separate memory card. The green screen and video effects are a fun extra that he may use more when he’s a bit older.

My son absolutely loved it! He has been playing non stop with it! And loves the green cloth that comes with it! Now my eldest wants the same for Christmas! The design is great as it’s not so childish, the tripod works great and is steady, the battery lasts forever, the quality is great of the filming is great also. The only thing I think would be ideal as an extra would be an app where they can edit the videos.

Loads of features with this camera, the Dino chase is jokes! Shame the internal memory is so small! It’s madness this day and age that you always need to buy external memory, cheap to get a memory card though so it’s all good!
Amazing for my 5 year old
My son absolutely loves this, the quality is great and the battery life is really good. You would be best to get an extra memory card though as storage isn’t very high. The green screen that it comes with is perfect for making the videos and he has hours of fun at a time. Super simple for him to use.
A mis hijas les ha encantado
Les compr esta cmara a mis hijas y nada ms llegar, la cogieron y desaparecieron por varias semanas en su habitacin. Han subido unos cuantos vdeos a YouTube (que slo ven ellas, las pobrecillas jajajajaja) y son muy felices. Adems aprenden el misterio del CROMA y les encanta experimentar.
La manejabilidad es buena e intuitiva, puedes aadir tus propios fondos pero no se almacenan en la memoria, es decir, lo usas esa vez para grabar y luego desaparece.
Tiene algunos jueguecillos cutres pero no les han hecho ni caso.
Es genial que venga con trpode para evitar ataques epilpticos a los espectadores (padres y abuelos)
Por 50 no est mal, pero no pagara 80, que tambin est por ah. La versin en ingls es la de 50 🙂

Jury’s still out!
Daughter was desperate for a camera to film little videos m. Whilst initially she used this a lot, the constant recharging, lack of memory has meant it’s not really been used that much despite purchasing a memory card to expand the memory. That said if friends are round it does get taken out the cupboard.

Good little camera
Brought this for my son for Christmas as he has gotten into pretending making videos about what he’s doing or playing on Xbox etc. This camera is easy to set up and use has the green screen which has been great fun using and having a t-rex chasing him. Has a stand which he likes setting up and recording himself playing Minecraft and explaining what he’s doing definitely a good start for a beginner looking at going into recording/YouTuber.

The batteries die after one yea
We bought this camera for my daughter. Overall a good product for a kid. However after 15 months of light use the batteries no longer charge.
The batteries are built in so I can’t change them.
Have contacted Vtech as advised by Amazon and Vtech has come back saying they can’t help.
I wanted to make you aware of the fact so you consider it if you are thinking of buying one.
Hasn’t been put down since christmas
We brought this camera for my 6 year old daughter as a Christmas present alongside a 64GB micro SD card. My daughter hasn’t put it down since she received it on Christmas Day. It’s really easy to use and battery lasts well on the device. She loves the ability to have it in selfie mode as well as normal mode. Would definitely recommend!

A great little camera which takes decent photos and video. The green screen is a nice addition and my son has enjoyed exploring different effects with it. The flip out screen for selfies is a nice touch and very easy to use.

Bought this for my daughter who is 9 years old for xmas/birthday. Fast delivery did say it would arrive after xmas (ready for birthday in January but came before hand so became an xmas present). She loves the camera. Her 1st camera, easy to use, nice stand, she liked the colour and the fact you can use the ‘green screen’s function. Only disappointing thing is they is no bluetooth, sharing, upload pictures functions. You have to upload via a memory card/stick.
Over all a good starter camera for a young child.

Great camera. Easy to use and rugged. Lots of fun features. My five year old daughter loves it. However, it loses a star for the 16MB built-in memory, which is only enough for about 3 minutes of video. After that, it says “memory full”. It’s hard to explain to a kid on Christmas day that they must delete all their new videos before they can use it again. If you’re buying this for a birthday or Christmas gift, I would recommend buying a 32GB micro SD card to go with it.

Overall a fun introduction to cameras and what they can do, green screen a great wee bonus and the few games on it also have been enjoyed because it’s pretty basic she has taken to using her tablet camera again but my younger kids have alot of fun messing about with it and it’s quite sturdy too so that’s definitely a plus.
